本発明の第1実施形態に係る空気調和機の構成の概要について図1及び図2を用いて説明する。図1に示す空気調和機1は、室内の壁面WLなどに取り付けられる室内機2と、屋外に設置される室外機3とを備えている。図2は、空気調和機1の回路図である。この空気調和機1は、冷凍回路10を備えており、冷凍回路10の中の冷媒を循環させることにより蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルを実行することができる。この冷凍回路10に冷媒を循環させるために、連絡配管4によって、室内機2と室外機3が接続されている。

また、上記第1実施形態のように電装部100とICカートリッジ200のみで無線アダプタのスイッチ機能の機能分担を行うのではなく、空気調和機1において、電装部100とICカートリッジ200とスマートフォン6で無線アダプタの機能分担を行ってもよい。例えば、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aに、MODEボタン全てを割り付けることもできる。言い換えると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部がスマートフォン6に配置されてもよいということである。つまり、ICカートリッジ200とスマートフォン6が協働して無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を発揮してもよいということである。なお、上記第1実施形態では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能が2つの場合について説明したが、スイッチ機能を3つ以上持たせてもよく、その場合には電装部100とICカートリッジ200とスマートフォン6が協働して無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を発揮するように構成することもできる。また、スマートフォン6の場合には、インターネットによる空気調和機1とスマートフォン6の接続を確立する必要があるため、リモートコントローラ5のように、WPSボタン201をタッチスクリーン6aに割り付けることはできない。
上記第1実施形態では、ICカートリッジ200が挿抜されるコネクタ150は、表示用プリント配線基板36に実装されている。しかし、本発明においては、ICカートリッジ200が挿抜されるコネクタが必ずしも表示用プリント配線基板36などの配線基板に実装されていなくてもよい。例えば、図11に示されているように、表示用プリント配線基板36の端子台361にハーネス362によって接続されているコネクタ150Aに対して、ICカートリッジ200が挿抜されるように構成されてもよい。このコネクタ150Aは、例えば、本体ケーシング2aに固定される。
上記第1実施形態のICカートリッジ200では、接続端子203を露出するための絶縁ケース210に開口部217が形成されている。しかし、本発明に係るICカートリッジの構成は、ICカートリッジ200のように接続端子203の露出部分だけに開口部217が形成されているものには限られない。例えば、図12に示されているICカートリッジ200Bのように、接続端子203の周囲を覆わない絶縁ケース210Bが用いられてもよい。このICカートリッジ200Bの場合にも、電気回路220Bは、絶縁ケース210Bで覆われおり、ICカートリッジ200Bがコネクタ150Bに差し込まれた状態では接続端子203を含め電気回路220Bのいずれの部分にも作業者が触れることができない構造になっている。
上述の説明では、ICカートリッジ200を引き抜くときに、作業者の力のみで引き抜くように構成されている場合について説明している。しかし、挿抜の方法はこのような態様に限られるものではなく、例えば、SD(Secure Digital)カードのように、一回押し込むとロックが掛かり、ロックが掛かった状態で再度押し込むとロックが外れてバネの力でカードが押し戻されるように作業者の力以外の動力を用いる構成となっていてもよい。

以上説明したように、上述のICカートリッジ200,200Bでは、絶縁ケース210,210Bが無線ICチップ250及びアンテナ230を含む電気回路220,220Bの全体を覆っている。このことから、作業者がICカートリッジ200,200Bを手で掴んで接続端子203をコネクタ150,150A,150Bに挿入したり抜去したりしても作業者の手が接続端子203とコネクタ150,150A,150Bが接続された後に電気回路220,220Bに接触することがないので、安全にICカートリッジ200,200Bを取り扱うことができる。また、接続端子203がコネクタ150,150A,150Bに挿入されることによって絶縁ケース210,210Bが環境調整装置である空気調和機1に支持される。そして、接続端子203がコネクタ150,150A,150Bから抜去されることによって空気調和機1から絶縁ケース210,210Bが分離される。従って、ICカートリッジ200,200Bの取り付け作業及び取り外し作業が容易になるので、無線機能を付加する作業を省くために従来のように無線アダプタの内蔵化を行う必要がなくなる。さらには、空気調和機1として無線に係る認証を受けるのではなくて、ICカートリッジ200,200Bで無線に係る認証を受ければよくなる場合もある。通常、ICカートリッジ200,200Bで、無線に係る認証を受ける方が、空気調和機1として無線に係る認証を受ける方よりも容易であるケースが多い。特に、バージョンアップをする場合にバージョンアップされた新たなICカートリッジ200,200Bが認証を受けていれば、その認証を受けたICカートリッジ200,200Bを空気調和機1に装着すればよいだけであるので、無線機能のバージョンアップが簡単に行える。以上の結果から、ICカートリッジ200,200Bを用いていることで、安価に無線機能を環境調整装置に付加することができることが分かる。
また、絶縁ケース210は、電気回路220の周囲に沿面距離を延ばすための絶縁構造である凹凸構造204が形成されている。このICカートリッジ200では、絶縁ケース210の絶縁構造により電気回路220の周囲の沿面距離が延ばされるから、絶縁ケース210により電気回路220に対して十分な絶縁を確保することができる。なお、上記第1実施形態では、沿面距離を延ばすために凹凸構造204を用いているが、例えば、第2縁部212の縁212aに向かって斜めに傾斜させる傾斜構造又はC字形状に折り返す折り返し構造などの凹凸構造204以外の絶縁構造を、沿面距離を延ばすための絶縁構造として適用してもよい。
