Description

空気吹出装置 関連出願への相互参照
 本出願は、2015年11月12日に出願された日本特許出願番号2015-222447号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容が参照により組み入れられる。
 本開示は、空気を吹き出す空気吹出装置に関するものである。
 特許文献1に、コアンダ効果を利用して空気をガイド壁に沿わせて曲げながら、空気を吹出口から吹き出す空気吹出装置が開示されている。この空気吹出装置は、具体的には、
 対象空間に空気を吹き出す吹出口と、吹出口の空気流れ上流側に連なる空気流路を内部に形成する流路形成部材と、この空気流路に流速が異なる2つの気流を発生させる気流偏向部材とを備える。
 流路形成部材は、第1の壁と、第1の壁に対向する第2の壁を有する。空気流路は、気流偏向部材と第1の壁との間の第1流路と、気流偏向部材と第2の壁との間の第2流路とを有する。気流偏向部材は、第1流路の幅を第2流路の幅よりも小さくする。これにより、第1流路を通過した第1気流を、第2流路を通過した第2気流よりも高速とする。そして、第1の壁のうち吹出口側の一部は、第1気流をガイドするガイド壁を構成している。ガイド壁は、第2の壁から第1の壁に向かう側に曲がりながら吹出口に向かって延びている。
 この空気吹出装置では、コアンダ効果によって第1気流がガイド壁に沿って流れる。このため、第1気流が曲げられる。さらに、第2気流が高速の第1気流に引き込まれる。このため、第2気流が曲げられる。このため、この空気吹出装置によれば、空気流路を流れる空気を第2の壁から第1の壁に向かう方向に曲げて、吹出口から吹き出すことができる。

 しかし、発明者の詳細な検討の結果、上記した従来の空気吹出装置では、次の問題が生じることを見出した。すなわち、インストルメントパネルの上面部に吹出口を設置した場合、吹出口から車両後方に向けて空気を吹き出させようとしても、吹出口からの気流が車両前方窓に張り付いてしまう。この問題は、吹出口の位置が車両前方に近いほど、顕著となる。
 本開示は、吹出口から車両後方に向けて空気を吹き出す際に、吹出口からの気流が車両前方窓に張り付くことを抑制できる空気吹出装置を提供することを目的とする。
 本開示によれば、空気吹出装置は、
 車両のインストルメントパネルの上面部に設けられ、空気を吹き出す吹出口と、
 吹出口の空気流れ上流側に連なる空気流路を形成する流路形成部材と、
 空気流路に配置され、空気流路に流速が異なる2つの気流を発生させる気流偏向部材とを備え、
 流路形成部材は、車両前方側の前方壁と、前方壁よりも車両後方側に位置し、前方壁に対向する後方壁とを有し、
 空気流路は、気流偏向部材と後方壁との間の第1流路と、気流偏向部材と前方壁との間の第2流路とを有し、
 気流偏向部材は、第1流路の車両前後方向での幅を第2流路の車両前後方向での幅よりも小さくすることにより、第1流路を通過した第1気流を、第2流路を通過した第2気流よりも高速とし、
 後方壁のうち吹出口側の一部は、第1気流をガイドするためのガイド壁を構成し、
 ガイド壁は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びており、
 気流偏向部材は、板形状部を少なくとも有し、
 板形状部は、車両前方側の表面である前面と車両後方側の表面である後面とを有し、
 板形状部の前面は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。
 これによれば、コアンダ効果によって第1気流がガイド壁に沿って流れる。これにより、第1気流を車両後方側に曲げることができる。エジェクタ効果によって第2気流が高速の第1気流に引き寄せられる。これにより、第2気流を車両後方側に曲げることができる。さらに、コアンダ効果によって、第2気流が気流偏向部材の前面に沿って流れる。これにより、第2気流を車両後方側により曲げることができる。
 この結果、空気流路を流れる気流を車両後方側に大きく曲げることができる。よって、吹出口から車両後方に向けて空気を吹き出す際に、車両前方窓に気流が張り付くことを抑制できる。

 以下、本開示の実施形態について図に基づいて説明する。なお、以下の各実施形態相互において、互いに同一もしくは均等である部分には、同一符号を付して説明を行う。また、各図における上、下、前、後、左、右等を示す矢印は、車両搭載状態における各方向を示している。
 (第1実施形態)
 図1に示すように、空気吹出装置10は、吹出口11と、ダクト12と、気流偏向部材13とを備える。
 吹出口11は、車室内空間に空気を吹き出す。吹出口11は、インストルメントパネル1の上面部1aに設けられている。より具体的には、吹出口11は、上面部1aのうちウインドシールド2側に位置している。換言すると、吹出口11は、上面部1aに対してウインドシールド2を上下方向に平行に投影したときに、上面部1aのうちウインドシールド2と重複する範囲内に位置している。
 インストルメントパネル1は、上面部1aと図示しない正面部とを有している。インストルメントパネル1は、車室内の前方に設けられた計器盤である。インストルメントパネル1は、計器類が配置されている部分だけでなく、オーディオやエアコンを収納する部分を含む、車室内の前席の正面に位置するパネル全体をさしている。
 図2に示すように、吹出口11は、右ハンドル車両の運転席4aの正面と助手席4bの正面の2カ所に配置されている。以下では、運転席4aの正面の吹出口11について説明するが、助手席4bの正面に配置された吹出口11も運転席4aの正面の吹出口11と同様である。
 吹出口11は、左右方向に細長く延伸している。吹出口11の開口形状の長手方向が左右方向に沿っている。吹出口11の左右方向の長さは、座席4の左右方向の長さよりも長い。なお、吹出口11の左右方向の長さは、座席4の左右方向の長さと同等またはそれよりも短くてもよい。
 吹出口11は、開口縁部11a、11b、11c、11dを有している。開口縁部11a~11dは、一対の長辺11a、11bおよび一対の短辺11c、11dで構成されている。
 吹出口11は、図1に示す気流偏向部材13により、少なくともデフロスタモードとフェイスモードの一方の吹出モードに切り替えて、温度調整された空気を車室内空間に吹き出す。ここで、デフロスタモードは、ウインドシールド2に向けて空気を吹き出す吹出モードである。これにより、窓の曇りを晴らす。フェイスモードは、前席乗員5の上半身に向けて空気を吹き出す吹出モードである。
 図1に示すように、吹出口11は、ダクト12の末端に形成された開口部によって構成されている。換言すれば、ダクト12は吹出口11に連なっている。ダクト12は、吹出口11と空調ユニット20とを接続する。空調ユニット20は、インストルメントパネル1の内部に配置されている。空調ユニット20は、車室内に向かう送風空気の温度を調整する。
 ダクト12は、吹出口11の空気流れ上流側に連なる空気流路を内部に形成する流路形成部材である。ダクト12は、空調ユニット20から送風される空気が流れる空気流路を内部に形成している。ダクト12は、空調ユニット20と別体として構成された樹脂製のものである。なお、ダクト12は、空調ユニット20と一体に形成されていても良い。
 ダクト12は、後方側に位置する後方壁121と、前方側に位置する前方壁122とを有する。後方壁121と前方壁122は、前後方向で対向している。ダクト12の内部の空気流路は、第1流路12aと第2流路12bとを有している。第1流路12aは、気流偏向部材13と後方壁121との間に形成されている。第2流路12bは、気流偏向部材13と前方壁122との間に形成されている。
 気流偏向部材13は、ダクト12の内部の空気流路に配置されている。気流偏向部材13は、ダクト12内に流速が異なる2つの気流を発生させるものである。気流偏向部材13は、第1流路12aを通過した気流と第2流路12bを通過した気流の速度を異ならせる。
