浅槽形砖22的结构为:包括一个模压砖块11,模压砖块11有正反相对的两个最大的面为主见面12,另有上下相对两个长边侧面13,还有左右相对两个短边侧面14;模压砖块11的有一个主见面12是向内陷的槽形主面15,槽形主面15的沿两长边侧面13为凸出的棱条16,相对的两个棱条16宽度、长度和高度都相同,棱条16离凹槽底面17的高度hh是长边侧面13宽度H H的70%,即hh:H H=70%。
单凹面砖21和浅槽形砖22配合组成的墙体结构:该墙体分为多层,每一层的结构相同,每一层的结构为多个相同单元连续粘接而成,该单元的结构包括厚墙式和薄墙式两种,
其中,厚墙式墙体结构如下:
厚墙式墙体“工字”形单元结构是:单凹面砖21的短条形侧面4长度与浅槽形砖22的短边侧面14长度相同,单凹面砖21的两个长条形侧面3分别向上面和向下面,单凹面砖21的两个主面2在左右两侧分与四个浅槽形砖22组成“工字”形结构,即单凹面砖21的一个主面2与两个浅槽形砖22的短边侧面14粘接,该两个浅槽形砖22的槽形主面15相向,即该两个浅槽形砖22的槽形主面15向内,该两个浅槽形砖22的长边侧面13分别向上面和向下面;
厚墙式墙体“口字”形单元和一层厚墙式墙体的结构是:一个单凹面砖21的两个主面2分别粘接两个厚墙式墙体单元的四个浅槽形砖22,形成两个单凹面砖21之间的两个浅槽形砖22粘接组合成“口字”形单元结构,一层厚墙式墙体由多个这样的“口字”形单元结构连续排列而成;
整面厚墙式墙体的结构是:中间层“口字”形单元的内空中间对上层和下层“工字”形单元的单凹面砖21。
其中,薄墙式墙体结构如下:
薄墙式墙体“工字”形单元结构是:单凹面砖21的长条形侧面3长度与浅槽形砖22的短边侧面14长度相同,单凹面砖21的两个短条形侧面4分别向上面和向下面,单凹面砖21的两个主面2在左右两侧分与四个浅槽形砖22组成“工字”形结构,即单凹面砖21的一个主面2与两个浅槽形砖22的短边侧面14粘接,该两个浅槽形砖22的槽形主面15相向,即该两个浅槽形砖22的槽形主面15向内,该两个浅槽形砖22的长边侧面13分别向上面和向下面;
薄墙式墙体“口字”形单元和一层薄墙式墙体的结构是:一个单凹面砖21的两个主 面2分别粘接两个薄墙式墙体单元的四个浅槽形砖22,形成两个单凹面砖21之间的两个浅槽形砖22粘接组合成“口字”形单元结构,一层薄墙式墙体由多个这样的“口字”形单元结构连续排列而成;
整面薄墙式墙体的结构是:中间层“口字”形单元的内空中间对上层和下层“工字”形单元的单凹面砖21。
实施例2、一种具体尺寸的轻质保温墙体
如实施例1,并且凹形主面5内陷的四周侧壁为斜面侧壁8,斜面侧壁8倾斜度为2%的坡度。砖块1的主面2为方形,即长条形侧面3和短条形侧面4的长度相同,主面2的四个外侧边长均为195毫米,棱边6的上面宽度25毫米,棱边6的底面宽度30毫米,棱边6离凹形底面7的高度h为25毫米,长条形侧面3和短条形侧面4的宽度H相同,均为60毫米。
槽形主面15内陷的两个侧壁为斜侧壁18,斜侧壁18倾斜度为20%的坡度。模压砖块11的主见面12为长方形,主见面12长边即长边侧面13的长度为240毫米,主见面12短边即短边侧面14的长度为195毫米,棱条16的上面宽度25毫米,棱条16的底面宽度30毫米,棱条16离凹槽底面17的高度hh为25毫米,长边侧面13宽度H H为60毫米,凹槽底面17的宽度为35毫米。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种轻质保温墙体,包括单凹面砖(21)和浅槽形砖(22),其特征在于:
    单凹面砖(21)的结构为:包括一个砖块(1),砖块(1)有正反相对的两个最大的面为主面(2),另有上下相对两个长条形侧面(3),还有左右相对两个短条形侧面(4),长条形侧面(3)和短条形侧面(4)的宽度H相同;砖块(1)的有一个主面(2)是向内陷的凹形主面(5),凹形主面(5)的四周为凸出的棱边(6),四周的棱边(6)宽度相同,棱边(6)离凹形底面(7)的高度h是长条形侧面(3)或短条形侧面(4)宽度H的65—75%,即h:H=65—75%;
    浅槽形砖(22)的结构为:包括一个模压砖块(11),模压砖块(11)有正反相对的两个最大的面为主见面(12),另有上下相对两个长边侧面(13),还有左右相对两个短边侧面(14);模压砖块(11)的有一个主见面(12)是向内陷的槽形主面(15),槽形主面(15)的沿两长边侧面(13)为凸出的棱条(16),相对的两个棱条(16)宽度、长度和高度都相同,棱条(16)离凹槽底面(17)的高度hh是长边侧面(13)宽度H H的65—75%,即hh:H H=65—75%;

    整面薄墙式墙体的结构是:中间层“口字”形单元的内空中间对上层和下层“工字”形单元的单凹面砖(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质保温墙体,其特征在于:凹形主面(5)内陷的四周侧壁为斜面侧壁(8),斜面侧壁(8)倾斜度为10-30%的坡度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质保温墙体,其特征在于:砖块(1)的主面(2)为方形,即长条形侧面(3)和短条形侧面(4)的长度相同,主面(2)的四个外侧边长均为195毫米,棱边(6)的上面宽度25毫米,棱边(6)的底面宽度30毫米,棱边(6)离凹形底面(7)的高度h为25毫米,长条形侧面(3)和短条形侧面(4)的宽度H相同,均为60毫米。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质保温墙体,其特征在于:槽形主面(15)内陷的两个侧壁为斜侧壁(18),斜侧壁(18)倾斜度为10-30%的坡度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质保温墙体,其特征在于:模压砖块(11)的主见面(12)为长方形,主见面(12)长边即长边侧面(13)的长度为240毫米,主见面(12)短边即短边侧面(14)的长度为195毫米,棱条(16)的上面宽度25毫米,棱条(16)的底面宽度30毫米,棱条(16)离凹槽底面(17)的高度hh为25毫米,长边侧面(13)宽度H H为60毫米,凹槽底面(17)的宽度为35毫米。
