本发明涉及啤酒保鲜桶的生产技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统。
背景技术
扎啤以其“风味纯正、新鲜可口”享誉世界,是啤酒中的一朵奇葩。但是由于扎啤必须采用复杂的专用设备来销售和储存,从而限制了它的普及,不能进入千家万户。桶装啤酒虽然也使用鲜啤酒(没有经过杀菌处理纯生啤酒),但是由于桶内没有足够的压力保持酒内二氧化碳含量,在装酒、运输、售酒过程中与空气接触氧化,因此破坏了酒的口感和风味。
随着扎啤容器技术的发展,喜力啤酒推出的铁金刚5L虽然弥补了上述缺陷,能将新鲜桶啤的品质保持到最后一滴,但由于酒桶不能重复使用,造成价高又不利环保,同时酒桶内附带的二氧化碳压缩系统(用胶固定)与酒液相混,让消费者对其卫生产生怀疑。为此,设计一款以解决上述啤酒包装的不足,实现低成本向消费者提供优质新鲜啤酒的产品成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统。该系统在壳体内自上而下依次设置储气罐、酒饮桶和冰块放置区,形成一体式结构,结构紧凑,便于携带,并且能够将扎啤的风味和口感保持到最后一滴,因此广泛应用于各类聚会、运动比赛、餐饮、宴会、户外旅游等场所。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,包括壳体、以及被所述壳体包裹的内胆,所述内胆分两层,包括上层用于储存气体的储气罐和下层用于储存液体饮料的酒饮桶;所述储气罐和酒饮桶上下同轴排列。

上述的技术方案中,所述储气罐和酒饮桶通过焊接成为一个整体的内胆,结构更为紧凑,携带和运输都更加方便。所述壳体包裹内胆,一方面可以对内胆起到保护作用,另一方面,内胆的上方被壳体包裹的空间可以容纳对储气罐和酒饮桶进行控制的操控系统的相关零部件,内胆的下方被壳体包裹的空间可以放置冰块对酒饮桶进行降温,从而保证酒的口感和风味。

上述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,还包括将所述连接管与所述减压阀固定连接在一起的第一卡箍、以及将所述连接管与所述分配器固定连接在一起的第二卡箍。
所述单向阀阀芯A的结构与所述单向阀阀芯B相同。
所述分配器包括由上而下依次设置的操纵装置、酒管连接座和分配器轴,所述分配器还包括围绕所述分配器轴的分配器座。所述酒管连接座和分配器轴构成所述分配器的活塞。

所述分配器座的底部设有分配器座密封垫;分配器轴的下端设置可随所述分配器轴同步移动的分配器轴密封垫。
所述酒管连接座设置与所述分配器轴纵向孔、出液端连通的流道。
所述操纵装置包括压杆和手柄;所述分配器座向上延伸出支架;所述压杆的首端设置在所述酒管连接座的顶部并与所述分配器座延伸的支架铰接,并且所述压杆的首端设置有与所述酒管连接座顶部配合接触的凸轮;所述凸轮旋转时可以对所述酒管连接座进行按压使其下移。
所述压杆的尾端与所述手柄旋转连接;并且所述手柄具有自锁结构;当所述手柄处于自锁状态时,所述手柄与所述压杆呈稳固直角状态,并且所述凸轮对所述酒管连接座施加的作用力为零;当扳动所述手柄旋转使所述手柄与所述压杆呈刚性直线连接,此时扳动手柄即带动所述压杆凸轮旋 转。
所述压杆的尾端设有缺口和沉孔台阶,所述操纵装置还包括转动销和弹簧;所述手柄包含一个设置有所述弹簧的手柄孔;所述转动销的一端与缺口铰接,另一端插入所述弹簧和手柄孔内,所述弹簧的两端分别靠住手柄孔和转动销;所述手柄位于缺口的一端设置有与所述沉孔台阶配合卡接的手柄凸台。
上述的技术方案中,所述手柄为旋转手柄。
所述手柄凸台嵌入所述压杆的沉孔台阶时,所述手柄与所述压杆凸轮呈刚性直线连接。当扳动所述手柄向远离压杆凸轮的方向一拉,使得手柄凸台脱离沉孔台阶,然后将手柄向下旋转,带动转动销和手柄凸台绕缺口旋转,所述手柄凸台通过弹簧的压力与压杆的底部靠住,所述手柄与所述分配器的安装座的端面靠住,从而形成稳定的自锁结构。此时,所述压杆呈水平状态,所述压杆凸轮保持基点状态,所述压杆凸轮对所述酒管连接座施加的作用力为零,所述活塞受到的压力为零并保持在初始位置。所述连接管的单向阀B关闭状态。
