在第一用户选中了目标业务对象,并触发购买操作后,服务器就可以生成对应的交易订单。基于这种交易订单,服务器通常可以为第一用户提供多种类型的操作选项,包括取消订单、收货、退换货、评价等等。相应的,当第一用户通过这种操作选项发起对应的操作,引起交易订单的状态发生变化时,服务器就可以监控到这种变化。当然,在本申请实施例中,除了传统的操作选项外,还可以提供“快速退货”选项,通过该选项可以发起快速退款请求。
S103:当监控到针对目标交易订单的快速退货请求时,从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对 象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;
在通过快速退货选项接收到第一用户的操作请求后,就意味着接收到了快速退货请求,此时,可以首先从当前的目标交易订单中提取出相关信息,这种相关信息主要可以包括目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息。
S104:判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件;
在提取出相关信息后,可以首先判断目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件,具体的,如果服务器的数据库中保存的是第一用户的诚信度值,则可以判断其是否大于某阈值,如果是,则满足该预置条件。如果服务器的数据库中保存的是属于诚信用户的第一用户集合,则可以判断当前第一用户是否属于该集合,如果是,则满足预置条件。
S105:如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口,以便将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户。
如果目标第一用户的诚信信息满足预置条件,也即当前的目标第二用户为诚信用户,则服务器就可以直接调用同意退货接口,以此来模拟第二用户的手动操作,这样,就可以直接将交易金额退还到目标第一用户的付款账户,而不用等到第一用户将退货货品发出后由第二用户手动操作,因此,可以完成快速退货。
在具体实现时,在确定是否能够提供快速退货服务时,除了考虑第一用户是否为诚信用户之外,还可以考虑其他因素。例如,其中一方面的因素可以为是否满足当前业务对象的退货条件。也就是说,在实际应用中,可能并不是所有的业务对象都支持“无理由退货”,并且,对于不同的业务对象,支持无理由退货的时效可能也是不同的,例如有的可能为收货后7天,有的可能为15天等等。因此,在本申请实施例中,还可以预先保存业务对象支持的退货条件信息,这种信息可以是通过多种方式获得的,例如,对于法律规定需要在一定期限内提供无理由退货的类目,可以直接保存其退货条件信息。另外,还可以由第二用户针对其业务对象提交对应的退货条件信息,由服务器进行保存。
在预先保存了退货条件信息的情况下,在从目标交易订单中提取相关信息时,还可以提取签收信息,例如,是否已签收,如果已签收,则还可以提取签收时间等等。这样,在判断是否可以提供快速退货服务时,还可以首先对是否满足退货条件进行判断,如果尚未签收,或者签收时间距离当前接收到退货请求的时间,小于无理由退货条件中记录的时效,则确定可以进行退货,触发调用同意退货接口的步骤,否则,就可以拒绝提供快速退货服务,第一用户可以通过传统的退货途径与第二用户进行协商退货。
另一方面考虑的因素可以为第一用户的诚信等级。也就是说,可以将第一用户的诚信信息划分为不同的等级,并对应不同的等级授予不同的授信额度,例如,诚信等级越高,则授信额度越高。换言之,如果某第一用户属于诚信用户,但是其诚信等级比较低,对应的授信额度可能会低于当前目标交易订单关联的交易金额,此时,也可以拒绝向该第一用户提供快速退货服务。
具体实现时,服务器还可以预先将诚信用户划分为不同的诚信等级,具体的,可以为各个等级分别设置不同的区间临界值,计算出各个第一用户的诚信度值之后,就可以根据这种区间临界值,划分到对应的诚信等级中。另外,还可以预先保存诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系,例如一级对应100元,二级对应200元,三级对应500元等等。这样,在接收到快速退货请求,并从交易订单中提取出交易金额信息后,就可以将当前第一用户的诚信等级对应的授信额度与交易金额进行比较,如果授信额度大于交易金额,就可以触发调用同意退货接口的步骤,否则,就可以拒绝提供快速退货服务,第一用户可以通过传统的退货途径与第二用户进行协商退货。
另外,为了避免第一用户滥用该快速退货功能,还可以对同一第一用户在最近一段时间内请求进行快速退货的次数进行限制,避免同一第一用户在短时间内频繁地进行快速退货。具体的,可以对最近一段时间内(例如最近一个月等)目标第一用户发起快速退货请求的次数进行统计,如果该次数小于预置的阈值,则可以触发执行调用同意退货接口的步骤。
当然,在执行退货的过程中,除了向第一用户退款,还需要第一用户将已经收到的货品退还给第二用户,而第二用户作为卖家或者商家,其收货地址往 往是相对固定的。因此,为了进一步提高效率,服务器还可以预先保存第二用户的地址信息,具体的,可以由第二用户提交到服务器,或者,还可以是由服务器通过历史对话记录等信息中提取。这样,在从当前目标交易订单中提取相关信息时,还可以提取出目标第二用户标识,进而就可以查询出该目标第二用户的地址信息,并且,在确定出可以提供快速退款服务后,将相关的交易金额退还给第一用户时,还可以将目标第二用户的地址信息发送给目标第一用户客户端,这样,目标第一用户直接按照该地址信息将退货货品发出即可,不必再询问第二用户的客服人员。
需要说明的是,在具体实现时,由于服务器端保存的第二用户的地址信息可能是由第二用户提交的,也可能是自动从历史对话记录中提取的,总之,这些地址信息最初可能都是人为编辑的,因此,可能会存在地址格式不正确等现象。为此,在本申请实施例中,还可以对目标第二用户的地址信息的正确性进行检测,如果检测通过,再将目标第二用户的地址信息发送到目标第一用户客户端。
其中,关于地址的正确性检测,可以有多种方式。例如,其中一种方式可以是通过有限状态机实现整个地址信息(包括下拉选项选择的行政区划和详细地址)的有效性识别,每一个有限状态机都有一个启始状态和一个终止状态和若干中间状态。如图2所示,每两个状态之间的连线上都带有从一个状态进入下一个状态的条件,比如,当前的状态是“省”,如果遇到一个词组和(区)县名有关,就进入状态“区县”。如果一条地址能从状态机的起始状态经过若干中间状态,走到终止状态,那么这条地址有效,否则无效。
实施例二
