所述卡件 22还包括设置在所述支撑板两侧的加强柱, 可增加支撑板的牢固 性, 所述加强柱为圓柱体结构; 所述加强柱根部设有加强筋, 可进一步增加其 强度。 加强筋的个数为两个, 且相对设置, 加强筋的结构为直角梯形, 较长一 直角边与加强柱接触, 这样就可以增加支撑板的强度。 当然, 也可以设置其他 个数的加强筋, 比如一个、 三个等等; 也可以将加强筋设置成其他结构, 比如 条形结构的。 相比之下, 设置直角梯形结构的加强筋可更多的增加其根部的强 度, 这样就使效果更佳。
如图 2所示, 前壳 2的一侧设有手柄 8, 结合图 5 , 手柄 8—端设有与凸块 111配合的卡壁, 卡壁和凸块 111配合, 从而方便按压喷头 11使喷水装置 1喷 出雾水。 手柄 8的另一端设有销轴, 前壳 2上设有与销轴配合的凹槽, 从而手 柄 8可通过销轴进行转动。 手柄 8的中部外表面设有向内的凹陷, 凹陷配合人 们的手指设置, 这样就方便使用者用手指按压手柄。 凸块 111上设有开槽 112, 可减轻重量, 在开槽 112处设有一连接板 113 , 可增加凸块 111的强度。
本发明前壳 2和后壳通过热熔固定, 热熔固定牢固, 封闭效果好, 从而可避 免水箱内的液体漏出。 如图 2所示, 前壳 2在水箱部位设有一注液孔 23 , 该注 液孔 23为圓形结构的通孔, 方便往水箱内注入液体。 本发明所述的液体为水, 也可以在水中加入香水、 花露水等。 从而当液体随风扇的风吹向使用者时, 不 仅能够感受到凉爽感, 而且还能够香气四溢, 给人感官上的享受。
在本实施例中, 所述放置槽配合马达 5的结构设置, 所述固定装置包括设置 在所述放置槽一侧用于压紧所述马达 5的五金片 3 , 五金片 3为金属材料, 强度 大, 有弹性; 五金片 3压紧马达 5的一侧, 另一侧紧靠放置槽的侧壁, 从而五 金片 3可使马达 5的固定更加牢固。
如图 2所示, 所述五金片 3和电池 6连接, 在电池 6的外侧设有用于控制风 扇的开关 7 ,五金片 3上还焊接有与马达 5连接的导线, 从而实现马达 5和电池 6的连接。 结合图 3和图 4, 五金片 3—侧设有与电池 6配合的弹簧 32。 所述五 金片 3—端与所述马达 5紧贴, 另一端被卡位结构固定, 五金片 3首先被牢固 的固定, 然后再与马达 5配合进而固定马达 5。
卡位结构具体为, 所述卡位结构包括与所述五金片 3—侧壁紧贴的挡板 25、 用于放置所述五金片 3另一端端部的卡槽以及用于放置所述五金片 3中部的开 口, 这是卡位结构的一种具体的结构, 卡槽侧壁 27挡住五金片 3并和五金片 3 配合, 这样设置卡位结构使五金片 3 牢固的固定在卡位结构处。 所述开口一侧 为所述挡板 25 , 另一侧为限位柱 26, 所述五金片对应所述限位柱 26部分设有 凸点 33 , 所述限位柱 26设有用于放置所述凸点 33的凹陷。 五金片 3从开口处 向下按压, 放置在限位柱 26和挡板 25之间, 限位柱 26上端设置较小, 方便五 金片 3放入; 凸点 33与凹陷配合, 从而使凸点 33不易脱离凹陷内, 五金片 3 另一端被卡槽及卡槽侧壁 27限位, 进而通过限位柱 26、 凹陷以及卡槽侧壁 27 对五金片 3的固定更加牢固。
在本实施例中, 所述限位柱 26从其顶部往下逐渐增大, 下部增大可增加限 位柱 26的强度, 上部设置小方便五金片 3从开口处插入。 所述限位柱 26下端 与所述挡板 25—体连接,所述五金片 3放置在所述连接处。这样设置用于限位, 防止用力过大使五金片 3向下过多。
在本实施例中, 所述凸点 33为半球形结构。 这是设置凸点 33的一种具体结 构, 从而凹陷也为半球形结构, 这样凸点 33和凹陷就可以紧配; 而且球形结构 具有一定的弧形, 逐渐增大的, 弧形结构的凸点 33有利于五金片 3放置到限位 柱 26和挡板 25之间以及与凹陷配合。
在本实施例中, 所述五金片在所述凸点处设有半球形的凹槽, 设置凹槽用于 减重。
五金片 3被固定后和电池 6进行配合, 五金片 3就不会移动, 从而保证五金 片 3对马达 5的固定牢固性。 五金片 3在其与马达 5配合处设置一翻折 31压紧 马达 5 , 所述五金片 3—端向外设有与所述马达 5紧贴的翻折 31 , 所述翻折 31 与五金片 3本体之间可向所述翻折 31方向弯曲。 马达 5与五金片 3接触侧先放 入到放置槽内, 通过挤压翻折 31使马达 5另一侧也放入到放置槽内, 五金片 3 在其翻折 31部分有很好的弹性, 从而翻折 31和五金片 3本体之间有一定的收 缩, 这样就会将马达 5牢固的固定在放置槽内, 防止马达 5晃动。
限位柱 26和挡板 25之间一体连接, 五金片 3放置在连接处, 就可调整五金 片 3的放置高度, 从而方便使五金片 3的翻折 31最佳的限位马达 5的部位, 比 如限位马达 5的中部。 如图 2所示, 前壳 2上设有限位槽, 结合图 5, 喷水装置 1的喷头 11上的凸 块 111放置在所述限位槽内,对应的后壳也设有与凸块 111配合的限位槽,从而 对凸块 111起到限位、 固定的作用, 防止其在按压的过程中使喷水装置 1受损。
本发明所述风扇为微型风扇, 方便携带和使用。

权利要求
1、 一种风扇, 其特征在于, 所述风扇的壳体内设有用于喷出雾水的喷水装 置和用于放置马达的放置槽, 所述风扇还包括用于固定所述马达的固定装置。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述固定装置包括设置在所述 放置槽一侧用于压紧所述马达的五金片。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述五金片一端与所述马达紧 贴, 另一端被卡位结构固定。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述五金片一端向外设有与所 述马达紧贴的翻折, 所述翻折与五金片本体之间可向所述翻折方向弯曲。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述卡位结构包括与所述五金 片一侧壁紧贴的挡板、 用于放置所述另一端端部的卡槽以及用于放置所述五金 片中部的开口。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述开口一侧为所述挡板, 另 一侧为限位柱, 所述五金片对应所述限位柱部分设有凸点, 所述限位柱设有用 于放置所述凸点的 陷。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述限位柱从其顶部往下逐渐 增大。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述凸点为半球形结构。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述限位柱下端与所述挡板一 体连接, 所述五金片放置在所述连接处。 用于限位, 防止用力过大使五金片向 下过多, 这样可使五金片的翻折部分位于马达的中部, 从而使限位效果更佳。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述五金片在所述凸点处设 有半球形的凹槽。
