背景技术
钢结构具有轻质、高强、抗震性好、布局灵活、构件截面尺寸小,以及易装配、施工期短、使用面积高等优点,且有利于工业化生产、标准化制作。因此装配式钢结构成为我国建筑工业化和住宅产业化的重点发展项目。而墙板是建筑物的重要组成部分之一,目前我国在墙板应用方面呈现多种技术并存的局面。近年来随着国家对建筑产业化发展的重视,各种新型的内隔墙板在建筑工程中的应用已经越来越广泛,新型的内隔墙板除具有传统墙体的保温隔热性能外,还具有厚度薄、轻质、高强等鲜明特点。现在常用的两种内隔墙板是预制模块条板内隔墙板及轻钢龙骨内隔墙板:其中预制模块条板内隔墙板虽然已经实现了工厂化预制加工,但其模块的模数较小,现场施工仍需进行湿作业将模块接缝成整体墙体,且水电安装、装饰装修仍需后期施工完成,整体耗费人工仍较多,且不能实现二次利用,经济循环性差。
而轻钢龙骨内隔墙板的内部填充有保温、隔热、隔音材料,由于此类材料大部分存在污染环境、危害身体健康或不满足消防要求,如岩棉现场施工容易产生粉尘污染,且时间久后易滋生细菌、霉菌,在此种墙体中长期居住容易致癌;聚氨酯燃烧容易产生有毒气体烟尘,发生火灾时容易引起人体中毒窒息。另外,所述轻钢龙骨内隔墙板还需进行现场铺设施工,耗费大量人工,装配率低;墙体水电管线需要现场安装,没有实现内隔墙整体集成化生产,墙体制造工厂化率低,且只有局部部件能实现二次利用,经济循环性较差。
因此,设计一种采用绿色建筑材料、墙板制造工厂模块化、装饰装修集成一体化的模块化内隔墙板显得尤为必要 。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种模块化内隔墙板,旨在其不仅具有较强的环保性、整体性以及循环利用性,而且易于实现整个内墙的模块化、集成化、工厂化生产的同时,还能实现整个内隔墙板与水电、装饰装修的现场装配的工业一体化。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的模块化内隔墙板,其特征在于,所述外侧玻镁板的外表面上进行外墙涂料装饰装修层施工,所述内侧玻镁板的内表面上进行内墙涂料装饰装修施工,所述外侧玻镁板及所述内侧玻镁板的厚度均为15mm。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的模块化内隔墙板,其特征在于,所述外侧玻镁板及所述内侧玻镁板的左下端位置分别对应设置有一门形开口;所述内侧玻镁板的内表面上靠近其下端的位置设置有插座,且在靠近所述门形开口的位置设置有开关,所述外侧铁丝网、所述发泡混凝土板及所述内侧铁丝网上对应所述门形开口的位置均对应设置有门形开孔,所述主体框架对应所述门形开口及所述门形开孔的位置对应设置有长方形开孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的模块化内隔墙板,其特征在于,所述主体框架为钢结构,其大致呈长方形结构,所述主体框架包括多个方钢管、与所述方钢管连接的多个U型龙骨以及与所述方钢管及所述U型龙骨分别连接的多个支撑条。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的模块化内隔墙板,其特征在于,所述多个方钢管分成多个水平方钢管及多个竖直方钢管,所述水平方钢管与所述竖直方钢管分别连接并形成多个连接点,所述U型龙骨连接在所述多个水平方钢管之间并与所述竖直方钢管平行设置,所述支撑条两两交叉连接在所述连接点之间,所述电缆管及所述水管均集成在所述主体框架内并与所述水平方钢管连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的模块化内隔墙板,其特征在于,所述支撑条的尺寸为30mm*3mm,且其为铁皮条,所述水平方钢管有4根,所述竖直方钢管有5根,所述水平方钢管及所述竖直水平方钢管的尺寸均为80mm*2mm,所述U型龙骨的尺寸为60mm*1.2mm,所述主体框架上端的连接点的位置设置有吊装机械连接的吊装孔。
