透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构及拼图方法 技术领域
本发明是关于一种透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构及拼图方法,特别是指贴合于透明容器内壁的立体拼图组及拼图方法。
背景技术
平面拼图发展到立体拼图,除了使拼图上的图案更有特色外,立体拼图的造型更是一大卖点。然而,除了图案及造型的变化之外,拼接的方法并未改变,因此挑战性及娱乐性仍嫌不足。此外,有些立体拼图拼图片的间隙太大,可能使拼图片容易松脱;而且拼图的折角处容易因施加外力而变形,因此拼图完成后还需要另外购买画框或支架,否则不易维护。此为本领域亟待解决的问题。
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种更佳的改善方案,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构及拼图方法,其更具趣味性、挑战性,还兼具美感及保护效果。
为达上述目的,本发明所提出的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构包含:
一透明容器,透明容器具有:
一瓶身;
一颈部,所述颈部位于所述瓶身的上方,所述颈部的内径小于所述瓶身的内径,且所述颈部具有一开口;及
一底部,所述底部位于所述瓶身的下方,且所述底部为平坦底部;
多个拼图片,所述多个拼图片互相拼接并形成一图案面,所述图案面贴合于所述透明容器的内壁。
如上所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其中,所述透明容器更包含一定位块,所述定位块设置于所述底部的内壁,所述拼图片环绕卡合所述定位块。
如上所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其中:
多个所述拼图片中包含:
多个基座拼图片,多个所述基座拼图片互相拼接并形成一基座,所述基座贴合于所述底部的内壁且具有至少一卡槽;及

以下配合附图及本发明的较佳实施例,进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段。
首先请参考图1以说明本发明所提出的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构(以下简称拼图组)的第一实施例。拼图组包含一透明容器100及多个拼图片200,其中透明容器100为透明状。拼图片200互相拼接并形成图案面201,且图案面201贴合于透明容器100的内壁。此外,图案面201可覆盖整个透明容器100的内壁,也可仅覆盖透明容器100内壁的一部分。
接着请参考图2。透明容器100包含一瓶身110、一颈部120及一底部130。颈部120位于瓶身110上方,颈部120的顶端具有一开口,且颈部120的内径小于瓶身110的内径。具体而言,颈部120的内径恰可供拼图片200通过而小于使用者的拳头宽度,因此使用者无法将整个手掌伸入透明容器100内拼接拼图片200。此外,瓶身110加上颈部120的深度也大于使用者手指的长度,因此使用者无法通过将手指伸入透明容器100内拼接拼图片200。瓶身110的截面可为圆形,也可为椭圆形或多边形。底部130 位于瓶身110下方,且底部130为平坦底部,除可使透明容器100不须额外支撑即可立于平面(例如桌面)上之外,还可避免在刚开始进行拼图时拼图片200一直滚动而难以拼接。
透明容器100还包含一定位块140。定位块140设置于底部130的内壁。于本实施例中,定位块140设置于底部130的中央,但也可设置于底部130的周缘。拼图片200环绕卡合定位块140,因此定位块140除了在拼接过程中可帮助使用者定位拼图片200,在拼接完成后还可防止图案面201与透明容器100间产生相对运动。
接着请参考图3至图5,以具体说明拼图片200的细节。拼图片200包含多个基座拼图片220、多个图案拼图片210。基座拼图片220互相拼接并形成一基座202,基座202贴合于底部130的内壁。基座202可环绕卡合定位块140,更具体来说,基座202具有定位孔2021,定位孔2021套设卡合定位块140,以防止基座202与透明容器100产生相对运动(如图3所示)。基座202还具有至少一卡槽221。卡槽221的数量不限于与基座拼图片220的数量相等,且卡槽221设置于单一基座拼图片220(如图4所示),也可将卡槽221的各部分分别设置于多个基座拼图片220(图未绘示),当基座拼图片220拼接形成基座202的同时也拼接形成卡槽221。
本发明的透明容器更包含至少一夹持片300,夹持片300用以夹持图案拼图片210,以防止图案拼图片210与透明容器100产生相对运动。具体而言,夹持片300的数量等于卡槽221的数量,且夹持片300具有一卡合端301及一夹持端302。当卡合端301卡合于卡槽221,夹持端302即紧压图案拼图片210并与透明容器100共同夹持图案面201(如图5所示)。因此,图案面201不会与基座202及透明容器100相对运动。
图案拼图片210互相拼接并形成图案面201,各图案拼图片210上的图案部分即相连接成图案面201上整体图案。图案面201的边缘与基座202的周缘2022相抵靠,且图案面201贴合于整个或部分的瓶身110及颈部120。
接着请参考图6以说明本发明所提出的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的第二实施例。为便于理解,于图6中仅显示部分图案拼图片210A。本发明的第二实施例的技术特征与第一实施例相似,差异仅在于透明容器100A不具有定位块,且拼图片200A拼接后覆盖整个底部,具体而言基座拼图片220A所拼成的基座202A覆盖整个底部。由于本实施例的拼图组不具有定位块,在拼接拼图片200A时便缺少了参考点,也没有帮助拼图片200A定位的地方,因此增加了更多挑战性。
接着请参考图7以说明本发明所提出的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方 法,且本透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法可用于拼接前述透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,因此其技术方案可互相参照。由于透明容器100的颈部120的内径小于透明容器100的瓶身110的内径,大多数的时候使用者无法仅通过手指伸入透明容器100内拼接拼图片200。因此必须通过一杆400的辅助,将拼图片200推送至正确位置并拼接其他拼图片200。此外,杆400的一端为弯折端401,以应付各种不同造形的透明容器100,将拼图片200推送至透明容器100内的任一位置。