 気流偏向部材13は、後方側の表面である後面131と前方側の表面である前面132とを有している。後面131は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。本実施形態では、図3に示すように、後面131は、所定の曲率半径R1を有する曲面を含んでいる。前面132は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。本実施形態では、図3に示すように、前面132は、所定の曲率半径R2を有する曲面を含んでいる。
 図4に示すように、本実施形態では、気流偏向部材13として、片持ちドアを採用している。気流偏向部材13は、ドア本体部13aと、ドア本体部13aに設けられた回転軸13bとを備える。回転軸13bは、左右方向に平行に配置されている。このため、気流偏向部材13は、回転軸13bを中心として、前後方向に回転する。
 ドア本体部13aは、板形状部である。ドア本体部13aが、後面131と前面132とを有している。前面132は、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流端134からドア本体部13aの空気流れ上流端133までの全域にわたって、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている曲面形状を有している。
 回転軸13bは、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流側の端部に位置している。すなわち、回転軸13bは、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ上流端133と空気流れ下流端134の両方から等距離の位置である中心位置135よりも下流端134に近い部位に位置している。このため、回転軸13bは、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ上流端133から回転軸13bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流端134から回転軸13bまでの距離の方が短くなっている。
 なお、回転軸13bの位置は、図4に示す位置に限られない。回転軸13bの位置は、ドア本体部13aのうち中心位置135と下流端134との間の位置であればよい。すなわち、回転軸13bの位置は、ドア本体部13aのうち、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ上流端133から回転軸13bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流端134から回転軸13bまでの距離の方が短くなる位置であればよい。回転軸13bがドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流端134の位置にある場合、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流端134から回転軸13bまでの距離は0である。
 気流偏向部材13は、ダクト12のうち吹出口11側に配置されている。すなわち、気流偏向部材13の下流端134は、後述するガイド壁14のうち後方側への曲がり始めの位置P1と曲がり終わりの位置P2の上下方向での中間位置P3よりも上側に位置している。本実施形態では、曲がり終わりの位置P2は、吹出口11の開口縁部11aの位置である。
 気流偏向部材13は、第1流路12aの前後方向での幅を第2流路12bの前後方向での幅よりも小さくする位置に配置されている。具体的には、気流偏向部材13の下流端134と後方壁121との間の前後方向での距離を、気流偏向部材13の下流端134と前方壁122との間の前後方向での距離よりも小さくする位置に、気流偏向部材13が配置されている。
 また、図1に示すように、後方壁121のうち吹出口11側の一部は、後述する第1気流F1をガイドするためのガイド壁14を有する。ガイド壁14は、インストルメントパネル1の上面部1aに連なっている。ガイド壁14は、第1気流F1をコアンダ効果によって壁面に沿わせて曲げることで、第1気流F1をガイドする。
 ガイド壁14の壁面は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。換言すると、ガイド壁14は、前方壁122と後方壁121との間隔が、空気流れ下流側に向かって広がるように、壁面が曲がっている。
 本実施形態では、ガイド壁14の壁面は、車両前方に向けて凸となるように湾曲している。図5に示すように、ガイド壁14の壁面は、所定の曲率半径R3を有する曲面形状である。ガイド壁14の曲率半径R3は、気流偏向部材13の前面132の曲率半径R2よりも大きくされている。
 また、図4に示すように、ダクト12は、前方壁122から後方に向かって突出する突出部15を有している。突出部15は、前方壁122のうち気流偏向部材13の空気流れ上流端133よりも空気流れ下流側の部位に設けられている。本実施形態では、突出部15は、前方壁122の空気流れ下流側端部に設けられている。
 突出部15の上面151は、インストルメントパネル1の上面部1aの表面と面一で連なっている。突出部15の下面152は、下から上に向かって斜め後方にまっすぐ延びる平坦面である。なお、突出部15は、前方壁122の一部として形成されている場合に限られない。突出部15は、前方壁122と別体として形成されていてもよい。
 本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、気流偏向部材13が回転することにより、吹出口11からの空気の吹き出し方向が切り替えられる。
 吹出モードがフェイスモードの場合、気流偏向部材13の位置は、図6に示す位置とされる。すなわち、気流偏向部材13の上流端133の位置は、後方壁121と前方壁122の中間の位置とされる。
 これにより、ダクト12の内部を流れる空気は、第1流路12aを通過する第1気流F1と第2流路12bを通過する第2気流F2とに分かれる。第1流路12aを通過した第1気流F1は、コアンダ効果によってガイド壁14に沿って流れる。このため、第1気流F1は、後方側に曲げられる。
 また、フェイスモードでは、気流偏向部材13によって、第1流路12aの流路幅は、第2流路12bの流路幅よりも狭い状態とされる。このため、第1流路12aを通過した第1気流F1は、第2流路12bを通過した第2気流F2よりも高速となる。この高速の第1気流F1が流れることによって、気流偏向部材13の下流側に負圧が生じる。このため、第2気流F2が気流偏向部材13の下流側に引き込まれ、第1気流F1に合流する。すなわち、エジェクタ効果によって、第2気流F2が第1気流F1に引っ張られる。さらに、第2気流F2は、コアンダ効果によって、気流偏向部材13の前面132に沿って流れる。これらにより、第2気流F2も、後方側に曲げられる。
 これらの結果、ダクト12の内部を流れる空気が、吹出口11から前席乗員の上半身に向かって吹き出される。
 このとき、気流偏向部材13の位置を乗員が手動で調節したり、制御装置が自動調節したりすることにより、第1気流F1と第2気流F2の速度差を調整することができる。速度差を調整することで、吹出口11から吹き出される空気の向きを微調整できる。
 本実施形態では、気流偏向部材13は、中心位置135よりも下流端134に近い部位に回転軸13bを有する。このため、図4に示すように、気流偏向部材13の回転によって、気流偏向部材13の上流端133とガイド壁14との距離Laが一定に近い状態を維持しつつ、気流偏向部材13と前方壁122との距離Lbを変更することができる。気流の速度は、流路の幅によって決まる。したがって、気流偏向部材13の回転によって、第1流路12aを通過した第1気流F1の速度を一定速度に近づけつつ、第2流路12bを通過した第2気流F2の速度を変更することができる。