上述のように、絶縁ケース210は、絶縁構造として、第2縁部212の縁212aと電気回路220との間の内面に凹凸構造204を有している。従って、電気回路220から第2縁部212の縁212aまでの沿面距離が凸部218及び凹部219の側面の分だけ延長されているので、絶縁ケース210が小型でも電気回路220と第2縁部212の縁212aとが十分に隔てられている。その結果、電気回路220から縁212aまでの距離を適切に設定して電気回路220と縁212aとの間で十分な絶縁を確保することができ、第2縁部212を手で掴んだり押したりする作業者の安全を確保することができる。なお、上記第1実施形態では、凸部218及び凹部219が断面矩形の形状を呈しているが、断面が例えばサインカーブのような曲線状の凹凸であってもよく、凹凸構造204を形成するための凹部と凸部の形状は矩形に限られるものではない。
上記第1実施形態のICカートリッジ200では、接続端子203の配置されている第1縁部211の反対側にある第2縁部212に近接する場所までアンテナ230が延在されている。コネクタ150及びコネクタ150周辺の金属部分からアンテナ230を離して配置することができるので、アンテナ230で送受信される電波がコネクタ150やコネクタ150に接続されている回路などの影響を受けるのを抑制することができる。
ICカートリッジ200,200Bにおいては、絶縁ケース210,210Bがコネクタ150,150A,150Bに近づく向きに移動されることにより、接続端子203がコネクタ150,150A,150Bに挿入される。また、ICカートリッジ200,200Bは、コネクタ150,150A,150Bに接続端子203が挿入された状態で少なくとも無線ICチップ250が空気調和機1の内部に収納される。さらにICカートリッジ200,200Bは、絶縁ケース210,210Bがコネクタ150,150A,150Bから離れる向きに移動されることにより、接続端子203がコネクタ150,150A,150Bから抜去されるように構成されている。
上記第1実施形態では、環境調整装置である空気調和機1がICカートリッジ200,200Bを備えている。例えば、空気調和機1に無線機能を付加するために、各国によって方式は異なるものの、無線認証を要するケースがある。無線認証を得る場合に、空気調和機1について無線認証を受けることも、ICカートリッジ200,200Bについて無線認証を受けるとことも可能な場合がある。このような場合、空気調和機1で無線認証を受けていると、無線機能のバージョンアップのときに再度空気調和機1で無線認証を取り直さなければならないケースが生じることがある。それに対して、ICカートリッジ200,200Bで無線認証を受けていれば、バージョンアップ後のICカートリッジ200,200Bに差し替えるだけで、空気調和機1の無線機能のバージョンアップを完了することができ、空気調和機1の無線機能のバージョンアップなどを安価に行える。上記(4-1)で説明した事項も合わせて、空気調和機1によれば、ICカートリッジ200,200Bにより無線機能を安価にかつ安全に付加することができる。
上記第1実施形態の空気調和機1は、本体ケーシング2a内に設けられ、複数の電気部品が設置されている電装部100を備えている。無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部が電装部100に配置されている。具体的には、スイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として、図9に示されているように、表示用プリント配線基板36に配置されたスイッチ311を空気調和機1が備えている。また、表示機能を形成する電気部品として、表示用プリント配線基板36に配置されたLED321,322,323を空気調和機1が備えている。また、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、DC-DCコンバータ330を空気調和機1が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部100が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部100とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。
上記の変形例1B,1Cで説明した空気調和機1は、電装部100との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ5を備えている。変形例1B,1Cの空気調和機1では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部がリモートコントローラ5に配置されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部100が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部100とリモートコントローラ5が協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。具体的には、変形例1Bにおいて、リモートコントローラ5の液晶表示部5aが、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品である。また、変形例1Cにおいて、リモートコントローラ5のボタン5bが、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品である。
上記の変形例1D,1Eで説明した空気調和機1において、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の少なくとも一部がスマートフォン6で実現される。具体的には、変形例1Dにおいて、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aが、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品である。また、変形例1Eにおいて、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aが、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品である。
第1実施形態の空気調和機1は、図6を用いて説明したように、本体ケーシング2aの内部に設置されている金属部材を備えている。空気調和機1が備える金属部材は、例えば、室内熱交換器16、銅配管17、金属製の電装品箱190及び金属製の据え付け板2eである。コネクタ150は、ICカートリッジ200が挿入された状態でアンテナ230からこれらの金属部材までの距離が20mm以上離れる場所に配置されている。
(5)空気清浄機の外観
