本实用新型属于汽车停车设施的技术领域,更具体地,本实用新型涉及一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮及停车设备。
背景技术
现有停车设备的载车板一般都只能横移不能实现转向的功能。如果在载车板安装转向轮则可以实现转向功能,但是转向轮承重能力比较弱,不适宜长时间承载汽车。载车板一般选用承重能力较强的行走轮,因此目前急需一种可以与转向轮切换使用的行走轮和应用这种行走轮的停车设备。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮及停车设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:包括本体、内置于本体以提升本体的提升机构、与本体转动连接的行走轮,所述提升机构连接有用于驱动提升机构的动力装置。
进一步,所述提升机构为蜗轮蜗杆机构。由于蜗杆机构传动比大、结构紧凑,传动平稳,承重能力强,有利与行走轮的稳定提升。在其他方案中,也可选用链条传动机构或者齿轮传动机构作为提升机构。
进一步,所述本体固定连接有用于固定本体提升方向的导向座。当启 动提升机构提升本体时,本体由于导向座的导向作用,沿固定的方向平稳移动,避免出现晃动。
进一步,所述蜗轮蜗杆机构包括内置于本体的蜗轮、与蜗轮齿合的第一蜗杆、和垂直于第一蜗杆与蜗轮齿合的第二蜗杆。
进一步,所述第一蜗杆一端连接所述动力装置,所述动力装置通过第一蜗杆驱动蜗轮旋转。当蜗轮进而推动与之齿合的第二蜗杆提升方向上相对于本体移动。
进一步,所述第二蜗杆设有限位机构,所述导向座设有与所述限位机构配合的导轨。所述限位机构优选为位于螺杆顶端的限位凸块,所述限位凸块伸入所述导轨中。由于蜗杆上有螺纹,如果螺杆在切线方向没有阻碍,则蜗杆在蜗轮的驱动下绕蜗杆轴心转动,而并不沿蜗杆的长度方向移动。因此需要设置限位机构限制其转动,以便齿轮连同本体相对于蜗杆移动,从而提升本体。
进一步,所述第二蜗杆贯穿所述导向座并通过所述限位机构与导向座滑动连接。
进一步,所述动力装置为电机。
本实用新型进一步提供一种停车设备,包括载车板和安装在载车板下面的至少两个驱动轮,其特征在于:所述驱动轮至少有一个是所述的大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮。
进一步,所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮安装在载车板旋转方向的内侧。由于载车板转向时需要用转向轮进行转向,因此安装于内侧的所述行走轮用于与转向轮切换。所述转向轮最靠近地面的轮面到载车板 的距离小于所述行走轮最靠近地面的轮面到载车板的距离。即所述行走轮接触地面时,所述转向轮悬于地面上方。当载车板进行转向时,所述电机驱动所述行走轮向上提升离开地面,使转向轮接触地面,完成所述行走轮与转向轮的切换。
与现有技术相比,有益效果是:本实用新型提供的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮通过动力装置提供动力使行走轮提升,使其可以与其他车轮切换使用。

如图1所示的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮及停车设备,包括本体、内置于本体1以提升本体1的提升机构12、与本体1转动连接的行走轮13,所述提升机构12连接有用于驱动提升机构的动力装置14。
为使所述大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮整体美观,并且保护其他内部提升结构不受损坏,实施例中本体1中部为壳体,该壳体可以由各个半壳体或者小壳体组装而成。
为使本体1在被提升时沿固定的方向平稳移动,避免出现晃动,本体1 顶部固定连接有用于固定本体1提升方向的导向座15。
由于蜗杆机构传动比大、结构紧凑,传动平稳,承重能力强,本实施中提升机构12为蜗杆蜗轮机构。当然,其他实施例中也可选用链条传动机构或者齿轮传动机构作为提升机构。
具体的,所述蜗轮蜗杆机构包括内置于本体的蜗轮、与蜗轮齿合的第一蜗杆、和垂直于第一蜗杆与蜗轮齿合的第二蜗杆121。所述第一蜗杆一端连接所述动力装置14,所述动力装置14通过第一蜗杆驱动蜗轮旋转,蜗轮进而推动第二蜗轮运动。
为了防止第二蜗杆121在蜗轮的推动下绕第二蜗杆121轴心转动,以便齿轮连同本体1在竖直方向相对于第二蜗杆12移动,所述第二蜗杆121设有限位机构121a,所述导向座15设有与所述限位机构121a配合的导轨151。本实施例中,所述限位机构121a为设置于螺杆顶端的限位凸块,所述限位凸块伸入所述导轨151中以起限位作用。
为了方便本体1与第二蜗杆12的相对移动,所述本体1顶部设置通孔,本体1对应所述通孔的位置固定连接中空管状导向座15,第二蜗杆121贯穿通孔和所述导向座15并通过所述限位机构121a与导向座15滑动连接。
由于行走轮13使用时必须接触地面以实现其他行走功能和支撑功能,所述本体底部为用以安装行走轮13的U型轮座,所述行走轮13通过轮轴与所述U型轮座转动连接。本实施例中动力装置14为电机。
本实施例中,还进一步提供了一种停车设备,包括载车板和安装在载车板下面的至少两个驱动轮,所述驱动轮的其中一个是所述的大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮。
进一步,所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮安装在载车板旋转方向的内侧。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述提升机构(12)为蜗轮蜗杆机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述本体(1)固定连接有用于固定本体(1)提升方向的导向座(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述蜗轮蜗杆机构包括内置于本体的蜗轮、与蜗轮齿合的第一蜗杆、和垂直于第一蜗杆与蜗轮齿合的第二蜗杆(121)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述第一蜗杆一端连接所述动力装置(14),所述动力装置(14)通过第一蜗杆驱动蜗轮旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种停车设备用大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述第二蜗杆设有限位机构(121a),所述导向座(15)设有与所述限位机构(121a)配合的导轨(151)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于:所述第二蜗杆(121)贯穿所述导向座(15)并通过所述限位机构(121a)与导向座(15)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮,其特征在于: 所述动力装置(15)为电机。
  9. 一种停车设备,包括载车板和安装在载车板下面的至少两个驱动轮,其特征在于:所述驱动轮至少有一个是权利要求1至8中任一项所述的大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种停车设备,其特征在于所述的一种大力矩小尺寸自动举升行走轮安装在载车板旋转方向的内侧。
