Claims (8)
- 모터에 의해 구동하여 운동을 보조하는 안전바가 구비되어, 근력운동을 보조하는 운동보조장치에 있어서,운동 횟수 및 운동 속도를 감지하는 제1센서와, 상기 안전바가 물체에 접근하는 것을 감지하는 제2센서를 포함하는 센서;제어신호에 의해 구동되어 외력을 발생시키고, 엔코더신호를 송출시키는 모터;사용자 정보 및 운동 강도와, 상기 제1센서에서 검출된 운동 횟수 및 운동 속도와, 상기 엔코더신호에 따라, 운동 보조 시점 및 운동 보조 강도 및 운동 보조 위치에 대한 계산값을 상기 운동보조장치 내의 구동 마찰력을 보정하여 도출하고, 상기 계산값에 따라 상기 모터에서 발생시킬 외력치를 산출하여, 상기 모터로 상기 제어신호를 송출시키는 마이컴;근력운동에 사용되는 랙(Rack)의 수직 프레임에 탈부착되는 장착대;상기 장착대에 평행으로 고정되되, 안전바의 이동을 안내하는 베이스레일;상기 베이스레일의 내부에 위치되되, 상기 모터의 동력을 상기 안전바에 전달시키는 동력전달부;상기 모터에서 발생한 동력을 전달받아, 운동 보조 및 운동에 소요되는 외력을 작용시키게 되되, 근력운동을 위한 바벨봉의 탈부착이 가능한 상기 안전바; 및상기 장착대 내지 상기 베이스레일에 걸림방식으로 고정되되, 근력운동에 사용되는 중량물을 운동 시작 위치에 거치시키는 거치대를 포함하되,상기 장착대는, 근력운동에 사용되는 상기 랙(Rack)의 상기 수직 프레임을 통과하여 설치되는 막대형상의 장착핀, 상기 장착핀에 걸리는 제1걸림홈, 상기 거치대가 걸리는 거치대걸림홈이 구비되는 ㄷ자 형강의 형상의 제1장착대, 및 상기 베이스레일이 고정되되 상기 장착핀에 걸리는 제2걸림홈이 구비되는 ㄷ자 형강의 형상의 제2 장착대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 베이스레일은 상기 안전바의 이동을 안내하는 레일홈이 전면에 수직으로 형성되는, 사각관 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 동력전달부는, 상기 모터의 구동축이 연결되어 상기 모터의 동력을 최초로 수용하게 되는 모터연결부, 상기 모터연결부에 전달된 동력을 상기 안전바에 전달시키는 벨트, 상기 벨트상에 고정되고 상기 안전바와 결합되는 안전바 연결부, 상기 벨트의 상부 및 하부에 위치하여 상기 벨트의 구동을 안정화시키는 풀리, 상기 벨트 상에 고정되고 자중(自重)으로 인해 상기 안전바의 무게 및 운동보조로 인한 외력을 상쇄시켜 상기 벨트 및 상기 모터의 구동을 원활하게 하는 무게추, 및 상기 무게추의 이동을 안내하기 위해 상기 벨트와 평행한 방향으로 설치되는 무게추레일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 동력전달부는, 상기 모터의 구동축이 연결되어 상기 모터의 동력을 최초로 수용하게 되는 모터연결부, 상기 모터연결부에 수직으로 연결되어 상기 모터의 구동에 따라 회전하게 되는 볼스크류, 상기 볼스크류의 나사산 상에 위치되고, 상기 안전바와 결합되는 볼스크류너트, 및 상기 볼스크류의 상부 및 하부에 위치하여 상기 볼스크류의 회전축을 형성시키는 회전서포트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 안전바는,상기 동력전달부에 결합되어 상기 모터의 동력을 전달받고 근력운동으로 인한 외력을 상기 동력전달부 및 상기 모터로 전달시키되, 상부 일측면이 절개되어 안전바캡고정홈이 구비되는, 사각관 형상의 안전바본체;상기 안전바캡고정홈에 탈부착이 가능하되, 하부에 근력운동에 이용되는 상기 바벨봉이 안착되는 바벨봉고정홈이 구비되는 안전바캡; 및상기 안전바의 상부면에 설치되되, 상기 안전바가 근력운동에 이용되는 중량물에 접촉할 시 발생하는 충격을 완화시키는 충격완화재를 포함하여 중량물을 이용한 근력운동 및 모터의 동력을 이용한 근력운동 모두를 수행하고,상기 바벨봉이 상기 안전바 상에서 이동되지 않도록, 상기 바벨봉이 걸리는 홈형상의 바벨봉거치홈을 더 포함하여, 근력운동에 이용되는 중량물을 근력운동의 종류별 운동시작위치로 이동시키는, 리프트 기능을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 거치대는, 상기 장착대 내지 상기 베이스레일에 상기 거치대를 걸림방식으로 고정시키는 프레임고정부, 상기 바벨봉이 거치되는 홈이 구비되는 바벨봉거치부, 및 상기 프레임고정부에서 상기 바벨봉거치부를 수직방향으로 회전시키되, 상부방향으로는 회전이 가능하고 하부방향으로는 힌지걸림턱에 의해 회전이 제한되는 일방향힌지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제2센서는, 상기 안전바에 고정되어 상기 안전바의 상측면이 물체에 접근하는 것을 감지하여, 상기 안전바가 이동되어 상기 안전바의 상측면이 물체에 접근하게 될 시, 상기 안전바의 이동속도를 저감시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 마이컴은, 중량물을 이용한 근력운동을 보조하기 위하여, 상기 모터에서 발생시킬 상기 외력치를 산출할 뿐만 아니라, 상기 안전바본체와 상기 안전바캡 사이에 상기 바벨봉을 안착시켜 고정시킨 후 상기 모터의 동력에 의해 근력운동을 위한 부하를 상기 바벨봉에 생성시켜 수행되는 근력운동을 보조하기 위해서도, 상기 모터에서 발생시킬 상기 외력치를 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 운동보조장치.