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る環境調整装置として、空気清浄機を例に挙げて説明する。第2実施形態に係る空気清浄機は、屋内の環境の調整に使用される情報として、例えば、電源のオン/オフ、風量、風向、加湿を行うか否か、コロナ放電を行なうか否か、及びストリーマ放電を行なうか否かなどの情報の全部又は一部を、上述のICカートリッジ200を挿入することにより送受信するように構成される。なお、以下の説明において、上、下、左、右、正面(前)、背面(後)といった方向を示す語句を用いているが、これらの方向は、特にことわりのない限り、図13に示す方向を意味する。
図14は、空気清浄機400の分解斜視図である。図14に示されているように、本体ケーシング410は、前面パネル413、背面パネル414及び底フレーム415を含んでいる。また、電装部490は、操作パネル420と電装品ユニット425とを含んでいる。この空気清浄機400には、例えば空気清浄モード、除湿モード及び加湿モードの運転モードが設定されており、操作パネル420又はリモートコントローラ430の操作によって運転モードが切り換えられる。空気清浄機400は、これら前面パネル413、背面パネル414及び底フレーム415に囲まれた空間内に、電装品ユニット425、コロナ放電ユニット431、ストリーマ放電ユニット432、フィルタユニット440、前フレーム455、除湿フレーム456、後フレーム457、冷凍サイクルユニット460、加湿ユニット470及びファンユニット480を備えている。
空気清浄機400においても、電装部490の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部490に配置されている。具体的には、スイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として、操作パネル420に配置されたボタン421を空気清浄機400が備えている。また、表示機能を形成する電気部品として、操作パネル420に配置された液晶表示装置422を空気清浄機400が備えている。また、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部427を空気清浄機400が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部490が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部490とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。
空気清浄機400は、電装部490との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ430を備えている。空気清浄機400では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ430に配置されてもよい。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部490が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部490とリモートコントローラ430が協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。例えば、リモートコントローラ430の液晶表示部436を、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品としてもよい。また、リモートコントローラ430のボタン435を、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品としてもよい。このように構成すると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ430に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ430に配置されることにより、空気清浄機400のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
また、空気清浄機400においても、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の一部がスマートフォン6で実現されてもよい。そのようにする場合には、例えば、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品としてもよい。また、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品としてもよい。このように構成すると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されることにより、空気清浄機400のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
本体ケーシング410の左側面には、外蓋417と内壁418が設けられている。そして、内壁418には、スロット入口419が形成されている。このスロット入口419を使ってICカートリッジ200の挿抜が行われる。外蓋417と内壁418の間に作業空間WSが形成されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に差し込まれた状態において、この外蓋417で覆われる作業空間WSに、ICカートリッジ200の第2縁部212が突出するように、本体ケーシング410が構成されている。作業者は、外蓋417を開けて第2縁部212を例えば手で掴むことにより、ICカートリッジ200の挿抜を行うことができる。なお、本体ケーシング410が金属板で形成される場合には、ICカートリッジ200が電波の送受信を行えるように、外蓋417は、例えば電波を透過させることのできる樹脂板で構成する。また、内壁418も電波を透過させることができる樹脂で形成することが好ましい。
(11)床暖房装置の概要
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る環境調整装置として、床暖房装置を例に挙げて説明する。第3実施形態に係る床暖房装置は、屋内の環境の調整に使用される情報として、床暖房を行うか否か、及び床温度の温度設定などの情報の全部又は一部を、上述のICカートリッジ200を挿入することにより送受信するように構成される。
