一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架,它包括伺服电机(1)、平板(2)和传动装置,平板(2)的端面上设置有L板(3),伺服电机(1)垂向设置,且伺服电机(1)固定安装在L板(3)的水平板上,平板(2)的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮(4)和从动齿轮(5),主动齿轮(4)和从动齿轮(5)啮合,传动装置的输入端与伺服电机(1)的输出端连接,传动装置的输出端与主动齿轮(4)的转轴连接,油缸(6)垂直于从动齿轮(5)的端面设置,油缸(6)的活塞杆上设置有挂钩(7),平板(2)和L板(3)上均设置有吊耳(8)。该挂架可以提高喷涂质量、提高喷漆效率、夹持钢瓶牢固、极大减轻工人劳动强度。

一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及夹持钢瓶的技术领域, 特别是一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架。
背景技术
[0002] 目前, 钢瓶包括不同压力、 不同容积、 不同结构形式和不同材料用以贮运永久 气体, 液化气体和溶解气体的一次性或可重复充气的移动式的压力容器。 钢瓶 的高度各不相同, 一些钢瓶用于盛装液态气体, 如液氮、 液氨、 液化天然气、 液氧等, 一些钢瓶用于盛装工业气体, 如氩气、 氮气、 氢气等。
[0003] 在钢瓶生产厂, 钢瓶的加工工艺为: 先通过铸造两板带有型腔的钢瓶, 再将两 半部分焊接, 焊接成型后对钢瓶的外表面进行打磨, 打磨后通过油漆喷枪对钢 瓶表面进行喷涂, 然而, 在喷油漆的过程中, 由于钢瓶的重量大, 工人无法将 其旋转, 因此, 工人只好围绕着钢瓶进行喷涂, 工人一边手持喷枪, 一边围绕 着钢瓶对其喷涂, 这无疑是增大了工人的劳动强度, 而且还会使油漆四处溅射 , 严重损坏了周围环境。 而且, 喷漆结束后, 检査是否喷涂彻底, 也非常困难 技术问题
[0004] 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点, 提供一种提高喷涂质量、 提高喷漆效 率、 夹持钢瓶牢固、 极大减轻工人劳动强度、 操作简单的油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂 架。

[0005] 本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架, 它包括 伺服电机、 平板和传动装置, 所述的平板的端面上设置有 L板, 所述的伺服电机 垂向设置, 且伺服电机固定安装在 L板的水平板上, 平板的下表面转轴旋转安装 有主动齿轮和从动齿轮, 主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合, 所述的传动装置的输入端 与伺服电机的输出端连接, 传动装置的输出端与主动齿轮的转轴连接, 所述的
从动齿轮的下端设置有油缸, 油缸垂直于从动齿轮的端面设置, 油缸的活塞杆 上设置有挂钩, 所述的平板和 L板上均设置有吊耳。
[0006] 所述的传动装置由主动皮带轮、 从动皮带轮和平带组成, 主动皮带轮安装在伺 服电机的输出端, 从动皮带轮安装在主动皮带轮的转轴上, 主动皮带轮与从动 皮带轮之间安装有平带。

[0013] 如图 1或图 2所示, 一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架, 它包括伺服电机 1、 平板 2和传 动装置, 所述的平板 2的端面上设置有 L板 3, 所述的伺服电机 1垂向设置, 且伺 服电机 1固定安装在 L板 3的水平板上, 平板 2的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮 4 和从动齿轮 5, 从动齿轮 5设置在伺服电机 1与主动齿轮 4之间, 主动齿轮 4和从动 齿轮 5啮合, 传动装置由主动皮带轮 9、 从动皮带轮 10和平带 11组成, 主动皮带 轮 9安装在伺服电机 1的输出端, 从动皮带轮 10安装在主动皮带轮 9的转轴上, 主 动皮带轮 9与从动皮带轮 10之间安装有平带 11。
[0014] 如图 1或图 2所示, 从动齿轮 5的下端设置有油缸 6, 油缸 6垂直于从动齿轮 5的端 面设置, 油缸 6的活塞杆上设置有挂钩 7, 当要悬挂钢瓶吋, 先控制油缸 6的活塞 杆伸出, 再使挂钩 7横向贯穿钢瓶顶部的耳口, 随后控制油缸 6的活塞杆缩回, 从而将待喷漆的钢瓶吊起, 无须人工向上抬起钢瓶, 减轻了工人的劳动强度。 所述的平板 2和 L板 3上均设置有吊耳 8, 通过钢丝绳能够将吊耳 8与厂房顶部的横 梁连接。
[0015] 本发明的工作步骤如下:
[0016] Sl、 先通过钢丝绳连接吊耳 8与厂房顶部的横梁, 以将该挂架固定;
[0017] S2、 钢瓶的上架, 先控制油缸 6的活塞杆伸出, 再使挂钩 7横向贯穿钢瓶顶部的 耳口, 随后控制油缸 6的活塞杆缩回, 从而实现了将待喷漆的钢瓶吊起;
[0018] S3、 钢瓶表面的喷漆, 启动伺服电机 1, 伺服电机 1带动主动皮带轮 9转动, 主 动皮带轮 9带动从动皮带轮 10转动, 从动皮带轮 10带动主动齿轮 4转动, 主动齿 轮 4驱动从动齿轮 5转动, 从动齿轮 5带动其下的钢瓶做缓慢的旋转运动, 此吋, 工人即可原地不动的手持喷枪对钢瓶表面进行喷涂, 极大减轻了工人的劳动强 度, 提高了喷漆效率, 而且很容易检测钢瓶表面是否被喷涂彻底, 实现了钢瓶 表面的喷漆;
[0019] S4、 步骤 S3结束后, 再次控制油缸 6的活塞杆伸出, 从而方便了工人将喷漆后 的钢瓶卸下。

平板 (2) 和传动装置, 所述的平板 (2) 的端面上设置有 US (3) , 所述的伺服电机 (1) 垂向设置, 且伺服电机 (1) 固定安装在 US (3) 的水平板上, 平板 (2) 的下表面转轴旋转安装有主动齿轮 (4 ) 和从动齿轮 (5) , 主动齿轮 (4) 和从动齿轮 (5) 啮合, 所述的 传动装置的输入端与伺服电机 (1) 的输出端连接, 传动装置的输出 端与主动齿轮 (4) 的转轴连接, 所述的从动齿轮 (5) 的下端设置有 油缸 (6) , 油缸 (6) 垂直于从动齿轮 (5) 的端面设置, 油缸 (6) 的活塞杆上设置有挂钩 (7) , 所述的平板 (2) 和 US (3) 上均设 置有吊耳 (8) 。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种油缸式夹持钢瓶的挂架, 其特征在于: 所 述的传动装置由主动皮带轮 (9) 、 从动皮带轮 (10) 和平带 (11) 组成, 主动皮带轮 (9) 安装在伺服电机 (1) 的输出端, 从动皮带轮 ( 10) 安装在主动皮带轮 (9) 的转轴上, 主动皮带轮 (9) 与从动皮 带轮 (10) 之间安装有平带 (11) 。
