本人设计了一种微型风扇, 包括壳体、 安装在壳体内的马达、 可充电电池、 用于充电的充电接口和电源控制开关以及设置在壳体外部的由软质材料制成的 扇叶和用于固定扇叶的固定件, 固定件包括通过胶水粘合固定的扇叶面盖和扇 叶底盖, 扇叶设置在扇叶面盖和扇叶底盖之间, 固定件与马达的输出端紧密连 接配合, 从而马达转动带动固定件转动, 进而带动扇叶旋转。 由于扇叶设置在 壳体外而无任何阻挡, 从而就避免了风量的浪费, 进而增大了风力; 另外, 由 于所述扇叶为软质材料制成, 即使使用者碰到也不会对其造成伤害。 此方案未 公开。
但是, 由于扇叶面盖和扇叶底盖之间通过胶水粘合固定, 从而不易拆卸固 定件, 一旦扇叶受损就会使固定件作废或使整个微型风扇瘫痪。
【发明内容】
目前市场上的风扇主要包括吊扇和落地扇, 吊扇一般无扇叶保护罩子, 而 落地扇基本都有扇叶保护罩子, 从而避免伤害到使用者。 为了满足人们的需求, 一些便于携带的微型风扇已经在市场出现, 这些微型风扇大多比较小, 主要包 括壳体和设置在壳体内的马达和扇叶等, 且内置有电池或可充电的电池, 从而 方便携带和使用。
本人设计了一种微型风扇, 包括壳体、 安装在壳体内的马达、 可充电电池、 用于充电的充电接口和电源控制开关以及设置在壳体外部的由软质材料制成的 扇叶和用于固定扇叶的固定件, 固定件包括通过胶水粘合固定的扇叶面盖和扇 叶底盖, 扇叶设置在扇叶面盖和扇叶底盖之间, 固定件与马达的输出端紧密连 接配合, 从而马达转动带动固定件转动, 进而带动扇叶旋转。 由于扇叶设置在 壳体外而无任何阻挡, 从而就避免了风量的浪费, 进而增大了风力; 另外, 由 于所述扇叶为软质材料制成, 即使使用者碰到也不会对其造成伤害。 此方案未 公开。
但是, 由于扇叶面盖和扇叶底盖之间通过胶水粘合固定, 从而不易拆卸固 定件, 一旦扇叶受损就会使固定件作废或使整个微型风扇瘫痪。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型风扇, 包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体外部的扇叶和用于 固定所述扇叶的固定件, 如图 1至图 4所示, 所述固定件包括扇叶面盖 4和扇 叶底盖 5 , 所述扇叶面盖 4和扇叶底盖 5可拆卸固定。 本发明由于固定件的扇叶 面盖 4和扇叶底盖 5之间的固定是可拆卸固定的, 从而当扇叶 2受损时可以拆 开固定件取出扇叶 2重新安装一个扇叶。
如图 1所示的所述微型风扇的整体结构示意图, 所述微型风扇的壳体 1的整 体呈圓柱体结构, 扇叶 2通过固定件固定在壳体 1的一端; 由于微型风扇的壳 体 1的一端为圓形, 所述扇叶 2围成的结构也为圓形, 从而对设置扇叶 2的大 小时, 相比矩形或其它形状就可增大扇叶, 进而就能够增加微型风扇吹风的面 积。 所述壳体 1 包括通过螺丝固定的前壳和后壳, 后壳上设有螺丝孔, 对应的 前壳上设有与所述螺丝孔配合的螺丝孔柱。 所述的扇叶 2 以及用于固定扇叶 2 的固定件都设置在前壳端。 该微型风扇还包括安装在壳体内的可充电电池、 用 于充电的充电接口、 马达以及电源控制开关; 其中, 电源控制开关通过胶水粘 合固定在壳体 1内的中部位置, 且电源控制开关和充电接口都设置在后壳端。
从图 1中可以看出, 前壳中部和后壳中部都设有相外凸出的凸块, 从而可以 增大壳体内部的空间, 进而便于放置马达、 电源控制开关以及充电接口, 而且 这样设置还方便使用者进行控制及使用。 在壳体 1的底部有一支架 3支撑其微 型风扇, 支架 3底部面大, 从而使其放置稳定。
在本实施例中, 如图 3所示的所述扇叶面盖的结构示意图以及如图 4所示的 所述扇叶底盖的结构示意图, 所述扇叶面盖和扇叶底盖可拆卸固定的具体方式 :¾口下:
所述扇叶面盖 4设有第一圓柱 41 , 所述第一圓柱 41中部设有第一凹槽 411 ; 对应的所述扇叶底盖 5设有用于插入所述第一凹槽 311内的第二圓柱 52, 且紧 配。通过第二圓柱 52和第一凹槽 411进行直接插入固定,从而便于拆卸固定件; 而且由第二圓柱 52直接插入到第一凹槽 411固定扇叶面盖 4和扇叶底盖 5 , 筒 单、 方便; 另外, 第一凹槽 411和第二圓柱 52紧密配合, 从而保证扇叶面盖 4 和扇叶底盖 5之间的固定牢固。