図16に示されているヒートポンプユニット502は、圧縮機520と、水熱交換器506と、空気熱交換器522と、膨張弁523と、四路切換弁524と、アキュムレータ525を備える。すなわち、四路切換弁524の一方の1次ポートが圧縮機520の吐出管に接続され、四路切換弁524の他方の1次ポートがアキュムレータ525を介して圧縮機520の吸込管に接続されている。四路切換弁524の一方の2次ポートが水熱交換器506のガス出入口管に接続され、四路切換弁524の他方の2次ポートが空気熱交換器522のガス出入口管に接続されている。さらに、水熱交換器506の液出入口管と膨張弁523の一方出入口とが接続され、膨張弁523の他方出入口と空気熱交換器522の液出入口管が接続されている。また、空気熱交換器522にはファン533が付設されている。
床暖房装置500においても、電装部590の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部590に配置されてもよい。例えば、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部593を床暖房装置500が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部590が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部590とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。
ヒートポンプユニット502は、電装部590との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ580を備えている。ヒートポンプユニット502では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ580に配置されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部590が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部590とリモートコントローラ580が協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。例えば、リモートコントローラ580の液晶表示装置581を、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、リモートコントローラ580のボタン582を、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。このように構成すると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ580に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ580に配置されることにより、床暖房装置500のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
また、ヒートポンプユニット502においても、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の一部がスマートフォン6で実現される。例えば、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されることにより、ヒートポンプユニット502のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
本体ケーシング565の左側面には、外蓋557と内壁558が設けられている(図16参照)。そして、内壁558及び電装品箱571には、スロット入口559が形成されている。このスロット入口559を使ってICカートリッジ200の挿抜が行われる。外蓋557と内壁558の間に作業空間WSが形成されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に差し込まれた状態において、この外蓋557で覆われる作業空間WSに、ICカートリッジ200の第2縁部212が突出するように、本体ケーシング565が構成されている。作業者は、外蓋557を開けて第2縁部212を例えば手で掴むことにより、ICカートリッジ200の挿抜を行うことができる。なお、本体ケーシング565が金属板で形成される場合には、ICカートリッジ200が電波の送受信を行えるように、外蓋557は、例えば電波を透過させることのできる樹脂板で構成する。また、内壁558も電波を透過させることができる樹脂で形成することが好ましい。
(17)給湯システムの概要
次に、本発明の第4実施形態に係る環境調整装置として、給湯システムを例に挙げて説明する。第4実施形態に係る給湯システムは、屋内の環境の調整に使用される情報として、給湯を行うか否か、浴槽の湯張りを行うか否か、浴槽の湯の追い焚きを行うか否か、及び給湯温度の温度設定などの情報の全部又は一部を、上述のICカートリッジ200を挿入することにより送受信するように構成される。
給湯器602は、ヒートポンプユニット621、貯湯タンク622及び第2水熱交換器623を有している。図20にはヒートポンプユニット621と貯湯タンク622の外観が示されている。ヒートポンプユニット621は、空気熱交換器625、圧縮機626、第1水熱交換器627及び膨張弁628を有しており、これらは順次接続されて冷凍回路を構成している。ヒートポンプユニット621は、空気熱交換器625において大気中の熱を汲み上げて冷媒に伝える。圧縮機626においては、冷媒が圧縮されて、高温化された冷媒が、第1水熱交換器627において配管629を流れる水に冷媒の熱を伝える。膨張弁628においては冷媒が減圧されて低温化され、低温化された冷媒が空気熱交換器625に送られる。
給湯システム600においても、電装部690の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部690に配置されてもよい。例えば、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部672を給湯システム600が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部690が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部690とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。
給湯システム600においても、電装部690の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部690に配置されてもよい。例えば、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部672を給湯システム600が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部690が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部690とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。
