风扇主要是通过利用电动机驱动风扇叶旋转使空气加速流通,进而达到清凉解暑和流通空气的目的。现有的风扇体积都比较大,不方便携带,操作比较复杂,固定不牢固,不能满足人们的使用要求,为了使用方便,逐渐开发了一些迷你型的风扇,这些迷你型风扇可以让人拿在手里,随时随地享受风扇带来的清爽。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种固定更加牢固的风扇。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种风扇,所述风扇包括壳体和支撑杆,所述壳体上设有扣紧件,所述扣紧件对所述支撑杆夹紧固定,所述扣紧件的内表面设有扣紧凸起,所述扣紧凸起与所述支撑杆的外表面相对设置。
所述扣紧件包括弧面部,所述扣紧凸起设在所述弧面部上,所述弧面部与所述支撑杆的外表面相配合,所述弧面部的横截面为半圆弧的形状,所述支撑杆为圆柱形设置。这样,弧面部的设置可以更好的对支撑杆进行固定,可以更好的根据支撑杆的弧度来调整弧面部的弧度,使得弧面部可以更好的与所述支撑杆进行贴合,这样就可以将支撑杆固定得更加的稳固,扣紧凸起的更好的对支撑杆进行夹紧,非常有效的增大了扣紧件与支撑杆之间的摩擦力,使得支撑杆更加的不容易拔出,从而使得风扇更加的耐用;圆柱形的支撑杆可以更加方便支撑杆的弯曲,使得支撑杆的弯曲更加的轻松省力,弧面部也可以更好的配合支撑杆进行夹紧。
所述弧面部上设有限位围骨,所述壳体上设有与所述限位围骨相配合的固定槽,所述限位围骨沿所述弧面部径向延伸,所述限位围骨上设有减重凹槽。这样,限位围骨与固定槽良好的配合,使得扣紧件可以非常牢固的固定在壳体上,从而 更好的对支撑杆进行固定,限位围骨沿弧面部的进行延伸,这样可以更好的对扣紧件进行安装固定,同时方便对扣紧件进行拆卸;减重凹槽的设置可以很好的降低扣紧件的重量,使得风尚更加的方便携带,同时也能够很好的节省耗材,进一步降低生产成本。
所述弧面部与所述限位围骨固定连接或一体成型,所述扣紧凸起与所述扣紧件固定连接或一体成型。这样,非常方便扣紧件的加工和生产,方便扣紧件的出模,使得扣紧件的生产成本进一步降低,一体成型的设置也使得扣紧件的安装和拆卸更加的方便简单,进一步的节省了人力成本,使得风扇的生产成本进一步降低,从而很好的提升了市场竞争力。
所述壳体内设有空腔,所述空腔上设有顶盖,所述顶盖可对所述空腔进行盖合,所述支撑杆可弯曲放置在所述空腔内。这样,空腔的设置,使得支撑杆可以非常方便的弯曲放置在空腔内,从而可以非常好的对支撑杆进行收纳,将顶盖盖合在空腔上,非常有效的对空腔内部进行遮蔽,防止灰尘或水珠等落入到空腔内部,非常有效的保证了风扇的正常工作;当风扇不使用时,将支撑杆弯曲收纳到空腔内,风扇可以成为桌面的摆饰,将支撑杆从空腔内拿出使用时,可以将空腔用作笔筒或名片盒使用,使得风扇非常的实用。
所述空腔内设有第一档板和第二挡板,所述第一档板与所述第二挡板对称设置,所述第一档板与所述第二挡板上都设有顶盖凹槽。这样,第一档板和第二挡板的设置,可以很好的对空腔进行加固,使得空腔的内壁更加的牢固,从而可以很好的对空腔内收纳的部件进行保护;而且第一档板和第二挡板可以很好的对壳体的内部空间进行分割,更好的利用壳体内部的空间,同时第一档板和第二挡板可以很好的对内部线路进行遮蔽,使得空腔内部看起来非常的整洁美观;顶盖凹槽的设置使得顶盖的安装非常的方便省力,从而使得风扇的使用更加的便捷。
所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板上都设有顶盖插槽,所述顶盖插槽与所述顶盖凹槽成直角设置。这样,顶盖插槽的设置非常方便顶盖的收纳和放置,当顶盖从顶盖凹槽拔出后,可以将顶盖插入到顶盖插槽,这样可以非常好的实现顶盖的固定收纳,可以非常好的防止顶盖的丢失,从而保证顶盖的耐用性,而且顶盖插入 到顶盖插槽内,可以对空腔的空间进行很好的分割,可以利用利用空腔作为笔筒或名片盒使用,做到风扇的多功能化使用。
