Abstract

Description
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种电动吻合器。
当前手动外科吻合器占主导时代里,电动吻合器有助于解决人为对成钉精度的影响,同时也能通过重复使用电动手柄达到环保降成本的目标。
然而电动吻合器能否被舒适的使用和精准的闭合、成钉、切割取决于手柄与工作头的良好的通讯沟通,需要确保避免误操作,避免过度闭合压榨组织导致组织坏死、过度击发导致成钉异型,以提高手术的效率和加快术后恢复。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种电动吻合器,能避免手术中的异常或误操作,提高器械使用的安全性。还提出一种电动吻合器闭合、击发的控制方法。
一种电动吻合器,包括:驱动电机,具有输出轴;
工作头,包括钉砧头、钉仓、闭合机构、击发机构、闭合限位开关、击发保险开关,其中所述闭合限位开关用以检测所述闭合机构的闭合行程是否达到预定范围,所述击发保险开关具有闭合位和击发位,在所述闭合位,所述击发保险开关使输出轴的动力传递给闭合机构,在所述击发位,所述击发保险开关使输出轴的动力传递给击发机构;
控制单元,包括:
工作头识别模块,用于获取工作头的身份信息;
电机控制模块,用于控制所述驱动电机的启停;及
闭合、击发控制模块,用于接收所述闭合限位开关传递的闭合行程信息、接收所述击发保险开关发送的位置信息;
闭合开关,用以向电机控制模块发送闭合指令;
打开开关,用以向电机控制模块发送打开指令。

Claims (1)
- 能够与工作头实时通讯,当反馈正常时,才能进行下一道动作的执行,能避免手术中的异常或误操作,提高器械使用的安全性。在其中一个实施例中,所述电动吻合器还包括控制输出轴转动的调节旋钮,用以手动调节输出轴以控制闭合机构或击发机构。在其中一个实施例中,所述电动吻合器还包括压力传感器,用以检测钉砧头、钉仓在闭合过程中的闭合压力值并发送给控制单元。在其中一个实施例中,所述电动吻合器还包括击发限位开关,用以检测所述击发机构的击发行程是否达到预定范围并发送给控制单元。在其中一个实施例中,所述控制单元还包括电池检测模块,所述电动吻合器还包括电池包,所述电池检测模块检测电池包的电量信息。在其中一个实施例中,所述控制单元还包括电池检测模块,用以检测电池电量。在其中一个实施例中,所述控制单元还包括数据记录与存储模块,用以记录每次的闭合行程。一种电动吻合器的闭合、击发控制方法,包括以下步骤:获取工作头的身份信息;获取击发保险开关在闭合位或击发位的状态信息,当检测到击发保险开关处于闭合位且闭合限位开关被触发时,根据工作头的身份信息,控制工作头的钉砧头与钉仓由闭合状态至打开相应的距离;检测闭合开关是否被触发及击发保险开关是否处于闭合位,是,启动驱动电机并控制闭合机构工作,使钉砧头与钉仓逐步闭合,当闭合限位开关被触发时,使驱动电机停止工作,否,则将击发保险开关切换为闭合位同时继续检测闭合开关是否被触发;检测闭合开关是否被触发及击发保险开关是否处于击发位且闭合限位开关处于触发位,是,启动驱动电机并带动击发机构工作,否,则将击发保险开关切换为击发位同时继续检测闭合开关是否被触发。上述控制方法,闭合、击发过程中,每一道工作执行均在上次反馈结果与预设标准相符时进行,保证在整个工作头的选取、使用过程中,均不会出
