一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备
技术领域
本发明涉及钢瓶表面喷涂的技术领域,特别是一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备。
背景技术
目前,钢瓶包括不同压力、不同容积、不同结构形式和不同材料用以贮运永久气体,液化气体和溶解气体的一次性或可重复充气的移动式的压力容器。钢瓶的高度各不相同,一些钢瓶用于盛装液态气体,如液氮、液氨、液化天然气、液氧等,一些钢瓶用于盛装工业气体,如氩气、氮气、氢气等。在钢瓶生产厂,钢瓶的加工工艺为:先通过铸造两板带有型腔的钢瓶,再将两半部分焊接,焊接成型后对钢瓶的外表面进行打磨,打磨后通过油漆喷枪对钢瓶表面进行喷涂,然而,在喷油漆的过程中,由于钢瓶的重量大,工人无法将其旋转,因此,工人只好围绕着钢瓶进行喷涂,工人一边手持喷枪,一边围绕着钢瓶对其喷涂,这无疑是增大了工人的劳动强度,而且还会使油漆四处溅射,严重损坏了周围环境。而且,喷漆结束后,检查是否喷涂彻底,也非常困难。
此外,由于钢瓶在喷涂过程中是直立放置的,导致钢瓶的底表面无法进行喷涂,为实现底表面的喷涂,又需要将钢瓶举起或放倒,随后才能进行底表面的喷涂,这无疑再次增大了工人的劳动强度,增大了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、能够实现钢瓶底表面进行喷涂、操作简单、极大节省工人劳动强度的新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备,它包括机架、钢瓶旋转装置、钢瓶喷涂机构、伺服电机A以及转轴旋转安装在机架上的主动链轮和从动链轮,主动链轮与从动链轮之间安装有链条,伺服电机A的输出端与主动链轮的转轴连接,所述的钢瓶旋转装置由伺服电机B、平板和传动装置组成,所述的平板经连杆固定在链条上,平板的端面上设置有L板,所述的伺服电机B垂向设置,且伺服电机B固定安装在L板的水平板上,平板的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮和从动齿轮,主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合,所述的传动装置的输入端与伺服电机B的输出端连接,传动装置的输出端与主动齿轮的转轴连接,所述的从动齿轮的下端设置有油缸,油缸垂直于从动齿轮的端面设置,油缸的活塞杆上设置有挂钩,所述的钢瓶喷涂机构由固定板、设置在固定板端面上的伺服电机C、丝杆、喷漆枪头I和安装在丝杆上的螺母组成,固定板设置在机架的下方,丝杆垂向设置且丝杆与伺服电机C的输出端连接,喷漆枪头I水平设置,喷漆枪头I设置在螺母上,它还包括底座,所述的底座的顶部设置有多个喷漆枪头II,每个喷漆枪头II均垂向设置。
所述的传动装置由主动皮带轮、从动皮带轮和平带组成,主动皮带轮安装在伺服电机B的输出端,从动皮带轮安装在主动皮带轮的转轴上,主动皮带轮与从动皮带轮之间安装有平带。
所述的底座上设置有两个喷漆枪头II。
所述的机架的底部设置有两个支撑腿,所述的两个支撑腿分别设置在机架的两侧。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、能够实现钢瓶底表面进行喷涂、操作简单、极大节省工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1或图2所示,一种新型钢瓶表面喷漆设备,它包括机架12、钢瓶旋转装置、钢瓶喷涂机构、伺服电机A13以及转轴旋转安装在机架12上的主动链轮14和从动链轮15,主动链轮14与从动链轮15之间安装有链条16,伺服电机A13的输出端与主动链轮14的转轴连接。
如图1或图2所示,钢瓶旋转装置由伺服电机B1、平板2和传动装置组成,所述的平板2经连杆21固定在链条16上,平板2的端面上设置有L板3,所述的伺服电机B1垂向设置,且伺服电机B1固定安装在L板3的水平板上,平板2的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮4和从动齿轮5,主动齿轮4和从动齿轮5啮合,传动装置由主动皮带轮9、从动皮带轮10和平带11组成,主动皮带轮9安装在伺服电机B1的输出端,从动皮带轮10安装在主动皮带轮9的转轴上,主动皮带轮9与从动皮带轮10之间安装有平带11,当伺服电机B1启动后,伺服电机B1将转矩经传动装置传递到主动齿轮4上,主动齿轮4带动从动齿轮5转动,从而使油缸6做旋转运动。
如图1或图2所示,从动齿轮5的下端设置有油缸6,油缸6垂直于从动齿轮5的端面设置,油缸6的活塞杆上设置有挂钩7,当挂钩7能够钩接在钢瓶顶部的耳口上,因此可通过油缸6能够将钢瓶悬挂在空中。如图1或图2所示,钢瓶喷涂机构由固定板17、设置在固定板17端面上的伺服电机C18、丝杆19、喷漆枪头I20和安装在丝杆19上的螺母22组成,固定板17设置在机架12的下方,丝杆19垂向设置且丝杆19与伺服电机C18的输出端连接,喷漆枪头I20水平设置,喷漆枪头I20设置在螺母22上。如图1或图2所示,它还包括底座23,所述的底座23的顶部设置有两个喷漆枪头II24,每个喷漆枪头II24均垂向设置。