所述支撑杆的一端连接设有电机,所述支撑杆的另一端连接设有电源,所述支撑杆内设有中空部,所述电源与所述电机之间的连接线通过所述中空部。这样,通过支撑杆可以很好的将电机与电源连通,非常方便线路的布置,同时支撑杆也非常好的对线路进行保护,使得风扇的外观更加的简洁美观。
所述壳体包括电源仓,所述电源设在所述电源仓内,所述电源仓与所述空腔之间设有隔板凸起。这样,隔板凸起非常好的将空腔与电源仓进行分割,使得空腔可以更好的内利用,而且可以很好的对电源仓进行保护,使得电源仓内的电源可以很好的被保护,从而使得风扇可以非常良好高效的运转。
所述壳体上设有空心柱,所述空心柱延伸至所述电源仓内,所述空心柱与所述电源仓相连通,所述壳体上还设有开关限位围骨和接口限位围骨,所述开关限位围骨和所述接口限位围骨与所述电源仓相连通。这样,空心柱的设置很好的对线路进行保护,通过支撑杆的线路穿过空心柱与电源仓相连接,同时使得线路的布置非常的简洁美观;开关限位围骨和接口限位围骨与电源仓相连通,可以更好的布线,使得线路的布置非常的简单方便。
本发明由于采用扣紧件的结构,使得支撑杆的固定非常的方便简单,而且扣紧件能够非常好的对支撑杆夹紧固定,同时扣紧件与支撑杆的安装和拆卸非常的方便,扣紧凸起设在扣紧件的内表面,非常有效的增大了扣紧件与支撑杆之间的摩擦力,使得对支撑杆的固定更加的稳固,支撑杆可以自由的弯曲变形,从而使得风扇更加的耐用。

如图1和图10所示,本实施例公开一种风扇,风扇包括壳体1和支撑杆16,壳体1上设有扣紧件4,扣紧件4对支撑杆16夹紧固定,扣紧件4的内表面设有扣紧凸起41,扣紧凸起41与支撑杆16的外表面相对设置,采用扣紧件4的结构,使得支撑杆16的固定非常的方便简单,而且扣紧件4能够非常好的对支撑杆16夹紧固定,同时扣紧件4与支撑杆16的安装和拆卸非常的方便,扣紧凸起41设在扣紧件4的内表面,非常有效的增大了扣紧件4与支撑杆16之间的摩擦力,使得对支撑杆16的固定更加的稳固,支撑杆16可以自由的弯曲变形,从而使得风扇更加的耐用。
扣紧件4包括弧面部42,扣紧凸起41设在弧面部42上,弧面部42与支撑杆16的外表面相配合,弧面部42的横截面为半圆弧的形状,弧面部42的设置可以更好的对支撑杆16进行固定,可以更好的根据支撑杆16的弧度来调整弧面部42的弧度,使得弧面部42可以更好的与所述支撑杆16进行贴合,这样就可以将支撑杆16固定得更加的稳固,扣紧凸起41的更好的对支撑杆16进行夹紧,非常有效的增大了扣紧件4与支撑杆16之间的摩擦力,使得支撑杆16更加的不容易拔出,从而使得风扇更加的耐用,支撑杆16为圆柱形设置,圆柱形的支撑杆16可以更加方便支撑杆16的弯曲,使得支撑杆16的弯曲更加的轻松省力,弧面部42也可以更好的配合支撑杆16进行夹紧。
弧面部42上设有限位围骨43,壳体1上设有与限位围骨43相配合的固定槽153,限位围骨43沿弧面部42径向延伸,限位围骨43与固定槽153良好的配合,使得扣紧件4可以非常牢固的固定在壳体1上,从而更好的对支撑杆16 进行固定,限位围骨43沿弧面部42的进行延伸,这样可以更好的对扣紧件4进行安装固定,同时方便对扣紧件4进行拆卸;限位围骨43上设有减重凹槽44,减重凹槽44的设置可以很好的降低扣紧件4的重量,使得风尚更加的方便携带,同时也能够很好的节省耗材,进一步降低生产成本。
弧面部42与限位围骨43固定连接或一体成型,扣紧凸起41与扣紧件4固定连接或一体成型,非常方便扣紧件4的加工和生产,方便扣紧件4的出模,使得扣紧件4的生产成本进一步降低,一体成型的设置也使得扣紧件4的安装和拆卸更加的方便简单,进一步的节省了人力成本,使得风扇的生产成本进一步降低,从而很好的提升了市场竞争力。
