Description
本申请要求在2015年12月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为2015109210033、发明名称为“一种移动终端设备的组装系统及方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
申请涉及通信技术,例如涉及一种移动终端设备的组装系统及方法。
目前智能手机、PAD(平板电脑)等移动终端设备一直在追求高屏占比、窄边框的设计理念。以智能手机为例进行说明,组装时在粘胶面宽度小于0.6mm的情况下,使用双面胶是无法进行模切的,即使粘胶面达到0.6mm的宽度,也无法满足智能手机的可靠性测试要求,所以窄边框设计需要基于点胶实现。
点胶是一种工艺,也称施胶、涂胶、灌胶、滴胶等,是把电子胶水、油或者其他液体涂抹、灌封、点滴到产品上,让产品起到黏贴、灌封、绝缘、固定、表面光滑等作用。点胶的应用范围非常广泛,可以说,只要胶水到达的地方,就需要点胶工艺服务。通常情况下,点胶工艺中胶水的Open Time(开放时间,也称为可操作时间)是2min~4min,可以理解为,Open Time是指胶水涂到产品上之后,能发挥作用的有效期。
针对移动终端设备的组装来说,通常情况下后壳壳体采用金属材质,点胶在金属上由于散热太快,会导致点胶后胶水的Open Time仅为2min,若组装时间超过2min,会导致压合完成后,整机的可靠性测试FAIL(失败)。
因此,针对移动终端设备的组装问题亟待提供一种解决方案,在保证设备的高占屏比、窄边框的前提下实现可靠组装,达到移动终端设备的可靠性测试要求。
发明内容
本申请提供一种移动终端设备的组装系统及方法,用以在保证设备的高占屏比、窄边框的前提下实现可靠组装,达到移动终端设备的可靠性测试要求。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种移动终端设备的组装系统,该组装系统包括承载治具、加热设备、点胶设备和组装设备,其中:
所述承载治具,用于固定放置移动终端设备的后壳壳体;

本申请实施例提供一种移动终端设备的组装系统及方法,能够延长胶水的Open Time,增加组装过程的操作时间,在保证设备的高占屏比、窄边框的前提下实现可靠组装,达到移动终端设备的可靠性测试要求。
以下结合说明书附图对本申请的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。并且在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明人在发明过程中发现,为了在保证设备的高占屏比、窄边框的前提下实现可靠组装,关键的因素是需要延长胶水的Open Time。而延长胶水的Open Time可以通过加热被点胶的移动终端设备的后壳壳体来实现。
本申请实施例提供了一种移动终端设备的组装系统100,如图1所示,包括承载治具101、加热设备102、点胶设备103和组装设备104,其中:

加热设备102,用于按照设定的加热时长和加热温度对承载治具101以及固定放置在承载治具101上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进行加热,加热后承载治具101以及固定放置在承载治具101上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入点胶设备103。
通常情况下,针对加热设备来说,设定的加热时长一般为60s到150s之间,加热温度一般为120摄氏度到140摄氏度之间,加热后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体的温度一般为40±5摄氏度,即35摄氏度到45摄氏度之间。
具体实施中,所述的加热设备可以采用热风加热炉,通过向炉膛内吹送特定温度的热风对物料或工件进行加热,向炉膛内所吹送热风的温度在100摄氏度到140摄氏度之间可调。具体的,热风加热炉的型号可选为QY-HT-300或QY-HT-400。当然,也可以采用其他类型的加热设备,只要能够满足对移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行加热的参数需求即可。
点胶设备103,用于按照设定的点胶时长对加热后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行点胶,点胶后承载治具101以及固定放置在承载治具101上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入组装设备104。
具体实施中,设定的点胶设备103的点胶时长为35s。
组装设备104,用于按照设定的组装时长对点胶后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行触摸屏(Touch Panel,TP)组装、触摸屏对位以及压合,完成设备组装。
具体实施中,设定的组装设备104的组装时长为175s,其中较佳的,组装触摸屏60s,触摸屏对位40s,压合40s。
TP又称为“触控屏”、“触控面板”,是一种可接收触头等输入信号的感应式液晶显示装置,当接触了屏幕上的图形按钮时,屏幕上的触觉反馈系统,可根据预先编程的程式驱动各种连结装置,可用以取代机械式的按钮面板,并借由液晶显示画面制造出生动的影音效果。TP作为一种最新的电脑输入设备,它是目前最简单、方便、自然的一种人机交互方式。
具体实施中,在设备组装完成之后,一般需要进行可靠性测试,则移动终端设备的组装系统还可包括:

基于本申请实施例提供的组装系统所组装完成的移动终端设备,完全可以通过各种可靠性测试。
基于上述移动终端设备的组装系统,本申请实施例还提供了一种移动终端设备的组装方法,需要预先将移动终端设备的后壳壳体固定放置在承载治具上,放置方式请参考图2。如图3所示,移动终端设备的组装方法包括:
S301、加热设备按照设定的加热时长和加热温度对承载治具以及固定放置在承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进行加热,加热后,承载治具以及固定放置在承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入点胶设备;
S302、点胶设备按照设定的点胶时长对加热后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行点胶,点胶后,承载治具以及固定放置在承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入组装设备;
S303、组装设备按照设定的组装时长对点胶后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行触摸屏组装、触摸屏对位以及压合,完成设备组装。

S304、测试设备对组装完成的移动终端设备进行可靠性测试。

- 一种移动终端设备的组装方法,其特征在于,包括:加热设备按照设定的加热时长和加热温度对承载治具以及固定放置在承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进行加热,加热后,承载治具以及固定放置在承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入点胶设备;点胶设备按照设定的点胶时长对加热后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行点胶,点胶后,所述承载治具以及固定放置在所述承载治具上的移动终端设备的后壳壳体一并进入组装设备;组装设备按照设定的组装时长对点胶后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体进行触摸屏组装、触摸屏对位以及压合,完成设备组装。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:测试设备对组装完成的移动终端设备进行可靠性测试。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热设备的加热时长设定为60s到150s之间,加热温度设定为120摄氏度到140摄氏度之间,加热后的移动终端设备的后壳壳体的温度在35摄氏度到45摄氏度之间。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述点胶设备的点胶时长设定为35s;和/或,所述组装设备的组装时长设定为175s,其中触摸屏组装60s,触摸屏对位40s,压合40s。