当扳动所述手柄向上旋转时,带动转动销绕缺口旋转,旋转到一定的角度后,所述手柄凸台嵌入所述压杆的沉孔台阶,从而使得所述手柄与所述压杆凸轮呈刚性直线连接;此时继续使手柄向上旋转将带动压杆向上旋转,同时使压杆的尾端凸轮向下旋转,所述凸轮在向下旋转的过程中与所述酒管连接座顶部接触并按压酒管连接座,从而带动所述活塞下移。所述凸轮向下旋转至死点时,所述分配器轴打开所述连接管的单向阀B,同时打开酒矛的液体流路通道,使得储气罐的气体从单向阀B进入酒饮桶,使得酒饮桶的液体受到压力,从而实现打酒以及饮料的目的。
上述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,所述出酒管包括首尾相接的内置管和外置管,所述内置管的一端与所述酒管连接座的出液端连接,内置管与酒管连接座连接的一端呈水平放置;所述内置管靠近酒管连接座的一端设有膨胀形台阶和O型圈,并且所述内置管与所述酒管连接座通过螺母可旋转连接;所述内置管的另一端具有折弯90度的内置管折弯端;所述外置管的一端具有折弯90度的外置管折弯端;所述外置管折弯端的部分恰好插入所述内置管折弯端,并且通过螺母可旋转连接;所述外置管插入到 所述内置管的部分设置膨胀形台阶和O型圈;所述外置管另一端为出酒口。
上述的技术方案中,所述出酒管的内置管与外置管均可以旋转,因此在不打酒时,可以将外置管向保鲜桶中心旋转,使得出酒管可以收奶在保鲜桶上方,并用盖体密封在密封空间内,起到保护和方便携带的作用。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明盖体可以与壳体上口旋合,起到密封保护内部零部件的作用(气门芯、分配器等);盖体还可以与壳体下口底座旋合,形成冰块放置区,以盛装冷却保温用的冰块,保证酒饮的口感和风味。
本发明连接立柱作为连接载体,同时安装充气气门芯、和限压防爆的安全阀、以及减压阀。一方面所述安全阀保证了气体充装过程中和气体充装后的储气罐内部压力处于安全范围;另一方面,所述减压阀将气体压力按比例降低至预设值,保证打酒过程中出气的安全性,也保证了实现打酒过程的正常进行。
本发明分配器出酒端设置旋转出酒管和折叠手柄、触动连接管单向阀和酒饮桶内酒矛开启的分配器轴。该旋转出酒管可以方便地收纳在储气罐上方,并可以使用盖体将其密封在密封空间内。折叠手柄具有自我锁定功能,即可以处于一种稳定的状态,在该状态时,手柄和压杆呈稳定直角,防置了手柄的无意碰触而发生旋转。因此,可以防置误操作或者运输过程中对手柄的碰撞将酒压出。
本发明中二氧化碳储气罐经减压阀与酒饮桶的分配器相连,当分配器打开,二氧化碳充入到酒饮桶将酒压出,能够即开即饮。
本发明广泛应用于各类聚会、运动比赛、餐饮、宴会、户外旅游等场所。

为了更好地理解本发明的内容,下面结合具体实施例和附图作进一步说明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于对本发明进一步说明,而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明所述的内容后,该领域的技术人员对本发明作出一些非本质的改动或调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
如图1-12所示,一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,包括壳体1、以及被所述壳体1包裹的内胆,所述内胆分两层,包括上层用于储存气体的储气罐2和下层用于储存液体饮料的酒饮桶3。所述储气罐和酒饮桶上下同轴排列;并通过焊接为一体。
所述壳体的两侧设置内凹的扶手槽13,方便操作者搬运。壳体1的侧壁可以设置多个用于酒水溢流的防溢流孔12。
所述壳体1的下方形成底座1001;所述酒水饮料保鲜桶系统还包括盖体1002。所述盖体的上部可以设置凸筋,方便抓取。
