发明内容

为了实现上有目的,本发明公开了一种物料塑化生产系统,用于将塑料颗粒挤成型为塑料制品,所述物料塑化生产系统包括挤出成型机、冷却机构、出料牵引机构、切割机构、检测模块和控制器,所述挤出成型机包括机座、马达、挤压螺杆、料斗、料筒、模头和加热件,所述马达安装于所述机座上,所述马达的输出轴与所述挤压螺杆连接,所述挤压螺杆横向设置于所述料筒内,所述 加热件安装于所述料筒上对所述料筒进行加热,所述料斗将塑料颗粒输送至料筒,所述料筒对所述塑料颗粒进行加热、搅拌并输送至模头,所述模头将加热融化后的塑料进行定型以制成塑料制品;所述冷却机构包括冷却槽及循环槽,所述冷却槽与所述模头的出料口正对设置,所述冷却槽内设有若干喷淋头,所述模头的出料口挤出的塑料制品穿过所述冷却槽时,藉由所述喷淋头所述喷洒出的水对塑料制品进行冷却定型,所述冷却槽位于所述循环槽上方且二者相互连通,所述喷淋头通过具有抽水泵的水管与所述循环槽连通;所述出料牵引机构包括固定架及设置于所述固定架上的上电机、下电机、上转动皮带及下转动皮带,所述上转动皮带位于所述下转动皮带的正上方且二者之间的间隙形成牵引通道,所述上电机驱动所述上转动皮带顺时针匀速转动,所述下电机驱动所述下转动皮带逆时针匀速转动,所述上转动皮带的转动速率与所述下转动皮带的转动速率相同,所述塑料制品夹于所述牵引通道内并藉由上转动皮带与下转动皮带的转动而被牵引出;所述切割机构包括支撑架及安装于所述支撑架上的计米器及切割刀,所述支撑架设有与塑料制品外形相匹配的传输孔,所述切割刀设置于所述传输孔内,所述计米器实时检测塑料制品通过所述传输孔的长度并在所述塑料制品通过预设长度时控制所述切割刀进行切割;所述检测模块包括安装于所述料筒处检测料筒温度的温度传感器、安装于冷却机构处检测塑料制品移动速度的第一速度传感器;所述控制器一端与所述检测模块相连,另一端与所述马达、出料牵引机构的上电机、下电机相连,所述控制器依据所述料筒温度调节所述马达的转速以调节所述挤压螺杆的速度,在所述料筒温度升高时提高所述马达转速,依据所述塑料制品移动速度调节所述上电机和下电机的转速,以使所述出料牵引机构的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度一致。
本发明可依据料筒的加热温度调节塑料制品的制成速度,最大限度的提高生产效率,减少浪费且保证了塑料制品的品质,还协调控制整个生产线路的速度,无需人工操作,不但提高了生产效率,且提高塑料制品品质。
较佳地,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述出料牵引机构处检测所述出料牵引机构的传输速度的第二速度传感器,所述控制器依据所述第二速度传感器调 节所述上电机和下电机的转速以校正所述出料牵引机构的输送速度,使得所述出料牵引机构的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度保持一致,进一步调整整个生产线的速度,防止塑料制品因出料牵引机构的传输速度和塑料制品制成速度不一致而损伤塑料制品。
较佳地,所述控制器与所述计米器相连,控制所述计米器工作并调节所述计米器内预设长度的数值。
较佳地,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述冷却机构处检测冷却后的塑料制品温度的冷却温度传感器,所述控制器还与若干所述喷淋头的开关相连,并依据冷却后的塑料制品温度控制若干所述喷淋头的动作以调节所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量。
具体地,所述控制器在所述冷却后的塑料制品温度高于第一预设值时增加所述喷淋头的出水量,在所述冷却后的塑料制品温度低于第二预设值时降低所述喷淋头的出水量。
具体地,所述控制器还依据所述塑料制品移动速度控制若干所述喷淋头的动作以调节所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量,在所述塑料制品移动速度升高时,提高所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量。
具体地,所述物料塑化生产系统还包括报警模块,所述控制器还在冷却后的塑料制品温度超出高限温值且所述喷淋头出水量调节至最大范围时降低所述马达的转速并发出报警信号,所述报警模块与所述控制器相连并依据所述报警信号发出警报。
较佳地,所述冷却槽内还设有若干横向设置的承载架,所述承载架承载所述塑料制品。具体地,所述承载架上形成有与所述塑料制品形状相对应的承载槽以对所述塑料制品进行导向和整形。
较佳地,所述控制器内存储有料筒控制温度,所述料筒上设有风扇,所述控制器与所述风扇相连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述风扇打开以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
较佳地,所述控制器内存储有料筒控制温度,所述控制器与所述加热件相 连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述加热件动作以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
具体的,所述物料塑化生产系统还包括操作显示面板,所述操作显示面板输入外部的控制命令以及显示所述检测模块检测到的数据,所述控制器与所述操作显示面板相连并依据所述控制命令控制所述料筒内加热件工作以调节所述料筒控制温度。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参考图1,本发明公开了一种物料塑化生产系统100,用于将塑料颗粒挤成型为塑料制品60,所述物料塑化生产系统100包括挤出成型机1、冷却机构2、出料牵引机构3、切割机构4、检测模块和控制器6。