壳体1内设有空腔14,空腔14上设有顶盖15,顶盖15可对空腔14进行盖合,支撑杆16可弯曲放置在空腔14内,空腔14的设置,使得支撑杆16可以非常方便的弯曲放置在空腔14内,从而可以非常好的对支撑杆16进行收纳,将顶盖15盖合在空腔14上,非常有效的对空腔14内部进行遮蔽,防止灰尘或水珠等落入到空腔14内部,非常有效的保证了风扇的正常工作;当风扇不使用时,将支撑杆16弯曲收纳到空腔14内,风扇可以成为桌面的摆饰,将支撑杆16从空腔14内拿出使用时,可以将空腔14用作笔筒或名片盒使用,使得风扇非常的实用。
空腔14内设有第一挡板141和第二挡板142,第一挡板141和第二挡板142的设置,可以很好的对空腔14进行加固,使得空腔14的内壁更加的牢固,从而可以很好的对空腔14内收纳的部件进行保护;第一挡板141与第二挡板142对称设置,使得风扇的加工非常的简单方便,而且第一挡板141和第二挡板142可以很好的对壳体1的内部空间进行分割,更好的利用壳体1内部的空间,同时第一挡板141和第二挡板142可以很好的对内部线路进行遮蔽,使得空腔14内部看起来非常的整洁美观;第一挡板141与第二挡板142上都设有顶盖凹槽143,顶盖凹槽143的设置使得顶盖15的安装非常的方便省力,从而使得风扇的使用更加的便捷。
第一挡板141与第二挡板142上都设有顶盖插槽144,顶盖插槽144的设置 非常方便顶盖15的收纳和放置,当顶盖15从顶盖凹槽143拔出后,可以将顶盖15插入到顶盖插槽144,这样可以非常好的实现顶盖15的固定收纳,可以非常好的防止顶盖15的丢失,从而保证顶盖15的耐用性,而且顶盖15插入到顶盖插槽144内,可以对空腔14的空间进行很好的分割,可以利用利用空腔14作为笔筒或名片盒使用,做到风扇的多功能化使用,顶盖插槽144与顶盖凹槽143成直角设置,这样设置使得顶盖插槽144与顶盖凹槽143可以更好的被使用,更加方便使用者使用,而且使得第一挡板141与第二挡板142更加方便加工生产。
支撑杆16的一端连接设有电机12,支撑杆16的另一端连接设有电源171,支撑杆16内设有中空部161,电源171与电机12之间的连接线通过中空部161,通过支撑杆16可以很好的将电机12与电源171连通,非常方便线路的布置,同时支撑杆16也非常好的对线路进行保护,使得风扇的外观更加的简洁美观。
壳体1包括电源仓17,电源171设在电源仓17内,电源仓17与空腔14之间设有隔板凸起,隔板凸起非常好的将空腔14与电源仓17进行分割,使得空腔14可以更好的内利用,而且可以很好的对电源仓17进行保护,使得电源仓17内的电源171可以很好的被保护,从而使得风扇可以非常良好高效的运转。
电源仓17上设有电源盖172,电源盖172上设有弹性卡扣174,弹性卡扣174与壳体1相配合,弹性卡扣174的设置方便电源盖172的安装和拆卸,而且弹性卡扣174使得电源盖172很好的与壳体1相配合进行固定,从而很好的对电源仓17内的电源171进行保护,保证风扇良好高效的工作。
电源盖172上设有电源盖凸起173,电源盖凸起173上设有翻转轴175,翻转轴175与壳体1相配合,电源盖凸起173的设置方便电源盖172的安装和拆卸,可以使电源盖172安装更加的平整美观,翻转轴175非常好的对电源盖172进行固定,配合弹性卡扣174可以非常牢固的将电源盖172固定在壳体1上。
隔板凸起上设有隔板卡槽183,隔板卡槽183对称设置,隔板卡槽183与第一挡板141和第二挡板142相配合,隔板卡槽183非常好的对第一挡板141和第二挡板142进行固定,非常方便第一挡板141和第二挡板142的安装和拆卸。
