- 一种浇注成型的整体卫浴防水底盘,包括盘体,盘体具有铝芯蜂窝,其特征在于:所述盘体还包括铝型材框,所述铝型材框为中空的闭合框,铝型材框包围所述铝芯蜂窝,所述铝芯蜂窝与铝型材框之间具有间隙,该间隙形成一条连续闭合的沟槽,所述沟槽内填充有玻璃钢树脂,所述铝芯蜂窝的上表面和下表面也浇注有玻璃钢树脂,沟槽内填充的玻璃钢树脂以及铝芯蜂窝的上表面和下表面浇注的玻璃钢树脂通过玻璃钢树脂浇注成型工艺一体成型,一体成型后形成一个空心的全封闭的囊状玻璃钢树脂套,所述的玻璃钢树脂套分别与所述的铝型材框和铝芯蜂窝紧密相连接,并且玻璃钢树脂套整体全包覆所述的铝芯蜂窝,所述的玻璃钢树脂套与所述的铝型材框和铝芯蜂窝共同构成整体的刚性防水盘体,所述的铝型材框兼具支撑外框以及玻璃钢树脂成型模具的双重功能。

- 根据权利要求2所述的浇注成型的整体卫浴防水底盘,其特征在于:所述多根铝型材中,每一根铝型材的两端都裁切成角度为45°的倾斜角。
- 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的浇注成型的整体卫浴防水底盘,其特征在于:所述沟槽整体为矩形槽,所述的玻璃钢树脂套整体为矩形套。
- 根据权利要求5所述的浇注成型的整体卫浴防水底盘,其特征在于:所述铝型材框与玻璃钢树脂套相连接的结合面上设置有呈锯齿状的凸凹不平的倒钩,以增强铝型材框与玻璃钢树脂套之间的结合力和抓固力。
