Description

一种塑封电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种塑封电机,属于电机技术领域。
背景技术:
塑封电机是采用塑料封装技术将电机的定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组等用工程塑料进行整体封装,可取消传统的电机定子绝缘处理工艺及普通电机一些复杂的生产工艺,这种塑封电机在家用和风机上取得了广泛的应用,而传统的塑封电机包括塑封定子和转子组件,转子组件安装在塑封定子里面,塑封定子外部是光滑的曲面,该电机安装在外部设备上麻烦,无法满足螺钉安装的方式,而且安装后容易松脱、可靠性低。
针对传统塑封电机存在的不足,现有部分厂家采用把后端盖与塑封定子整体注塑的方案,在后端盖上安装有安装螺钉并且使安装螺钉的尾部从塑封定子上露出,通过安装螺钉尾部把塑封电机安装在外部设备上,但是后端盖与塑封定子之间结合强度低,在长期使用的过程中存在脱落的风险、可靠性低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种塑封电机,其结构简单,有效增加后端盖与塑封体之间的结合强度。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种塑封电机,包括转轴、转子组件、塑封定子、前端盖和后端盖,转子组件安装在转轴上,塑封定子嵌套在转子组件外面,前端盖和后端盖分别安装在塑封定子的两端,转轴两端分别支承在前端盖和后端盖的轴承上,其中塑封定子包括定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组和塑封体,端部绝缘安装在定子铁芯的端面上,线圈绕组绕制于端部绝缘上,塑封体把定子铁芯、端部绝缘和线圈绕组连结成一体,后端盖包括轴承室部分、位于轴承室部分外围的环状部分、连接在轴承室部分与环状部分之间的连接部分和从环状部分外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚,在环状部分上开设有若干通孔,在安装脚上安装有安装螺钉,塑 封体包裹在环状部分和安装脚的外面并且使安装螺钉的尾部从塑封体上露出,部分塑封体从通孔中间穿过。
上述安装脚包括与环状部分外缘连接的轴向延伸部和与轴向延伸部顶部连接的径向延伸部。
上述塑封体包裹在轴向延伸部和部分径向延伸部外面,径向延伸部的上表面从塑封体上露出。
上述在径向延伸部上开设有安装孔,安装螺钉通过铆接或者焊接安装在安装孔上。
上述径向延伸部的上表面从轴承室部分的上表面露出。
上述通孔是圆弧形或者圆形或者方形。
上述安装脚的数量为4个,4个安装脚沿周向间隔均匀排列。
上述在每个安装脚与连接部分之间、环状部分上开设有所述的通孔。
上述前端盖与塑封体的前端为紧配合。
一种塑封电机,包括转轴、转子组件、塑封定子、前端盖和后端盖,转子组件安装在转轴上,塑封定子嵌套在转子组件外面,前端盖和后端盖分别安装在塑封定子的两端,转轴两端分别支承在前端盖和后端盖的轴承上,其中塑封定子包括定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组和塑封体,端部绝缘安装在定子铁芯的端面上,线圈绕组绕制于端部绝缘上,塑封体把定子铁芯、端部绝缘和线圈绕组连结成一体,前端盖或者后端盖包括轴承室部分、位于轴承室部分外围的环状部分、连接在轴承室部分与环状部分之间的连接部分和从环状部分外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚,在环状部分上开设有若干通孔,在安装脚上开设有螺纹孔,塑封体包裹在环状部分和安装脚的外面并且使螺纹孔从塑封体上露出,部分塑封体从通孔中间穿过。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在环状部分上开设有若干通孔,在安装脚上安装有安装螺钉,塑封体包裹在环状部分和安装脚的外面并且使安装螺钉的尾部从塑封体上露出,部分塑 封体从通孔中间穿过,其结构简单,有效增加后端盖与塑封体之间的结合强度,防止后端盖在长期使用的过程中会出现脱落的风险,可靠性高,使用寿命长;
2)塑封体包裹在轴向延伸部和部分径向延伸部外面,径向延伸部的上表面从塑封体上露出,通过径向延伸部的上表面与客户安装钣金进行点接触,避免面接触而产生的噪音隐患;