参考图2和图4,所述挤出成型机1包括机座11、马达12、挤压螺杆、料斗13、料筒14、模头15和加热件20,所述马达12安装于所述机座11上,所述马达12的输出轴与所述挤压螺杆连接,所述挤压螺杆横向设置于所述料筒14内,所述加热件20安装于所述料筒14上对所述料筒14进行加热,所述料斗13将塑料颗粒输送至料筒14,所述料筒14对所述塑料颗粒进行加热、搅拌并输送至模头15,所述模头15将加热融化后的塑料进行定型以制成塑料制品60。
参考图5,所述冷却机构2包括冷却槽42及循环槽43,所述冷却槽42与所述模头15的出料口正对设置,所述冷却槽42内设有若干喷淋头41,所述模头15的出料口挤出的塑料制品60穿过所述冷却槽42时,藉由所述喷淋头41所述喷洒出的水对塑料制品60进行冷却定型,所述冷却槽42位于所述循环槽43上方且二者相互连通,所述喷淋头41通过具有抽水泵的水管45与所述循环槽43连通。具体,所述冷却槽42内还设有若干横向设置的承载架44,所述承载架44承载所述塑料制品60。具体地,所述承载架44上形成有与所述塑料制品60形状相对应的承载槽以对所述塑料制品60进行导向和整形。
参考图1,所述出料牵引机构3包括固定架31及设置于所述固定架31上的上电机32、下电机33、上转动皮带34及下转动皮带35,所述上转动皮带34位于所述下转动皮带35的正上方且二者之间的间隙形成牵引通道,所述上电机32驱动所述上转动皮带34顺时针匀速转动,所述下电机33驱动所述下转动皮带35逆时针匀速转动,所述上转动皮带34的转动速率与所述下转动皮带35的转动速率相同,所述塑料制品60夹于所述牵引通道内并藉由上转动皮带34与下转动皮带35的转动而被牵引出。
参考图6,所述切割机构4包括支撑架50及安装于所述支撑架50上的计米器51及切割刀52,所述支撑架50设有与塑料制品60外形相匹配的传输孔,所述切割刀52设置于所述传输孔内,所述计米器51实时检测塑料制品60通过所述传输孔的长度并在所述塑料制品60通过预设长度时控制所述切割刀52进行切割。
参考图4,所述检测模块包括安装于所述料筒14处检测料筒温度的温度传感器61、安装于冷却机构2处检测塑料制品移动速度的第一速度传感器63。所述控制器6一端与所述检测模块相连,另一端与所述马达12、出料牵引机构3的上电机32、下电机33相连,所述控制器6依据所述料筒温度调节所述马达12的转速以调节所述挤压螺杆的速度,在所述料筒温度升高时提高所述马达12转速,依据所述塑料制品移动速度调节所述上电机32和下电机33的转速,以使所述出料牵引机构3的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度一致。
本发明可依据料筒14的加热温度调节塑料制品的制成速度,最大限度的提高生产效率,减少浪费且保证了塑料制品60的品质,还协调控制整个生产线路的速度,无需人工操作,不但提高了生产效率,且提高塑料制品60品质。
较佳者,参考图4,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述出料牵引机构3处检测所述出料牵引机构3的传输速度的第二速度传感器64,所述控制器6依据所述第二速度传感器64调节所述上电机32和下电机33的转速以校正所述出料牵引机构3的输送速度,使得所述出料牵引机构3的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度保持一致,进一步调整整个生产线的速度,防止塑料制品60因出料牵引机构3的传输速度和塑料制品60制成速度不一致而损伤塑料制品60。
较佳者,参考图4,所述控制器6与所述计米器51相连,控制所述计米器51工作并调节所述计米器51内预设长度的数值。
较佳者,参考图4,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述冷却机构2处检测冷却后的塑料制品60温度的冷却温度传感器62,所述控制器6还与若干所述喷淋头41的开关相连,并依据冷却后的塑料制品60温度控制若干所述喷淋头41的动作以调节所述冷却机构2中喷淋头41的出水量。具体地,所述控制器6在所述冷却后的塑料制品60温度高于第一预设值时增加所述喷淋头41的出水量,在所述冷却后的塑料制品60温度低于第二预设值时降低所述喷淋头41的出水量。
具体地,所述控制器6还依据所述塑料制品移动速度控制若干所述喷淋头41的动作以调节所述冷却机构2中喷淋头41的出水量,在所述塑料制品移动速度升高时,提高所述冷却机构2中喷淋头41的出水量。
具体地,所述物料塑化生产系统100还包括报警模块,所述控制器6还在冷却后的塑料制品60温度超出高限温值且所述喷淋头41出水量调节至最大范围时降低所述马达12的转速并发出报警信号,所述报警模块与所述控制器6相连并依据所述报警信号发出警报。
参考图4,所述控制器6内存储有料筒控制温度,所述料筒14上设有风扇21,所述控制器6与所述风扇21相连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述风扇21打开以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
较佳地,所述控制器6内存储有料筒控制温度,所述控制器6与所述加热件20相连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述加热件20动作以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
