Abstract

La présente invention vise à estimer avec précision l'état de détérioration d'une batterie secondaire selon l'historique d'utilisation de cette dernière. Le système de commande de batterie secondaire selon la présente invention comprend : une unité d'accumulation de données (41) où les données d'historique d'utilisation d'une batterie (1), qui est une batterie secondaire, comprenant le courant et la tension de la batterie (1) correspondant au temps d'utilisation de la batterie (1), sont acquises et accumulées ; une unité de sélection de données (42) destinée à sélectionner une plage prédéterminée de données à partir des données d'historique d'utilisation des données accumulées par l'unité d'accumulation de données (41) ; une unité de calcul de paramètre de détérioration interne (43) destinée à calculer, sur la base des données sélectionnées par l'unité de sélection de données (42), des paramètres de détérioration interne correspondant à l'état de détérioration de la capacité et de la résistance interne de la batterie (1) ; et une unité d'estimation d'état de détérioration (46) destinée à estimer l'état de détérioration de la batterie (1) sur la base des paramètres de détérioration interne calculés par l'unité de calcul de paramètres de détérioration interne (43).
