Description

情報処理装置、提示方法、記録媒体、および、プログラム
　本発明は、情報処理装置、提示方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムに関する。
　近年、インターネット上において、電子商取引を行う販売サイトが人気を博している。例えば、多くのショップ（仮想の店舗）が集まって構成される販売サイト（ショッピングモールサイト）では、全体で幅広いカテゴリ（ジャンル）の商品を取り扱っているだけでなく、ショップ同士の価格競争も行われていることもあり、多くのユーザを獲得している。
　このような販売サイトでは、クーポンなどの特典をユーザに付与して、購買意欲を高める工夫もなされている。例えば、クーポンを有するユーザは、対象の商品や対象のショップで商品を購入する際に、決済フォームに設けられた入力項目（特典入力項目等）に、クーポンを適用する旨を設定することで、販売額から所定金額が割り引かれた金額により商品を購入できる。
　なお、入力フォームの入力項目に対するユーザの入力を支援する先行技術が、特許文献１に開示されている。

　特許文献１に開示された先行技術では、ユーザの入力状況に応じてその次に入力されるべき入力項目を動的に変更している。
　しかしながら、このような先行技術を、決済フォームの入力項目に対する設定に適用しても、ＣＶＲ（Conversion Rate）に関しては、あまり効果が望めない。これは、販売サイトにおける商品の購入時には、入力項目に対する設定をできるだけ省き、ユーザに煩わしさを感じさせることなく、決済を完了させることが有効とされているためである。つまり、楽に設定できるとしても、入力項目へ設定が多いと、決済の完了に至る前に、ユーザが購入を断念してしまいがちとなる。
　なお、入力項目への設定をできるだけ省いたとしても、有効とならない場合もある。例えば、決済フォームにおけるクーポンの適用について、無条件に適用してもらって構わないという考えのユーザがいる反面、注意深く検討して適用／非適用を自分で決めたいという考えのユーザもいるためである。
　このため、特典入力項目などの入力項目に対するユーザ（購入者）の設定傾向に応じて、決済フォームを適切に提示する技術が求められていた。
　本発明は、上記実状に鑑みてなされたもので、入力項目に対する購入者の設定傾向に応じて、決済フォームを適切に提示することのできる情報処理装置、提示方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムを提供することを目的とする。
　本発明の第１の観点に係る情報処理装置は、
　複数の入力項目を有する決済フォームであって、前記複数の入力項目の各々には、購入者に応じた初期値が設定された決済フォームを生成する生成部、

　上記記録媒体は、非一時的な（non-transitory）記録媒体であってよく、コンピュータとは独立して配布・販売することができる。ここで、非一時的な記録媒体とは、有形な（tangible）記録媒体をいう。非一時的な記録媒体は、例えば、コンパクトディスク、フレキシブルディスク、ハードディスク、光磁気ディスク、ディジタルビデオディスク、磁気テープ、半導体メモリ等である。また、一時的な（transitory）記録媒体とは、伝送媒体（伝搬信号）それ自体を示す。一時的な記録媒体は、例えば、電気信号、光信号、電磁波等である。なお、一時的な（temporary）記憶領域とは、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するための領域であり、例えば、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）等の揮発性メモリである。

　本発明によれば、入力項目に対する購入者の設定傾向に応じて、決済フォームを適切に提示することができる。

　以下に本発明の実施形態を説明する。本発明の実施形態では、多くのショップ（仮想店舗）が集まって構成される販売サイト（ショッピングモールサイト）を一例として説明するが、１つのショップ（業者）による販売サイトにおいても適宜適用可能である。また、本発明の実施形態では、ユーザに付与される特典として、購入額の割引に用いられるクーポンを一例として説明するが、ポイントなど他の特典であってもよい。
　すなわち、以下の実施形態は説明のためのものであり、本願発明の範囲を制限するものではない。したがって、当業者であればこれらの各要素または全要素をこれと均等なものに置換した実施形態を採用することが可能であるが、これらの実施形態も本発明の範囲に含まれる。
（全体構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る販売システム１００は、図１に示すように、販売サーバ２００と各ユーザ端末３００とがインターネット９００を介して接続されて構成される。なお、図中では簡略化しているが、ユーザ端末３００は、利用するユーザに応じて、多数存在しているものとする。
