如图 1所示, 所述风扇的喷水装置 1位于扇叶 4下部, 喷水装置 1内喷出的 雾水随着扇叶 4旋转产生的风流动而吹向使用者身上, 由物理原理知道, 液体 蒸发吸热, 这样就能够给使用者凉爽感。 壳体上设有方便喷水装置 1 的喷头喷 出雾水的通孔, 该通孔配合喷水装置 1的喷头的结构设置, 如图 4所示, 喷头 11的顶部为圓形结构, 对应的通孔也为圓形结构。
如图 4所示, 所述喷水装置 1包括喷水管 12、 套接在喷水管 12顶部的喷头 11 以及部分嵌入到喷水管 12底部孔内的吸水软管 13, 这样就形成完整的喷水 装置, 喷头 11上设有方便使用者用手指按压的凸块 111 , 通过凸块 111按压喷 头 11 , 喷水管 12内的弹簧收缩就会从喷头 11顶部的喷水通孔处喷出雾水。 结 合图 2, 吸水软管 13放置在前壳 2内的第一凹槽 21内, 后壳对应前壳 2的结构 设置,后壳上设有与第一凹槽 21配合的第二凹槽, 当前壳 2和后壳配合固定时, 第一凹槽 21和第二凹槽形成用于存储液体的水箱, 从而吸水软管 13就放置在 水箱内, 进而喷水装置 1就能够不断的喷出雾水。
如图 2所示, 所述喷水装置 1的喷水管上套接一垫圏 3 , 结合图 3和图 4, 垫圏 3周围设置一凹陷, 水箱侧壁 24放置在凹陷内, 凹陷为圓环形结构, 水箱 侧壁 24配合其设置为半圓弧形结构, 当前壳 2和后壳固定在一起时两个半圓弧 形结构的水箱侧壁就将垫圏 3卡紧, 从而可防止漏出液体。 垫圏 3是软质的橡 胶材料, 这样在其受到挤压时便会收缩, 发生形变, 从而不易受损, 而且对喷 水管 12也起到保护作用。 这样喷水装置 1就被卡位在水箱侧壁 24处。 喷水管 12上设有挡件 121 , 垫圏 3套接在喷水管 12上紧贴挡件 121 , 从而防止垫圏 3 脱离。
如图 2和图 3所示, 所述第一 槽 21底部设有一用于支撑喷水装置的卡件 23 , 结合图 4, 卡件 23包括用于支撑所述喷水管 12的支撑板和在所述支撑板顶 部设置用于放置所述喷水管 12的开口。 支撑板可支起喷水管 12, 对喷水管 12 进行两点限位, 喷水管 12放置在开口处, 开口适合喷水管 12设置可防止喷水 管 12受损, 而且当前壳 2和后壳配合固定时前壳 2上的开口和后壳上的开口配 合就会将喷水管 12限位在两个开口之间, 从而对喷水管 12的限位和固定效果 都更佳。
所述卡件 23还包括设置在所述支撑板两侧的加强柱, 可增加支撑板的牢固 性, 所述加强柱为圓柱体结构; 所述加强柱根部设有加强筋, 可进一步增加其 强度。 加强筋的个数为两个, 且相对设置, 加强筋的结构为直角梯形, 较长一 直角边与加强柱接触, 这样就可以增加支撑板的强度。 当然, 也可以设置其他 个数的加强筋, 比如一个、 三个等等; 也可以将加强筋设置成其他结构, 比如 条形结构的。 相比之下, 设置直角梯形结构的加强筋可更多的增加其根部的强 度, 这样就使效果更佳。 如图 2所示, 前壳 2的一侧设有手柄 8, 结合图 4, 手柄 8—端设有与凸块 111配合的卡壁, 卡壁和凸块 111配合, 从而方便按压喷头 11使喷水装置 1喷 出雾水。 手柄 8的另一端设有销轴, 前壳 2上设有与销轴配合的凹槽, 从而手 柄 8可通过销轴进行转动。 手柄 8的中部外表面设有向内的凹陷, 凹陷配合人 们的手指设置, 这样就方便使用者用手指按压手柄。 凸块 111上设有开槽 112, 可减轻重量, 在开槽 112处设有一连接板 113 , 可增加凸块 111的强度。
本发明前壳 2和后壳通过热熔固定, 热熔固定牢固, 封闭效果好, 从而可避 免水箱内的液体漏出。 如图 2所示, 前壳 2在水箱部位设有一注液孔 25 , 该注 液孔 25为圓形结构的通孔, 方便往水箱内注入液体。 本发明所述的液体为水, 也可以在水中加入香水、 花露水等。 从而当液体随风扇的风吹向使用者时, 不 仅能够感受到凉爽感, 而且还能够香气四溢, 给人感官上的享受。
如图 2和图 3所示, 放置槽 22配合马达 5的结构设置, 所述马达 5包括两 相互平行的弧形面和两相互平行的矩形面; 所述放置槽 22底壁设有向上凸起的 支板 221 , 所述支板 221上设有与所述弧形面配合的第一开口 222, 其侧壁配合 所述矩形面设置成矩形结构; 所述第一开口 222的一侧为所述放置槽 22侧壁, 另一端凸出在所述放置槽 22内且与所述马达 5紧贴; 所述马达 5在与所述支板 221另一端配合的一面设有与导线连接的接头,由于另一端马达 5和支板 221的 侧壁紧贴, 在马达 5和放置槽 22此端的侧壁之间就有一定的距离, 这样在马达 5上设置接头就能够放置到放置槽 22内, 而不会受到挤压。 具体的, 马达 5上 的接头凸出在马达 5的一个矩形面外, 放置槽 22在马达 5设有接头的部分省去 一部分对应的侧壁, 这样就减少了对马达 5的固定, 然而通过设置支板 221与 马达 5紧配, 从而可相对牢固的固定马达 5。 本实施例所述的支板 221固定在马 达 5的前部。