所述壳体1的上端设置用于与所述盖体1002配合连接的螺纹,所述底座1001的下端也设置用于与所述盖体1002配合连接的螺纹。当所述盖体1002与所述壳体1配合连接后,所述盖体1002与所述内胆之间在所述储气罐2的上方形成一个密封空间。当所述盖体1002与所述底座1001配合连接后,所述盖体1002与所述内胆之间在所述酒饮桶3的下方形成一个密封空间。
所述酒饮桶3的顶部设有一个酒饮桶开孔3001;所述储气罐2的上方 设置一个储气罐开孔2001;所述储气罐2和酒饮桶3的位置关系为:所述酒饮桶的上部的外表面的部分形成所述储气罐的底面。
所述操控系统包括连接立柱5、连接管6、酒矛座11、分配器8、酒矛9、和出酒管10。
所述连接立柱5设置在所述储气罐开孔2001上,并且所述连接立柱5上设置用于向所述储气罐2充气的充气气门芯5001、对所述储气罐2自动泄压的安全阀5002、以及使储气罐2输出的气体减压到所需气压的减压阀7;所述减压阀7的出口端设置一个触动引发开启的单向阀A7001。
如图13所示,所述连接管6的一端与所述减压阀的单向阀A7001连接,另一端与所述分配器8连接;所述连接管6与所述减压阀7相连的一端设有开启所述减压阀出口端单向阀A7001的减压阀触针6001,当单向阀A7001关闭时,储气罐2出来的气体密封在所述减压阀7内,当所述单向阀A7001关闭时,储气罐2的气体经过减压阀7流出,可进入所述连接管。
所述连接管6与分配器8相连的一端设有一个触动引发开启的单向阀B6002;并且所述单向阀B关闭时,经所述减压阀出来的所述气体被密封在所述连接管6内部,当单向阀B开启时,所述连接管内的气体经所述单向阀B出来,可进入分配器。
所述酒矛座11设置在所述酒饮桶开孔3001上,并且所述酒矛座11的上方安装所述分配器8,下方安装所述酒矛9。
所述分配器8设有触动引发所述连接管单向阀B6002开启和酒饮桶内酒矛9开启的活塞、以及控制所述活塞上下活动的压杆8017。
如图14所示,在具体的实施方案中,所述减压阀7包括沿着入口端向出口端依次设置的减压阀阀座7002、减压阀阀芯7003、和减压阀阀盖7004,所述减压阀阀盖7004上设有减压阀出口孔7005和朝向出口端的开放凹腔7006,所述开放凹腔7006恰好可插入连接管6具有减压阀触针6001的一端。所述单向阀A7001包含单向阀阀体A7061;所述单向阀阀体A的内部设置闭合或开启所述出口孔的单向阀阀芯A7063、以及使所述单向阀阀芯A7063复位的单向阀复位弹簧A7064,并且所述单向阀阀芯A7063 具有可被施加作用力的受力作用部位A7062。所述减压阀阀芯7003的端部设有活门密封垫7027,所述活门密封垫可以密封住所述减压阀的气体入口。当减压阀负载增加超过一定值时,所述活门密封垫7027将所述减压阀的气体入口密封住。当减压阀负载下降时,所述活门密封垫7027在减压阀复位弹簧的作用下朝向远离减压阀入口端的方向运动,从而使所述减压阀的气体入口打开。
当减压阀7安装在所述连接立柱5上,所述受力作用部位A7062处于自由状态没有被施加作用力时,所述单向阀阀芯A7063恰好与所述减压阀出口孔7005接触而将储气罐2内的气体密封在所述减压阀7内部。
当将所述连接管6具有所述减压阀触针6001的一端插入到所述开放凹腔7006中使得所述连接管6与减压阀7连接时,所述连接管6的减压阀触针6001对所述受力作用部位A7062施加减压阀出口端朝向减压阀入口端的作用力,所述单向阀阀芯A7063与减压阀出口孔7005分离而使得所述减压阀出口孔7005开启;此时单向阀A 7001被打开,储气罐2内的高压气体经过所述连接立柱5、减压阀6进入连接管6。
所述单向阀阀芯A7063包括密封垫7065、顶杆7066和单向阀活门体7067;所述单向阀活门体7067呈阶梯状圆柱结构并且沿径向设置小径段凹槽7068和大径段环槽7069;所述顶杆7066穿过所述密封垫7065的中心孔后插入到所述小径段凹槽7068内;所述密封垫7065的一个端面恰好固定在所述大径段环槽7069中,另一个端面接触所述减压阀出口孔7005;