　販売サーバ２００は、例えば、ユーザ端末３００に対して商品に関する情報を提供すると共に、ユーザが希望する商品を販売する。
　一例として、販売サーバ２００は、多くのショップ（仮想店舗）の商品を販売しており、アクセスしてきたユーザ端末３００に、商品情報等を提示する。そして、ユーザが所望の商品を購入する際に、販売サーバ２００は、決済フォームをユーザ端末３００に提示して、ユーザに決済の完了を促す。なお、この決済フォームには、後述するように、クーポンの適用／非適用についての入力項目が設けられている。
　ユーザ端末３００は、例えば、パソコンやスマートフォン等からなり、インターネット９００を介して販売サーバ２００にアクセスする。そして、ユーザ端末３００は、ユーザの操作に従って、販売サーバ２００に対して商品情報等を要求する。
　なお、ユーザ端末３００において、ユーザはログイン済みである場合を一例として説明する。つまり、販売サーバ２００は、ユーザ端末３００のユーザが所望の商品を購入する際には、後述するユーザ情報（図５のユーザ情報２２２）を参照することで、ユーザが取得済みのクーポン等の情報を取得できるようになっている。
（情報処理装置の概要構成）
　本発明の実施形態に係る販売サーバ２００、及び、ユーザ端末３００が実現される典型的な情報処理装置４００について説明する。
　情報処理装置４００は、図２に示すように、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）４０１と、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）４０２と、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）４０３と、ＮＩＣ（Network Interface Card）４０４と、画像処理部４０５と、音声処理部４０６と、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ（Digital Versatile Disc ROM）ドライブ４０７と、インターフェース４０８と、外部メモリ４０９と、コントローラ４１０と、モニタ４１１と、スピーカ４１２と、を備える。
　ＣＰＵ　４０１は、情報処理装置４００全体の動作を制御し、各構成要素と接続され制御信号やデータをやりとりする。
　ＲＯＭ　４０２には、電源投入直後に実行されるＩＰＬ（Initial Program Loader）が記録され、これが実行されることにより、所定のプログラムをＲＡＭ　４０３に読み出してＣＰＵ　４０１による当該プログラムの実行が開始される。また、ＲＯＭ　４０２には、情報処理装置４００全体の動作制御に必要なオペレーティングシステムのプログラムや各種のデータが記録される。
　ＲＡＭ　４０３は、データやプログラムを一時的に記憶するためのもので、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭから読み出したプログラムやデータ、その他、通信に必要なデータ等が保持される。
　ＮＩＣ　４０４は、情報処理装置４００をインターネット等のコンピュータ通信網に接続するためのものであり、ＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）を構成する際に用いられる１０ＢＡＳＥ－Ｔ／１００ＢＡＳＥ－Ｔ規格にしたがうものや、電話回線を用いてインターネットに接続するためのアナログモデム、ＩＳＤＮ（Integrated Services Digital Network）モデム、ＡＤＳＬ（Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line）モデム、ケーブルテレビジョン回線を用いてインターネットに接続するためのケーブルモデム等と、これらとＣＰＵ　４０１との仲立ちを行うインターフェース（図示せず）等により構成される。
　画像処理部４０５は、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等から読み出されたデータをＣＰＵ　４０１や画像処理部４０５が備える画像演算プロセッサ（図示せず）によって加工処理した後、これを画像処理部４０５が備えるフレームメモリ（図示せず）に記録する。フレームメモリに記録された画像情報は、所定の同期タイミングでビデオ信号に変換され、モニタ４１１に出力される。これにより、各種のページ表示が可能となる。
