[0031] 本发明由扩径横移车接管幵始, 送至前冲洗工位, 由前冲洗装置 1将钢管内壁 经冲洗干净, 在冲洗过程中, 钢管由旋转辊驱动绕水平轴线转动。 然后, 再由 扩径横移车送至扩径工位, 采用步进式扩径, 通过冷扩径, 张力超过钢管的屈 服极限, 使其具有统一的变形, 达到规定的圆度、 直度, 满足相关标准中规定 的外径尺寸范围, 并有效消除钢管预弯、 成型、 焊接的残余应力。 然后, 如果 是 9m〜12.5m的钢管, 则由扩径横移车直接送到后冲洗工位, 由后冲洗装置 4再 将钢管内壁冲洗干净, 再由扩径横移车送出钢管; 如果是 12.5m〜18.4m的钢管 , 则在钢管一侧扩径后由扩径横移车送至钢管运输线路, 由运输线路的单独辊 道送至钢管回转车进行回转钢管, 再输送到扩径工位, 扩径钢管另外一侧, 再 经后冲洗工位冲洗, 最后输出钢管。

Claims
[权利要求 1] 一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于, 包括前冲洗装置、 扩径主机、 后冲 洗装置、 扩径横移车及导轨总成和钢管回转车及导轨总成, 所述前冲 洗装置又分为冲洗头装置、 集水罩装置和一组固定旋转辊, 钢管通过 固定旋转辊进行旋转, 冲洗头装置和集水罩装置都包含有车体; 所述 扩径主机, 包含夹持车总成、 固定旋转辊、 升降 V型辊、 扩径头总成 、 拉杆总成、 主油缸装置、 联动升降支撑辊装置、 升降主动支撑辊装 置、 主动支撑辊驱动装置、 随机校直装置和主机底座, 其中扩径头总 成、 拉杆总成、 主油缸装置、 联动升降支撑辊装置、 升降主动支撑辊 装置、 随机校直装置都安装于底座上, 所述夹持车总成前端带有夹钳 装置, 下部有 8个行走车轮, 后部有导向横梁; 所述后冲洗装置, 包 含 9套单独辊道、 2套升降辊道、 悬臂杆支撑托辊、 悬臂架装置、 悬臂 杆和挡管器, 辊道高度依次降低, 与水平线形成大约 0.5°的角度落差 , 悬臂杆装与悬臂架装置上, 中间通过悬臂杆支撑托辊撑住, 角度也 约为 0.5°, 可根据管径大小上下调节; 所述扩径横移车及导轨总成, 主体为车体, 车体的两侧分别安装有车轮组件, 中间两侧为两组升降 机构, 升降机构上部为 V型托架, 车体中间带有 3组导向轮组件, 一 边带有齿轮, 导向轨道和齿条装于导轨基础上; 所述钢管回转车及导 轨总成, 回转车车体的两侧分别安装有车轮组件, 车体上装有回转支 撑和回转框架, 回转框架通过回转支撑可以 180°旋转, 回转框架上装 有升降油缸、 V型托架、 传送辊道和桥架。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1中所述的一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于: 所述前冲 洗装置中冲洗头装置的喷头有上下 2个, 且下面装有升降机。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1中所述的一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于: 所述扩径 主机中夹持车装置后部导向横梁采用 3套龙门式支撑架, 横梁和齿条 上下都有导向板, 通过夹持车行走驱动里面的定位圈和轴承套, 可以 全长定位导向。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1中所述的一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于: 所述后冲
洗装置中 2套升降辊道, 升降高度不一样, 工作吋升起辊道和 9套单独 辊道整体与水平线形成大约 0.5°的角度落差, 与悬臂杆角度一致; 悬 臂杆头部装有冲洗头, 两组冲洗头对应使用不同管径的钢管, 且冲洗 头有 2组喷射腔, 钢管进入吋, 冲洗头喷乳化液冲洗钢管内壁, 钢管 送出吋, 冲洗头喷清水冲洗钢管内壁; 中间有 2组支撑辊轮, 可随管 径的大小调节支撑辊轮的高度, 中间还有一套可升降的悬臂杆支撑托 辊, 无钢管吋可根据悬臂杆的高度支撑住悬臂杆使它不致下挠。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 1中所述的一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于: 所述扩径 横移车及导轨总成中扩径横移车车体为整体式结构, 导向轮和齿轮装 于车体中间, 导向轨道和齿条装于中间的导轨基础上。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 1中所述的一种 1500T扩径机, 其特征在于: 所述钢管 回转车及导轨总成中钢管回转车车体下带有车轮, 靠减速机带动整车 行走, 回转框架通过回转车托辊座于车体上, 回转支撑固定于车体上 , 通过回转支撑, 回转框架可以 180°旋转, 回转框架上装有 3套单独 辊道和 2套举升架, 由于回转框架要比车体长, 回转框架两侧增加桥 架。