在本实施例中, 所述支板 221根部设有连接柱, 所述连接柱为圓柱体结构, 圓柱体结构的连接柱强度大, 从而增强了支板 221的强度。
所述马达 5—端的端部设有与扇叶 4配合的马达输出轴, 通过马达输出轴的 转动带动扇叶 4的转动, 进而产生风。 马达 5的另一端设有向外突出的凸块, 所述放置槽 22对应侧壁设有用于放置所述凸块的第二开口 223 , 通过放置槽 22 此侧壁上的第二开口 223对马达 5进行第二点限位和固定, 从而对马达 5的固 定更加牢固, 进而马达 5 更不易晃动。 所述凸块的竖截面为圓形, 所述第二开 口 223 配合所述凸块设置成圓弧形结构, 这是凸块的一种具体结构, 这样设置 方便第二开口 223与凸块配合。
在本实施例中, 后壳配合前壳 2的结构设置, 所述前壳 2上的放置槽 22和 所述后壳上的放置槽对应设置, 当前壳 2和后壳配合固定时, 前壳 2和后壳上 的两个放置槽配合将马达 5 固定在两个放置槽之间。 两个放置槽对应设置对马 达 5的限位效果更佳, 而且在生产过程中, 容易生产。
本发明也可以这样设置用于固定马达的放置槽: 所述马达包括两相互平行的 矩形面和两相互平行的弧形面; 所述放置槽侧壁配合所述矩形面设置成矩形结 构, 其底壁配合所述弧形面设置成弧形结构。 这是设置放置槽的另一种结构, 放置槽配合马达设置可使马达固定牢固。
如图 2所示, 马达 5通过导线和风扇的电池 6连接, 电池 6为风扇供电, 在 电池 6的外侧有一用于控制风扇的开关 7 ,通过开关 7控制马达 5和电池 6的连 通关系, 进而控制风扇的开、 关。
如图 2和图 3所示, 前壳 2上设有限位槽, 结合图 4, 喷水装置 1的喷头 11 上的凸块 111放置在所述限位槽内,对应的后壳也设有与凸块 111配合的限位槽, 从而对凸块 111 起到限位、 固定的作用, 防止其在按压的过程中使喷水装置 1 受损。
本发明所述的风扇为微型风扇, 从而方便携带和使用。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种风扇, 其特征在于, 包括用于喷出雾水的喷水装置、 热熔固定的前 壳和后壳以及由所述前壳和后壳固定的马达, 所述前壳和后壳上设置有用于放 置所述马达的放置槽。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述马达包括两相互平行的弧 形面和两相互平行的矩形面; 所述放置槽底壁设有向上凸起的支板, 所述支板 上设有与所述弧形面配合的第一开口, 其侧壁配合所述矩形面设置成矩形结构。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一开口的一侧为所述放 置槽侧壁, 另一端凸出在所述放置槽内且与所述马达紧贴; 所述马达在与所述 支板另一端配合的一面设有与导线连接的接头。
4、如权利要求 2或 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述支板根部设有连接柱。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述连接柱为圓柱体结构。
6、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述马达一端为与扇 叶配合的马达输出端, 另一端设有凸块, 所述放置槽对应侧壁设有用于放置所 述凸块的第二开口。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述凸块的竖截面为圓形, 所 述第二开口配合所述凸块设置成弧形结构。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述马达包括两相互平行的矩 形面和两相互平行的弧形面; 所述放置槽侧壁配合所述矩形面设置成矩形结构, 其底壁配合所述弧形面设置成弧形结构。
9、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3或 8所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述前壳上的放 置槽和所述后壳上的放置槽对应设置, 当前壳和后壳固定时两放置槽配合固定 所述马达。