所述的机架12的底部设置有两个支撑腿8,所述的两个支撑腿8分别设置在机架12的两侧。
本发明的工作步骤如下:
S1、钢瓶的上架,先控制油缸的活塞杆伸出,再使挂钩7横向贯穿钢瓶顶部的耳口,随后控制油缸的活塞杆缩回,从而实现了将待喷漆的钢瓶吊起;
S2、启动伺服电机A13,伺服电机A13带动主动链轮转动,主动链轮带动从动链轮转动,从而带动钢瓶向右移动,当钢瓶到达底座23上方时,关闭伺服电机A13;
S3、钢瓶表面的喷漆,先启动伺服电机B1,伺服电机B1带动主动皮带轮9转动,主动皮带轮9带动从动皮带轮10转动,从动皮带轮10带动主动齿轮4转动,主动齿轮4驱动从动齿轮5转动,从动齿轮5带动其下的钢瓶做匀速的旋转运动,再开启喷漆枪头I20和喷漆枪头II24,喷漆枪头II24对钢瓶的底表面进行喷涂,从而实现了钢瓶底表面的喷涂,最后启动伺服电机C18,伺服电机C18带动丝杆19转动,丝杆19带动螺母22做往复的直线运动,喷漆枪头I20对钢瓶的外表面进行喷涂,因此,工人无需手持喷枪对钢瓶表面进行喷涂,极大减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了喷漆效率,而且很容易检测钢瓶表面是否被喷涂彻底,实现了钢瓶表面的喷漆;
S4、喷漆后钢瓶的卸下,控制伺服电机A13做反转,链条16带动钢瓶向左移动,随后控制油缸的活塞杆伸出,当钢瓶触地后,将喷漆后的钢瓶从挂钩7上卸下。

1.一种钢瓶表面喷漆设备,其特征在于:它包括机架(12)、钢瓶旋转装置、钢瓶喷涂机构、伺服电机A(13)以及转轴旋转安装在机架(12)上的主动链轮(14)和从动链轮(15),主动链轮(14)与从动链轮(15)之间安装有链条(16),伺服电机A(13)的输出端与主动链轮(14)的转轴连接,所述的钢瓶旋转装置由伺服电机B(1)、平板(2)和传动装置组成,所述的平板(2)经连杆(21)固定在链条(16)上,平板(2)的端面上设置有L板(3),所述的伺服电机B(1)垂向设置,且伺服电机B(1)固定安装在L板(3)的水平板上,平板(2)的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮(4)和从动齿轮(5),主动齿轮(4)和从动齿轮(5)啮合,所述的传动装置的输入端与伺服电机B(1)的输出端连接,传动装置的输出端与主动齿轮(4)的转轴连接,所述的从动齿轮(5)的下端设置有油缸(6),油缸(6)垂直于从动齿轮(5)的端面设置,油缸(6)的活塞杆上设置有挂钩(7),所述的钢瓶喷涂机构由固定板(17)、设置在固定板(17)端面上的伺服电机C(18)、丝杆(19)、喷漆枪头I(20)和安装在丝杆(19)上的螺母(22)组成,固定板(17)设置在机架(12)的下方,丝杆(19)垂向设置且丝杆(19)与伺服电机C(18)的输出端连接,喷漆枪头I(20)水平设置,喷漆枪头I(20)设置在螺母(22)上,它还包括底座(23),所述的底座(23)的顶部设置有多个喷漆枪头II(24),每个喷漆枪头II(24)均垂向设置,所述的传动装置由主动皮带轮(9)、从动皮带轮(10)和平带(11)组成,主动皮带轮(9)安装在伺服电机B(1)的输出端,从动皮带轮(10)安装在主动皮带轮(9)的转轴上,主动皮带轮(9)与从动皮带轮(10)之间安装有平带(11),所述的底座(23)上设置有两个喷漆枪头II(24),所述的机架(12)的底部设置有两个支撑腿(8),所述的两个支撑腿(8)分别设置在机架(12)的两侧,该喷漆设备的工作步骤为:
S1、钢瓶的上架,先控制油缸的活塞杆伸出,再使挂钩(7)横向贯穿钢瓶顶部的耳口,随后控制油缸的活塞杆缩回,从而实现了将待喷漆的钢瓶吊起;
S2、启动伺服电机A(13),伺服电机A(13)带动主动链轮转动,主动链轮带动从动链轮转动,从而带动钢瓶向右移动,当钢瓶到达底座(23)上方时,关闭伺服电机A(13);
S3、钢瓶表面的喷漆,先启动伺服电机B1,伺服电机B1带动主动皮带轮(9)转动,主动皮带轮(9)带动从动皮带轮(10)转动,从动皮带轮(10)带动主动齿轮(4)转动,主动齿轮(4)驱动从动齿轮(5)转动,从动齿轮(5)带动其下的钢瓶做匀速的旋转运动,再开启喷漆枪头I(20)和喷漆枪头II(24),喷漆枪头II(24)对钢瓶的底表面进行喷涂,从而实现了钢瓶底表面的喷涂,最后启动伺服电机C(18),伺服电机C(18)带动丝杆(19)转动,丝杆(19)带动螺母(22)做往复的直线运动,喷漆枪头I(20)对钢瓶的外表面进行喷涂;
S4、喷漆后钢瓶的卸下,控制伺服电机A(13)做反转,链条(16)带动钢瓶向左移动,随后控制油缸的活塞杆伸出,当钢瓶触地后,将喷漆后的钢瓶从挂钩(7)上卸下。
