所述枢杆组成3包括枢杆3.1、支座3.2、锁头3.3和手柄3.4,所述锁头3.3和手柄3.4与枢杆3.1固定连接;所述枢杆3.1通过支座3.2固定在端墙角柱上,所述锁头3.3与枢杆锁头1.5可扣紧将侧墙组装1锁闭;
所述侧门中间压紧装置4包括手轮4.1和压板4.2,所述压板4.2通过圆销固定在车体中间支撑上,转动所述手轮4.1时可将侧墙组装1压紧;
所述上传动轴组成5包括上传动轴5.1、上曲柄5.2、上传动轴拨叉5.3和 上轴承支承座5.4,所述上轴承支承座5.4与车体顶板固定连接,所述上曲柄5.2和上传动轴拨叉5.3固定在上传动轴5.1上,所述上传动轴拨叉5.3与上滚轮1.3.2配合,通过上传动轴5.1支撑和拨动侧墙组装1;
所述下传动轴组成6包括下传动轴6.1、下曲柄6.2、下传动轴拨轮6.3、下轴承支承座6.4和预紧弹簧装置6.5,所述下传动轴组成6通过下轴承支承座6.4与车体下侧梁固定连接;所述下曲柄6.2和下传动轴拨轮6.3固定在下传动轴6.1上,所述下传动轴拨轮6.3与下支座组成1.4配合,并通过下传动轴6.1支撑和拨动侧墙组装1;所述预紧弹簧装置6.5通过弹簧与下传动轴6.1连接,侧墙组装1开关时,可平衡下传动轴6.1转动力矩;
所述上轨道组成7包括上轨道7.1和上吊座7.2,所述上轨道7.1通过上吊座7.2固定在车顶侧板上,所述的上轨道7.1在上传动轴拨叉5.3处开有缺口,当侧墙组装1滑至另外一侧时,在缺口处通过上支座组成1.3上的滑轨1.3.3支撑;
所述下轨道组成8包括下轨道8.1和下吊座8.2,所述下轨道8.1通过下吊座8.2固定在底架侧梁侧面,用于支撑打开时的侧墙组装1,所述下轨道8.1在下传动轴拨轮6.3处开有缺口,侧墙组装1在缺口处通过下轨道8.1的护轨支撑。
当转动端部开闭机构2的手柄组成2.1时,通过端部开闭机构2的连杆可带动上传动轴5.1和下传动轴6.1转动,使得上传动轴拨叉5.3及下传动轴拨轮6.3带动侧墙组装1整体偏移,使得所述侧墙组装1的上滚轮1.3.2落到上轨道7.1上,所述侧墙组装1上的下滚轮1.4.2落到下轨道8.1上,这时所述侧墙组装1可沿着上轨道7.1和下轨道8.1滑动。
本发明实施例装卸货物时,侧墙组装1的开度更大,适合几辆任意吨位的叉车在地面给车箱任意位置装卸货;并设置有枢杆组成3和侧门中间压紧装置4,运输途中侧墙组装1具有保持关闭状态可靠的安全性和自锁性。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种铁路棚车活动侧墙及开闭机构,包括侧墙组装(1)、端部开闭机构(2)、枢杆组成(3)、上传动轴组成(5)、下传动轴组成(6)、上轨道组成(7)和下轨道组成(8),其特征在于:
    所述侧墙组装(1)包括侧墙(1.1)、扶手(1.2)、上支座组成(1.3)、下支座组成(1.4)和枢杆锁头(1.5),所述侧墙(1.1)上下两端分别设置有上支座组成(1.3)和下支座组成(1.4),所述侧墙(1.1)中部设置有扶手(1.2),所述扶手(1.2)下端设置有枢杆锁头(1.5);
    所述上支座组成(1.3)包含上支座(1.3.1)、上滚轮(1.3.2)和滑轨(1.3.3),所述上滚轮(1.3.2)与上支座(1.3.1)通过圆销连接,用于支撑和滑动侧墙(1.1);所述下支座组成(1.4)包含下支座(1.4.1)和下滚轮(1.4.2),所述下滚轮(1.4.2)与下支座(1.4.1)通过圆销连接,用于支撑和滑动侧墙(1.1);