所述单向阀复位弹簧A7064套设在所述单向阀阀芯A7063外周;并且所述单向阀复位弹簧A7064的一端抵靠在所述单向阀阀体A7061的内部底面上,另一端抵靠在所述单向阀活门体7067的外周阶梯上;
所述单向阀阀芯A的顶杆7066包括头部和杆部,所述顶杆的头部凸起形成所述受力作用部位A7062,所述顶杆的头部恰好穿过所述减压阀阀盖7004的所述减压阀出口孔7005,并且所述受力作用部位A7062突出在所述减压阀阀盖7004的外侧。
所述连接管6与分配器连接的一端设置连接管出口孔6005,所述单向 阀阀体B6002内设置闭合或开启所述连接管出口孔的单向阀阀芯B6007、以及使所述单向阀阀芯B6007复位的单向阀复位弹簧B 6008;
所述单向阀阀芯B 6007与所述连接管出口孔6005接触密封并且具有受力作用部位B 6009;当给所述单向阀阀芯B 6007的受力作用部位B 6009施加压力时,压缩所述单向阀复位弹簧B 6008,所述单向阀阀芯B 6007与所述连接管出口孔6005分离使所述连接管出口孔6005开启。
本发明保鲜桶系统还包括将所述连接管6与所述减压阀7固定连接在一起的第一卡箍6017、以及将所述连接管6与所述分配器8固定连接在一起的第二卡箍6021。
所述单向阀阀芯A的结构与所述单向阀阀芯B相同。
如图15和16所示,所述分配器8包括由上而下依次设置的操纵装置8016、酒管连接座8014和分配器轴8015,所述分配器还包括围绕所述分配器轴8015的分配器座8005。
所述分配器座8005上设置进气端8006;所述连接管6的单向阀B6002恰好插入所述进气端8006;所述分配器轴8015沿所述分配器座8005轴向可移动设置;所述酒管连接座8014包括横向部分和纵向部分,所述酒管连接座酒管连接座8014的纵向部分与所述分配器轴8015的上端连接,横向部分形成用于安装出酒管10的出液端8007;
分配器轴8015包括沿着轴向表面设置且内凹的分配器轴环槽8012、以及贯穿所述分配器轴8015的分配器轴纵向孔8013;所述分配器轴环槽8012的端面为斜面;
所述分配器座8005的底部设有分配器座密封垫8027;分配器轴8015的下端设置可随所述分配器轴同步移动的分配器轴密封垫8028;
所述酒管连接座8014设置与所述分配器轴纵向孔8013、出液端8007连通的流道。
所述操纵装置8016包括压杆8017和手柄8018;所述分配器座8005向上延伸出支架;所述压杆8017的首端设置在所述酒管连接座8014的顶部并与所述分配器座8005延伸的支架铰接,并且所述压杆8017的首端设 置有与所述酒管连接座8014顶部配合接触的凸轮8019;所述凸轮8019旋转时可以对所述酒管连接座8014进行按压使其下移。
所述压杆8017的尾端与所述手柄8018旋转连接;并且所述手柄8018具有自锁结构;当所述手柄8018处于自锁状态时,所述手柄与所述压杆呈稳固直角状态,并且所述凸轮对所述酒管连接座8014施加的作用力为零;当扳动所述手柄8018旋转使所述手柄8018与所述压杆8017呈刚性直线连接,此时扳动手柄8018即带动所述压杆凸轮8019旋转。
所述压杆8017的尾端设有缺口8020和沉孔台阶8021,所述操纵装置8016还包括转动销8022和弹簧8023;所述手柄8018包含一个设置有所述弹簧8023的手柄孔8024;所述转动销8022的一端与缺口8020铰接,另一端插入所述弹簧8023和手柄孔8024内,所述弹簧8023的两端分别靠住手柄孔8024和转动销8022;所述手柄8018位于缺口8020的一端设置有与所述沉孔台阶8021配合卡接的手柄凸台8025。