风扇包括后盖151,后盖151上设有支撑凸起152,第一挡板141与第二挡 板142上设有与支撑凸起152相配合的挡板凹槽145,挡板凹槽145能够很好的对第一挡板141与第二挡板142进行固定,支撑凸起152的设置使得第一挡板141与第二挡板142更好的固定才可以上,配合隔板卡槽183对第一挡板141和第二挡板142的固定,使得第一挡板141和第二挡板142的固定更加的牢固,从而使得空腔14根更加的平整美观,方便对支撑杆16的收纳,方便物品的放置存储。
壳体1为四棱柱,壳体1上设有倒角,壳体1采用四棱柱设置,使得风扇可以很平稳的放置,可以稳定的放置在桌面上;倒角的设置使得风扇的壳体1更加圆润美观,而且使得风扇的使用更加的安全,不容易被壳体1的边角磕碰,很好的保障了使用者的安全。
壳体1上设有空心柱19,空心柱19延伸至电源仓17内,空心柱19与电源仓17相连通,空心柱19的设置很好的对线路进行保护,通过支撑杆16的线路穿过空心柱19与电源仓17相连接,同时使得线路的布置非常的简洁美观;壳体1上还设有开关限位围骨181和接口限位围骨182,开关限位围骨181和接口限位围骨182与电源仓17相连通,开关限位围骨181和接口限位围骨182与电源仓17相连通,可以更好的布线,使得线路的布置非常的简单方便。
风扇包括固定件2和叶片3,固定件2对叶片3进行夹紧固定,电机12上设有传动件13,固定件2上设有与传动件13相配合的限位凹槽211,叶片3通过固定件2带动旋转,这样可以非常方便的通过电机12带动固定件2的旋转,从而使得叶片3转动,传动件13和限位凹槽211的配合,使得风扇可以非常高效的进行工作,而且这种配合方式方便安装,而且非常方便拆卸维修或更换零部件,使得风扇更加的耐用;同时直接由安装在电机12上的传动件13带动固定件2,使得电机12的转化效率非常的高,更加的节约电能,做到非常的绿色环保。
固定件2包括前固定件21,限位凹槽211设在前固定件21上,传动件13上设有限位缺口131,限位凹槽211内设有与限位缺口131相配合的限位凸起212,通过电机12带动传动件13转动,固定件2上设有限位凸起212,限位凸起212与限位缺口131相配合,从而使得传动件13带动固定件2转动,这样就可以非 常好的带动叶片3工作;通过传动件13和固定件2的配合,使得风扇可以非常高效的进行工作,而且这样配合方式方便安装,而且非常方便拆卸维修或更换零部件,使得风扇更加的耐用。
固定件2包括后固定件22,前固定件21与后固定件22相互配合,第一平面213上能够非常好的与后固定件22紧密配合,使得固定件2的外观看起来更加的整洁美观,前固定件21上设有第一平面213,第一平面213上设有固定凸起214,后固定件22上设有与固定凸起214相配合的固定缺口221,固定凸起214与固定缺口221相配合,很好的将前固定件21和后固定件22紧密固定在一起,而且固定凸起214与固定缺口221设在前固定件21和后固定件22的接触面上,这样能够非常好的防止误操作造成的前固定件21与后固定件22相互分离,使得固定件2更加的耐用,从而使得风扇可以更加稳定高效的运转。
后固定件22上设有斜面部222,前固定件21上设有第一斜面215,第一斜面215与斜面部222相配合,斜面部222的设置使得与前固定件21的第一斜面215可以非常好的进行配合,使得固定件2组装更加的方便,叶片3上设有叶片凸起31,叶片凸起31设在第一斜面215与斜面部222之间,叶片3设在前固定件21和后固定件22之间,斜面部222与第一斜面215的配合能够有效的是叶片3形成一个的规定的弧度,使得风扇的风压得到非常好的提高,这样风扇吹出来的风更加的强劲,从而大大提高市场的竞争力。