 この結果、気流偏向部材13が回転すると、距離Laと距離Lbの両方が変化する場合と比較して、本実施形態によれば、第1気流F1と第2気流F2の速度差の調整がしやすくなる。なお、回転軸13bの位置は、下流端134に近いほど好ましく、下流端134の位置が最も好ましい。
 吹出モードがデフロスタモードの場合、気流偏向部材13の位置は、図7に示す位置とされる。すなわち、気流偏向部材13の上流端133の位置は、フェイスモード時の位置よりも、後方壁121に近い側の位置とされる。
 デフロスタモードの場合、フェイスモードの場合と比較して、第1気流F1の流量が少なく、第2気流F2の流量が多い。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、第2気流F2が第1気流F1に引っ張られる力が弱い。
 また、デフロスタモードの場合では、気流偏向部材13の前面132は、フェイスモードの場合と比較して、後方側よりも上側を向いて延びた状態とされる。このため、前面132に沿った空気流れ方向は、フェイスモードの場合と比較して、上向きに近くなる。
 これらの結果、ダクト12の内部を流れる空気が、吹出口11から上方に向かって吹き出される。このようにして、空調ユニット20で温度調整された空気、例えば温風が、吹出口11からウインドシールド2に向かって吹き出される。
 上述の通り、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、吹出口11と、ダクト12と、気流偏向部材13とを備えている。ダクト12は、後方壁121と前方壁122とを有している。後方壁121の吹出口11側の一部がガイド壁14を構成している。ガイド壁14は、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている曲面形状である。気流偏向部材13は、フェイスモード時に、第1流路12aの前後方向での幅を第2流路12bの車後方向での幅よりも小さくしている。これにより、第1流路12aを通過した第1気流F1を、第2流路12bを通過した第2気流F2よりも高速とする。
 フェイスモード時では、コアンダ効果によって第1気流F1がガイド壁14に沿って流れる。これにより、第1気流F1が後方側に曲がる。エジェクタ効果によって高速の第1気流F1が低速の第2気流F2を引っ張る。これにより、第2気流F2が後方側に曲がる。
 さらに、気流偏向部材13の前面132は、連続して曲がっている曲面形状である。気流偏向部材13は、フェイスモード時に、前面132が後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている状態となっている。
 このため、コアンダ効果によって第2気流F2が気流偏向部材13の前面132に沿って流れる。これにより、第2気流F2を後方側により曲げることができる。
 この結果、フェイスモード時において、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。よって、車両前方窓に気流が張り付くことを抑制できる。
 また、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10では、気流偏向部材13の下流端134は、ガイド壁14の中間位置P3よりも上側に位置している。吹出口11から離れた側で、コアンダ効果によって気流を曲げるよりも、吹出口11に近い側で、コアンダ効果によって気流を曲げた方が、吹出口11からの気流が後方に向かいやすくなる。よって、本実施形態によれば、気流偏向部材13の下流端134が、ガイド壁14の中間位置P3よりも下側に位置する場合と比較して、フェイスモード時に、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 また、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、突出部15を備えている。ここで、空気吹出装置10が突出部15を備えていない場合、第2気流F2のうち前方壁122に近い部分の気流は、前方壁122に沿って流れてしまう。これに対して、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10によれば、突出部15によって、第2気流F2のうち前方壁122に近い部分の気流を後方側に曲げることができる。これにより、フェイスモード時に、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 また、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10では、ガイド壁14の曲率半径R3が、気流偏向部材13の前面132の曲率半径R2よりも大きくされている。すなわち、ガイド壁14は、気流偏向部材13の前面132よりも緩やかに湾曲している。これによれば、ガイド壁14の曲率半径R3が、気流偏向部材13の前面132の曲率半径R2よりも小さくされている場合と比較して、コアンダ効果によってガイド壁14に沿って流れる第1気流F1が、ガイド壁14から剥離することを抑制できる。
 (第2実施形態)
 図8に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、第1実施形態の空気吹出装置10に対して、1つのガイド部材16を追加したものである。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10のその他の構成は、第1実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 ガイド部材16は、気流偏向部材13と前方壁122との間に配置されている。ガイド部材16の下流端164は、気流偏向部材13と同様に、ガイド壁14の中間位置P3よりも上側に位置している。なお、本実施形態においても、気流偏向部材13は、第1流路12aの前後方向での幅を第2流路12bの前後方向での幅よりも小さくする位置に配置されている。
 ガイド部材16は、気流偏向部材13と同様の形状を有している。すなわち、ガイド部材16は、後方側の表面である後面161と前方側の表面である前面162とを有している。後面161は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。より具体的には、後面161は、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びる曲面を含んでいる。前面162は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。より具体的には、前面162は、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びる曲面を含んでいる。ガイド部材16の長さは、気流偏向部材13の長さよりも短くされている。
 ガイド部材16は、気流偏向部材13と同様の片持ちドアである。すなわち、ガイド部材16は、ドア本体部16aと、ドア本体部16aに設けられた回転軸16bとを備える。
 ドア本体部16aは、板形状部である。ドア本体部16aが、後面161と前面162とを有している。前面162は、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ下流端164からドア本体部16aの空気流れ上流端163までの全域にわたって、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている曲面形状を有している。