ヒートポンプユニット621は、電装部690との間でデータの送受信が行える台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605を備えている。ヒートポンプユニット621では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605に配置されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部690が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部690と台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605が協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。例えば、台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605の液晶表示装置606,607を、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605のボタン608,609を、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。このように構成すると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部が台所用リモートコントローラ604及び浴室用リモートコントローラ605に配置されることにより、ヒートポンプユニット621のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
また、ヒートポンプユニット621においても、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の一部がスマートフォン6で実現される。例えば、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されることにより、ヒートポンプユニット621のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
本体ケーシング650の前面には、外蓋651と内壁652が設けられている。そして、内壁652には、スロット入口653が形成されている。このスロット入口653を使ってICカートリッジ200の挿抜が行われる。外蓋651と内壁652の間に作業空間WSが形成されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に差し込まれた状態において、この外蓋651で覆われる作業空間WSに、ICカートリッジ200の第2縁部212が突出するように、本体ケーシング650が構成されている。作業者は、外蓋651を開けて第2縁部212を例えば手で掴むことにより、ICカートリッジ200の挿抜を行うことができる。なお、本体ケーシング650が金属板で形成される場合には、ICカートリッジ200が電波の送受信を行えるように、外蓋651は、例えば電波を透過させることのできる樹脂板で構成する。また、内壁652も電波を透過させることができる樹脂で形成することが好ましい。
(24)調湿装置の概要
次に、本発明の第5実施形態に係る環境調整装置として、調湿装置を例に挙げて説明する。第5実施形態に係る調湿装置は、屋内の環境の調整に使用される情報として、換気を行うか否か、調湿を行うか否か、及び室内湿度の設定湿度などの情報の全部又は一部を、上述のICカートリッジ200を挿入することにより送受信するように構成される。
除湿運転は、室外の温度と湿度とが比較的高い条件下で実行される。除湿運転では、室外空気OAが除湿され、除湿後の供給空気SAが室内へ供給される。同時に、室内空気RAが排出空気EAとして室外へ排出される。除湿運転では、第1状態と第2状態とが所定間隔で交互に切り換えられる。
加湿運転は、室外の温度と湿度とが比較的低い条件下で実行される。加湿運転では、室外空気OAが加湿され、加湿後の供給空気SAが室内へ供給される。同時に、室内空気RAが排出空気EAとして室外へ排出される。加湿運転では、第1状態と第2状態とが所定間隔で交互に切り換えられる。
図21に示すように、調湿装置700は、CPUやROMを用いて構成されるマイクロコンピュータ740と、各種のセンサとを備えている。マイクロコンピュータ740は、運転条件並びに複数の湿度センサ(図示せず)及び複数の温度センサ(図示せず)の検出結果に応じて、圧縮機701の運転容量や主膨張弁706及び再加熱用膨張弁708の開度を調節する。また、マイクロコンピュータ740は、運転条件に応じて、複数のダンパ(図示せず)の開閉状態や、複数のファン(図示せず)の風量を調節する。このマイクロコンピュータ740では、種々のセンサの検出値に基づいて、調湿装置700の必要な調湿能力(除湿運転時の除湿負荷や加湿運転時の加湿負荷)が求められる。そして、マイクロコンピュータ740は、この調湿能力を満たすように圧縮機701の運転周波数を制御する。
調湿装置700においても、電装部790の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部790に配置されてもよい。例えば、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部793を調湿装置700が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部790が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部790とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。
調湿装置700においても、電装部790の複数の電気部品のうち、無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部790に配置されてもよい。例えば、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部793を調湿装置700が備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部790が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部790とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されてもよい。
