[权利要求 1] 一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备, 其特征在于: 它包括机架 (12) 、 钢瓶 旋转装置、 钢瓶喷涂机构、 伺服电机 A (13) 以及转轴旋转安装在机 架 (12) 上的主动链轮 (14) 和从动链轮 (15) , 主动链轮 (14) 与 从动链轮 (15) 之间安装有链条 (16) , 伺服电机 A (13) 的输出端 与主动链轮 (14) 的转轴连接, 所述的钢瓶旋转装置由伺服电机 B ( 1) 、 平板 (2) 和传动装置组成, 所述的平板 (2) 经连杆 (21) 固 定在链条 (16) 上, 平板 (2) 的端面上设置有 US (3) , 所述的伺 服电机 B (1) 垂向设置, 且伺服电机 B (1) 固定安装在 US (3) 的 水平板上, 平板 (2) 的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮 (4) 和从动 齿轮 (5) , 主动齿轮 (4) 和从动齿轮 (5) 啮合, 所述的传动装置 的输入端与伺服电机 B (1) 的输出端连接, 传动装置的输出端与主 动齿轮 (4) 的转轴连接, 所述的从动齿轮 (5) 的下端设置有油缸 ( 6) , 油缸 (6) 垂直于从动齿轮 (5) 的端面设置, 油缸 (6) 的活塞 杆上设置有挂钩 (7) , 所述的钢瓶喷涂机构由固定板 (17) 、 设置 在固定板 (17) 端面上的伺服电机 C (18) 、 丝杆 (19) 、 喷漆枪头 I (20) 和安装在丝杆 (19) 上的螺母 (22) 组成, 固定板 (17) 设置 在机架 (12) 的下方, 丝杆 (19) 垂向设置且丝杆 (19) 与伺服电机 C (18) 的输出端连接, 喷漆枪头 I (20) 水平设置, 喷漆枪头 I (20 ) 设置在螺母 (22) 上, 它还包括底座 (23) , 所述的底座 (23) 的 顶部设置有多个喷漆枪头 II (24) , 每个喷漆枪头 II (24) 均垂向设 置。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备, 其特征在于: 所 述的传动装置由主动皮带轮 (9) 、 从动皮带轮 (10) 和平带 (11) 组成, 主动皮带轮 (9) 安装在伺服电机 B (1) 的输出端, 从动皮带 轮 (10) 安装在主动皮带轮 (9) 的转轴上, 主动皮带轮 (9) 与从动 皮带轮 (10) 之间安装有平带 (11) 。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备, 其特征在于: 所 述的底座 (23) 上设置有两个喷漆枪头 II (24) 。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备, 其特征在于: 所 述的机架 (12) 的底部设置有两个支撑腿 (8) , 所述的两个支撑腿 (8) 分别设置在机架 (12) 的两侧。
