- 根据权利要求7所述的化合物,其特征在于,通式I中,L选自-CH2-、-CH2-CH2-、-NH-(C=O)-CH2-或-O-CH2-CH2-;W选自W1、W2、W3或W4;X1、X2、X3、X4、X5、X6、X7、X8、X9各自独立地选自氢、氟、氯、溴、氰基、硝基、甲基、乙基、异丙基、氯甲基、溴甲基、二氟甲基、三氟甲基、七氟异丙基、-OR3、-C(=O)OR3、-N(R4)S(=O)2R5、-S(=O)2NR3R4、-N(R4)C(=O)OR3、-CR4=NOR3、-CH2ON=C(CN)2、NR4C(=O)R5、未取代的或被下述基团任意取代的苯基和吡啶基,其中,下述基团为卤素、氰基、硝基、三氟甲基、七氟丙基、七氟异丙基、甲氧基、三氟甲氧基;R3选自氢、甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、环丙基、二氟甲基、三氟甲基、七氟丙基、七氟异丙基、甲氧基羰基、未取代的或被下述基团任意取代的苯基和吡啶基,其中,下述基团为卤素、氰基、硝基、三氟甲基;R4、R5各自独立地选自氢、甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、环丙基、二氟甲基、三氟甲基、七氟丙基、七氟异丙基、甲氧基、三氟甲氧基、甲氧基羰基、未取代的或被下述基团任意取代的苯基和吡啶基,其中,下述基团为卤素、氰基、硝基、甲基、乙基、丙基、氯甲基、溴甲基、三氟甲基、七氟异丙基、甲氧基、三氟甲氧基。

- 一种按照权利要求1所述的丙二腈肟醚类化合物在农业、林业或卫生领域中用作杀菌剂的用途。
- 一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于:组合物中以权利要求1所示的丙二腈肟醚类化合物为活性组份,所述组合物中活性组分的重量百分含量为0.1-99%。
- 一种防治病菌的方法,其特征在于:向作物或作物的生长介质或地点上施用杀菌有效剂量的如权利要求12所述的杀菌组合物。