調湿装置700は、電装部790との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ750を備えている。調湿装置700では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ750に配置されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部790が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部790とリモートコントローラ750が協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。例えば、リモートコントローラ750の液晶表示装置751を、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、リモートコントローラ750のボタン752を、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。このように構成すると、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ750に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がリモートコントローラ750に配置されることにより、調湿装置700のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
また、調湿装置700においても、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の一部がスマートフォン6で実現される。例えば、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。また、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aを、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として兼用してもよい。無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されていることから、ICカートリッジ200の電気部品点数を減らしてICカートリッジ200を簡素化して小型化することができる。このように、無線機能の付加に必要な電気部品の一部がスマートフォン6に配置されることにより、調湿装置700のICカートリッジ200が安価で取り扱い易いものになる。
本体ケーシング720の前面には、外蓋731と内壁732が設けられている。そして、内壁732には、スロット入口733が形成されている。このスロット入口733を使ってICカートリッジ200の挿抜が行われる。外蓋731と内壁732の間に作業空間WSが形成されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に差し込まれた状態において、この外蓋731で覆われる作業空間WSに、ICカートリッジ200の第2縁部212が突出するように、本体ケーシング720が構成されている。作業者は、外蓋731を開けて第2縁部212を例えば手で掴むことにより、ICカートリッジ200の挿抜を行うことができる。なお、本体ケーシング720が金属板で形成される場合には、ICカートリッジ200が電波の送受信を行えるように、外蓋731は、例えば電波を透過させることのできる樹脂板で構成する。また、内壁732も電波を透過させることができる樹脂で形成することが好ましい。

以上説明した第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態において、上述のICカートリッジ200では、絶縁ケース210が無線ICチップ250及びアンテナ230を含む電気回路220の全体を覆っている。このことから、作業者がICカートリッジ200を手で掴んで接続端子203をコネクタ150に挿入したり抜去したりしても作業者の手が接続端子203とコネクタ150が接続された後に電気回路220に接触することがないので、安全にICカートリッジ200を取り扱うことができる。また、接続端子203がコネクタ150に挿入されることによって絶縁ケース210が環境調整装置である空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700にそれぞれ支持される。そして、接続端子203がコネクタ150から抜去されることによって空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700から絶縁ケース210がそれぞれ分離される。従って、ICカートリッジ200の取り付け作業及び取り外し作業が容易になるので、無線機能を付加する作業を省くために従来のように無線アダプタの内蔵化を行う必要がなくなる。さらには、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700としてそれぞれ無線に係る認証を受けるのではなくて、ICカートリッジ200で無線に係る認証を受ければよくなる場合もある。通常、ICカートリッジ200で、無線に係る認証を受ける方が、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700としてそれぞれに無線に係る認証を受ける方よりも容易である。特に、バージョンアップをする場合にバージョンアップされた新たなICカートリッジ200が認証を受けていれば、その認証を受けたICカートリッジ200を空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700にそれぞれ装着すればよいだけであるので、無線機能のバージョンアップが簡単に行える。以上の結果から、ICカートリッジ200を用いていることで、安価に無線機能を環境調整装置に付加することができることが分かる。
上記第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態のICカートリッジ200でも、第1実施形態の場合と同様に、絶縁ケース210がコネクタ150に近づく向きに移動されることにより、接続端子203がコネクタ150に挿入される。また、ICカートリッジ200は、コネクタ150に接続端子203が挿入された状態で少なくとも無線ICチップ250が空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600又は調湿装置700の内部に収納される。さらにICカートリッジ200は、絶縁ケース210がコネクタ150から離れる向きに移動されることにより、接続端子203がコネクタ150から抜去されるように構成されている。