具体的,所述物料塑化生产系统100还包括操作显示面板5,所述操作显示面板5输入外部的控制命令以及显示所述检测模块检测到的数据,所述控制器6与所述操作显示面板5相连并依据所述控制命令控制所述料筒14内加热件20工作以调节所述料筒控制温度。操作显示面板5上设置有旋钮501以调节料筒控制温度。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种物料塑化生产系统,用于将塑料颗粒挤成型为塑料制品,其特征在于,包括:
    挤出成型机,包括机座、马达、挤压螺杆、料斗、料筒、模头和加热件,所述马达安装于所述机座上,所述马达的输出轴与所述挤压螺杆连接,所述挤压螺杆横向设置于所述料筒内,所述加热件安装于所述料筒上对所述料筒进行加热,所述料斗将塑料颗粒输送至料筒,所述料筒对所述塑料颗粒进行加热、搅拌并输送至模头,所述模头将加热融化后的塑料进行定型以制成塑料制品;
    冷却机构,所述冷却机构包括冷却槽及循环槽,所述冷却槽与所述模头的出料口正对设置,所述冷却槽内设有若干喷淋头,所述模头的出料口挤出的塑料制品穿过所述冷却槽时,藉由所述喷淋头所述喷洒出的水对塑料制品进行冷却定型,所述冷却槽位于所述循环槽上方且二者相互连通,所述喷淋头通过具有抽水泵的水管与所述循环槽连通;
    出料牵引机构,所述出料牵引机构包括固定架及设置于所述固定架上的上电机、下电机、上转动皮带及下转动皮带,所述上转动皮带位于所述下转动皮带的正上方且二者之间的间隙形成牵引通道,所述上电机驱动所述上转动皮带顺时针匀速转动,所述下电机驱动所述下转动皮带逆时针匀速转动,所述上转动皮带的转动速率与所述下转动皮带的转动速率相同,所述塑料制品夹于所述牵引通道内并藉由上转动皮带与下转动皮带的转动而被牵引出;及
    切割机构,包括支撑架及安装于所述支撑架上的计米器及切割刀,所述支撑架设有与塑料制品外形相匹配的传输孔,所述切割刀设置于所述传输孔内,所述计米器实时检测塑料制品通过所述传输孔的长度并在所述塑料制品通过预设长度时控制所述切割刀进行切割;
    检测模块,包括安装于所述料筒处检测料筒温度的温度传感器、安装于冷却机构处检测塑料制品移动速度的第一速度传感器;
    控制器,一端与所述检测模块相连,另一端与所述马达、出料牵引机构的 上电机、下电机相连,所述控制器依据所述料筒温度调节所述马达的转速以调节所述挤压螺杆的速度,在所述料筒温度升高时提高所述马达转速,依据所述塑料制品移动速度调节所述上电机和下电机的转速,以使所述出料牵引机构的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度一致。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述出料牵引机构处检测所述出料牵引机构的传输速度的第二速度传感器,所述控制器依据所述第二速度传感器调节所述上电机和下电机的转速以校正所述出料牵引机构的输送速度,使得所述出料牵引机构的传输速度与所述塑料制品移动速度保持一致。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述控制器与所述计米器相连,控制所述计米器工作并调节所述计米器内预设长度的数值。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块还包括安装于所述冷却机构处检测冷却后的塑料制品温度的冷却温度传感器,所述控制器还与若干所述喷淋头的开关相连,并依据冷却后的塑料制品温度控制若干所述喷淋头的动作以调节所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述控制器还依据所述塑料制品移动速度控制若干所述喷淋头的动作以调节所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量,在所述塑料制品移动速度升高时,提高所述冷却机构中喷淋头的出水量。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,还包括报警模块,所述控制器还在冷却后的塑料制品温度超出高限温值且所述喷淋头出水量调节至最大范围时降低所述马达的转速并发出报警信号,所述报警模块与所述控制 器相连并依据所述报警信号发出警报。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述冷却槽内还设有若干横向设置的承载架,所述承载架承载所述塑料制品,所述承载架上形成有与所述塑料制品形状相对应的承载槽以对所述塑料制品进行导向和整形。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述控制器内存储有料筒控制温度,所述料筒上设有风扇,所述控制器与所述风扇相连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述风扇打开以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,所述控制器内存储有料筒控制温度,所述控制器与所述加热件相连,并在所述料筒温度高于所述料筒控制温度时控制所述加热件动作以使所述料筒温度保持在所述料筒控制温度。
  10. 如权利要求8、9所述的物料塑化生产系统,其特征在于,还包括操作显示面板,所述操作显示面板输入外部的控制命令以及显示所述检测模块检测到的数据,所述控制器与所述操作显示面板相连并依据所述控制命令控制所述料筒内加热件工作以调节所述料筒控制温度。
