所述吸水软管 13放置在前壳 2内的第一凹槽 21内, 后壳 3对应前壳 2的结 构设置, 后壳 3上设有与第一凹槽 21配合的第二凹槽, 当前壳 2和后壳 3配合 固定时, 第一凹槽 21 和第二凹槽形成用于存储液体的水箱, 从而吸水软管 13 就放置在水箱内, 进而喷水装置 1 就能够不断的喷出雾水。 水箱的侧壁设有与 喷水装置 1配合的通孔, 前壳 2和后壳 3在水箱侧壁 25处分别设有与喷水装置 1配合的水箱开口, 从而形成所述通孔用于对喷水装置 1进行限位, 在此限位处 为了防止漏出液体, 所述喷水装置 1的喷水管 12上套接一垫圏, 垫圏周围设置 一凹陷, 水箱侧壁 25放置在凹陷内, 凹陷为圓环形结构, 则所述水箱开口为半 圓形结构, 当前壳 2和后壳 3固定在一起时两个半圓弧形结构的水箱侧壁 25就 将垫圏卡紧, 从而可防止漏出液体。 垫圏是软质的橡胶材料, 这样在其受到挤 压时便会收缩, 发生形变, 从而不易受损, 而且对喷水管 12也起到保护作用; 另外防漏水效果更佳。 这样喷水装置 1就被卡位在水箱侧壁 25处。 喷水管 12 上设有挡件 121 , 垫圏套接在喷水管 12上紧贴挡件 121 , 从而防止垫圏脱离。
在本实施例中,所述第一 槽 21底部设有一用于支撑喷水装置 1的卡件 24, 卡件 24包括用于支撑所述喷水管 12的支撑板和在所述支撑板顶部设置用于放 置所述喷水管 12的弧形开口。 支撑板可支起喷水管 12, 对喷水管 12进行两点 限位, 喷水管 12放置在弧形开口处, 弧形开口适合喷水管 12设置可防止喷水 管 12受损, 而且当前壳 2和后壳 3配合固定时前壳 2上的弧形开口和后壳 3上 的弧形开口配合就会将喷水管 12 限位在两个弧形开口之间, 从而对喷水管 12 的限位和固定效果都更佳。
所述卡件 24还包括设置在所述支撑板两侧的加强柱, 可增加支撑板的牢固 性, 所述加强柱为圓柱体结构; 所述加强柱根部设有加强筋, 可进一步增加其 强度。 加强筋的个数为两个, 且相对设置, 加强筋的结构为直角梯形, 较长一 直角边与加强柱接触, 这样就可以增加支撑板的强度。 当然, 也可以设置其他 个数的加强筋, 比如一个、 三个等等; 也可以将加强筋设置成其他结构, 比如 条形结构的。 相比之下, 设置直角梯形结构的加强筋可更多的增加其根部的强 度, 这样就使效果更佳。
如图 2所示, 前壳 2在水箱位置设有用于注入液体的注液孔 23 , 该注液孔 23 为圓形结构的通孔, 方便往水箱内注入液体。 本发明所述的液体为水, 也可 以在水中加入香水、 花露水等。 从而当液体随风扇的风吹向使用者时, 不仅能 够感受到凉爽感, 而且还能够香气四溢, 给人感官上的享受。 在前壳 2 的一端 端部设有一用于放置马达的马达放置槽 29, 对应的后壳 3也设有与其配合的马 达放置槽, 从而当前壳 2和后壳 3配合时两个马达放置槽就将马达固定。 在其 另一端设有一用于和挂绳配合悬挂其风扇的挂孔 26, 从而就方便携带风扇, 可 随时随地使用。
如图 4所示, 所述电池盖 5—侧设有带开槽 52的插头 51 , 结合图 3 , 所述 壳体在所述开口 221处设有与所述开槽 52进行卡配的卡板 222, 电池盖 5在开 口 221处沿卡板 222方向推, 当插头 51上的开槽 52与卡板 222配合时就将电 池盖 5固定在壳体上; 取下电池盖 5可在电池盖 5设有插头 52处向下按压, 然 后沿卡板 222方向的相反方向推, 当插头 51上的开槽 52与卡板 222脱离配合 时就可将电池盖 5取下。 所述开口 221设置在后壳 3处, 结合图 2, 放置槽 22 设置在前壳 2上, 前壳 2和后壳 3配合形成完整的用于放置电池的放置槽, 当 然也可以在后壳上设置放置槽, 在前壳上设置开口。
所述开口 221两端壁上设有用于放置所述电池盖 5的挡板 223 , 电池盖 5放 置在挡板 223上, 沿着挡板 223插入固定, 同样沿着挡板 223取下。 设置挡板 不仅方便安装电池盖 5 ,而且可防止电池盖 5对电池产生挤压而使电池或其它受 损。 所述挡板 223根部向外延伸有凸点 224, 所述电池盖 5上设有放置在所述凸 点 224下部与所述凸点 224紧配的凸沿 53 , 凸点 224和凸沿 53紧配使电池盖 5 对开口 221的封闭效果更佳, 而且凸点 224和凸沿 53紧配还起到一定的加强电 池盖 5的固定作用。 所述凸点 224和凸沿 53设置成相互配合的弧形结构, 弧形 结构容易配合, 而且在配合时弧形相对的可增大接触面。
从图 4中可以看到, 所述插头 51从顶部至所述开槽 52边沿处的厚度逐渐增 加, 这样设置插头 51的顶部就有一定的坡度, 从而在与卡板配合时就方便插入 到卡板内, 使卡板放置在开槽 52内进行卡配。 所述电池盖 5设有用于限位所述 电池的限位板 54, 所述限位板 54至少为两个,设置限位板可牢固的将电池固定 在放置槽内。 所述限位板 54之间设有加强筋, 加强筋为条形结构, 连接两个限 位板 54,加强筋不仅可增加限位板 54的强度,而且还可以增加电池盖 5的强度。
如图 2所示, 所述放置槽 22底壁设有向上凸起的支板 225 , 所述支板 225为 三个, 且均布, 设置三个支板 225对电池进行三点支撑, 支撑效果好; 将支板 225进行均勾布置就可使支板 225对电池的支持力相同,所述支板 225设有配合 所述电池结构设置的支板开口, 这样设置而不直接将放置槽 22底部配合电池结 构设置, 就可节省材料。
本发明所述风扇为微型风扇, 从而方便携带和使用。

权利要求
1、 一种风扇, 其特征在于, 包括壳体以及安装在所述壳体内的电池和用于 喷出雾水的喷水装置, 所述壳体上设有一用于放置所述电池的放置槽以及用于 封闭所述放置槽的开口的电池盖。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖一侧设有带开槽的 插头, 所述壳体在所述开口处设有与所述开槽进行卡配的卡板。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述插头从顶部至所述开槽边 沿处的厚度逐渐增加。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述开口两端壁上设有用于放 置所述电池盖的挡板。
5、如权利要求 4所述的风扇,其特征在于,所述挡板根部向外延伸有凸点, 所述电池盖上设有放置在所述凸点下部与所述凸点紧配的凸沿。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述凸点和凸沿设置成相互配 合的弧形结构。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述放置槽底壁设有向上凸起 的支板, 所述支板设有配合所述电池结构设置的支板开口。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述支板为三个, 且均布。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖设有用于限位所述 电池的限位板。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述限位板至少为两个, 所 述限位板之间设有加强筋。