所述第一圓柱 41根部设有加强筋(图中未显示;); 设置加强筋可以增加第一 圓柱 41的牢固性。 所述第二圓柱 52设有倒圓角; 这样设置倒圓角就方便第二圓柱 52插入到第 一凹槽 411内, 从而可以节省安装时间, 而且还节省了材料。
所述扇叶面盖 4边沿设有凸沿 (图中未显示 ), 对应的所述扇叶底盖 5设有 用于放置所述凸沿的第二凹槽(图中未显示), 所述凸沿的高度大于所述叶片的 厚度。这样设置凸沿和第二凹槽进行配合可以进一步对扇叶面盖 4和扇叶底盖 5 的固定起到加强作用。 所述凸沿高度大于叶片的厚度就可以保证凸沿能够和第 二凹槽配合, 凸沿的高度决定了扇叶面盖 4和扇叶底盖 5之间缝隙的大小, 凸 沿高度大于叶片的高度就方便拆卸固定件。 另外, 所述凸沿位于所述扇叶面盖 4 的内表面处, 从而使固定件的外表面更加平整, 而且更加美观。
所述扇叶面盖 4设有用于放置所述扇叶的叶片的第一开口 42;所述叶片一侧 放入所述第一开口 42内, 另一侧紧靠所述凸沿; 这是设置扇叶 2和第一开口 42 配合的一种具体结构, 从而可以对扇叶 2起到限位作用。 所述扇叶 2和第一开 口的配合还可以为这种结构, 具体为所述扇叶面盖设有用于放置所述扇叶的叶 片的第一开口; 所述叶片一侧放入所述第一开口内, 另一侧放置在所述凸沿上, 所述叶片位于所述凸沿处的部分设有第二开口, 第二开口两侧的扇叶的叶片部 分卡位在凸沿上, 从而就更加牢固的固定扇叶。 这是设置扇叶和开口配合的另 一种具体结构, 这样设置可使固定件对扇叶的固定、 限位效果更好。 当然也可 以将扇叶不接触凸沿。
在本实施例中, 马达输出端和固定件进行紧配, 如图 3所示, 扇叶面盖 4的 中部设有一和马达输出端配合的旋转轴 43 , 旋转轴 43上设有用于 放置马达输 出端的第三凹槽 431 , 且紧配, 从而马达转动带动旋转轴 43转动, 进而带动固 定件转动, 即带动扇叶转动。 在旋转轴 43的根部周围设有相互垂直的加强筋, 从而增加其强度。 对应的, 如图 2和图 4所示, 扇叶 2上设有用于避让所述旋 转轴 43的第一通孔 21 , 以及扇叶底盖上设有用于避让所述旋转轴 43的第二通 孔 53 , 所述第二通孔为矩形孔, 且在其周围设有一圏凸沿 54, 凸沿 54压紧扇 叶 2, 从而使扇叶的固定更加牢固。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明, 不能 认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技 术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干筒单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述扇叶面盖设有第一圓 柱, 所述第一圓柱中部设有第一凹槽; 对应的所述扇叶底盖设有用于插入所述 第一凹槽内的第二圓柱, 且紧配。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述扇叶面盖边沿设有凸 沿, 对应的所述扇叶底盖设有用于放置所述凸沿的第二凹槽。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述扇叶面盖设有用于放 置所述扇叶的叶片的第一开口; 所述叶片一侧放入所述第一开口内, 另一侧紧 靠所述凸沿。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述扇叶面盖设有用于放 置所述扇叶的叶片的第一开口; 所述叶片一侧放入所述第一开口内, 另一侧放 置在所述凸沿上, 所述叶片位于所述凸沿处的部分设有第二开口。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述凸沿的高度大于 所述叶片的厚度。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的微型风扇, 其特征在于, 所述第一圓柱根部设有加 强筋。
8、如权利要求 2所述的微型风扇,其特征在于,所述第二圓柱设有倒圓角。