　音声処理部４０６は、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等から読み出した音声データをアナログ音声信号に変換し、これに接続されたスピーカ４１２から出力させる。また、ＣＰＵ　４０１の制御の下、情報処理装置４００が行う処理の進行の中で発生させるべき音を生成し、これに対応した音声をスピーカ４１２から出力させる。
　ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ４０７に装着されるＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭには、例えば、実施形態に係る販売サーバ２００等を実現するためのプログラムが記憶される。ＣＰＵ　４０１の制御によって、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ４０７は、これに装着されたＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭに対する読み出し処理を行って、必要なプログラムやデータを読み出し、これらはＲＡＭ　４０３等に一時的に記憶される。
　インターフェース４０８には、外部メモリ４０９、コントローラ４１０、モニタ４１１、及びスピーカ４１２が、着脱可能に接続される。
　外部メモリ４０９には、ユーザの個人情報に関するデータなどが書き換え可能に記憶される。
　コントローラ４１０は、情報処理装置４００の各種の設定時などに行われる操作入力を受け付ける。情報処理装置４００のユーザは、コントローラ４１０を介して指示入力を行うことにより、これらのデータを適宜外部メモリ４０９に記録することができる。
　モニタ４１１は、画像処理部４０５により出力されたデータを情報処理装置４００のユーザに提示する。
　スピーカ４１２は、音声処理部４０６により出力された音声データを情報処理装置４００のユーザに提示する。
　この他、情報処理装置４００は、ハードディスク等の大容量外部記憶装置を用いて、ＲＯＭ ４０２、ＲＡＭ ４０３、外部メモリ４０９、ＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭドライブ４０７に装着されるＤＶＤ－ＲＯＭ等と同じ機能を果たすように構成してもよい。
　以下、上記情報処理装置４００において実現される販売サーバ２００の構成等について、図面を参照して説明する。情報処理装置４００に電源が投入され、例えば、ユーザ端末３００からのアクセスを受け付けると、本実施形態に係る販売サーバ２００として機能させるそれぞれのプログラムが実行され、本実施形態に係る販売サーバ２００が実現される。
　なお、各ユーザ端末３００も同様に情報処理装置４００において実現されるが、これらの構成については省略し、本実施形態において最も特徴的な販売サーバ２００について、以下説明する。
（販売サーバの概要構成）
　図３は、本実施形態に係る販売サーバ２００の概要構成の一例を示すブロック図である。図示するように、販売サーバ２００は、受付部２１０と、データベース２２０と、制御部２３０と、提示部２４０とを備える。
　受付部２１０は、情報受付部として、インターネット９００を介して各ユーザ端末３００から送られる種々の情報を受け付ける。
　例えば、受付部２１０は、商品の検索指示や、商品購入の際に提示した決済フォームに対する種々の操作指示（一例として、ユーザによるマウスのクリック操作等）を、ユーザ端末３００から受け付ける。なお、このような検索指示に先立って、受付部２１０は、ユーザ端末３００からユーザＩＤ及びパスワードを受け付けており、ユーザ端末３００のユーザは、ログイン状態であるものとする。
　上述したＮＩＣ　４０４等が、このような受付部２１０として機能しうる。
　データベース２２０は、商品の販売に必要となる種々の情報を記憶する。
　例えば、データベース２２０は、図４に示すようなクーポン情報２２１を記憶する。このクーポン情報２２１には、一例として、クーポンＩＤ２２１ａ、種別２２１ｂ、適用商品２２１ｃ、特典内容２２１ｄ、及び、有効期間２２１ｅが含まれている。
　この適用商品２２１ｃは、そのクーポンを適用できる商品を示している。また、特典内容２２１ｄは、そのクーポンを適用した場合の割引内容を示している。また、有効期間２２１ｅは、そのクーポンが有効となる期間を示している。
　なお、図４のクーポン情報２２１では、省略しているが、実際のクーポン情報２２１には、他のクーポンとの併用の可否（他のクーポンと重複適用可能か否か）についての情報なども含まれている。
　また、データベース２２０は、図５に示すようなユーザ情報２２２を記憶する。このユーザ情報２２２には、一例として、ユーザＩＤ２２２ａ、氏名２２２ｂ、獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ、入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄ、及び、入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅが含まれている。