 回転軸16bは、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ下流側の端部に位置している。すなわち、回転軸16bは、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ上流端163と空気流れ下流端164の両方から等距離の位置である中心位置165よりも下流端164に近い部位に位置している。このため、回転軸16bは、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ上流端163から回転軸16bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ下流端164から回転軸16bまでの距離の方が短くなっている。
 回転軸16bは、左右方向に平行に配置されている。このため、ガイド部材16は、回転軸16bを中心として、前後方向に回転する。ガイド部材16は、気流偏向部材13と連動して回転するように構成されている。
 回転軸16bの位置は、図8に示す位置に限られない。回転軸16bの位置は、ドア本体部16aのうち、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ上流端163から回転軸16bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部16aの空気流れ下流端164から回転軸16bまでの距離の方が短くなる位置であればよい。
 ガイド部材16は、間隔Ld、間隔Lc、間隔Laの順に小さくなるように、配置されている。ここで、間隔Laは、気流偏向部材13とガイド壁14との最短距離である。気流偏向部材13とガイド壁14とが図8に示す位置関係のとき、気流偏向部材13の下流端134の位置での気流偏向部材13とガイド壁14との距離が最短距離となる。間隔Lcは、ガイド部材16と気流偏向部材13との最短距離である。ガイド部材16と気流偏向部材13とが図8に示す位置関係のとき、ガイド部材16の下流端164の位置でのガイド部材16と気流偏向部材13との距離が最短距離となる。間隔Ldは、前方壁122とガイド部材16との最短距離である。前方壁122とガイド部材16が図8に示す位置関係のとき、突出部15の位置での前方壁122とガイド部材16との距離が最短距離となる。間隔La、間隔Lc、間隔Ldが、それぞれ、第1間隔、第2間隔、第3間隔である。
 本実施形態では、フェイスモード時に、気流偏向部材13およびガイド部材16が、図8、9に示す位置とされる。これにより、図9に示すように、気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1と、第2気流F2とが形成される。ガイド部材16によって、第2気流F2が、ガイド部材16の後面161側を流れる第3気流F3と、ガイド部材16の前面162側を流れる第4気流F4とに分けられる。
 このとき、本実施形態においても、第1実施形態の効果が得られる。すなわち、コアンダ効果によって、第1気流F1がガイド壁14に沿って流れる。気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1が第3気流F3、第4気流F4よりも高速となる。すなわち、気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1が第2気流F2よりも高速となる。エジェクタ効果によって、第3気流F3および第4気流F4が高速の第1気流F1に引っ張られる。コアンダ効果によって、第3気流F3は気流偏向部材13の前面132に沿って流れる。
 さらに、本実施形態によれば、第1実施形態の効果に加えて、次の効果が得られる。すなわち、ガイド部材16によって、第3気流F3は第4気流F4よりも高速となる。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、第4気流F4が高速の第3気流F3に引っ張られる。コアンダ効果によって、第4気流F4がガイド部材16の前面162に沿って流れる。これにより、ガイド部材16が配置されていない場合と比較して、第2流路12bを流れる第2気流F2を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10によれば、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流が大流量であっても、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 (第3実施形態)
 図10に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、ガイド部材16が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。本実施形態のガイド部材16は、第2実施形態のガイド部材16に対して、回転軸16bを有していない点のみが異なる。本実施形態の空気吹出装置のその他の構成は、第2実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 このように、ガイド部材16が固定されていてもよい。これによっても、第2実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
 (第4実施形態)
 図11に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、ガイド部材16が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。本実施形態のガイド部材16は、第2実施形態のガイド部材16に対して、回転軸16bを有していない点のみが異なる。さらに、気流偏向部材13が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。気流偏向部材13は、第1実施形態の気流偏向部材13に対して、回転軸13bを有していない点のみが異なる。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10のその他の構成は、第2実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、フェイスモードの吹き出しモードのみを行う。
 このように、ガイド部材16と気流偏向部材13の両方が固定されていてもよい。これによっても、第2実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
 (第5実施形態)
 図12に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、間隔Ldと間隔Lcが同じとなり、間隔Ldと間隔Lcの両方よりも間隔Laが小さくなるように、ガイド部材16が、配置されている。本実施形態の空気吹出装置のその他の構成は、第2実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 これによれば、第1実施形態の効果に加えて、次の効果が得られる。すなわち、図9に示す第2実施形態と同様に、ガイド部材16によって、第2気流F2が、ガイド部材16の後面161側を流れる第3気流F3と、ガイド部材16の前面162側を流れる第4気流F4とに分けられる。本実施形態では、コアンダ効果によって、第4気流F4がガイド部材16の前面162に沿って流れる。これにより、ガイド部材16が配置されていない場合と比較して、第2流路12bを流れる第2気流F2を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10によれば、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流が大流量であっても、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 (第6実施形態)