3)在径向延伸部上开设有安装孔,安装螺钉或者铆接或者焊接安装在安装孔上,结构简单,安装方式多样,方便客户安装;
4)在安装脚上开设有螺纹孔,塑封体包裹在环状部分和安装脚的外面并且使螺纹孔从塑封体上露出,部分塑封体从通孔中间穿过,结构简单,方便客户安装。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例是一种塑封电机,包括转轴1、转子组件2、塑封定子3、前端盖4和后端盖5,转子组件2安装在转轴1上,塑封定子3嵌套在转子组件2外面,前端盖4和后端盖5分别安装在塑封定子3的两端,转轴1两端分别支承在前端盖4和后端盖5的轴承6上,其中塑封定子3包括定子铁芯31、端部绝缘32、线圈绕组33和塑封体34,端部绝缘32安装在定子铁芯31的端面上,线圈绕组33绕制于端部绝缘32上,塑封体34把定子铁芯31、端部绝缘32和线圈绕组33连结成一体,前端盖4与塑封体34之间为紧配合。后端盖5包括轴承室部分51、位于轴承室部分51外围的环状部分52、连接在轴承室部分51与环状部分52之间的连接部分53和从环状部分52 外缘上往外伸出的4个安装脚54,4个安装脚54沿周向间隔均匀排列,安装脚54的数量可根据需求而定,例如可以把安装脚54的数量设置为3个或者5个或者6个等,安装脚54的具体数量不应视为对本实用新型保护范围的限制。在每个安装脚54与连接部分53之间、环状部分52上开设有圆弧形的通孔520,但是通孔520的形状不限于圆弧形,也可以是圆形或者方形,通孔520的具体形状不应视为对本实用新型保护范围的限制。在安装脚54上安装有安装螺钉7,塑封体34包裹在环状部分52和安装脚54的外面并且使安装螺钉7的尾部从塑封体34上露出,部分塑封体34从通孔520中间穿过。
安装脚54包括与环状部分52外缘连接的轴向延伸部541和与轴向延伸部541顶部连接的径向延伸部542。塑封体34包裹在轴向延伸部541和部分径向延伸部542外面,径向延伸部542的上表面从塑封体34上露出,即可具体根据客户整机空间把径向延伸部542的上表面设置为与塑封体34的上表面平齐,或者把径向延伸部542的上表面设置为高出于塑封体34的上表面。在径向延伸部542上开设有安装孔5420,安装螺钉7通过螺接或者铆接或者焊接安装在安装孔5420上。优选的,本实施例中,安装螺钉7通过螺钉安装在安装孔5420上。
径向延伸部542的上表面与轴承室部分51的上表面平齐。在轴承室部分51与环状部分52上表面之间形成环形的凹槽,即所述的连接部分53。
实施例二:如图4所示,本实施例是一种塑封电机,包括转轴1、转子组件2、塑封定子3、前端盖4和后端盖5,转子组件2安装在转轴1上,塑封定子3嵌套在转子组件2外面,前端盖4和后端盖5分别安装在塑封定子3的两端,转轴1两端分别支承在前端盖4和后端盖5的轴承6上,其中塑封定子3包括定子铁芯31、端部绝缘32、线圈绕组33和塑封体34,端部绝缘32安装在定子铁芯31的端面上,线圈绕组33绕制于端部绝缘32上,塑封体34把定子铁芯31、端部绝缘32和线圈绕组33连结成一体,其中前端盖4包括轴承室部分51、位于轴承室部分51外围的环状部分52、连接在轴承室部分51与环状部分52之间的连接部分53和从环状部分52外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚54,在环状部 分52上开设有若干通孔520,在安装脚54上开设有螺纹孔540,塑封体34包裹在环状部分52和安装脚54的外面并且使螺纹孔540从塑封体34上露出,部分塑封体34从通孔520中间穿过,并且安装脚54的上表面从塑封体34上露出。
