在本实施例中, 所述固定装置包括限位柱 12, 结合图 5所示的电源控制开关 的结构示意图以及图 6所示的电源控制开关被固定在所述后壳的示意图, 电源 控制开关 2上设有与所述限位柱 12配和的限位孔 21 ;电源控制开关 2放置在第 二放置槽 11内时, 限位柱 12插入到限位孔 21内, 对电源控制开关 2起到限位 作用, 从而防止移动、 便于固定。 所述限位孔 21为两个, 分别位于电源控制开 关 2的两端; 对应的限位柱 12也设置两个, 且配合限位孔 21的位置设置, 从 而两个限位孔 21和两个限位柱 12配合, 就能够防止电源控制开关 2移动。 本 实施例也可以设置其它个数的限位柱和限位孔, 比如分别设置四个限位孔和限 位柱, 电源控制开关两端各设置两个限位孔; 这样限位效果更好, 只是增加了 材料、 工序和工时。 所述限位柱 12为圓柱体, 所述限位孔 21为圓形, 这样设 置方便配合与生产。 当然, 限位柱也可以设置成长方体、 正方体或其它结构的, 限位孔可以设置成橢圓形、 矩形、 正方形或其它形状的。
上述的限位柱 12仅在电源控制开关 2的两端进行限位, 所述固定装置还包 括设置在第二放置槽 11内的两个相对的固定件 13 , 当电源控制开关 2放置到第 二放置槽 11 内时位于固定件 13之间; 固定件 13设置在第二放置槽 11 内, 在 电源控制开关 2的两侧进行限位, 从而电源控制开关 2周围的四个面都被限位, 这样就方便牢固的将电源控制开关 2 固定在第二放置槽 11 内。 所述固定件 13 的高度大于电源控制开关 2的放置高度, 在固定件 13高于电源控制开关部分设 有卡在电源控制开关 2上的卡扣 131; 固定件 13上部设置卡扣 131卡在电源控 制开关 2的两侧, 从而就固定了电源控制开关 2。 所述固定件 13为长方体, 长 方体固定面积大; 本实施例也可以设置其它结构的固定件, 例如, 竖截面为梯 形的, 这样设置可增强根部牢固性, 当然也可以设置其它结构的。
在本实施例中, 所述卡扣 131为固定件上相向突出的凸块, 所述凸块从上到 下逐渐变宽。 这样设置卡扣 131方便电源控制开关 2放置到固定件 13之间, 电 源控制开关 2从凸块顶部向下按压, 固定件 13是塑料材料, 由于固定件 13是 塑料材料制成具有一定的弹性, 从而当电源控制开关 2放置到固定件 13之间被 卡扣卡 131住时, 固定件 13恢复原来形状。
在本实施例中, 通过以上限位、 固定后, 所述电源控制开关 2还通过胶水粘 合在第二放置槽 11处, 通过限位柱 12和固定件 13对电源控制开关 2限位、 固 定后, 再用胶水粘合就增大了粘合的面积, 进而增加固定的牢固性。
在本实施例中, 所述电源控制开关 2包括一推动开关 22,后壳 1在第二放置 槽 11的中部设置一用于放置推动开关 22的通孔 14,还在通孔 14周围设置一向 外延伸的凸沿 15。 凸沿 15对推动开关 22起到保护作用, 尤其是在携带过程中, 防止推动开关 22与其它物体接触受损或被打开。 所述凸沿 15横截面为橢圓形, 也可以将凸沿 15横截面设置成矩形、 圓形或矩形和圓形配合的形状。

权利要求
1、 一种微型风扇, 包括后壳, 所述后壳设有用于放置电源控制开关的第二 放置槽, 其特征在于, 所述后壳在第二放置槽内设有用于固定所述电源控制开 关的固定装置。
2、如权利要求 1所述的微型风扇,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括限位柱, 所述电源控制开关上设有与所述限位柱配和的限位孔。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述限位孔为两个, 分别 位于所述电源控制开关的两端。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置还包括 设置在所述第二放置槽内的两个相对的固定件, 当所述电源控制开关放置到所 述第二放置槽内时位于所述两个相对的固定件之间。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述固定件的高度大于所 述电源控制开关的放置高度, 在所述固定件高于所述电源控制开关部分设有用 于卡住所述电源控制开关的卡扣。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣为所述固定件上 相向突出的凸块, 所述凸块从上到下逐渐变宽。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述限位柱为圓柱体, 所 述限位孔为圓形。
8、 如权利要求 4所述的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述固定件为长方体。
9、 如权利要求 4所述的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述电源控制开关还通过 胶水粘合在所述第二放置槽处。
10、 如权利要求 1 所述的微型音箱, 其特征在于, 所述电源控制开关包括 一推动开关, 所述后壳在所述第二放置槽中部设置一用于放置所述推动开关的 通孔, 所述通孔周围设置一向外延伸的凸沿。