上記第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態では、環境調整装置である空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のいずれもがICカートリッジ200を備えている。例えば、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のうちのいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせに無線機能を付加するために、各国によって方式は異なるものの、無線認証を要するケースがある。無線認証を得る場合に、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせについて無線認証を受けることも、ICカートリッジ200について無線認証を受けるとことも可能な場合がある。このような場合、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせで無線認証を受けていると、無線機能のバージョンアップのときに再度空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせで無線認証を取り直さなければならないケースが生じることがある。それに対して、ICカートリッジ200で無線認証を受けていれば、バージョンアップ後のICカートリッジ200に差し替えるだけで、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700のうちのいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせの無線機能のバージョンアップを完了することができ、無線機能のバージョンアップなどを安価に行える。上記(33-1)で説明した事項も合わせて、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700農地のいずれか又はそれらの組み合わせによれば、ICカートリッジ200により無線機能を安価にかつ安全に付加することができる。
上記第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態の空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700は、それぞれ本体ケーシング410,565,650,720内に設けられ、複数の電気部品が設置されている電装部490,590,690,790を備えている。無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部が電装部490,590,690,790に配置されている。例えば、スイッチ機能を形成する電気部品として、図13に示されているように、操作パネル420に配置されたボタン421を空気清浄機400が備えている。また、表示機能を形成する電気部品として、操作パネル420に配置された液晶表示装置422を空気清浄機400が備えている。また、電源機能を形成する電気部品として、電源部427,593,672,793を空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700がそれぞれ備えている。そして、ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部490,590,690,790がそれぞれ回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部100とが協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。
上記の第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態で説明した空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700は、それぞれ電装部490,590,690,790との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ430,580,604,605,750をそれぞれ備えている。第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態の空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700では、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の一部がそれぞれのリモートコントローラ430,580,604,605,750に配置されている。ICカートリッジ200がコネクタ150に挿入された状態でICカートリッジ200と電装部490,590,690,790が回路接続されてICカートリッジ200と電装部490,590,690,790とリモートコントローラ430,580,604,605,750がそれぞれ協働して無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている。具体的には、リモートコントローラ430,580,604,605,750の液晶表示装置422,581、606,607,751が、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品である。また、リモートコントローラ430,580,604,605,750のボタン435,582,608,609,752が、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能をそれぞれ形成する電気部品である。
上記の第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態で説明した空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700において、ICカートリッジ200は、スマートフォン6との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成されている。そして、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能の内の一部がスマートフォン6で実現される。具体的には、変形例1Dにおいて、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aが、無線アダプタの表示機能を形成する電気部品である。また、スマートフォン6のタッチスクリーン6aが、無線アダプタのスイッチ機能を形成する電気部品である。