实施例三:本实施例与实施例二的不同之处在于:其中后端盖5包括轴承室部分51、位于轴承室部分51外围的环状部分52、连接在轴承室部分51与环状部分52之间的连接部分53和从环状部分52外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚54,在环状部分52上开设有若干通孔520,在安装脚54上开设有螺纹孔540,塑封体34包裹在环状部分52和安装脚54的外面并且使螺纹孔540从塑封体34上露出,部分塑封体34从通孔520中间穿过,而不是实施例二中的前端盖。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种塑封电机,包括转轴(1)、转子组件(2)、塑封定子(3)、前端盖(4)和后端盖(5),转子组件(2)安装在转轴(1)上,塑封定子(3)嵌套在转子组件(2)外面,前端盖(4)和后端盖(5)分别安装在塑封定子(3)的两端,转轴(1)两端分别支承在前端盖(4)和后端盖(5)的轴承(6)上,其中塑封定子(3)包括定子铁芯(31)、端部绝缘(32)、线圈绕组(33)和塑封体(34),端部绝缘(32)安装在定子铁芯(31)的端面上,线圈绕组(33)绕制于端部绝缘(32)上,塑封体(34)把定子铁芯(31)、端部绝缘(32)和线圈绕组(33)连结成一体,其特征在于:后端盖(5)包括轴承室部分(51)、位于轴承室部分(51)外围的环状部分(52)、连接在轴承室部分(51)与环状部分(52)之间的连接部分(53)和从环状部分(52)外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚(54),在环状部分(52)上开设有若干通孔(520),在安装脚(54)上安装有安装螺钉(7),塑封体(34)包裹在环状部分(52)和安装脚(54)的外面并且使安装螺钉(7)的尾部从塑封体(34)上露出,部分塑封体(34)从通孔(520)中间穿过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:安装脚(54)包括与环状部分(52)外缘连接的轴向延伸部(541)和与轴向延伸部(541)顶部连接的径向延伸部(542)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:塑封体(34)包裹在轴向延伸部(541)和部分径向延伸部(542)外面,径向延伸部(542)的上表面从塑封体(34)上露出。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:在径向延伸部(542)上开设有安装孔(5420),安装螺钉(7)通过铆接或者焊接安装在安装孔(5420)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:径向延伸部 (542)的上表面从轴承室部分(51)的上表面露出。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:通孔(520)是圆弧形或者圆形或者方形。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:安装脚(54)的数量为4个,4个安装脚(54)沿周向间隔均匀排列。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:在每个安装脚(54)与连接部分(53)之间、环状部分(52)上开设有所述的通孔(520)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种塑封电机,其特征在于:前端盖(4)与塑封体(34)的前端为紧配合。
  10. 一种塑封电机,包括转轴(1)、转子组件(2)、塑封定子(3)、前端盖(4)和后端盖(5),转子组件(2)安装在转轴(1)上,塑封定子(3)嵌套在转子组件(2)外面,前端盖(4)和后端盖(5)分别安装在塑封定子(3)的两端,转轴(1)两端分别支承在前端盖(4)和后端盖(5)的轴承(6)上,其中塑封定子(3)包括定子铁芯(31)、端部绝缘(32)、线圈绕组(33)和塑封体(34),端部绝缘(32)安装在定子铁芯(31)的端面上,线圈绕组(33)绕制于端部绝缘(32)上,塑封体(34)把定子铁芯(31)、端部绝缘(32)和线圈绕组(33)连结成一体,其特征在于:前端盖(4)或者后端盖(5)包括轴承室部分(51)、位于轴承室部分(51)外围的环状部分(52)、连接在轴承室部分(51)与环状部分(52)之间的连接部分(53)和从环状部分(52)外缘上往外伸出的若干安装脚(54),在环状部分(52)上开设有若干通孔(520),在安装脚(54)上开设有螺纹孔(540),塑封体(34)包裹在环状部分(52)和安装脚(54)的外面并且使螺纹孔(540)从塑封体(34)上露出,部分塑封体(34)从通孔(520)中间穿过。
