Abstract

一种电机,包括转轴(1)、转子组件(2)、定子组件(3)、机壳(4)和端盖(5),转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,端盖安装在机壳端部,转轴两端支承在端盖的轴承上,在机壳的端部上伸出有若干个凸台(41),端盖的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔(51),凸台从通孔中间穿过,至少一个凸台的顶部设置有压块(411),压块把端盖固定在机壳的端部上。该电机结构简单,通过铆压机壳端部的凸台就可以把端盖与机壳固定安装在一起,安装方便、快捷,不需要再使用螺钉,可以降低电机成本。

Description

一种电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电机。
背景技术:
现有水泵电机的安装结构通常包括如下几种:
1)先把定子组件压装在机壳里面,前端盖和后端盖分别位于机壳的两端,螺钉穿过前端盖、定子组件和后端盖之后与螺母拧紧从而把前端盖和后端盖与机壳固定在一起,实现电机的整体装配;
2)先把定子组件压装在一个小机壳里面,再把安装有定子组件的小机壳套装在一个大机壳里面,并且通过若干螺钉把安装有定子组件的小机壳与大机壳固定在一起,从而实现电机的整体装配。
但是,上述几种现有水泵电机的安装结构都较为复杂,操作繁琐、困难,而且都必须通过螺钉才能实现电机的整体装配,物料相对较多,操作起来十分不便,而且也会导致成本升高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机,该电机结构简单,通过铆压机壳端部的凸台就可以把端盖与机壳固定安装在一起,安装方便、快捷,而且不需要再使用螺钉,可以降低电机成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机,包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳和端盖,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,端盖安装在机壳端部,转轴两端支承在端盖的轴承上,在机壳的端部上伸出有若干个凸台,端盖的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔,凸台从通孔中间穿过,至少一个凸台的顶部设置有压块,压块把端盖固定在机壳的端部上。
上述所述的凸台顶部的压块是通过铆压形成的。
上述所述的只有部分的凸台的顶部被铆压形成压块,所述的压块是扁平状 的。
上述所述的从端盖的底面上往下伸出环形凸台,环形凸台嵌套在机壳的内壁里面。
上述所述的机壳的端部往外伸出环形翻边,所述的凸台设置在环形翻边上。
上述所述的端盖包括前端盖和后端盖,前端盖和机壳是一体铸造成型的,后端盖安装在机壳端部。
上述所述的定子组件包括定子铁芯和卷绕安装在定子铁芯上的线圈绕组,在机壳的内壁设置有环形的台阶部,定子铁芯支承在台阶部的顶面上。
上述所述的在后端盖上开设有若干安装孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在机壳的端部上伸出有若干个凸台,端盖的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔,凸台从通孔中间穿过,至少一个凸台的顶部被铆压形成压块,压块把端盖固定在机壳的端部上,该结构简单,安装方便、快捷,而且不需要再使用螺钉,可以降低电机成本;
2)只有部分的凸台的顶部被铆压形成压块,剩余的凸台可以在后续需要返工、维修、加固等情况下替换使用,保证电机可以多次拆装并且不影响整机性能;
3)从端盖的底面上往下伸出环形凸台,环形凸台嵌套在机壳的内壁里面,结构简单,端盖的定位安装更加简单,提高装配效率;
4)机壳的端部往外伸出环形翻边,所述的凸台设置在环形翻边上,结构简单,安装方便,有效增加机壳与端盖的结合强度;
5)在后端盖上开设有若干安装孔,方便电容或者其他零件的安装。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1至图5所示,本实用新型是一种电机,包括转轴1、转子组件2、定子组件3、机壳4和端盖5,转子组件2安装在转轴1上,定子组件3和机壳4安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件2外面,端盖5安装在机壳4端部,转轴1两端支承在端盖5的轴承上,在机壳4的端部上伸出有若干个凸台41,端盖5的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔51,凸台41从通孔中间51穿过,至少一个凸台41的顶部设置有压块411,压块411把端盖5固定在机壳4的端部上。凸台41顶部的压块411是通过铆压形成的。只有部分的凸台41的顶部被铆压形成压块411,所述的压块411是扁平状的。从端盖5的底面上往下伸出环形凸台52,环形凸台52嵌套在机壳4的内壁里面。机壳4的端部往外伸出环形翻边42,所述的凸台41设置在环形翻边42上。所述的端盖5包括前端盖54和后端盖55,前端盖54和机壳4是一体铸造成型的,后端盖55安装在机壳4端部。所述的定子组件3包括定子铁芯31和卷绕安装在定子铁芯31上的线圈绕组32,在机壳4的内壁设置有环形的台阶部43,定子铁芯31支承在台阶部43的顶面上。在后端盖上开设有若干安装孔53。
本实用新型的原理是:在机壳4的端部上伸出有若干个凸台41,后端盖55的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔51,凸台41从通孔中间51穿过,部分的凸台41的顶部被铆压形成压块411,压块411把后端盖55固定在机壳4的端部上,该结构简单,安装方便、快捷,而且不需要再使用螺钉,可以降低电机成本,同时,剩余的凸台41可以在后续需要返工、维修、加固等情况下替换使用,保证电机可以多次拆装并且不影响整机性能。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种电机,包括转轴(1)、转子组件(2)、定子组件(3)、机壳(4)和端盖(5),转子组件(2)安装在转轴(1)上,定子组件(3)和机壳(4)安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件(2)外面,端盖(5)安装在机壳(4)端部,转轴(1)两端支承在端盖(5)的轴承上,其特征在于:在机壳(4)的端部上伸出有若干个凸台(41),端盖(5)的外侧边缘上开设有若干个通孔(51),凸台(41)从通孔中间(51)穿过,至少一个凸台(41)的顶部设置有压块(411),压块(411)把端盖(5)固定在机壳(4)的端部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机,其特征在于:凸台(41)顶部的压块(411)是通过铆压形成的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机,其特征在于:只有部分的凸台(41)的顶部被铆压形成压块(411),所述的压块(411)是扁平状的。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种电机,其特征在于:从端盖(5)的底面上往下伸出环形凸台(52),环形凸台(52)嵌套在机壳(4)的内壁里面。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种电机,其特征在于:机壳(4)的端部往外伸出环形翻边(42),所述的凸台(41)设置在环形翻边(42)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的端盖(5)包括前端盖(54)和后端盖(55),前端盖(54)和机壳(4)是一体铸造成型的,后端盖(55)安装在机壳(4)端部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电机,其特征在于:所述的定子组件(3)包括定子铁芯(31)和卷绕安装在定子铁芯(31)上的线圈绕组(32),在机壳(4)的内壁设置有环形的台阶部(43),定子铁芯(31)支承在台阶部(43)的顶面上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种电机,其特征在于:在后端盖上开设有若干安装孔(53)。
