优选的,所述圆盘圆周设置有齿,支撑模块上设置有齿条,所述圆盘上的齿与一第一齿轮啮合,所述齿条与一第二齿轮啮合,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮通过离合装置安装于同一轴芯上,离合装置的开启和关闭决定了第一齿轮和第二齿轮是否同轴同速转动,以此实现电动独轮车跳跃过程中的不同过程。
本发明还公开了一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车准备减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮接触地面,下放完成后开始减速或急停,辅助轮自身的速度可以辅助地改变整个电动独轮车的速度,比如电动独轮车原本的速度为X,辅助轮的速度为Y,Y<X后,电动独轮车就会被减速。
本发明还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车需要减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮接触地面,通过所述刹车装置对辅助轮减速或急停,从而使电动独轮车减速或急停;
通过刹车装置的设置,使辅助轮的减速效果更明显,这个方法和上一个减速方案的区别就类似汽车制动中,发动机制动和刹车制动的区别。
本发明还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车需要进行跳跃时,控制所述离合装置,使所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮同步转动,带动所述支撑模块向上移动,支撑模块移动到预定位置后,控制所述离合装置,使所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮断开,分别转动,支撑模块移动时向上产生的惯性,带动电动独轮车跳跃。
本发明还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车腾空时,所述辅助轮保持转动,通过摆动装置调整所述横杆的倾斜角度,辅助电动独轮车保持平衡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
在急停状态下保障驾驶者安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图1、2,一种带辅助轮16的电动独轮车,其包括:
轮架,所述轮架上设置有用于支撑驾驶者的支撑模块;
车轮2,所述车轮2可转动地与轮架相配接,并由电动机驱动转动;
辅助轮16,所述辅助轮16数量等于或大于两个,对称地设置在所述车轮2前方的一个支架上,辅助轮16包含外倾角或竖直设置,所述支架可升降地安装于所述轮架或所述支撑模块上,所述辅助轮16由第一动力源驱动转动,并且每个所述辅助轮16由单独的第一动力源驱动转动,并且旋转方向可调,所述辅助轮16上设置有刹车装置17。
所述支撑模块能够沿所述轮架侧面在固定范围内直线移动,所述轮架向上延伸出一配合在车轮2周围的门型结构8,所述支撑模块滑动地安装于所述门型结构8两侧,门型结构8顶部和包裹部件9底部之间设置有减震装置21(本实施例中为若干竖向设置的弹簧),所述车轮2侧面安装有与所述支撑模块配合的转动装置,所述转动装置被构造为其转动动能能转换为使支撑模块向上移动的动能,所述转动装置为固定于车轮2侧面的圆盘,所述圆盘和车轮2同轴,所述圆盘圆周设置有齿,支撑模块上设置有齿条,所述圆盘上的齿与一第一齿轮22啮合,所述齿条与一第二齿轮5啮合,所述第一齿轮22和第二齿轮5通过离合装置安装于同一轴芯上,具体的,所述支撑模块上的齿条分为第一齿条19和第二齿条20,分辨安装于支撑模块上,位于电动独轮车前后方向上的前后两个位置,第一齿条19在后方,所述第一齿轮22和圆盘配合,第二齿轮5和第一齿条19配合,本实施例中还包括第三齿轮4和第四齿轮3,第三齿轮4和第四齿轮3通过另一个离合装置安装于同一轴芯上,第三齿轮4和圆盘配合,第四 齿轮3和第二齿条20配合,上述的一套齿轮组和齿条的装置,具体配合是为了实现所述跳跃功能,具体为:
当电动独轮车正常行驶时,和圆盘配合的第三齿轮4和第一齿轮22均是空转状态,因为这时离合装置均是断开状态,当需要跳跃时,第一齿轮22和第二齿轮5间的离合装置闭合,使第一齿轮22转动带动第二齿轮5转动,从而带动第一齿条19向上移动,也就是使支撑模块向上快速移动,当支撑模块移动到预定位置时,控制第一齿轮22和第二齿轮5间的离合装置断开,使第二齿轮5失去动力源,与其齿合的第一齿条19也同时失去动力源,其不再相对于轮架移动,通过刚刚向上移动产生的惯性,提起整个电动独轮车进行跳跃,当跳跃实现后,第三齿轮4和第四齿轮3之间的离合装置闭合,使第三齿轮4转动带动第四齿轮3转动,从而带动第二齿条20向下移动,也就是带动支撑模块向下移动,当支撑模块移动到预定位置时,控制第三齿轮4和第四齿轮3间的离合装置断开,使第四齿轮3失去动力源,与其齿合的第二齿条20也同时失去动力源,其不再相对于轮架移动,从而收回支撑模块,为下一次跳跃做准备,在跳跃后接触地面时,通过所述减震装置21减震。
本实施例中,所述支撑模块包括:
踏板1,设置于轮架两侧,所述踏板1可升降地安装于轮架或支撑模块两侧,踏板1下降到最低位置时,踏板1底部的高度等于或低于车轮2最低处,踏板1的上方通过杆件安装于支撑模块上,支撑模块侧面设置有第四动力源6,其通过丝杆7结构和踏板1上方的杆件连接,通过第四动力源6带动丝杆7结构上下移动,以实现踏板1的升降。
包裹部件9,其设置在支撑模块顶部,用于驾驶者坐或者包裹驾驶者腰部, 包裹部件9包括一个座位,座位前方设置控制手柄10,其可为单纯的只是帮助扶持的把手,也可为一个控制端,前向或向后控制电动独轮车的前进或后退,包裹部件9为半圆形的开环结构(其高度可调,以适应不同驾驶者),前端设置可以连接的卡扣,用于驾驶者坐或者包裹驾驶者腰部。
本实施例中,所述支架两侧的所述辅助轮16之间通过横杆18连接,横杆18中部通过一摆动装置和支架连接,所述摆动装置用于调整横杆18的倾斜角度,在电动独轮车行驶中,正常行驶状态或跳跃状态下,通过陀螺的定轴性辅助电动独轮车保持平衡。
所述摆动装置安装于一个升降杆12上,所述升降杆12被第二动力源11驱动升降,摆动装置具体包括:
短杆14,所述短杆14中部铰接与升降杆12上,通过第三动力源15驱动,从而进行绕铰接点的摆动;
弹簧13,所述弹簧13安装于短杆14两端,弹簧13的两端分别连接短杆14和横杆18,所述横杆18中部铰接于升降杆12上,当需要改变辅助轮16的位置时,通过所述第三动力源15驱动,带动短杆14偏转,从而带动横杆18的偏转,以实现辅助轮16位置的改变。
