本发明涉及干燥设备技术领域,具体涉及一种纸管干燥装置。
背景技术
经济的发展促进了纸管制造业的壮大,纸管因其经济、实用,环保深受用户欢迎,适用范围广,市场前景好,已在工业、农业、食品等行业内广泛使用。纸管是纸张加工成的管状的物体,主要用于化纤工业、包装用管、印刷工业或者是取样器用纸管,而一般的纸管中的胶水都含有一定的水分需要对纸管进行烘干处理。现有技术中,对主管的烘干处理一般是采用烘房一批一批的进行烘干,或者是通过输送带进行烘干,生产效率低,能源消耗大,企业效益低,并且烘房空间大,温度不均匀,纸管易变形,采用吊挂烘干,一端有凹印,影响纸管外观质量要求。
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出了一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,干燥效率高的纸管干燥装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种纸管干燥装置,包括干燥箱、传送带、进料台、出料槽和变压器,所述干燥箱分为热风干燥段、微波干燥段和冷风干燥段,所述干燥箱内设有传送带,所述传送带一侧连接进料台,另一侧连 接出料槽,所述热风干燥段下方设有热风发生器,所述微波干燥段下方设有微波发生器,所述冷风干燥段下方设有冷风发生器。
进一步地,所述热风干燥段、微波干燥段和冷风干燥段之间分别设有挡板。
进一步地,所述热风发生器上端设有分流板,所述分流板上设有若干个分流孔。
进一步地,所述干燥箱上端设有若干个排风机。
进一步地,所述干燥箱一侧设有若干个变压器。
本发明的有益效果是:本装置结构简单,操作方便,具有优异的干燥效果,同时,干燥效率高,干燥均匀,从而保证干燥后产品的质量,而且,不会对产品造成损伤,具有很好的经济效益。

如图1所示,一种纸管干燥装置,包括干燥箱1、传送带5、进料台6、出料槽7和变压器11,干燥箱1分为热风干燥段2、微波干燥段3和冷风干燥段4,干燥箱1内设有传送带5,传送带5一侧 连接进料台6,另一侧连接出料槽12,热风干燥段2下方设有热风发生器2,微波干燥段3下方设有微波发生器9,冷风干燥段4下方设有冷风发生器10。热风干燥段2、微波干燥段3和冷风干燥段4之间分别设有挡板13,热风发生器8上端设有分流板7,分流板7上设有若干个分流孔,干燥箱1上端设有若干个排风机14,干燥箱1一侧设有若干个变压器11。
本装置结构简单,操作方便,具有优异的干燥效果,同时,干燥效率高,干燥均匀,从而保证干燥后产品的质量,而且,不会对产品造成损伤,具有很好的经济效益。