出酒管10安装在所述酒管连接座8014的出液端8007并与所述分配器轴8015纵向孔相连通。如图17所示,所述出酒管包括首尾相接的内置管1045和外置管1046,所述内置管的一端与所述酒管连接座8014的出液端8007连接,内置管与酒管连接座8014连接的一端呈水平放置;所述内置管靠近酒管连接座8014的一端设有膨胀形台阶1047和O型圈1048,并且所述内置管1045与所述酒管连接座8014通过螺母1049可旋转连接;所述内置管1045的另一端具有折弯90度的内置管折弯端;所述外置管的一端具有折弯90度的外置管折弯端;所述外置管折弯端的部分恰好插入所述内置管折弯端,并且通过螺母1050可旋转连接;所述外置管插入到所述内置管的部分设置膨胀形台阶1047和O型圈1048;所述外置管1046另一端为出酒口1051。
本发明的一个实施方案中,所述酒矛包括酒矛顶块930、酒矛进气密封垫圈931、以及由内而外设置的内管弹簧932、内管933、外管弹簧934和外管935,所述外管935与酒矛座11连通,所述酒矛顶块930与酒矛进气密封垫圈931均设置在内管933顶部的端口处,所述酒矛顶块930的底部与内管弹簧932连接,并通过内管弹簧932的压力而使所述酒矛顶块930 的顶部向上移动与酒矛进气密封垫圈931密封,所述外管弹簧934通过其自身压力带动内管933向上移动并使酒矛进气密封垫圈31与外管935密封。
分配器自锁时的非工作状态:当扳动所述手柄向远离压杆凸轮8019的方向一拉,使得手柄凸台8025脱离沉孔台阶8021,然后将手柄向下旋转,带动转动销和手柄凸台绕缺口旋转,所述手柄凸台通过弹簧的压力与压杆的底部靠住,所述手柄与所述分配器的安装座的端面靠住,从而形成自锁结构。此时,所述压杆呈水平状态,所述手柄与所述压杆垂直,所述压杆凸轮保持基点状态,所述压杆凸轮对所述酒管连接座施加的作用力为零,所述分配器轴受到的压力为零并保持在初始位置。此时分配器轴处于初始状态,分配器轴没有接触到连接管的单向阀B;因此连接管的单向阀B处于关闭状态,储气罐内的气体封闭在连接管单向阀B以内;并且如图18所示,酒矛进气密封垫圈931与酒矛顶块930接触密封,同时酒矛进气密封垫圈931与外管935接触密封。
分配器的工作状态:当扳动所述手柄向上旋转时,带动转动销绕缺口旋转,旋转到一定的角度后,所述手柄凸台嵌入所述压杆的沉孔台阶,从而使得所述手柄与所述压杆凸轮呈刚性直线连接;此时继续使手柄向上旋转将带动压杆向上旋转,同时使压杆的尾端凸轮向下旋转,所述凸轮在向下旋转的过程中与所述酒管连接座顶部接触并按压酒管连接座,从而带动所述分配器轴下移。所述凸轮向下旋转至死点时,所述分配器轴向下移动一定距离时,通过分配器轴侧壁向单向阀B施加压力而打开所述连接管的单向阀B 6002,同时分配器轴下端顶开酒矛顶块930及酒矛进气密封垫圈931,使得酒矛进气密封垫圈931与酒矛顶块930分离,同时酒矛进气密封垫圈931与外管935分离;即此时气路通道和液体流出通道均处于打开状态。如图19所示,此时,气体可以从外管与酒矛进气密封垫圈931之间的缝隙中通过;液体可以从酒矛进气密封垫圈931与酒矛顶块930之间的缝隙中通过。储气罐的气体从储气罐经过减压阀进入酒饮桶,使得酒饮桶的液体受到压力,从而从酒矛顶块与酒矛进气密封垫圈间隙处压出,实现打酒以及饮料的目的。

Claims (17)

  1. 一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)、以及被所述壳体(1)包裹的内胆,所述内胆分两层,包括上层用于储存气体的储气罐(2)和下层用于储存液体饮料的酒饮桶(3);所述储气罐和酒饮桶上下同轴排列;
    所述储气罐(2)和酒饮桶(3)之间设有可连通或断开的气路通道;所述酒饮桶设有出液端、以及使所述出液端开启或闭合的流出液路通道;所述储气罐上方设置操控系统;所述操控系统控制所述气路通道的通、断,并联动控制所述流出液路通道的启、闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述操控系统设置可执行动作的执行元件,并且所述执行元件具有自锁结构,当所述执行元件处于自锁状态时,所述气路通道断开,同时所述流出液路通道关闭;