第2実施形態乃至第5実施形態の空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700は、本体ケーシング410,565,650,720及びその内部に設けられている金属部材を備えている。例えば、本体ケーシング410,565,650,720が金属部材であるときは外蓋417,557,651,731を電波が透過する樹脂で形成する。コネクタ150は、ICカートリッジ200が挿入された状態でアンテナ230からこれらの金属部材までの距離が20mm以上離れる場所に配置されている。このように、空気清浄機400、床暖房装置500、給湯システム600及び調湿装置700では、コネクタ150にICカートリッジ200が挿入された状態でアンテナ230から金属部材までの距離が20mm以上離れることから、アンテナ230で送受信される電波が金属部材から受ける影響を十分に抑制することができ、送受信される電波の良好な状態を保ち易くなる。

Claims (9)
- 屋内の環境を調整する環境調整装置(1,400,500,600,700)のコネクタ(150,150A,150B)に取り付けられて無線機能を付加するためのICカートリッジ(200,200B)であって、
屋内の環境の調整に使用される情報の送受信に用いられる無線通信用の電波を送受信するためのアンテナ(230)と、
前記アンテナで電波の送受信を行なうために前記アンテナとの間で電気信号の送受信を行なう無線ICチップ(250)と、
前記コネクタに対する挿入及び抜去ができるように配設され、前記コネクタと前記無線ICチップとの間の回路接続を行なわせるための接続端子(203)と、
前記接続端子を除きかつ前記無線ICチップ及び前記アンテナを含む電気回路(220,220B)の全体を覆う絶縁ケース(210,210B)と
を備え、
前記接続端子が前記コネクタに挿入されることによって前記絶縁ケースが前記環境調整装置の内部に収納されて前記環境調整装置に支持されるように構成され、前記接続端子が前記コネクタから抜去されることによって前記環境調整装置から前記絶縁ケースが分離されるように構成されている、ICカートリッジ。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記電気回路の周囲に沿面距離を延ばすための絶縁構造が形成されている、
請求項1に記載のICカートリッジ。 - 前記絶縁ケースは、前記接続端子が配置される第1縁部(211)と前記第1縁部に対向する第2縁部(212)とを持ち、
前記絶縁ケースは、前記絶縁構造として、少なくとも前記第2縁部の縁(211a)と前記電気回路との間の内面に凹凸構造(204)を有する、
請求項2に記載のICカートリッジ。 - 前記アンテナは、前記電気回路が形成されている回路領域の内の前記第2縁部に近接する場所まで延在されている、

前記本体ケーシングの内部に設けられたコネクタ(150)と、
屋内環境の調整に使用される情報の送受信に用いられる無線通信用の電波を送受信するためのアンテナ(230)と、前記アンテナで電波の送受信を行なうために前記アンテナとの間で電気信号の送受信を行なう無線ICチップ(250)と、前記コネクタに対する挿入及び抜去ができるように配設され、前記コネクタと前記無線ICチップとの間の回路接続を行なわせるための接続端子(203)と、前記接続端子を除きかつ前記無線ICチップ及び前記アンテナを含む電気回路の全体を覆う絶縁ケース(210,210B)とを有するICカートリッジと
を備え、
前記接続端子が前記コネクタに挿入されることによって前記絶縁ケースが内部に収納されて前記本体ケーシングに支持されるように構成され、前記接続端子が前記コネクタから抜去されることによって前記本体ケーシングから前記絶縁ケースが分離されるように構成されている、環境調整装置。 - 前記本体ケーシング内に設けられ、複数の電気部品が設置されている電装部(100,490,590,690,790)をさらに備え、
無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能、表示機能及び電源機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部が前記電装部に配置され、前記ICカートリッジが前記コネクタに挿入された状態で前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部が回路接続されて前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部とが協働して前記無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている、
請求項5に記載の環境調整装置。 - 前記本体ケーシング内に設けられ、複数の電気部品が設置されている電装部(100,490,590,690,790)と、
前記電装部との間でデータの送受信が行えるリモートコントローラ(5,430,580,604,605,750)とをさらに備え、
無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部が前記リモートコントローラに配置され、前記ICカートリッジが前記コネクタに挿入された状態で前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部が回路接続されて前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部と前記リモートコントローラが協働して前記無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている、
請求項5又は請求項6に記載の環境調整装置。 - 前記本体ケーシング内に設けられ、複数の電気部品が設置されている電装部(100,490,590,690,790)をさらに備え、
前記ICカートリッジは、スマートフォン(6)との間でデータの送受信が行えるように構成され、
無線機能を付加する無線アダプタのスイッチ機能及び表示機能を形成する複数の電気部品の少なくとも一部が前記スマートフォンに配置され、前記ICカートリッジが前記コネクタに挿入された状態で前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部が回路接続されて前記ICカートリッジと前記電装部と前記スマートフォンが協働して前記無線アダプタの機能を発揮するように構成されている、
請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の環境調整装置。 - 前記本体ケーシングの内部に設置されている金属部材(16,17,190,2e)をさらに備え、
前記コネクタは、前記ICカートリッジが挿入された状態で前記アンテナから前記金属部材までの距離が20mm以上離れる場所に配置されている、
