Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shutter that opens and closes an opening of an apparatus main body.
- FIG. The shutter (lid) 10 includes a plurality of rods 12 arranged in parallel at intervals in the sliding direction, and a buffer sheet 14 that easily connects the rods while covering the upper surfaces of the rods 12. And a decorative film 16 attached to the buffer sheet 14, and slides in a state where both end portions in the width direction are fitted in the guide groove 22 provided in the box 20 and having a curved portion. 21 is opened and closed.
- the buffer sheet 14 is interposed between the rod 12 and the decorative film 16 so as to adapt to the curved portion, so that local bending is prevented, and cracking due to local load, which is a cause of deterioration in appearance, is caused.
- the material of the constituent member is made of resin capable of ensuring rigidity and strength of the rod 12, the cushion sheet 14 made of nonwoven fabric or felt, and the decorative film 12 made of polyvinyl chloride on which a pattern is printed.
- FIG. The shutter 15 has a main shutter 16 which is connected to the cloth tape 21 so as to be able to bend a plurality of shutter constituent members 17 imparting rigidity and strength for the purpose of improving design, and is connected to the main shutter 16 and also serves as a main shutter. It is arranged on the outer side and is divided into a flexible sub shutter 22 composed of a soft part 23, an outer skin 24, and an inner sheet 25, and as a form changing part, the shutter constituent member 17 is curved to bulge outward in the width direction. It has a surface 18.
- the pair of guide groove portions 31 provided in the main body 11 is divided into a main guide groove 32 having a main straight groove portion 33 and a main curved groove portion 34, and a sub guide groove 36 having a sub straight groove portion 37 and a sub curved groove portion 38.
- the interval between the main linear groove portion 33 and the sub linear groove portion 37 is narrow, and the interval between the main curved groove portion 34 and the auxiliary curved groove portion 38 is set wide.
- the above-described sub-shutter 22 is in a first form that is curved so as to be linear in the sliding direction and bulge outward in the width direction when guided by the sub-linear groove portion 37 by the form changing unit.

- the pattern on the decorative film may be gradually distorted due to long-term use, and the appearance may deteriorate.
- the main cause is that even if it is difficult to receive a local load at the curved portion of the guide groove as much as possible, the cushion sheet corresponding to the hinge base material of the present invention partially creeps and does not return to its original shape. is there.
- As countermeasures when trying to reduce creep deformation by changing the thickness dimension of the buffer sheet, for example, if it is set thick, the operating force during sliding increases, and if it is set thin, the local load received by the curved part of the guide groove, etc. The bend line is visible and the appearance is lost.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a shutter that eliminates deterioration in appearance due to creep deformation that is likely to occur in a hinge base material among the constituent members of the shutter and that is excellent in freedom of adjustment of operating force.
- the present inventors have studied a material and specifications having high creep resistance properties in order to prevent deterioration in appearance due to the above-described creep deformation, targeting a hinge base material constituting a shutter.
- the conventional resin resin, non-woven fabric and felt were not satisfactory.
- a hinge base material in the case of a sheet made of continuous fiber reinforced plastic or a sheet made using a prepreg material, it is superior in strength, rigidity, toughness, and heat resistance as compared with conventional resin molded products, nonwoven fabrics, etc. It has also been found that it is easy to reduce the thickness and enable bending.
- a sheet made of continuous fiber reinforced plastic or a sheet made using a prepreg material has excellent creep resistance, and in the specification with a decorative film printed with a pattern, it has been regarded as a problem in the summer. It was found that thermal deformation hardly occurs even when used at a high temperature, and that the possibility of returning to the original shape by creep deformation as in the past can be solved.
- the shutter according to the present invention is formed so as to be able to bend in the sliding direction, and is slid along a pair of guide grooves that are provided on opposite sides of the opening of the apparatus main body and the shutter storage side and have a curved portion in part.