后固定件22上设有限位柱223和定位柱224,叶片3上设有与限位柱223相配合的叶片定位孔32,定位柱224与叶片凸起31相配合,限位柱223与叶片定位孔32的良好配合,使得叶片3的固定更加的牢固,而且限位柱223很好的对叶片3进行限位,放置叶片3的移位或脱落,保证叶片3正常工作,使得风扇可以更加稳定高效的工作;定位柱224能够很好的对叶片3进行限位,使得叶片3能够更好的工作。
前固定件21上设有固定柱216,后固定件22上设有与固定柱216相配合的固定孔225,固定柱216与固定孔225的配合,使得前固定件21与后固定件22的配合更加的紧密,固定柱216与固定孔225可以很好的对前固定件21和后固 定件22进行限位固定,保证固定件2的良好的工作,同时使得叶片3的固定更加的紧密,大大提高了风扇的耐用性,固定柱216间隔设置三个,设置三个固定住使得钱固定件2与后固定件22的固定更加的稳固,保证风扇的良好稳定的运转。
支撑杆16上连接设有电机壳体11,电机壳体11非常好的对电机12进行保护,能有有效的放置灰尘和水的进入,保证电机12稳定高效的工作,电机12设在电机壳体11内部,电机壳体11上设有电机挡骨111,电机挡骨111非常好的对电机12进行限位固定,使得电机12的固定更加的稳固,有效的减小电机12的振动,使得电机12可以更加安静的运行。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述扣紧件包括弧面部,所述扣紧凸起设在所述弧面部上,所述弧面部与所述支撑杆的外表面相配合,所述弧面部的横截面为半圆弧的形状,所述支撑杆为圆柱形设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述弧面部上设有限位围骨,所述壳体上设有与所述限位围骨相配合的固定槽,所述限位围骨沿所述弧面部径向延伸,所述限位围骨上设有减重凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述弧面部与所述限位围骨固定连接或一体成型,所述扣紧凸起与所述扣紧件固定连接或一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有空腔,所述空腔上设有顶盖,所述顶盖可对所述空腔进行盖合,所述支撑杆可弯曲放置在所述空腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述空腔内设有第一档板和第二挡板,所述第一档板与所述第二挡板对称设置,所述第一档板与所述第二挡板上都设有顶盖凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述第一挡板与所述第二挡板上都设有顶盖插槽,所述顶盖插槽与所述顶盖凹槽成直角设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述支撑杆的一端连接设有电机,所述支撑杆的另一端连接设有电源,所述支撑杆内设有中空部,所述电源与所述电机之间的连接线通过所述中空部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体包括电源仓,所述电源设在所述电源仓内,所述电源仓与所述空腔之间设有隔板凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种风扇,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有空心柱,所述空心柱延伸至所述电源仓内,所述空心柱与所述电源仓相连通,所述壳体上还设有开关限位围骨和接口限位围骨,所述开关限位围骨和所述接口限位围骨与所述电源仓相连通。