    当对所述操控系统执行第一动作时,所述气路通道连通,同时所述流出液路通道开启,所述储气罐(2)对所述酒饮桶(3)增压;当酒饮桶(3)内达到一定压力时,所述酒饮桶中的液体从所述出液端流出;
    当对所述操控系统执行第二动作时,所述气路通道断开,同时所述流出液路通道关闭;
    当对所述操控系统执行第三动作时,所述操控系统处于自锁状态,所述气路通道断开,同时所述流出液路通道关闭。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的下方形成底座(1001);所述酒水饮料保鲜桶系统还包括盖体(1002),
    所述壳体(1)的上端设置用于与所述盖体(1002)配合连接的特征连接部,所述底座(1001)的下端也设置用于与所述盖体(1002)配合连接的特征连接部;
    当所述盖体(1002)与所述壳体(1)配合连接后,所述盖体(1002)与所述内胆之间在所述储气罐(2)的上方形成一个密封空间;
    当所述盖体(1002)与所述底座(1001)配合连接后,所述盖体(1002)与所述内胆之间在所述酒饮桶(3)的下方形成一个密封空间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述储气罐(2)和所述酒饮桶(3)通过焊接为一体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述酒饮桶(3)的顶部设有一个酒饮桶开孔(3001);所述储气罐(2)的上方设置一个储气罐开孔(2001);所述储气罐(2)和酒饮桶(3)的位置关系为:所述酒饮桶的上部的外表面的部分形成所述储气罐的底面。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述操控系统包括连接立柱(5)、连接管(6)、酒矛座(11)、分配器(8)、酒矛(9)、和出酒管(10);
    所述连接立柱(5)设置在所述储气罐开孔(2001)上,并且所述连接立柱(5)上设置用于向所述储气罐(2)充气的充气气门芯(5001)、对所述储气罐(2)自动泄压的安全阀(5002)、以及使储气罐(2)输出的气体减压到所需气压的减压阀(7);所述减压阀(7)的出口端设置一个触动引发开启的单向阀A(7001);
    所述连接管(6)的一端与所述减压阀的单向阀A(7001)连接,另一端与所述分配器(8)连接;所述连接管(6)与所述减压阀(7)相连的一端设有开启所述减压阀出口端单向阀A(7001)的减压阀触针(6001),当单向阀A(7001)关闭时,储气罐(2)出来的气体密封在所述减压阀(7)内,当所述单向阀A(7001)关闭时,储气罐(2)的气体经过减压阀(7)流出,可进入所述连接管;
    所述连接管(6)与分配器(8)相连的一端设有一个触动引发开启的单向阀B(6002);并且所述单向阀B关闭时,经所述减压阀出来的所述气体被密封在所述连接管(6)内部,当单向阀B开启时,所述连接管内的气体经所述单向阀B出来,可进入分配器;
    所述酒矛座(11)设置在所述酒饮桶开孔(3001)上,并且所述酒矛座(11)的上方安装所述分配器(8),下方安装所述酒矛(9);
    所述分配器(8)设有触动引发所述连接管单向阀B(6002)开启和酒饮桶 内酒矛(9)开启的活塞、以及控制所述活塞上下活动的压杆(8017)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述减压阀(7)包括沿着入口端向出口端依次设置的减压阀阀座(7002)、减压阀阀芯(7003)、和减压阀阀盖(7004),所述减压阀阀盖(7004)上设有减压阀出口孔(7005)和朝向出口端的开放凹腔(7006),所述开放凹腔(7006)恰好可插入连接管(6)具有减压阀触针(6001)的一端;所述单向阀A(7001)包含单向阀阀体A(7061);所述单向阀阀体A的内部设置闭合或开启所述出口孔的单向阀阀芯A(7063)、以及使所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)复位的单向阀复位弹簧A(7064),并且所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)具有可被施加作用力的受力作用部位A(7062);