 図13に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、第1実施形態の空気吹出装置10に対して、2つのガイド部材16、17を追加したものである。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10のその他の構成は、第1実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 2つのガイド部材16、17は、気流偏向部材13と前方壁122との間に、互いに間をあけて前後方向に並んで配置されている。ガイド部材16、17の下流端164、174は、気流偏向部材13と同様に、ガイド壁14の中間位置P3よりも上側に位置している。なお、本実施形態においても、気流偏向部材13は、第1流路12aの前後方向での幅を第2流路12bの前後方向での幅よりも小さくする位置に配置されている。
 2つのガイド部材16、17のそれぞれは、気流偏向部材13と同様の形状を有している。すなわち、ガイド部材16、17のそれぞれは、後方側の表面である後面161、171と前方側の表面である前面162、172とを有している。後面161、171は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。より具体的には、後面161、171は、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びる曲面を含んでいる。前面162、172は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。より具体的には、前面162、172は、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びる曲面を含んでいる。ガイド部材16、17の長さは、気流偏向部材13の長さよりも短くされている。ガイド部材17の長さは、ガイド部材16の長さよりも短くされている。
 ガイド部材16、17は、気流偏向部材13と同様の片持ちドアである。すなわち、ガイド部材16、17は、ドア本体部16a、17aと、ドア本体部16a、17aに設けられた回転軸16b、17bとを備える。
 ドア本体部16a、17aは、板形状部である。ドア本体部16a、17aが、後面161、171と前面162、172とを有している。前面162、172は、ドア本体部16a、172の空気流れ下流端164、174からドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ上流端163、173までの全域にわたって、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている曲面形状を有している。
 回転軸16b、17bは、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ下流側の端部に位置している。すなわち、回転軸16b、17bは、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ上流端163、173と空気流れ下流端164、174の両方から等距離の位置である中心位置165、175よりも下流端164、174に近い部位に位置している。このため、回転軸16b、17bは、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ上流端163、173から回転軸16b、17bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ下流端164、174から回転軸16b、17bまでの距離の方が短くなっている。
 回転軸16b、17bは、左右方向に平行に配置されている。このため、ガイド部材16、17は、回転軸16b、17bを中心として、前後方向に回転する。ガイド部材16、17は、気流偏向部材13と連動して回転するように構成されている。
 回転軸16b、17bの位置は、図13に示す位置に限られない。回転軸16b、17bの位置は、ドア本体部16a、17aのうち、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ上流端163、173から回転軸16b、17bまでの距離よりも、ドア本体部16a、17aの空気流れ下流端164、174から回転軸16b、17bまでの距離の方が短くなる位置であればよい。
 ガイド部材16、17のそれぞれは、間隔Le、間隔Ld、間隔Lc、間隔Laの順に小さくなるように、配置されている。ここで、間隔Leは、前方壁122とガイド部材17との最短距離である。間隔Ldは、ガイド部材17とガイド部材16との最短距離である。間隔Lc、間隔Laは、第2実施形態の記載の通りである。
 換言すると、2つのガイド部材16、17および気流偏向部材13によって、前方壁122と後方壁121との間に複数の流路12e、12d、12c、12aが前後方向に並んで形成されている。2つのガイド部材16、17、気流偏向部材13、前方壁122および後方壁121のうちの隣り合う壁と壁との最短距離Le、Ld、Lc、Laが、後方側に向かうにつれて小さくなるように(すなわち、Le>Ld>Lc>Laとなるように)、2つのガイド部材16、17が配置されている。
 本実施形態では、フェイスモード時に、気流偏向部材13およびガイド部材16、17が、図13、14に示す位置とされる。これにより、図14に示すように、気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1と、第2気流F2とが形成される。ガイド部材16、17によって、第2気流F2が、ガイド部材16の後面161側を流れる第3気流F3と、ガイド部材16の前面162側を流れる第4気流F4と、ガイド部材17の前面172側を流れる第5気流F5に分けられる。
 このとき、本実施形態においても、第1実施形態の効果が得られる。すなわち、コアンダ効果によって、第1気流F1がガイド壁14に沿って流れる。気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1が第3気流F3、第4気流F4、第5気流F5よりも高速となる。すなわち、気流偏向部材13によって、第1気流F1が第2気流F2よりも高速となる。エジェクタ効果によって、第3気流F3、第4気流F4および第5気流F5が高速の第1気流F1に引っ張られる。コアンダ効果によって、第3気流F3は気流偏向部材13の前面132に沿って流れる。
 さらに、本実施形態によれば、第1実施形態の効果に加えて、次の効果が得られる。すなわち、ガイド部材16によって、第3気流F3は第4気流F4よりも高速となる。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、第4気流F4が第3気流F3に引っ張られる。コアンダ効果によって、第4気流F4がガイド部材16の前面162に沿って流れる。また、ガイド部材17によって、第4気流F4は第5気流F5よりも高速となる。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、第5気流F5が第4気流F4に引っ張られる。コアンダ効果によって、第5気流F5がガイド部材17の前面172に沿って流れる。