　この獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃは、そのユーザが獲得済みのクーポンを示している。また、入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄ，入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅは、決済フォームの各入力項目に対するそのユーザの設定傾向を示している。なお、入力項目については、後述する具体的な決済フォームと共に説明する。
　なお、図５のユーザ情報２２２では、省略しているが、実際のユーザ情報２２２にはパスワードや決済情報（決済口座やクレジットカード番号）なども含まれている。
　この他にも、データベース２２０は、商品情報やショップ情報を記憶する。
　上述したＲＡＭ　４０３や外部メモリ４０９等が、このようなデータベース２２０として機能しうる。
　図３に戻って、制御部２３０は、販売サーバ２００全体を制御する。この制御部２３０は、管理部２３１、生成部２３２、決済部２３３、及び、抽出部２３４を含んでいる。
　管理部２３１は、データベース２２０に記憶される情報を管理する。例えば、管理部２３１は、ユーザが新たなクーポンを獲得した際に、上述した図５のユーザ情報２２２（獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ）を更新する。なお、ユーザがクーポンを取得するタイミングとしては、例えば、ユーザが商品を購入した際や、ショップメールのリンクを辿って所定のキャンペーンページにアクセスした際などが挙げられる。また、管理部２３１は、決済フォームの入力項目に対する設定（変更等）に応じて（より詳細には、抽出部２３４の抽出に応じて）、ユーザ情報２２２（入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄ，入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ等）を更新する。
　生成部２３２は、ユーザ端末３００に提示するための種々の画面データを生成する。例えば、生成部２３２は、ユーザが商品を購入する際に、決済フォームを生成し、提示部２４０を通じて、ユーザ端末３００に提示させる。
　具体的に、生成部２３２は、図６Ａに示すような決済フォーム５１０を生成する。この決済フォーム５１０には、入力項目５１１，５１２を含む複数の入力項目が設けられている。なお、図６Ａの決済フォーム５１０では省略されているが、実際の決済フォーム５１０には、他にも入力項目が設けられているものとする。
　入力項目５１１は、クーポン（特典）を適用するか否かを設定するための特典入力項目である。この図６Ａに示す入力項目５１１では、クーポンを適用することを示すチェックが設定されている。また、入力項目５１２は、ショップメールを購読するか否かを設定するための入力項目である。この図６Ａに示す入力項目５１２では、ショップメールを購読することを示すチェックが設定されている。
　また、決済フォーム５１０には、決済ボタン５１３も含まれている。この決済ボタン５１３は、購入商品の決済（会計）を指示するためのボタンである。この決済ボタン５１３がユーザに操作されると、最終確認画面を提示した後に、決済が完了する。
　生成部２３２は、このような決済フォーム５１０を、ユーザが商品を購入する際に、上述した図４のクーポン情報２２１、図５のユーザ情報２２２、及び、図示せぬ商品情報等を参照して生成する。例えば、生成部２３２は、入力項目５１１について、ユーザ情報２２２の入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ（対応するユーザについての情報）を参照し、また、入力項目５１２について、ユーザ情報２２２の入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄを参照して、ユーザに応じた初期値を設定する。つまり、ユーザの入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅが「クーポン適用なし」であれば、生成部２３２は、初期値として、入力項目５１１にチェックを設定せず、一方、「クーポン適用あり」であれば、初期値として、入力項目５１１にチェックを設定する。同様に、ユーザの入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄが「ショップメール不要」であれば、生成部２３２は、初期値として、入力項目５１２にチェックを設定せず、一方、「ショップメール要」であれば、初期値として、入力項目５１２にチェックを設定する。
