本发明涉及电子产品技术领域,公开了一种安防摄像头模组结构及其封装工艺。摄像头模组结构包括镜头、双滤光片切换器以及传感器组件,所述镜头、双滤光片切换器以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定,所述传感器组件包括柔性线路板和图像传感器,所述图像传感器直接固定于柔性线路板表面。所述柔性线路板上设置有金手指,该金手指与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指相对应并通过刷焊连接。本发明还公开了安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,使模组的结构性更加稳定,减少因组装以及其他原因导致的虚焦、脏污等不良现象,图像传感器的单板通过连接管脚来与主板连接,可以做到与不同的主板搭配,减少库存风险,适应大规模标准化生产需要。

Description

一种安防摄像头模组及其封装工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种安防摄像头模组及其封装工艺,属于电子产品技术领域。
背景技术
安防摄像头模组应用于安防监控领域,伴随着信息时代的发展、科技的进步,已经走进了千家万户,特别是移动互联网时代的到来,必将进一步带动安防模组需求的迅速攀升。
目前很多厂家采用常规的模组形式,图像传感器和主控板合在一起,由于不同种类的图像传感器需要搭配不同类型的主控板,导致搭配方式繁琐,无法做到真正意义上的标准化生产,给模组生产厂家和整机组装厂家都带来了大量的库存风险以及较高的材料成本。另外,常规的双滤光片切换器通过引线连接,由于引线受到外部拉力会导致干涉风险,增加双滤光片切换器的故障率,出现图像虚焦、脏污等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补上述现有技术出现的图像虚焦、脏污等现象,而提供一种结构简单、成本较低并易于组装的安防摄像头模组结构,它提升模组的可靠性程度,同时使图像传感器能够与不同主板搭配,实现安防摄像头模组的大规模标准化生产,减少库存风险。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种安防摄像头模组结构,包括镜头、双滤光片切换器以及传感器组件,其特征在于:所述镜头、双滤光片切换器以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定。
所述传感器组件包括柔性线路板和图像传感器,所述图像传感器直接固定 于柔性线路板表面。
所述双滤光片切换器与柔性线路板上相应位置分别设置有触点,所述触点相互配合形成连接。
所述柔性线路板底部设有固定用的钢板。
所述柔性线路板上设置有金手指,该金手指与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指相对应而连接。
所述柔性线路板上的金手指与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指通过刷焊连接。
所述双滤光片切换器和钢板对角相应位置设有定位孔9,相互配合固定双滤光片切换器和钢板。
所述双滤光片切换器上两侧相应位置设有使图像传感器与镜头的中心重合的定位柱。
一种安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,其特征在于:将镜头、双滤光片切换器以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定。
一种安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将图像传感器直接固定于柔性线路板上,柔性线路板通过热熔胶固定到底部的钢板上,钢板对角上的定位孔将双滤光片切换器进行定位;
2)双滤光片切换器与柔性线路板通过热熔胶固定;
3)镜头通过调试工装来定焦,再通过热熔胶来锁焦,并与双滤光片切换器连接,从而组装成完整的安防摄像头模组结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将图像传感器芯片直接做到单独的核心处理板(如主控板)上面,同时在图像传感器芯片、柔性板 以及双滤光片切换器和镜头之间通过热熔胶固定并且点胶,使模组的结构性更加稳定,减少因组装以及其他原因导致的虚焦、脏污等不良现象,提升模组的可靠性能,同时,图像传感器的单板通过连接管脚来与核心处理板连接,可以做到与不同的核心处理板搭配,减少库存风险,适应大规模标准化生产需要。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作进一步的说明。以下实施例仅对本申请进行进一步说明,不应理解为对本申请的限制。
如图1、2所示,本发明涉及一种安防摄像头模组结构,包括镜头1、双滤光片切换器2以及传感器组件,镜头1、双滤光片切换器2以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定。传感器组件包括柔性线路板3和图像传感器4,图像传感器4直接固定于柔性线路板3表面。所述柔性线路板3上设置有金手指7,该金手指7与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指8相对应而连接。