 これらにより、ガイド部材16、17が配置されていない場合と比較して、第2流路12bを流れる第2気流F2を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。したがって、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10によれば、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流が大流量であっても、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 (第7実施形態)
 図15に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、2つのガイド部材16、17が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。本実施形態のガイド部材16、17は、第6実施形態のガイド部材16、17に対して、回転軸16b、17bを有していない点のみが異なる。本実施形態の空気吹出装置のその他の構成は、第6実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 このように、2つのガイド部材16、17が固定されていてもよい。これによっても、第6実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
 (第8実施形態)
 図16に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、2つのガイド部材16、17が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。本実施形態のガイド部材16、17は、第6実施形態のガイド部材16、17に対して、回転軸16b、17bを有していない点のみが異なる。さらに、気流偏向部材13が、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。気流偏向部材13は、第1実施形態の気流偏向部材13に対して回転軸13bを有していない点のみが異なる。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10のその他の構成は、第6実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、フェイスモードの吹き出しモードのみを行う。
 このように、2つのガイド部材16、17と気流偏向部材13のすべてが固定されていてもよい。これによっても、第6実施形態と同じ効果が得られる。
 (第9実施形態)
 図17に示すように、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10は、間隔Leと間隔Ldと間隔Lcが同じとなり、間隔Leと間隔Ldと間隔Lcのすべてよりも間隔Laが小さくなるように、2つのガイド部材16、17のそれぞれが、配置されている。本実施形態の空気吹出装置10のその他の構成は、第6実施形態の空気吹出装置10と同じである。
 これによれば、第1実施形態の効果に加えて、次の効果が得られる。すなわち、図14に示す第6実施形態と同様に、ガイド部材16、17によって、第2気流F2が、ガイド部材16の後面161側を流れる第3気流F3と、ガイド部材16の前面162側を流れる第4気流F4と、ガイド部材17の前面172側を流れる第5気流F5に分けられる。本実施形態では、コアンダ効果によって、第4気流F4がガイド部材16の前面162に沿って流れる。コアンダ効果によって、第5気流F5がガイド部材17の前面172に沿って流れる。これらにより、2つのガイド部材16、17が配置されていない場合と比較して、第2流路12bを流れる第2気流F2を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、本実施形態の空気吹出装置10によれば、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流が大流量であっても、ダクト12の内部を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 (他の実施形態)
 本開示は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、下記のように、請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。
 (1)上記各実施形態では、気流偏向部材13の後面131が、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている形状であったが、これに限られない。図18に示すように、後面131は、下から上に向かって斜め後方にまっすぐ延びる平坦面であってもよい。ガイド部材16、17の後面161、171についても、同様である。
 (2)上記各実施形態では、気流偏向部材13の回転軸13bが、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ下流側の端部に位置していたが、これに限られない。図19に示すように、回転軸13bは、ドア本体部13aの上流端133と下流端134の両方から等距離の位置である中心位置135に位置していてもよい。また、図20に示すように、ドア本体部13aの空気流れ上流側の端部に位置していてもよい。
 (3)上記各実施形態では、突出部15の下面152が、下から上に向かって斜め後方にまっすぐ延びる平坦面であったが、これに限られない。図21に示すように、下面152は、下から上に向かって斜め後方に向かって連続して曲がりながら延びる曲面であってもよい。また、図22に示すように、下面152は、前方から後方に水平に延びている平坦面であってもよい。また、図23に示すように、上面151および下面152のそれぞれが、前方から後方に向かって、斜め下向きに延びる平坦面であってもよい。
 このように、下面152がいずれの形状であっても、第1実施形態と同様に、突出部15による効果が得られる。ただし、下面152の形状は、第1実施形態の突出部15や、図21に示す突出部15のように、下から上に向かって斜め後方に延びる形状であることが好ましい。これにより、突出部15の空気流れ上流側で生じる空気流れの乱れを抑制できる。
 (4)上記各実施形態では、突出部15を設けていたが、突出部15を設けなくてもよい。このような場合であっても、気流偏向部材13の前面132の形状による効果が得られる。
 (5)上記各実施形態では、気流偏向部材13の前面132が、後方側に連続して曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている曲面を有する形状であったが、これに限られない。前面132は、後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている形状であればよい。前面132は、平坦面が角を有して後方側に折れ曲がる形状であってもよい。ガイド壁14やガイド部材16、17の前面162、172の形状についても同様である。
 (6)第6~第9実施形態では、空気吹出装置10が、2つのガイド部材16、17を備えていたが、これに限定されない。空気吹出装置10は、3つ以上のガイド部材を備えていてもよい。
 (7)上記各実施形態は、互いに無関係なものではなく、組み合わせが明らかに不可な場合を除き、適宜組み合わせが可能である。また、上記各実施形態において、実施形態を構成する要素は、特に必須であると明示した場合および原理的に明らかに必須であると考えられる場合等を除き、必ずしも必須のものではないことは言うまでもない。
 (まとめ)