　つまり、入力項目の各々には、ユーザ（購入者）の傾向に応じた初期値が設定されて決済フォームが生成される。
　なお、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更しないタイプの場合、生成部２３２は、図６Ｂに示すような決済フォーム５２０を生成してもよい。この決済フォーム５２０は、その内容が図６Ａの決済フォーム５１０と同じであるものの、入力項目については、折り畳まれている（つまり、入力項目が表示されない）。すなわち、クーポンについては「適用する」が設定されており、その概略がメッセージ５２１にて表されている。なお、ユーザが、クーポンについて変更したい場合には、変更リンク５２２をユーザが操作することで、折り畳まれていた入力項目（入力項目５１１）が展開され（表示され）、変更可能となる。同様に、ショップメールについては、「購読する」が設定されており、その概略がメッセージ５２３にて表されている。なお、ユーザが、ショップメールについて変更したい場合には、変更リンク５２４をユーザが操作することで、折り畳まれていた入力項目（入力項目５１２）が展開され、変更可能となる。
　この決済フォーム５２０でも、決済ボタン５２５がユーザに操作されると、決済が完了する。
　また、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更するタイプの場合、生成部２３２は、図６Ｃに示すような決済フォーム５３０を生成する。
　図６Ｃの入力項目５３１では、クーポンを適用しない旨が記載されている（適用することを示すチェックが外れている）。そして、入力項目５３１が強調表示されている。つまり、ユーザの入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ（ユーザ情報２２２）が「クーポン適用なし」であるため、生成部２３２は、入力項目５３１のチェックを外すと共に、入力項目５３１を強調表示する。また、図６Ｃの示す入力項目５３２には、ショップメールを購読することを示すチェックが設定されており、強調表示はされていない。なお、このショップメールについては、決済フォーム５２０の場合と同様に、入力項目を折り畳んで概略メッセージを表示するようにしてもよい。
　この決済フォーム５３０でも、決済ボタン５３３がユーザに操作されると、決済が完了する。
　この他にも、生成部２３２は、図６Ｄに示すような決済フォーム５４０を生成してもよい。
　図６Ｄの入力項目５４１，５４２では、一例として、何れかを適用可能な２つのクーポンのうち、一方のクーポン（入力項目５４２）を適用する旨が設定されている。この場合、ユーザの入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ（ユーザ情報２２２）では、「クーポン適用あり」となっているものの、何れか一方を選ぶ必要があるため、入力項目５４１，５４２が強調表示されている。なお、複数のクーポンが併用できる場合には、両方の入力項目にチェックを入れ、強調表示を行わないようにしてもよい（さらに、折り畳んで概略メッセージを表示してもよい）。
　この決済フォーム５４０でも、決済ボタン５４３がユーザに操作されると、決済が完了する。
　図３に戻って、決済部２３３は、ユーザ（購入者）により、決済フォームの確認がなされると（決済ボタンが操作されると）、確認がなされた時に入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う。つまり、決済部２３３は、決済フォーム（決済フォーム５１０～５４０）における初期値の確認操作又は初期値の編集操作に応じた入力情報を受け付けると、決済フォームにおける複数の入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う。
　例えば、決済フォームにおいてクーポンが適用されていれば、決済部２３３は、販売額からクーポンに応じた金額を割り引いた金額によって決済を行う。
　抽出部２３４は、商品の購入申込に対して決済フォーム（決済フォーム５１０～５４０）に係る入力情報を受け付けると、その決済フォームが有する複数の入力項目の各々において、当該入力項目に設定されていた初期値と、入力情報を受け付けた時に当該入力項目に設定されていた入力値と、が異なっている入力項目を抽出する。
