Description
本实用新型涉及一种防火塑封电机。
现有的具有防火结构的注塑电机包括塑封定子组件、转子组件和转轴,塑封定子组件包括定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组和塑封外壳,定子铁芯的端面上安装端部绝缘后卷绕线圈绕组,塑封外壳包裹在定子铁芯、端部绝缘和线圈绕组外,转轴安装在转子组件上,塑封定子组件中间设有第一空腔,转子组件安装在第一空腔里,塑封定子组件的两端罩有金属防火罩,这种塑封电机,BMC塑封料用料多,外形尺寸大,占用体积大,且BMC塑封料不防火,若内部起火后会迅速蔓延至电机外侧,防火效果差。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防火塑封电机,能解决现有防火塑封电机体积大、防火效果差的问题。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防火塑封电机,包括塑封定子组件、转子组件和转轴,塑封定子组件包括定子铁芯、端部绝缘、线圈绕组和塑封体,定子铁芯的端面上安装端部绝缘后卷绕线圈绕组,塑封体包裹在定子铁芯、端部绝缘和线圈绕组外,转轴安装在转子组件上,塑封定子组件中间设有第一空腔,转子组件安装在第一空腔里,其特征在于:还包括上端盖和下端盖,上端盖与下端盖安装在一起并形成第二空腔,所述塑封定子组件和转子组件安装在第二空腔内,定子铁芯的部分外侧面凸出在塑封体的外侧面外形成连接部,上端盖或/和下端盖的内侧面与连接部紧密接触使得塑封定子组件固定在第二空腔内。
上述所述线圈绕组在定子铁芯的两端面上凸出有线圈外露部,定子铁芯包括圆环状的轭部及自所述轭部向圆心方向延伸的若干个齿部,相邻两个齿部之间形成嵌线槽,轭部的外边缘上周向设置有若干个切边,塑封体包括第一塑封 部、第二塑封部和两个第三塑封部,两个第三塑封部分别包裹线定子铁芯两端的线圈外露部,第一塑封部填充各个嵌线槽,第二塑封部在轭部外周面外包裹切边,两个第三塑封部之间由第一塑封部和第二塑封部连接在一起。
上述所述轭部的部分外侧面凸出在第二塑封部外形成所述连接部。
上述所述上端盖和下端盖扣接着一起。
上述所述上端盖与下端盖是金属材料制造。
上述所述上端盖和下端盖,都是由端板、从端板边缘拉伸出的套筒部组成,端板中间设置有安装轴承的轴承座,转轴支承安装在轴承上,在套筒部的一端设置有翻边。
上述所述下端盖的翻边上设有若干卡扣,卡扣扣在上端盖的翻边上并使上端盖与下端盖连接在一起。
上述所述上端盖和下端盖的翻边上均周向凸出有若干凸耳,凸耳上设有安装孔。

上述所述轭部111的部分外侧面凸出在第二塑封部142外形成所述连接部115。结构简单,与上端盖41或/和下端盖42配合处的定子铁芯11外圆凸出在塑封体14外,保证了塑封定子组件与上端盖41、下端盖42的同心度。