本实施例还公开了一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车准备减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮16接触地面,下放完成后开始减速或急停。
具体的状态如图8,当急停或减速时,辅助轮16下放形成反支撑,使整个 电动独轮车的状态如图8,可以克服急停或减速时,所带来的惯性。
在本实施例结构上下楼梯或上下坡时,可以朝向不同的方向进行,如图4-7,比如,下坡时,放置驾驶者往前翻,最好采用图7的方案,辅助轮在行驶方向的前方,当然,上坡时,也可采用图7的方案,看具体情况。
实施例2
本实施例还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车需要减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮16接触地面,通过所述刹车装置17对辅助轮16减速或急停,从而使电动独轮车减速或急停。
其为采用刹车装置17后的,电动独轮车的减速或急停方法。
实施例3
本实施例还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车需要进行跳跃时,控制所述离合装置,使所述第一齿轮22和第二齿轮5同步转动,带动所述支撑模块向上移动,支撑模块移动到预定位置后,带动电动独轮车跳跃。
具体状态如图3,具体过程已在说明书中记载。
实施例4
本实施例还公开了另一种所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其步骤为:
A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
B、在电动独轮车腾空时,所述辅助轮16保持转动,通过摆动装置调整所述横杆18的倾斜角度,辅助电动独轮车保持平衡。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其包括:
    轮架,所述轮架上设置有用于支撑驾驶者的支撑模块;
    车轮,所述车轮可转动地与轮架相配接,并由电动机驱动转动;
    其特征在于,还包括:
    辅助轮,所述辅助轮数量等于或大于两个,对称地设置在所述车轮前方的一个支架上,辅助轮包含外倾角或竖直设置,所述支架可升降地安装于所述轮架或所述支撑模块上,所述辅助轮由第一动力源驱动转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述支撑模块能够沿所述轮架侧面在固定范围内直线移动,所述车轮侧面安装有与所述支撑模块配合的转动装置,所述转动装置被构造为其转动动能能转换为使支撑模块向上移动的动能。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述转动装置为固定于车轮侧面的圆盘,所述圆盘和车轮同轴。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述支撑模块包括:
    踏板,设置于轮架两侧;
    包裹部件,其设置在支撑模块顶部,用于驾驶者坐或者包裹驾驶者腰部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述踏板可升降地安装于轮架或支撑模块两侧,踏板下降到最低位置时,踏板底部的高度等于或低于车轮最低处。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,每个所述辅助轮由单独的第一动力源驱动转动,并且旋转方向可调,所述辅助轮上设置有刹车装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述支架两侧的所述辅助轮之间通过横杆连接,横杆中部通过一摆动装置和支架连接,所述摆动装置用于调整横杆的倾斜角度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述摆动装置安装于一个升降杆上,所述升降杆被第二动力源驱动升降。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述轮架向上延伸出一配合在车轮周围的门型结构,所述支撑模块滑动地安装于所述门型结构两侧,门型结构顶部和包裹部件底部之间设置有减震装置。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述包裹部件旁设置有控制手柄,用于控制电动独轮车的行驶状态。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的带辅助轮的电动独轮车,其特征在于,所述圆盘圆周设置有齿,支撑模块上设置有齿条,所述圆盘上的齿与一第一齿轮啮合,所述齿条与一第二齿轮啮合,所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮通过离合装置安装于同一轴芯上。
  12. 一种根据权利要求1-11任意一项所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
    A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
    B、在电动独轮车准备减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮接触地面,下放完成 后开始减速或急停。
  13. 一种根据权利要求6所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
    A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
    B、在电动独轮车需要减速或急停时,下放所述辅助轮接触地面,通过所述刹车装置对辅助轮减速或急停,从而使电动独轮车减速或急停。
  14. 一种根据权利要求11所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
    A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
    B、在电动独轮车需要进行跳跃时,控制所述离合装置,使所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮同步转动,带动所述支撑模块向上移动,支撑模块移动到预定位置后,控制所述离合装置,使所述第一齿轮和第二齿轮断开,分别转动,支撑模块移动时向上产生的惯性,带动电动独轮车跳跃。
  15. 一种根据权利要求7所述的电动独轮车的行驶方法,其特征在于,步骤为:
    A、启动电动独轮车,保持正常行驶状态;
    B、在电动独轮车腾空时,所述辅助轮保持转动,通过摆动装置调整所述横杆的倾斜角度,辅助电动独轮车保持平衡。
