本实用新型涉及烹饪设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能烹调装置。
背景技术
现在人们的烹调有多种方式,如蒸、煮、烧等。由各种烹饪方式也产生了多种饮食文化,如火锅,烧烤等。但是,现有的烹调设备大多需要复杂的人工参入,比如需要服务员点火,需要用餐人手动添加食材等。以火锅为例,多种不同食材需要客人自主添加,而客人不全是具备烹饪经验的,因此容易搞错添加食材的时间,控制烹饪时间,并且,由于不能一次清理全部已添加食材,容易导致先添加的食材过于烂熟,影响服务体验。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种智能烹调装置,用于解决现有烹调装置过多人工参入,影响用户体验的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提出的技术方案为:
本实用新型的一种智能烹调装置,其包括:烹调炉台,所述烹调炉台中部设有一升降组件,所述升降组件下方设有至少一烹调锅,所述烹调锅下方均设有加热器,所述的烹调锅内设有可升降的蒸格,以及控制所述升降组件升降的控制板;其中,所述烹调锅受控制于所述升降组件,伸出所述烹调炉台的台面。
其中,所述的升降组件上方还设有一排气组件。
其中,所述的排气组件包括排气管,连接于排气管的风机,以及连接于排气管出口端的烟气净化装置。
其中,所述的排气组件还包括连接于所述排气管上端口的烟气收集罩。
其中,所述的烟气收集罩内还设有一可调节亮度的照明灯。
其中,所述的升降组件包括电机,由所述电机驱动的升降螺杆,所述升降螺杆连接于所述烹调锅。
其中,所述的升降组件还包括一用于控制蒸格上下移动的升降装置。
其中,所述的升降装置包括电机和升降杆,所述升降杆一端连接于蒸格。
其中,所述的排气组件还包括一传感器,所述传感器实时检测烹调锅内散发烟气量,并由所述控制板控制风机转速。
其中,所述的烹调锅下方还设有一支撑架,所述支撑件上环绕烹调锅设有限位部。
与现有技术相比,该实用新型的一种智能烹调装置,其为传统的火锅,烧烤,蒸煮设备提供更加智能人性化的便利,烹调锅可升降,拆卸,方便清洗,若需要点火,也很便捷;在烹调锅内设计有蒸格,从而可方便将已经分类煮好的食物自动打捞起来,防止过度加工,而导致营养美味损失,同时,还设计有自动排气组件,从而防止火锅等烹饪烟气的散发。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图,对本实用新型予以进一步地详尽阐述。
请参阅附图1至附图5,该种智能烹调装置,其包括:烹调炉台1,所述烹调炉台1中部设有一升降组件2,所述升降组件2下方设有至少一烹调锅3,所述烹调锅3下方均设有加热器4,所述的烹调锅3内设有可升降的蒸格6,以及控制所述升降组件2升降的控制板5;其中,所述烹调锅3受控制于所述升降组件2,伸出所述烹调炉台1的台面。
请再次参阅附图1和附图2,所述的升降组件2上方还设有一排气组件7。其中,所述的排气组件7包括排气管71,连接于排气管的风机,以及连接于排气管71出口端的烟气净化装置74。更具体的,所述的排气组件7还包括连接于所述排气管71上端口的烟气收集罩72。该烟气收集罩72根据烹调锅3的数据而定,在每个烹调锅3上方设置一个烟气收集罩72。在本实施例中,烹调锅3的数目为四,因此上述烟气收集罩72的数目也为四。其中,排气管71的一端开口设于该烟气收集罩72内。
请参阅附图2,所述的烟气收集罩72内还设有一可调节亮度的照明灯73。该照明灯73可根据用户的需要,提供多种颜色,不同亮度可调节。为了提高该智能烹调装置的节能效应,在烟气收集罩72上还设有一烟气量检测装置,即传感器,通过检测烹调锅蒸发出来烟气量,从而由控制板进行智能控制,根据烟气量大小进行调节风机的转速,从而达到节能高效。
请参阅附图4,所述的升降组件2包括电机21,由所述电机21驱动的升降螺杆22,所述升降螺杆22连接于所述烹调锅3。即,在每个烹调锅3上连接一升降组件2,所有烹调锅3可一次性同时升降,也可以分开独立升降,可根据使用者的需要。
进一步的,所述的升降组件2还包括一用于控制蒸格6上下移动的升降装置。该升降装置包括电机和升降杆,所述升降杆一端连接于蒸格。可单独控制蒸格6沉入烹调锅3锅底,也可以伸出烹调锅。从而实现自动将烹煮熟的食物打捞起来,防止过时加工导致,美味的损失。
具体的,所述的蒸格6为一滤网。该滤网的形状跟随烹调锅3的形状。
请参阅附图2和附图3,所述烹调炉台1包括以桌面11,设于所述桌面11四个拐角的支撑脚12,所述桌面11上还设有多个操作按钮13。如用户呼叫服务的服务按钮,一键升降烹调锅3,或蒸格的按钮,调光按钮等。
其中,需要补充说明的是,上述控制板,不仅控制电机动作,还具备通信功能,其可与手机连接,可通过网络在手机端APP进行点菜,预约,买单,推荐等功能。
请再次参阅附图5,其为烹调锅3的支撑件8,所述支撑件8上环绕于烹调锅3四周设有若干限位部82。另外,所述桌面11底部与烹调锅3锅臂交汇处还设有限位凸块,防止烹调锅3被升降组件提升失位。
在该实施例中,在每个烹调锅3下方均设有一个加热器4,在其他实施例中,也可以是多个烹调锅3由同一加热器进行加热。

  1. 一种智能烹调装置,其特征在于,包括:烹调炉台,所述烹调炉台中部设有一升降组件,所述升降组件下方设有至少一烹调锅,所述烹调锅下方均设有加热器,所述的烹调锅内设有可升降的蒸格,以及控制所述升降组件升降的控制板;其中,所述烹调锅受控制于所述升降组件,伸出所述烹调炉台的台面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的升降组件上方还设有一排气组件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的排气组件包括排气管,连接于排气管的风机,以及连接于排气管出口端的烟气净化装置。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的排气组件还包括连接于所述排气管上端口的烟气收集罩。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的烟气收集罩内还设有一可调节亮度的照明灯。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的升降组件包括电机,由所述电机驱动的升降螺杆,所述升降螺杆连接于所述烹调锅。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的升降组件还包括一用于带动蒸格上下移动的升降装置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的升降装置包括电机和升降杆,所述升降杆一端连接于蒸格。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的排气组件还包括一传感器,所述传感器实时检测烹调锅内散发烟气量,并由所述控制板控制风机转速。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的智能烹调装置,其特征在于,所述的烹调锅下方还设有一支撑架,所述支撑件上环绕烹调锅设有限位部。