    所述端部开闭机构(2)包括手柄组成(2.1)、第一连杆(2.2)、第二连杆(2.3)、第三连杆(2.4)、连接板(2.5)和重力块组成(2.6),所述手柄组成(2.1)固定在车体端墙上,可以自由上下转动;所述第一连杆(2.2)一端与下传动轴组成(6)的下曲柄(6.2)球铰接,另一端与手柄组成(2.1)球铰接;所述连接板(2.5)呈三角形状,所述第二连杆(2.3)一端与手柄组成(2.1)球铰接,另一端与连接板(2.5)的一侧球铰接;所述第三连杆(2.4)一端与连接板(2.5)的另一侧圆柱铰接,另一端与上传动轴组成(5)的上曲柄(5.2)圆柱铰接;所述连接板(2.5)剩余一侧与车体端墙铰接;所述重力块组成(2.6)固定在车体端墙上,可以自由上下转动,用于为手柄组成(2.1)的开启和关闭状态提供锁定作用;
    所述枢杆组成(3)包括枢杆(3.1)、支座(3.2)、锁头(3.3)和手柄(3.4),所述锁头(3.3)和手柄(3.4)与枢杆(3.1)固定连接;所述枢杆(3.1)通过支座(3.2)固定在端墙角柱上,所述锁头(3.3)与枢杆锁头(1.5)可扣紧将侧墙组装(1)锁闭;
    所述上传动轴组成(5)包括上传动轴(5.1)、上曲柄(5.2)、上传动轴拨叉(5.3)和上轴承支承座(5.4),所述上轴承支承座(5.4)与车体顶板固定连接,所述上曲柄(5.2)和上传动轴拨叉(5.3)固定在上传动轴(5.1)上,所述上传动轴拨叉(5.3)与上滚轮(1.3.2)配合,通过上传动轴(5.1)支撑和拨动侧墙组装(1);
    所述下传动轴组成(6)包括下传动轴(6.1)、下曲柄(6.2)、下传动轴拨轮(6.3)、下轴承支承座(6.4)和预紧弹簧装置(6.5),所述下传动轴组成(6)通过下轴承支承座(6.4)与车体下侧梁固定连接;所述下曲柄(6.2)和下传动轴拨轮(6.3)固定在下传动轴(6.1)上,所述下传动轴拨轮(6.3)与下支座组成(1.4)配合,并通过下传动轴(6.1)支撑和拨动侧墙组装(1);所述预紧弹簧装置(6.5)通过弹簧与下传动轴(6.1)连接,侧墙组装(1)开关时,可平衡下传动轴(6.1)转动力矩;
    所述上轨道组成(7)包括上轨道(7.1)和上吊座(7.2),所述上轨道(7.1)通过上吊座(7.2)固定在车顶侧板上,所述的上轨道(7.1)在上传动轴拨叉(5.3)处开有缺口,当侧墙组装(1)滑至另外一侧时,在缺口处通过上支座组成(1.3)上的滑轨(1.3.3)支撑;
    所述下轨道组成(8)包括下轨道(8.1)和下吊座(8.2),所述下轨道(8.1)通过下吊座(8.2)固定在底架侧梁侧面,用于支撑打开时的侧墙组装(1), 所述下轨道(8.1)在下传动轴拨轮(6.3)处开有缺口,侧墙组装(1)在缺口处通过下轨道(8.1)的护轨支撑。
    当转动端部开闭机构(2)的手柄组成(2.1)时,通过端部开闭机构(2)的连杆可带动上传动轴(5.1)和下传动轴(6.1)转动,使得上传动轴拨叉(5.3)及下传动轴拨轮(6.3)带动侧墙组装(1)整体偏移,使得所述侧墙组装(1)的上滚轮(1.3.2)落到上轨道(7.1)上,所述侧墙组装(1)上的下滚轮(1.4.2)落到下轨道(8.1)上,这时所述侧墙组装(1)可沿着上轨道(7.1)和下轨道(8.1)滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铁路棚车活动侧墙及开闭机构,其特征在于:它还包括侧门中间压紧装置(4),所述侧门中间压紧装置(4)包括手轮(4.1)和压板(4.2),所述压板(4.2)通过圆销固定在车体中间支撑上,转动所述手轮(4.1)时可将侧墙组装(1)压紧。