接着请参考图8。本透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法包含以下步骤:将拼图片200放入透明容器100,并以具有弯折端401的杆400伸进所述透明容器100中,并以弯折端401推动拼图片200拼接结合于透明容器100的内壁上。然而,也可依情况需要以相对于弯折端401的另一端进行推动。于透明容器100包含定位块140的形态中,定位块140设置于底部130的内壁。因此,本拼图方法是利用杆400推动拼图片200以使拼图片200环绕卡合定位块140。
具体来说,本发明的透明容器更包含至少一夹持片300,且夹持片300具有一卡合端301及一夹持端302;拼图片200包含多个基座拼图片220及多个图案拼图片210。因此,本透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法可进一步细分成以下步骤:
步骤S1:利用杆拼接基座拼图片以形成基座。此步骤中,首先,将多个基座拼图片220放入透明容器100,接着利用杆400推动基座拼图片220互相拼接并形成基座202。于具有定位块140的形态中,定位块140设置于底部130的内壁,因此利用杆400推动基座拼图片220拼接成基座202的同时,使基座202环绕卡合定位块140。具体而言,为先利用杆400推动基座拼图片220抵靠于定位块140,然后将另一基座拼图片220与抵靠于定位块140的基座拼图片220拼接。
步骤S2:利用杆拼接夹持片于基座及图案拼图片上。于此步骤中,利用杆400推动卡合端301卡合于卡槽221,并使夹持端302与透明容器100的内壁共同夹持图案拼图片210。具体而言,首先将图案拼图片210放入透明容器100,可同时放入多个图案拼图片210,接着先利用杆400拼接图案拼图片210;再将至少一夹持片300放入透明容器100,且推动至所欲夹持的图案拼图片210上;然后利用杆400将夹持片300的卡合端301卡合于基座202的卡槽221,并使夹持片300的夹持端302与透明容器100的内壁共同夹持图案拼图片210。若于具有多个夹持片300的形态中,持续重复上述动作直到所有的夹持片300皆用于夹持。此时半完成品的透明容器100即如图3所示。
步骤S3:利用杆拼接图案拼图片以形成图案面。于此步骤中,先将图案拼图片210 放入透明容器100;接着利用杆400推动图案拼图片210互相拼接并形成图案面201,并使图案面201的边缘与基座202的周缘2022相抵靠;最后,持续重复上述动作直到形成图案面201。当然,若欲拼接的图案拼图片210已邻近透明容器100颈部120的开口,不利用杆400而徒手进行拼接也无不可。
总结而言,本发明通过将拼图片所形成的图案面贴合于透明容器的内壁,除了兼具美感及保护效果外,于本发明不同于使用者可直接用手进行拼接的传统拼图,而是须要通过工具的辅助才能拼接,因此更添趣味性及挑战性。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其特征在于,所述透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构包含:
    一透明容器,所述透明容器包含:
    一瓶身;
    一颈部,所述颈部位于所述瓶身的上方,所述颈部的内径小于所述瓶身的内径,且所述颈部具有一开口;及
    一底部,所述底部位于所述瓶身的下方,且所述底部为平坦底部;
    多个拼图片,多个所述拼图片互相拼接并形成一图案面,所述图案面贴合于所述透明容器的内壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其特征在于,所述透明容器更包含一定位块,所述定位块设置于所述底部的内壁,所述拼图片环绕卡合所述定位块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其特征在于:
    多个所述拼图片中包含:
    多个基座拼图片,多个所述基座拼图片互相拼接并形成一基座,所述基座贴合于所述底部的内壁且具有至少一卡槽;及
    多个图案拼图片,多个所述图案拼图片互相拼接并形成所述图案面,所述图案面的边缘与所述基座的周缘相抵靠;
    所述透明容器更包含至少一夹持片,所述至少一夹持片具有一卡合端及一夹持端,所述卡合端卡合于所述至少一卡槽,且所述夹持端与所述透明容器的内壁共同夹持所述图案拼图片。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构,其特征在于,所述透明容器更包含一定位块,所述定位块设置于所述底部的内壁,所述基座环绕卡合所述定位块。
  5. 一种如权利要求1所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法,所述透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法为:将拼图片放入透明容器,并以一具有一弯折端的杆伸进所述透明容器中,并以所述杆推动所述拼图片拼接结合于所述透明容器的内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法,其特征在于,所述透明容器更包含一定位块,所述定位块设置于所述透明容器的底部的内壁,通过所述杆推动所述拼图片以使所述拼图片环绕卡合所述定位块。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法,其特征在于,多个所述拼图片中包含多个基座拼图片及多个图案拼图片,且所述透明容器更包含至少一夹持片,所述至少一夹持片具有一卡合端及一夹持端;通过所述杆推动所述基座拼图片互相拼接并形成一基座,并使所述基座贴合于所述透明容器的底部的内壁,所述基座具有至少一卡槽;通过所述杆推动所述图案拼图片互相拼接并形成图案面,并使所述图案面的边缘与所述基座的周缘相抵靠;通过所述杆推动所述至少一夹持片的所述卡合端卡合于所述至少一卡槽,并使所述夹持端与所述透明容器的内壁共同夹持所述图案拼图片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的透明容器与立体拼图组的组合结构的拼图方法,其特征在于,所述透明容器更包含一定位块,所述定位块设置于所述透明容器的底部的内壁,通过所述杆推动所述基座拼图片互相拼接并形成所述基座的同时,使所述基座环绕卡合所述定位块。