 上記各実施形態の一部または全部で示された第1の観点によれば、空気吹出装置は、吹出口と、流路形成部材と、気流偏向部材とを備える。吹出口は、車両のインストルメントパネルの上面部に設けられる。流路形成部材は、吹出口の空気流れ上流側に連なる空気流路を形成する。流路形成部材は、前方壁と後方壁とを有する。空気流路は、第1流路と第2流路とを有する。気流偏向部材は、第1流路を通過した第1気流を、第2流路を通過した第2気流よりも高速とする。後方壁のうち吹出口側の一部は、第1気流をガイドするためのガイド壁を構成する。ガイド壁は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。気流偏向部材は、板形状部を少なくとも有する。板形状部は、車両前方側の表面である前面を有する。板形状部の前面は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。
 また、第2の観点によれば、気流偏向部材の空気流れ下流端は、ガイド壁における中間位置よりも上側に位置する。ここで、吹出口から離れた側で、コアンダ効果によってガイド壁に沿って気流を曲げるよりも、吹出口に近い側で、コアンダ効果によってガイド壁に沿って気流を曲げた方が、吹出口からの気流が後方に向かいやすくなる。したがって、これによれば、気流偏向部材の下流端が、ガイド壁の中間位置よりも下側に位置する場合と比較して、空気流路の内部を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 また、第3の観点によれば、気流偏向部材は、板形状部に設けられた回転軸を有する。回転軸は、板形状部の空気流れ上流端から回転軸までの距離よりも、板形状部の空気流れ下流端から回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている。
 これによれば。気流偏向部材の回転によって、気流偏向部材の上流端とガイド壁との距離が一定に近い状態を維持しつつ、気流偏向部材と前方壁との距離を変更することができる。ここで、気流の速度は、流路の幅によって決まる。したがって、気流偏向部材の回転によって、第1流路を通過した第1気流の速度を一定速度に近づけつつ、第2流路を通過した第2気流の速度を変更することができる。このため、気流偏向部材が回転すると、上記した両方の距離が変化する場合と比較して、第1気流と第2気流の速度差の調整がしやすくなる。
 第4の観点によれば、空気吹出装置は、さらに、気流偏向部材と前方壁との間に配置されたガイド部材を備える。ガイド部材は、板形状部を少なくとも有する。ガイド部材の板形状部は、車両前方側の表面である前面を有する。ガイド部材の板形状部の前面は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。
 これによると、ガイド部材によって、第2気流が、ガイド部材の後面側を流れる第3気流と、ガイド部材の前面側を流れる第4気流とに分けられる。そして、コアンダ効果によって、第4気流がガイド部材の前面に沿って流れる。これにより、ガイド部材が配置されていない場合と比較して、気流偏向部材と前方壁との間の第2流路を流れる第2気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、この空気吹出装置によれば、空気流路を流れる気流が大流量であっても、空気流路を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 第5の観点によれば、第4の観点において、ガイド部材は、第3間隔、第2間隔、第1間隔の順に小さくなるように、配置されている。第1間隔は、気流偏向部材と後方壁との最短距離である。第2間隔は、ガイド部材と気流偏向部材との最短距離である。第3間隔は、ガイド部材と前方壁との最短距離である。
 ガイド部材によって、第3気流は第4気流よりも高速となる。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、第4気流が高速の第3気流に引っ張られる。これにより、第2流路を流れる第2気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、この空気吹出装置によれば、空気流路を流れる気流が大流量であっても、空気流路を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 第6の観点によれば、ガイド部材は、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。ガイド部材を、このように固定式とすることができる。
 第7の観点によれば、ガイド部材は、板形状部に設けられた回転軸を有する。ガイド部材の回転軸は、板形状部の空気流れ上流端から回転軸までの距離よりも、板形状部の空気流れ下流端から回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている。ガイド部材を、このように可動式とすることができる。
 第8の観点によれば、空気吹出装置は、さらに、気流偏向部材と前方壁との間に、互いに間をあけて車両前後方向に並んで配置された複数のガイド部材を備える。複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、板形状部を少なくとも有する。複数のガイド部材の板形状部のそれぞれは、車両前方側の表面である前面を有する。複数のガイド部材の板形状部の前面のそれぞれは、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている。
 これによると、複数のガイド部材によって、第2気流が複数の気流に分けられる。そして、複数のガイド部材のそれぞれにおいて、1つのガイド部材の前面側を流れる気流が、コアンダ効果によって、そのガイド部材の前面に沿って流れる。これにより、複数のガイド部材が配置されていない場合と比較して、気流偏向部材と前方壁との間の第2流路を流れる第2気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、この空気吹出装置によれば、空気流路を流れる気流が大流量であっても、空気流路を流れる気流を後方側に大きく曲げることができる。
 第9の観点によれば、第8の観点において、複数のガイド部材および気流偏向部材によって、前方壁と後方壁との間に複数の流路が車両前後方向に並んで形成されている。複数の流路のそれぞれの流路幅の最小値が、車両後方側に向かうにつれて小さくなるように、複数のガイド部材が配置されている。複数の流路のそれぞれの流路幅は、複数のガイド部材、気流偏向部材、前方壁および後方壁のうちの隣り合う壁と壁との間隔である。
 これによると、複数のガイド部材のそれぞれにおいて、1つのガイド部材の後面側を流れる気流は、そのガイド部材の前面側を流れる気流よりも高速となる。このため、エジェクタ効果によって、1つのガイド部材の前面側を流れる気流が、そのガイド部材の後面側を流れる気流に引っ張られる。これにより、第2流路を流れる第2気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 したがって、この空気吹出装置によれば、空気流路を流れる気流が大流量であっても、空気流路を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。
 第10の観点によれば、複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている。複数のガイド部材を、このように固定式とすることができる。
 第11の観点によれば、複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、板形状部に設けられた回転軸を有する。複数のガイド部材の回転軸のそれぞれは、板形状部の空気流れ上流端から回転軸までの距離よりも、板形状部の空気流れ下流端から回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている。複数のガイド部材を、このように可動式とすることができる。