本发明所述摄像头模组结构与外部配套设施(如主控板)通过镜头定位孔锁住进行定位后,将柔性线路板3上的金手指7与外部配套(如主控板)的核心处理板上相应位置设置的金手指8进行刷焊连接,之后直接通过螺丝锁扣就 可以完成整个组装,形成完整的产品,组装简单且摄像头模组结构与外部配套设施(如主控板)分开,可以实现更多搭配,尺度高度统一,适合大规模的标准化生产,整机厂家针对不同的外壳只要一样的机构就可以完成,减少整机组装的呆滞料的产生。
本发明所述双滤光片切换器2与柔性线路板3上相应位置分别设置有触点5,所述柔性线路板3底部设有钢板6,柔性线路板3底部的钢板6起固定作用,使触点5相互配合形成连接,同时双滤光片切换器2与柔性线路板3通过热熔胶固定,避免接触不良。所述双滤光片切换器2和钢板6对角相应位置设有定位孔9,相互配合固定双滤光片切换器2和钢板6。所述双滤光片切换器2上两侧相应位置设有定位柱10,使图像传感器4的中心与镜头1的中心重合,避免中心偏移产生暗角,亮度不均等问题。
本发明还涉及一种安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,将镜头1、双滤光片切换器2以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定,具体包括以下步骤:
1)将图像传感器4直接固定于柔性线路板3上,柔性线路板3通过热熔胶固定到底部的钢板6上,钢板6对角上的定位孔9将双滤光片切换器2进行定位;
2)双滤光片切换器2与柔性线路板3通过热熔胶固定;
3)镜头1通过调试工装来定焦,再通过热熔胶来锁焦,并与双滤光片切换器2连接,从而组装成完整的安防摄像头模组结构。
通过本发明的封装工艺可以实现模组厂家统一定焦,减少整机组装厂家的图像不良的风险,同时,图像传感器4通过柔性线路板3与钢板6结合,使得图像传感器4散热更好,工作更加稳定。
需要注意的是,上述具体实施方式仅为本专利的一个优化方案,本领域的技术人员根据上述构思所做的任何改动或改进,均在本专利的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安防摄像头模组结构,包括镜头(1)、双滤光片切换器(2)以及传感器组件,其特征在于:所述镜头(1)、双滤光片切换器(2)以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述传感器组件包括柔性线路板(3)和图像传感器(4),所述图像传感器(4)直接固定于柔性线路板(3)表面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述双滤光片切换器(2)与柔性线路板(3)上相应位置分别设置有触点(5),所述触点(5)相互配合形成连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板(3)底部设有固定用的钢板(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板(3)上设置有金手指(7),该金手指(7)与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指(8)相对应而连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述柔性线路板(3)上的金手指(7)与外部配套的核心处理板上的金手指(8)通过刷焊连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述双滤光片切换器(2)和钢板(6)对角相应位置设有定位孔(9),相互配合固定双滤光片切换器(2)和钢板(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安防摄像头模组结构,其特征在于:所述双滤光片切换器(2)上两侧相应位置设有使图像传感器(4)与镜头(1)的中心重合的定位柱(10)。
  9. 一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,其特征在于:将镜头(1)、双滤光片切换器(2)以及传感器组件从上到下依次通过热熔胶固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的安防摄像头模组结构的封装工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    1)将图像传感器(4)直接固定于柔性线路板(3)上,柔性线路板(3)通过热熔胶固定到底部的钢板(6)上,钢板(6)对角上的定位孔(9)将双滤光片切换器(2)进行定位;
    2)双滤光片切换器(2)与柔性线路板(3)通过热熔胶固定;
    3)镜头(1)通过调试工装来定焦,再通过热熔胶来锁焦,并与双滤光片切换器(2)连接,从而组装成完整的安防摄像头模组结构。
