Description

一种煎药容器 技术领域
本发明涉及医药制剂和饮品制备设备,尤其是一种与煎药机配套使用的煎药容器。
背景技术
煎药是加工中药重要手段。现有的中药煎药机只是重复传统的煎药程序,操作复杂,煎药量大,造成煎药过程耗时长,不能满足快速服药的目的,而且价格高,不利于中医药的普及。如何降低煎药的耗时和提高中药有效成份煎出率一直是本领域技术人员希望解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构新颖独特,使用方便,并且能够有效提高煎药效率和饮剂有效成分的煎药容器。具体技术方案为:
一种煎药容器,包括盖体、内层容器和外层容器,所述内层容器嵌在所述外层容器的内部;外层容器的强度大于内层容器的强度,对内层容器进行支撑,控制内层容器的变形;所述盖体与所述内层容器密封连接构成密封腔体;所述密封腔体设置有进液口和出液口。
进一步,所述进液口或所述出液口设置在所述盖体上,相应地,所述出液口和所述进液口设置在所述内层容器远离进液口或出液口的一端。
进一步,所述内层容器为管状;所述外层容器的内腔为与内层容器适配的筒状。
进一步,所述内层容器壁厚范围为0.1mm至5mm。

具体实施方式
下面利用实施例对本发明进行更全面的说明。本发明可以体现为多种不同形式,并不应理解为局限于这里叙述的示例性实施例。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例中的煎药容器,包括盖体1、外管2、内管3、过滤片5;内管3放入外管2,内管3的外壁和外管2的内壁可以贴近,也可以留有少量缝隙;内管3设置有外翻的上沿;盖体1与内管3密封连接,一般采用液压压紧、旋紧或者卡接等方式密封。内管3的上沿上表面与盖体1的下表面之间可以设置垫片,提高密封效果;当然,内管3的上沿下表面与外管2的上端面之间也可以设置垫片,提高密封效果。
通过压力将盖体1、内管3和外管2压紧密封,使进入的水只能在内管3中 流动,不会进入外管2。药液经内管过滤片5过滤后,最终只能从下端的出液口流出。还可以将出液口设置为管状,伸出外管2的底孔,便于连接出液管路。
制作药剂的饮片放置在内管3中;也可以放入药材或其他原料,如茶、菊花等制作饮品。
具体实施时,根据煎药容器的容积和原料的性状,内管3的内壁厚度可设置为0.1mm,0.5mm或者5mm;内管3中设置有挡板4。
如图3所示,挡板4由3片分隔片4-2和支撑杆4-1构成。当然分隔片4-2的数量也可以选4~18片或者更多分隔片4-2构成。
分隔片4-2为扇形平面,固定在支撑杆4-1上,沿支撑杆4-1轴线方向可以均布,也可以不均布。同样,分隔片4-2沿支撑杆4-1周向可以均布,也可以不均布。扇形的角度一般不超过180度,常见角度为45度,60度,90度,120度。分隔片4-2可以与支撑杆4-1轴线垂直设置,也可以与支撑杆4-1轴线成80°至100°倾斜角度设置;即,如果支撑杆4-1轴线为竖直方向时,分隔片4-2可以使水平设置,还可以圆心与弧面方向倾斜设置;还可以扇形平面翻转,弧面的两端形成的直线与竖直方向夹角为80°至100°。
分隔片4-2也可以设置为与内管3内腔适配的圆盘状,圆盘状的分隔片上设置上下相通的通孔,通过通孔将原料漏入下层。通透区域4-2.1与阻隔区域4-2.2的面积比在1:1至3:1之间。具体实施时,分隔片4-2还可以使网格板或栅格板,或者如图4、图5所示的形式。
分隔片4-2通过封闭的阻挡区对原料进行分隔,并形成支撑;通过挡板4的支撑可以降低内管3中原料对过滤片5的压力,避免过滤片堵塞。同时,通透区可以将原料漏入下层,有利于原料在内管3中分布均匀。如果在工作中对水施加脉冲的压力;在压力升高和降低的变化过程中,分隔片4-2还能够起到搅拌作用,分隔片4-2由于挠度不同,会产生不同程度的回弹,在内管3中形成局部负压,可以将过滤片5中的渣滓抽出,改善过滤片5的过滤性能。
本实施例中外管2外形为圆柱体,具体实施时,内管3的外形可以选择为立方体、三棱体等形状构成成内层容器,外管2的内腔也需要相应地改变与之适配,构成外层容器容纳内层容器。外管2的外形不受内管3的外形的限制,只要保证内腔壁的强度能够为内管3提供足够的支撑力就可以。内管3的形状更改时,内部的分隔片4-2的形状也需要做出适应性变化。
由于不同药物之间的药性不同,混合后会影响药物的疗效,甚至产生有害物质;采用一次性内管3有利于避免上述现象的发生。
通过外管2的支撑,内管3的厚度可以较薄,有利于制成一次性内管3, 降低了内管3的成本。当然,在批量处理为主的环境下,也可以采用不锈钢材料制作内管3。