 第12の観点によれば、ガイド壁の曲率半径は、気流偏向部材の板形状部の前面の曲率半径よりも大きくされている。これによれば、ガイド壁の曲率半径が、気流偏向部材の板形状部の前面の曲率半径よりも小さくされている場合と比較して、コアンダ効果によってガイド壁に沿って流れる気流が、ガイド壁から剥離することを抑制できる。
 第13の観点によれば、空気吹出装置は、さらに、前方壁から車両後方に向かって突出する突出部を備える。突出部は、前方壁のうち気流偏向部材の空気流れ上流端よりも空気流れ下流側の部位に設けられる。
 ここで、空気吹出装置が突出部を備えていない場合、第2気流のうち前方壁に近い部分の気流は、前方壁に沿って流れてしまう。これに対して、この空気吹出装置によれば、突出部によって、第2気流のうち前方壁に近い部分の気流を後方側に曲げることができる。これにより、空気流路の内部を流れる気流を後方側により大きく曲げることができる。

Claims (13)

  1.  車室内空間に空気を吹き出す空気吹出装置であって、
     車両のインストルメントパネルの上面部(1a)に設けられ、空気を吹き出す吹出口(11)と、
     前記吹出口の空気流れ上流側に連なる空気流路を形成する流路形成部材(12)と、
     前記空気流路に配置され、前記空気流路に流速が異なる2つの気流を発生させる気流偏向部材(13)とを備え、
     前記流路形成部材は、車両前方側の前方壁(122)と、前記前方壁よりも車両後方側に位置し、前記前方壁に対向する後方壁(121)とを有し、
     前記空気流路は、前記気流偏向部材と前記後方壁との間の第1流路(12a)と、前記気流偏向部材と前記前方壁との間の第2流路(12b)とを有し、
     前記気流偏向部材は、前記第1流路の車両前後方向での幅を前記第2流路の車両前後方向での幅よりも小さくすることにより、前記第1流路を通過した第1気流を、前記第2流路を通過した第2気流よりも高速とし、
     前記後方壁のうち前記吹出口側の一部は、前記第1気流をガイドするためのガイド壁(14)を構成し、
     前記ガイド壁は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びており、
     前記気流偏向部材は、板形状部(13a)を少なくとも有し、
     前記板形状部は、車両前方側の表面である前面(132)と車両後方側の表面である後面(131)とを有し、
     前記板形状部の前面は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている空気吹出装置。
  2.  前記気流偏向部材の空気流れ下流端(134)が、前記ガイド壁における車両後方側へ曲がり始める位置(P1)と曲がり終わりの位置(P2)の車両上下方向での中間位置(P3)よりも上側に位置する請求項1に記載の空気吹出装置。
  3.  前記気流偏向部材は、前記板形状部に設けられた回転軸(13b)を有し、
     前記回転軸は、前記板形状部の空気流れ上流端(133)から前記回転軸までの距離よりも、前記板形状部の空気流れ下流端(134)から前記回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている請求項1または2に記載の空気吹出装置。
  4.  さらに、前記気流偏向部材と前記前方壁との間に配置されたガイド部材(16)を備え、
     前記ガイド部材は、板形状部(16a)を少なくとも有し、
     前記ガイド部材の板形状部は、車両前方側の表面である前面(162)と車両後方側の表面である後面(161)とを有し、
     前記ガイド部材の板形状部の前面は、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の空気吹出装置。
  5.  前記気流偏向部材と前記後方壁との最短距離を第1間隔(La)とし、前記ガイド部材と前記気流偏向部材との最短距離を第2間隔(Lc)とし、前記ガイド部材と前記前方壁との最短距離を第3間隔(Ld)としたとき、
     前記ガイド部材は、前記第3間隔、前記第2間隔、前記第1間隔の順に小さくなるように、配置されている請求項4に記載の空気吹出装置。
  6.  前記ガイド部材は、前記空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている請求項4または5に記載の空気吹出装置。
  7.  前記ガイド部材は、前記板形状部に設けられた回転軸(16b)を有し、
     前記ガイド部材の回転軸は、前記板形状部の空気流れ上流端(163)から前記回転軸までの距離よりも、前記板形状部の空気流れ下流端(164)から前記回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている請求項4または5に記載の空気吹出装置。
  8.  さらに、前記気流偏向部材と前記前方壁との間に、互いに間をあけて車両前後方向に並んで配置された複数のガイド部材(16、17)を備え、
     前記複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、板形状部(16a、17a)を少なくとも有し、
     前記複数のガイド部材の板形状部のそれぞれは、車両前方側の表面である前面(162、172)と車両後方側の表面である後面(161、171)とを有し、
     前記複数のガイド部材の板形状部の前面のそれぞれは、車両後方側に曲がりながら下から上に向かって延びている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の空気吹出装置。
  9.  前記複数のガイド部材および前記気流偏向部材によって、前記前方壁と前記後方壁との間に複数の流路(12e、12d、12c、12a)が車両前後方向に並んで形成されており、
     前記複数のガイド部材、前記気流偏向部材、前記前方壁および前記後方壁のうちの隣り合う壁と壁との最短距離(Le、Ld、Lc、La)が、車両後方側に向かうにつれて小さくなるように、前記複数のガイド部材が配置されている請求項8に記載の空気吹出装置。
  10.  前記複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、前記空気流路に対して動かないように、固定されている請求項8または9に記載の空気吹出装置。
  11.  前記複数のガイド部材のそれぞれは、前記板形状部に設けられた回転軸(16b、17b)を有し、
     前記複数のガイド部材の回転軸のそれぞれは、前記板形状部の空気流れ上流端(163、173)から前記回転軸までの距離よりも、前記板形状部の空気流れ下流端(164、174)から前記回転軸までの距離の方が短くなる位置に設けられている請求項8または9に記載の空気吹出装置。
  12.  前記ガイド壁は、所定の曲率半径(R3)の曲面形状を有し、
     前記気流偏向部材の板形状部の前面は、所定の曲率半径(R2)の曲面形状を有し、
     前記ガイド壁の曲率半径は、前記気流偏向部材の板形状部の前面の曲率半径よりも大きくされている請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の空気吹出装置。
  13.  さらに、前記前方壁のうち前記気流偏向部材の空気流れ上流端(133)よりも空気流れ下流側の部位に設けられ、前記前方壁から車両後方に向かって突出する突出部(15)を備える請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の空気吹出装置。
