本实用新型提供一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，不仅自重轻、便于装配，而且保温性好，且结构牢靠。一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，依次由外面板、外骨架、保温板、内骨架和内面板复合而成，外面板与外骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的外轻质芯层，内面板与内骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的内轻质芯层，外面板与外轻质芯层和内面板与内轻质芯层之间通过粘接砂浆粘接为一体，外面板与外骨架和内面板与内骨架均通过螺栓连接为一体。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种墙板，尤其涉及一种绿色装配式建筑墙板。
背景技术
随着近些年来装配式建筑体系的大力推广，钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构等建筑物外墙采用预制墙板日趋普遍。
传统预制墙板存在自身重、不便于装配化施工、且制备生产不方便的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，不仅自重轻、便于装配，而且保温性好，且结构牢靠。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：
一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，依次由外面板、外骨架、保温板、内骨架和内面板复合而成，外面板与外骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的外轻质芯层，内面板与内骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的内轻质芯层，外面板与外轻质芯层和内面板与内轻质芯层之间通过粘接砂浆粘接为一体，外面板与外骨架和内面板与内骨架均通过螺栓连接为一体。
上述绿色装配式建筑墙板优选地，其还包括有多个间隔设置的玻璃纤维锚件，玻璃纤维锚件贯穿保温板，且两端分别凝结于外轻质芯层和内轻质芯层内。
上述绿色装配式建筑墙板优选地，其还包括有起吊构件，起吊构件预埋在外轻质芯层顶部。
上述绿色装配式建筑墙板优选地，其还包括有连接构件，连接构件预埋在内轻质芯层顶部，且连接构件通过螺栓连接有角钢。
上述绿色装配式建筑墙板优选地，外骨架及内骨架四周侧面设有用于放置防水胶条的凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果：
（1）墙板采用骨架和轻质材料填充，形成三明治式受力结构，实现了轻质高强，最小面密度可实现＜100kg/m2，远远小于同类墙板；
（2）具有内外面板和保温板，实现了防水、保温、防火、精装一体化，并且现场快速装配施工，并且墙板具有广泛的适应性，适用于装配式混凝土及装配式钢结构等不同结构类型，灵活性大、标准化高、通用性广；
（3）墙板可以工业化生产，大大降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域人员更好的理解本实用新型，下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明，下述仅是示例性的不限定本实用新型的保护范围。
一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，包括墙板外壳1、骨架2和保温板3，墙板外壳1包括外面板101和内面板102，骨架2包括外骨架201和内骨架202，外面板101、外骨架201、保温板3、内骨架202和内面板102由外向内依次复合而成，外面板101与外骨架201之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的外轻质芯层，内面板102与内骨架202之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的内轻质芯层，外面板101与外轻质芯层和内面板102与内轻质芯层之间通过粘接砂浆粘接为一体，外面板101与外骨架201和内面板102与内骨架202均通过螺栓9连接为一体，外面板101和内面板102均为硅钙板。
考虑到结构牢靠，本实施例中还包括有多个间隔设置的玻璃纤维锚件7，玻璃纤维锚件7贯穿保温板3，且两端分别凝结于外轻质芯层和内轻质芯层内。
考虑到施工方便，本实施例中还包括有起吊构件6和连接构件8，起吊构件6预埋在外轻质芯层顶部；连接构件8预埋在内轻质芯层顶部，且连接构件8通过螺栓9连接有角钢4。
本实施例中，外骨架201及内骨架202四周侧面设有用于放置防水胶条的凹槽5。
上述绿色装配式建筑墙板的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1）预制好外骨架201及内骨架202，并且在外骨架201及内骨架202上预留好用于玻璃纤维锚件7穿过的孔道；
2）将玻璃纤维锚件7布置在保温板3上；
3）竖向放置外骨架201及内骨架202，将带有玻璃纤维锚件7的保温板3安装在外骨架201与内骨架202之间，并通过玻璃纤维锚件7两端的锚头，把外骨架201及内骨架202与保温板3连接住；
4）水平放置连接好的外骨架201、内骨架202及保温板3，内面板102用螺栓9与内骨架202连接，同时做好连接构件8与内骨架202、内面板102的连接工作；旋转将内面板102作为底模，按需喷涂一层粘结砂浆，在框格内现场浇筑发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆轻质材料形成内轻质芯层，并埋设起吊构件6；
5）待养护结束后，将保温板3上再喷涂一层粘结砂浆，在框格内现场浇筑发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆轻质材料形成外轻质芯层，放置上外面板101，最后，用螺栓9将外面板101与外骨架201连接。

1.一种绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：依次由外面板、外骨架、保温板、内骨架和内面板复合而成，外面板与外骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的外轻质芯层，内面板与内骨架之间填充有发泡水泥或聚苯颗粒砂浆的内轻质芯层，外面板与外轻质芯层和内面板与内轻质芯层之间通过粘接砂浆粘接为一体，外面板与外骨架和内面板与内骨架均通过螺栓连接为一体 。
2.根据权利要求1所述绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：其还包括有多个间隔设置的玻璃纤维锚件，玻璃纤维锚件贯穿保温板，且两端分别凝结于外轻质芯层和内轻质芯层内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：其还包括有起吊构件，起吊构件预埋在外轻质芯层顶部。
4.根据权利要求3所述绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：其还包括有连接构件，连接构件预埋在内轻质芯层顶部，且连接构件通过螺栓连接有角钢。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：外骨架及内骨架四周侧面设有用于放置防水胶条的凹槽。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述绿色装配式建筑墙板，其特征在于：外面板和内面板均为硅钙板或石膏板。