    当减压阀(7)安装在所述连接立柱(5)上,所述受力作用部位A(7062)处于自由状态没有被施加作用力时,所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)恰好与所述减压阀出口孔(7005)接触而将储气罐(2)内的气体密封在所述减压阀(7)内部;
    当将所述连接管(6)具有所述减压阀触针(6001)的一端插入到所述开放凹腔(7006)中使得所述连接管(6)与减压阀(7)连接时,所述连接管(6)的减压阀触针(6001)对所述受力作用部位A(7062)施加减压阀出口端朝向减压阀入口端的作用力,所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)与减压阀出口孔(7005)分离而使得所述减压阀出口孔(7005)开启;此时单向阀A(7001)被打开,储气罐(2)内的高压气体经过所述连接立柱(5)、减压阀(6)进入连接管(6)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)包括密封垫(7065)、顶杆(7066)和单向阀活门体(7067);所述单向阀活门体(7067)呈阶梯状圆柱结构并且沿径向设置小径段凹槽(7068)和大径段环槽(7069);所述顶杆(7066)穿过所述密封垫(7065)的中心孔后插入到所述小径段凹槽(7068)内;所述密封垫(7065)的一个端面恰好固定在所述大径段环槽(7069)中,另一个端面接触所述减压阀出口孔(7005);
    所述单向阀复位弹簧A(7064)套设在所述单向阀阀芯A(7063)外 周;并且所述单向阀复位弹簧A(7064)的一端抵靠在所述单向阀阀体A(7061)的内部底面上,另一端抵靠在所述单向阀活门体(7067)的外周阶梯上;
    所述单向阀阀芯A的顶杆(7066)包括头部和杆部,所述顶杆的头部凸起形成所述受力作用部位A(7062),所述顶杆的头部恰好穿过所述减压阀阀盖(7004)的所述减压阀出口孔(7005),并且所述受力作用部位A(7062)突出在所述减压阀阀盖(7004)的外侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述连接管(6)与分配器连接的一端设置连接管出口孔(6005),所述单向阀阀体B(6002)内设置闭合或开启所述连接管出口孔的单向阀阀芯B(6007)、以及使所述单向阀阀芯B(6007)复位的单向阀复位弹簧B(6008);
    所述单向阀阀芯B(6007)与所述连接管出口孔(6005)接触密封并且具有受力作用部位B(6009);当给所述单向阀阀芯B(6007)的受力作用部位B(6009)施加压力时,压缩所述单向阀复位弹簧B(6008),所述单向阀阀芯B(6007)与所述连接管出口孔(6005)分离使所述连接管出口孔(6005)开启。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,还包括将所述连接管(6)与所述减压阀(7)固定连接在一起的第一卡箍(6017)、以及将所述连接管(6)与所述分配器(8)固定连接在一起的第二卡箍(6021)。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述单向阀阀芯A的结构与所述单向阀阀芯B相同。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述分配器(8)包括由上而下依次设置的操纵装置(8016)、酒管连接座(8014)和分配器轴(8015),所述分配器还包括围绕所述分配器轴(8015)的分配器座(8005)。