具体工作时,将原料放入内管3,将内管3插入外管2,盖上盖体1。煎药容器通过盖体上的进液口与进液管路连接;通过内管3的出液口与出液管路连接,进行煎药操作。出液管路上串接有背压阀,通过调整背压阀的压力,可以调节出液口的水压。
煎药机的其它部件将高温(90℃至100℃)、高压的水(1.5MPa至2.5MPa)通过进液口送入煎药容器内,将原料中的有效成分萃取出来,形成药液从出液管路排入收集容器。
实施例一
盖体1、外管2均为不锈钢,内管3为聚丙烯(PP)材料。内管3内径为20mm,长度为350mm,壁厚3mm。内管中设置有18片挡板,内管3装入16目黄芩饮片20g,放入配套的外管2,在匹配的煎药机上压紧进水盖体1,启动煎药程序,通入100℃、1.9MPa的水,2分钟内可得到200ml药液,检测结果显示,有效成分黄芩苷的提取率高达80.9%,远高于一般中药煎药机的标准(黄芩苷提取率50%)。
实施例二
内管3为不锈钢,内径为40mm,长度为100mm,壁厚为0.5mm;内管中设置有3片挡板。装入16目双黄连配方饮片30g(处方来源于中国药典:黄芩7.5g,连翘15g,金银花7.5g),放入配套的外管2,在匹配的煎药机上压紧进水盖体1,启动煎药程序,通入100℃、1.9MPa的水,3分钟内可得到200ml药液,检测结果显示,有效成分黄芩苷含量为591.7mg(药典标准为200mg),连翘苷含量为49.2mg(药典标准为6mg),绿原酸含量为174.6mg(药典标准为12mg),其煎药效果分别是国家标准的2.95~14.55倍。
本发明的有益效果:本煎药容器通过通入100℃、1.9MPa的水,新鲜水连续不断地进,萃取后的药液不断地流出,形成梯度萃取,浓度差大,产生较好的煎药效果,2~3分钟就可得到200ml药液。从实例数据来看,黄芩提取率高达80.9%,远高于一般中药煎药机的标准(黄芩苷提取率50%);对配方饮片双黄连的其煎药效果也大大超过中国药典的要求,相关含量分别是中国药典标准的2.95~14.55倍。该煎药容器的内管有挡板,解决了普通长管在高压萃取时,压力会将饮片挤压紧密堆积在出口端,发生堵塞,使药液流动不畅,甚至产生危险的问题,其优势十分明显。另外,内管分为一次性和可重复使用两种类型,一次性内管一般为聚丙烯(PP)材料,方便、快捷、卫生;可重复使用内管一 般为不锈钢材料,当患者在药房取回中药配方后,自行装入进行煎药,节约费用。
上述示例只是用于说明本发明,除此之外,还有多种不同的实施方式,而这些实施方式都是本领域技术人员在领悟本发明思想后能够想到的,故,在此不再一一列举。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种煎药容器,其特征在于,包括盖体、内层容器和外层容器,所述内层容器嵌在所述外层容器的内部;外层容器的强度大于内层容器的强度,对内层容器进行支撑,控制内层容器的变形;所述盖体与所述内层容器密封连接构成密封腔体;所述密封腔体设置有进液口和出液口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述进液口或所述出液口设置在所述盖体上,相应地,所述出液口和所述进液口设置在所述内层容器远离进液口或出液口的一端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述内层容器为管状;所述外层容器的内腔为与内层容器适配的筒状。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述内层容器壁厚范围为0.1mm至5mm。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述内层容器由聚丙烯(PP)材料制成。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述外层容器为管状,壁厚5mm至30mm,由不锈钢材料制成。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述内层容器的内部,出液口处设置有过滤片。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述内层容器的内部设置有挡板,所述挡板由若干层分隔片和支撑杆构成;所述分隔片与所述支撑杆的轴线垂直。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的煎药容器,其特征在于,所述分层挡板的各层挡板通过支撑杆连接,沿支撑杆周向分层均布。
  10. 一种煎药机,其特征在于,所述煎药机的煎药容器为权利要求1至权利要求9所述的煎药容器中的一种;所述煎药容器的出液管路中设置有保持出液压力的背压阀。