　つまり、抽出部２３４は、ユーザによって変更された入力項目を抽出する。なお、入力項目が抽出されると、上述した管理部２３１によって、図５のユーザ情報２２２（入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄ，入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ等）が更新される。また、今回使用された（適用された）クーポンについては、管理部２３１によって、ユーザ情報２２２（獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ）から削除される。また、決済部２３３の決済に伴って、新たなクーポンが獲得された場合には、管理部２３１によって、ユーザ情報２２２（獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ）に追加される。
　この他にも、制御部２３０は、ユーザからの要求に応じて、商品の検索等を行い、ユーザ端末３００に商品一覧等を提示する。
　上述したＣＰＵ　４０１等が、このような構成からなる制御部２３０として機能しうる。
　図３に戻って、提示部２４０は、インターネット９００を介してユーザ端末３００に種々の情報を提示する。そして、受付部２１０は、ユーザからの操作を受け付ける。つまり、提示部２４０と受付部２１０とが協業することで、情報をユーザに提示し、提示した情報に対する入力情報を受け付ける情報受付部としての役割を果たすことになる。
　例えば、提示部２４０は、ユーザが商品を購入する際に、上述した図６Ａ～図６Ｄに示すような決済フォーム５１０～５４０をユーザ端末３００に提示する。そして、受付部２１０は、入力情報を受け付ける。その際、ユーザが特典入力項目等を変更した場合には、購入額（支払い額）が再計算された決済フォームが生成され、ユーザ端末３００に再提示される。
　上述したＣＰＵ　４０１及びＮＩＣ　４０４等が、このような提示部２４０として機能しうる。
（販売サーバの動作）
　以下、このような構成の販売サーバ２００の動作について図７を参照して説明する。図７は、制御部２３０が実行する決済フォーム提示処理の流れを示すフローチャートである。この決済フォーム提示処理は、例えば、ユーザによって、商品の購入が指示された際に実行される。
　まず、制御部２３０は、データベース２２０から、必要な情報を読み出す（ステップＳ１１）。
　例えば、制御部２３０は、図４のクーポン情報２２１、図５のユーザ情報２２２、及び、図示せぬ商品情報をデータベース２２０から読み出す。
　制御部２３０は、決済フォームを生成する（ステップＳ１２）。
　例えば、生成部２３２は、上述した図６Ａ～図６Ｄに示すような決済フォーム５１０～５４０を生成する。
　すなわち、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更しないタイプの場合、生成部２３２は、図６Ａに示すような決済フォーム５１０を生成する。つまり、生成部２３２は、クーポンを適用するため、入力項目５１１にチェックを設定する。また、ショップメールを購読するため、入力項目５１２にチェックを設定する。
　また、生成部２３２は、図６Ｂに示すような決済フォーム５２０を生成してもよい。この決済フォーム５２０では、各入力項目について、折り畳まれている（つまり、入力項目が表示されない）。すなわち、クーポンについては「適用する」が設定されており、その概略がメッセージ５２１にて表されている。また、ショップメールについては、「購読する」が設定されており、その概略がメッセージ５２３にて表されている。
　また、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更するタイプの場合、生成部２３２は、図６Ｃに示すような決済フォーム５３０を生成する。つまり、生成部２３２は、クーポンを非適用とするため、入力項目５３１のチェックを外すと共に、入力項目５３１を強調表示する。
　また、複数のクーポンのうち、何れか一方を選ぶ必要がある場合に、生成部２３２は、図６Ｄに示すような決済フォーム５４０を生成してもよい。この例の場合、何れかを適用可能な２つのクーポンのうち、一方のクーポン（入力項目５４２）を適用する旨が設定されている。そして、入力項目５４１，５４２が強調表示されている。
　制御部２３０は、決済フォームをユーザ端末３００に提示し、ユーザの確認を得る（ステップＳ１３）。
　すなわち、提示部２４０は、上述した図６Ａ～図６Ｄに示すような決済フォーム５１０～５４０をユーザ端末３００に提示する。そして、受付部２１０は、ユーザからの入力情報を受け付ける。その際、ユーザが特典入力項目等を変更した場合には、購入額（支払い額）が再計算された決済フォームが生成され、ユーザ端末３００に再提示される。
　制御部２３０は、決済処理を行う（ステップＳ１４）。
　すなわち、決済部２３３は、入力情報を受け付けると、決済フォームの入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う。例えば、決済フォームにおいてクーポンが適用されていれば、決済部２３３は、販売額からクーポンに応じた金額を割り引いた金額によって決済を行う。