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述分配器座(8005)上设置进气端(8006);所述连接管(6)的单向阀B(6002)恰好插入所述进气端(8006);所述分配器轴(8015)沿所述分配 器座(8005)轴向可移动设置;所述酒管连接座(8014)包括横向部分和纵向部分,所述酒管连接座酒管连接座(8014)的纵向部分与所述分配器轴(8015)的上端连接,横向部分形成用于安装出酒管(10)的出液端(8007);
    分配器轴(8015)包括沿着轴向表面设置且内凹的分配器轴环槽(8012)、以及贯穿所述分配器轴(8015)的分配器轴纵向孔(8013);所述分配器轴环槽(8012)的端面为斜面;
    所述分配器座(8005)的底部设有分配器座密封垫(8027);分配器轴(8015)的下端设置可随所述分配器轴同步移动的分配器轴密封垫(8028);
    所述酒管连接座(8014)设置与所述分配器轴纵向孔(8013)、出液端(8007)连通的流道。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述操纵装置(8016)包括压杆(8017)和手柄(8018);所述分配器座(8005)向上延伸出支架;所述压杆(8017)的首端设置在所述酒管连接座(8014)的顶部并与所述分配器座(8005)延伸的支架铰接,并且所述压杆(8017)的首端设置有与所述酒管连接座(8014)顶部配合接触的压杆凸轮(8019);所述凸轮(8019)旋转时可以对所述酒管连接座(8014)进行按压使其下移。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述压杆(8017)的尾端与所述手柄(8018)旋转连接;并且所述手柄(8018)具有自锁结构;当所述手柄(8018)处于自锁状态时,所述手柄与所述压杆呈稳固直角状态,并且所述凸轮对所述酒管连接座(8014)施加的作用力为零;当扳动所述手柄(8018)旋转使所述手柄(8018)与所述压杆(8017)呈刚性直线连接,此时扳动手柄(8018)即带动所述压杆凸轮(8019)旋转。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述压杆(8017)的尾端设有缺口(8020)和沉孔台阶(8021),所述操 纵装置(8016)还包括转动销(8022)和弹簧(8023);所述手柄(8018)包含一个设置有所述弹簧(8023)的手柄孔(8024);所述转动销(8022)的一端与缺口(8020)铰接,另一端插入所述弹簧(8023)和手柄孔(8024)内,所述弹簧(8023)的两端分别靠住手柄孔(8024)和转动销(8022);所述手柄(8018)位于缺口(8020)的一端设置有与所述沉孔台阶(8021)配合卡接的手柄凸台(8025)。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一体式酒水饮料保鲜桶系统,其特征在于,所述出酒管包括首尾相接的内置管(1045)和外置管(1046),所述内置管的一端与所述酒管连接座(8014)的出液端(8007)连接,内置管与酒管连接座(8014)连接的一端呈水平放置;所述内置管靠近酒管连接座(8014)的一端设有膨胀形台阶(1047)和O型圈(1048),并且所述内置管(1045)与所述酒管连接座(8014)通过螺母(1049)可旋转连接;所述内置管(1045)的另一端具有折弯90度的内置管折弯端;所述外置管的一端具有折弯90度的外置管折弯端;所述外置管折弯端的部分恰好插入所述内置管折弯端,并且通过螺母(1050)可旋转连接;所述外置管插入到所述内置管的部分设置膨胀形台阶(1047)和O型圈(1048);所述外置管(1046)另一端为出酒口(1051)。
