- 일 측면에는 아날로그 워치(analogue watch)가 나타나고 타 측면에는 스마트 워치(smart watch)가 나타나도록, 아날로그 워치 유닛과 스마트 워치 유닛이 서로 등지고 결합된 시계 본체; 상기 시계 본체가 착탈 가능하게 끼워지도록, 중앙에 홈 및 통공 중 하나가 형성된 프레임(frame); 및, 일 측 단부에 상기 시계 본체가 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 타 측 단부는 상기 프레임에 힌지(hinge) 결합된 것으로, 상기 일 측 단부가 상기 프레임에 가까워지는 제1 위치와, 상기 일 측 단부가 상기 프레임에서 멀어지는 제2 위치 사이에서 상기 타 측 단부를 중심으로 회전 가능한 브라켓(bracket);을 구비하고,상기 브라켓이 상기 제1 위치인 때, 상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에 상기 시계 본체가 끼워져 상기 아날로그 워치 및 상기 스마트 워치 중 하나가 상기 프레임의 전면(前面)으로 노출되며,상기 브라켓을 상기 제2 위치로 이동시키고, 상기 시계 본체를 상기 브라켓의 일 측 단부를 중심으로 반바퀴 회전시키고, 상기 브라켓을 다시 상기 제1 위치로 복귀시키면, 상기 아날로그 워치 및 상기 스마트 워치 중 다른 하나가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 시계 본체의 측면에는 상기 시계 본체의 일 측 단부에서 타 측 단부까지 연장된 가이드 그루브(guide groove)가 형성되고, 상기 브라켓의 일 측 단부에는 상기 가이드 그루브에 끼워지는 연결 돌기가 마련되어,상기 시계 본체는, 상기 연결 돌기를 중심으로 회전 가능하고, 상기 연결 돌기에 상기 가이드 그루브가 체결된 상태로 미끄러져 상기 브라켓에 대해 위치 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 가이드 그루브는 상기 시계 본체의 양 측면에 하나씩 한 쌍이 형성되고, 상기 연결 돌기가 마련된 브라켓은 상기 한 쌍의 브라켓에 일대일로 체결되도록 한 쌍이 구비되며,상기 제1 위치인 때 상기 브라켓은 상기 프레임의 홈 또는 통공에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 노출된 때에만 상기 스마트 워치 유닛이 작동하도록 하는 스마트 워치 온-오프 유닛(on-off unit);을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 스마트 워치 온-오프 유닛은, 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 하나에서 탄성 수축 가능하게 돌출된 탄성 돌기, 및 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 다른 하나에 마련되고, 접촉 가압되면 상기 스마트 워치 유닛의 작동을 허용하는 터치 스위치(touch switch)를 구비하고,상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에 상기 시계 본체가 끼워지고 상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면(前面)으로 노출된 때에만 상기 탄성 돌기에 의해 상기 터치 스위치가 접촉 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 시계 본체에 상기 탄성 돌기의 단부가 삽입 가능하게 파여진 제1 록킹 홈이 형성되고, 상기 터치 스위치는 상기 제1 록킹 홈 내측에 마련되어,상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에 상기 시계 본체가 끼워지고 상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 노출된 때에만 상기 탄성 돌기의 단부가 상기 제1 록킹 홈에 삽입되어 상기 터치 스위치를 접촉 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 시계 본체의 상기 제1 록킹 홈이 형성된 위치와 반대되는 위치에 상기 탄성 돌기의 단부가 삽입 가능하게 파여진 제2 록킹 홈이 더 형성되어, 상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에 상기 시계 본체가 끼워지고 상기 아날로그 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 노출된 때에만 상기 탄성 돌기의 단부가 상기 제2 록킹 홈에 삽입되고,상기 탄성 돌기의 단부가 상기 제1 록킹 홈 및 상기 제2 록킹 홈 중의 하나에 삽입된 경우에, 상기 시계 본체가 의도하지 않게 상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에서 빠지지 않도록 록킹(locking)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 시계 본체가 상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에 끼워진 경우에, 상기 시계 본체가 의도하지 않게 상기 프레임의 홈 및 통공 중 하나에서 빠지지 않도록 록킹하는 시계 본체 록킹 유닛(locking unit);을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 중앙에 통공이 형성된 프레임(frame); 상기 프레임의 통공 내에서 회전 가능하게 배치되는 것으로, 일 측면에는 아날로그 워치(analogue watch)가 나타나고 타 측면에는 스마트 워치(smart watch)가 나타나도록, 아날로그 워치 유닛과 스마트 워치 유닛이 서로 등지고 결합된 시계 본체; 및, 상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면(前面)으로 나타나고 상기 아날로그 워치가 상기 프레임의 배면(背面)으로 나타날 때 상기 스마트 워치 유닛이 작동하도록 하는 스마트 워치 온-오프 유닛(on-off unit);을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 스마트 워치 온-오프 유닛은, 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 하나에서 탄성 수축 가능하게 돌출된 탄성 돌기, 및 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 다른 하나에 마련되고, 접촉 가압되면 상기 스마트 워치 유닛의 작동을 허용하는 터치 스위치(touch switch)를 구비하고,상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 나타나고 상기 아날로그 워치가 상기 프레임의 배면으로 나타날 때 상기 탄성 돌기에 의해 상기 터치 스위치가 접촉 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 나타나고 상기 아날로그 워치가 상기 프레임의 배면으로 나타난 경우, 및 상기 아날로그 워치가 상기 프레임의 전면으로 나타나고 상기 스마트 워치가 상기 프레임의 배면으로 나타난 경우에, 상기 시계 본체가 의도하지 않게 회전하지 않도록 록킹하는 시계 본체 록킹 유닛(locking unit);을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 시계 본체 록킹 유닛은, 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 하나에서 탄성 수축 가능하게 돌출된 한 쌍의 잠금 돌기, 및 상기 프레임 및 상기 시계 본체 중 다른 하나에 상기 한 쌍의 잠금 돌기의 단부가 삽입 가능하게 파여진 한 쌍의 록킹 홈을 구비하고,상기 한 쌍의 잠금 돌기 및 상기 한 쌍의 록킹 홈은 상기 시계 본체의 회전 축선에 대해 서로 대칭되는 위치에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 컨버터블 스마트 워치.
