一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及纸管干燥相关设备技术领域,具体涉及一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置。
背景技术
经济的发展促进了纸管制造业的壮大,纸管因其经济、实用,环保深受用户欢迎,适用范围广,市场前景好,已在工业、农业、食品等行业内广泛使用。随着市场需求量的增加,规模化生产使纸管烘干成了一大难题,原有的自然风干法已不能适应及时供货、满足市场的需求;其次生产堆积后纸管易变形,有压痕,影响纸管质量。目前常用的干燥方式都是通过干燥箱的传带干燥,与传统干燥方式相比,大大提高了干燥效率,提高了干燥质量,并大大降低了生产成本,保证了经济效益,但干燥过程中,温度不均匀,纸管易变形,从而影响纸管的品质,而且,纸管传送链上带有润滑油,易污染纸管。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,使纸管干燥过程中受热均匀,保证纸管品质的纸管干燥箱用传送装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置,包括传送带本体,所述传送带本 体上固定安装有若干块挡板,相邻两个挡板之间的间隔一致,相邻两个挡板之间为放料槽,放料槽底端均设有支撑板,支撑板上设有若干对振动块,振动块与支撑板之间成45度角。
进一步地,每块支撑板上均设有至少四对振动块。
进一步地,每块挡板上均设有若干个干燥孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置结构合理,通过支撑板的作用,保证了纸管在干燥过程中不受润滑油的污染,保证了纸管的品质,同时,通过振动板的相互作用,保证了纸管受热的均匀性,进一步地提高了干燥的质量,而且,挡板上设有干燥孔,提高了干燥效率,节约了相关的成本投入。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步地说明。
如图1所示,一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置,包括传送带本体1,传送带本体1上固定安装有若干块挡板2,相邻两个挡板2之间的间隔一致,相邻两个挡板2之间为放料槽3,放料槽3底端均设有支撑板4,支撑板4上设有若干对振动块5,振动块5与支撑板4之间成45度角。每块支撑板4上均设有至少四对振动块5,每块挡 板2上均设有若干个干燥孔6。
本装置结构合理,通过支撑板的作用,保证了纸管在干燥过程中不受润滑油的污染,保证了纸管的品质,同时,通过振动板的相互作用,保证了纸管受热的均匀性,进一步地提高了干燥的质量,而且,挡板上设有干燥孔,提高了干燥效率,节约了相关的成本投入。

  1. 一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置,包括传送带本体,其特征在于:所述传送带本体上固定安装有若干块挡板,相邻两个挡板之间的间隔一致,相邻两个挡板之间为放料槽,放料槽底端均设有支撑板,支撑板上设有若干对振动块,振动块与支撑板之间成45度角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置,其特征在于:每块支撑板上均设有至少四对振动块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种纸管干燥箱用传送装置,其特征在于:每块挡板上均设有若干个干燥孔。