　制御部２３０は、ユーザ情報等を更新する（ステップＳ１５）。
　すなわち、抽出部２３４は、ユーザによって変更された入力項目を抽出する。そして、入力項目が抽出されると、管理部２３１は、図５のユーザ情報２２２（入力項目タイプＡ２２２ｄ，入力項目タイプＮ２２２ｅ等）を更新する。また、管理部２３１は、今回使用されたクーポンについて、ユーザ情報２２２（獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ）から削除する。さらに、決済部２３３の決済に伴って、新たなクーポンが獲得された場合には、管理部２３１は、ユーザ情報２２２（獲得済みクーポンＩＤ２２２ｃ）にそのクーポンの情報を追加する。
　このような決済フォーム提示処理によって、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更しないタイプの場合（例えば、ユーザがクーポンを勧めるまま適用するなど）には、入力項目の設定を極力行わせずに、直ちに決済完了に向かわせるようにし、一方、ユーザが決済フォームの入力項目を初期値から変更するタイプの場合（例えば、ユーザがクーポンの適用を注意深く検討するなど）には、その入力項目を目立たせてすぐに確認や変更が行えるようにする。これにより、ドロップ率を下げて、ＣＶＲ（Conversion Rate）を向上させることができる。
　この結果、入力項目に対する購入者の設定傾向に応じて、決済フォームを適切に提示することができる。
（他の実施形態）
　上記の実施形態では、ユーザに付与される特典として、購入額の割引に用いられるクーポンを一例として説明したが、ポイントなど他の特典についても適宜適用可能である。
　上記の実施形態では、商品の販売サイトを一例として説明したが、このような商品以外にも、保険等のサービスを販売する販売サイト等にも適宜適用可能である。
　以上説明したように、本発明によれば、入力項目に対する購入者の設定傾向に応じて、決済フォームを適切に提示することのできる情報処理装置、提示方法、記録媒体、および、プログラムを提供することができる。

Claims (8)

  1. 　複数の入力項目を有する決済フォームであって、前記複数の入力項目の各々には、購入者に応じた初期値が設定された決済フォームを生成する生成部、
    　前記生成された決済フォームを、前記複数の入力項目を編集可能に購入者に提示して、前記初期値の確認操作又は前記初期値の編集操作に応じた入力情報を受け付ける情報受付部、
    　前記入力情報を受け付けると、前記複数の入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う決済部、
    　第１の商品の購入申込に対して前記生成部により生成された第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けると、前記第１の決済フォームが有する複数の入力項目の各々において、当該入力項目に設定されていた初期値と、前記入力情報を受け付けた時に当該入力項目に設定されていた入力値と、が異なっている入力項目を抽出する抽出部、
    　を備え、
    　前記第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けた後にされた第２の商品の購入申込に対して、前記生成部は、前記抽出された入力項目の表示を強調した第２の決済フォームを生成する、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記情報受付部は、前記生成された決済フォームを提示する際に、前記強調されていない入力項目を表示せず、前記強調された入力項目を表示する、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  3. 　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記決済フォームの入力項目には、割引特典に関する特典入力項目が含まれており、
    　前記生成部は、前記特典入力項目に、適用又は非適用を設定した決済フォームを生成し、
    　前記情報受付部は、前記生成された決済フォームを提示する際に、前記特典入力項目に適用が設定されている場合に当該特典入力項目を表示せず、前記特典入力項目に非適用が設定されている場合に当該特典入力項目を表示する、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  4. 　請求項３に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記特典入力項目には、定額割引タイプ及び割引率タイプの割引特典が含まれており、
