- step 13 acquiring route information of the target elevator according to the current location information of the user, the starting floor and the target floor;
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart of another method for intelligently guiding a user to take an elevator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Based on the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, step 13 may include:
- step 131 determining a target type elevator according to a difference between the starting floor and the target floor;
- step 131 may include:
- step 1311 calculating a floor difference between the target floor and the starting floor
- step 1312 it is determined whether the floor value is less than a preset threshold; if yes, step 1313; if not, step 1314;
- step 1313 the rolling elevator is used as the target type elevator
- step 1314 a straight elevator is used as the target type elevator.
- the preset threshold is 3, and the corresponding preset rule is: if the floor difference is less than 3, the recommended user is to take the rolling elevator; if the floor is greater than or equal to 3, the recommended user is to take the straight elevator. .
- the starting floor of the user terminal is 6 and the target floor is 4, and the floor difference is 2, according to the preset rule corresponding to the preset threshold, because 2 is less than 3, the indoor navigation APP recommends the user to take the rolling elevator. Reach the target floor.
- the starting floor of the user terminal is 1 and the target floor is 6, and the floor difference is 5, according to the preset rule corresponding to the preset threshold, because 5 is greater than 3, the indoor navigation APP recommends the user to go straight.
- the elevator reaches the target floor.
- the above straight elevators may include: a straight passenger elevator or a straight freight elevator.
- step 132 acquiring location information of all target type elevators on the same floor
- FIG. 7 a schematic diagram of an application scenario of intelligently guiding a user to take an elevator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is provided.
- all straight elevators of a floor currently located by the user are obtained from the GIS database of the shopping mall.
- Location information Assume that there are three straight elevators on the first floor, and the elevators are identified as A, B, and C, corresponding to the first location information, the second location information, and the third location information, respectively.
- step 133 route information of the elevator to the nearest target type is acquired according to the current location information of the user and the location information of the elevators of all the target types.
- the user's current location is the mall door O
- the route lengths of OA, OB, and OC are respectively calculated according to the location information of the user's current doorway and the first location information, the second location information, and the third location information.
- the route information corresponding to the shortest route is used as the route information. For example, through calculation and comparison, it is known that the elevator B is closest to the user and obtains the route information to the elevator B.
- the target type elevator is a rolling elevator
- the position information of all the escalators on the current floor is acquired
- the rolling elevator closest to the user is calculated
- the route information corresponding to the nearest rolling elevator is generated.
- calculating the rolling elevator closest to the user can consider not only the distance of the elevator entrance on the same floor from the user, but also the choice of the rolling elevator from the most convenient angle of the elevator. For example, the user's starting floor is 6 floors, and the target floor is 4 floors.
- the location information of all the rolling elevators on the 6th floor is obtained, and at the same time, it is determined whether there is a rolling elevator that goes directly from the 6th floor to the 4th floor, if any,
- the direct elevator is preferred as the target rolling elevator. If there is no rolling elevator that goes directly from the 6th floor to the 4th floor, the nearest rolling elevator is selected as the target rolling elevator according to the distance of each rolling elevator from the user.
- step 14 the user is guided to board the target elevator based on the route information.
- the GIS can provide a three-dimensional visualization model of a large-scale venue.
- the large-scale shopping mall is still taken as an example.
- the above-mentioned route information can be visually displayed in the three-dimensional visualization model of the shopping mall, including not only the length of the route, but also the direction, store information along the way, and the like.
- the indoor navigation APP can not only visually display the current position of the user in real time, but also promptly prompt the user to follow the route to reach the target straight elevator, for example, at the intersection of multiple channels, the route is displayed at the same time. Voice prompt "turn left, then go straight 30 meters, turn right, reach elevator B".
- the method for intelligently guiding a user to take an elevator using a GIS database of a large-scale site, can automatically recommend elevator information for the user, and generate route information to the target elevator, and guide the user to reach the target elevator according to the route information, which can be quickly Intelligently provide navigation services for users, avoiding the trouble of users searching for elevators in large places, saving user time and improving user experience.
- the running direction of the rolling elevator may be opposite to the running direction recorded in the GIS database, or the running directions of the two rolling elevators next to each other are the same, resulting in the user terminal providing The user's route information is incorrect.
- the flow chart of the method for intelligently guiding the user to take the elevator according to the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 8 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include the following steps on the basis of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 :
- step 15 when the target type elevator is a rolling elevator, it is determined whether the user is riding the target rolling elevator;
- the monitoring video data acquired by the mall server is obtained, and the monitoring video image of the target rolling elevator photographed by the video monitoring system is used to determine whether the user rolls the elevator as if about the target.
- the second user interface is provided, and the user is inquired whether the elevator running direction is correct through a dialog box, a selection button or a voice prompt.
- step 16 if the user does not board the target rolling elevator, determine the second rolling elevator
- the default determined rolling elevator In the wrong direction re-select the new target rolling elevator for the user, that is, the second rolling elevator.
- the user receives feedback information about the above query, for example, the user expects that the rolling elevator is from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor, but finds that the currently recommended target escalator runs from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor, through the above
- the user operation entry of the two user interface inputs a negative message.
- the new target rolling elevator that is, the second rolling elevator, is newly selected for the user.
- step 17 acquiring route information to the second rolling elevator
- the route information to the second rolling elevator is determined according to the current location information of the user and the location information of the second rolling elevator.
- step 18 the user is guided to board the second rolling elevator according to the second route information.
- the target elevator is a rolling elevator
- a step of determining whether the user is riding the target rolling elevator after guiding the user to reach the target elevator is added, and when it is detected that the user does not take the target rolling elevator, determining the operation of the current target elevator. If the direction is wrong, the second rolling elevator is re-determined, corresponding route information is generated, and the customer is guided to smoothly ride the second target rolling elevator.