    　前記生成部は、前記特典入力項目が定額割引タイプの場合に適用を初期値として設定し、前記特典入力項目が割引率タイプの場合に非適用を初期値として設定する、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  5. 　請求項３に記載の情報処理装置であって、
    　前記生成部は、購入者が利用可能な全ての割引特典に対応して、前記特典入力項目の各々に、適用又は非適用を設定した決済フォームを生成する、
    　ことを特徴とする情報処理装置。
  6. 　情報処理装置における提示方法であって、
    　前記情報処理装置が、複数の入力項目を有する決済フォームであって、前記複数の入力項目の各々には、購入者に応じた初期値が設定された決済フォームを生成する生成ステップ、
    　前記情報処理装置が、前記生成された決済フォームを、前記複数の入力項目を編集可能に購入者に提示して、前記初期値の確認操作又は前記初期値の編集操作に応じた入力情報を受け付ける情報受付ステップ、
    　前記情報処理装置が、前記入力情報を受け付けると、前記複数の入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う決済ステップ、
    　前記情報処理装置が、第１の商品の購入申込に対して前記生成ステップにて生成された第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けると、前記第１の決済フォームが有する複数の入力項目の各々において、当該入力項目に設定されていた初期値と、前記入力情報を受け付けた時に当該入力項目に設定されていた入力値と、が異なっている入力項目を抽出する抽出ステップ、
    　を備え、
    　前記第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けた後にされた第２の商品の購入申込に対して、前記生成ステップでは、前記抽出された入力項目の表示を強調した第２の決済フォームを生成する、
    　ことを特徴とする提示方法。
  7. 　コンピュータを、
    　複数の入力項目を有する決済フォームであって、前記複数の入力項目の各々には、購入者に応じた初期値が設定された決済フォームを生成する生成部、
    　前記生成された決済フォームを、前記複数の入力項目を編集可能に購入者に提示して、前記初期値の確認操作又は前記初期値の編集操作に応じた入力情報を受け付ける情報受付部、
    　前記入力情報を受け付けると、前記複数の入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う決済部、
    　第１の商品の購入申込に対して前記生成部により生成された第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けると、前記第１の決済フォームが有する複数の入力項目の各々において、当該入力項目に設定されていた初期値と、前記入力情報を受け付けた時に当該入力項目に設定されていた入力値と、が異なっている入力項目を抽出する抽出部、
    　として機能させ、
    　前記第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けた後にされた第２の商品の購入申込に対して、前記生成部は、前記抽出された入力項目の表示を強調した第２の決済フォームを生成する、
    　ことを特徴とするプログラムを記録したコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体。
  8. 　コンピュータを、
    　複数の入力項目を有する決済フォームであって、前記複数の入力項目の各々には、購入者に応じた初期値が設定された決済フォームを生成する生成部、
    　前記生成された決済フォームを、前記複数の入力項目を編集可能に購入者に提示して、前記初期値の確認操作又は前記初期値の編集操作に応じた入力情報を受け付ける情報受付部、
    　前記入力情報を受け付けると、前記複数の入力項目に設定されていた入力値に基づいて決済を行う決済部、
    　第１の商品の購入申込に対して前記生成部により生成された第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けると、前記第１の決済フォームが有する複数の入力項目の各々において、当該入力項目に設定されていた初期値と、前記入力情報を受け付けた時に当該入力項目に設定されていた入力値と、が異なっている入力項目を抽出する抽出部、
    　として機能させ、
    　前記第１の決済フォームに係る入力情報を受け付けた後にされた第２の商品の購入申込に対して、前記生成部は、前記抽出された入力項目の表示を強調した第２の決済フォームを生成する、
    　ことを特徴とするプログラム。