该实施例二主要从客户端的角度,提供了一种退货信息处理方法,参见图3,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S301:客户端接收针对目标交易订单发起的快速退货请求;
S302:将所述快速退货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业 务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;并根据预先保存的第一用户的诚信信息,判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件,如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口;
S303:接收服务器发送的已将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户的通知消息,并提供提示信息。
该实施例二与实施例一是相对应的,只是描述角度有所不同,因此,可以参见实施例一的介绍,这里不再赘述。
与前述实施例一中提供的退货信息处理方法相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种退货信息处理装置,该装置应用于服务器,参见图4,该装置可以包括:
诚信信息保存单元401,用于预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
订单状态监控单元402,用于对目标交易订单的状态进行监控;
相关信息提取单元403,用于当监控到针对目标交易订单的快速退货请求时,从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;
诚信条件判断单元404,用于判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件;
接口调用单元405,用于如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口,以便将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户。
其中,所述预先保存的信息还包括业务对象支持的退货条件信息,所述从目标交易订单中提取的相关信息还包括签收信息;
所述装置还包括:
退货条件判断单元,用于判断所述签收信息是否满足所述目标业务对象的退货条件;
第一触发单元,用于如果满足所述退货条件,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
或者,所述诚信信息包括诚信等级,所述预先保存的信息还包括诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系;
所述装置还包括:
授信额度确定单元,用于根据所述诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系,确定所述目标第一用户的诚信等级信息对应的目标授信额度;
授信额度判断单元,用于判断所述目标交易订单中的交易金额是否小于所述目标授信额度;
第二触发单元,用于如果小于,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
另外,为了防止对快速退货功能的滥用,该装置还可以包括:
次数统计单元,用于统计在最近预置时间段内,所述目标第一用户发起快速退货请求的次数;
第三触发单元,用于如果所述次数小于预置的阈值,则触发执行所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
在具体实现时,所述预先保存的信息还包括第二用户的地址信息,所述从目标交易订单中提取的相关信息还包括目标第二用户标识;
所述装置还包括:
地址信息发送单元,用于在将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户时,将所述目标第二用户的地址信息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端。
另外,该装置还可以包括:
地址正确性检测单元,用于对所述目标第二用户的地址信息的正确性进行检测;
第四触发单元,用于如果检测通过,则触发将所述目标第二用户的地址信 息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端的步骤。
与实施例二相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种退货信息处理装置,该装置应用于客户端,参见图5,具体可以包括:
快速退货请求接收单元501,用于接收针对目标交易订单发起的快速退货请求;
快速退货请求提交单元502,用于将所述快速退货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;并根据预先保存的第一用户的诚信信息,判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件,如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口;
提示单元503,用于接收服务器发送的已将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户的通知消息,并提供提示信息。
总之,在本申请实施例中,对于一些诚信度比较好的买家用户,如果其需要退货,销售平台服务器可以调用卖家用户的同意退货接口,将对应的款项退还给买家用户,而不用等到买家用户将退货商品发出,或者收到买家用户的退货商品,这样,买家用户可以快速收到退款。从系统角度而言,由于省去了买家用户与卖家用户之间的各种交互操作,因此,这种方式也有利于节省包括网络开销在内的各种系统资源。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统或系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述 得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的系统及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种退货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
    对目标交易订单的状态进行监控;
    当监控到针对目标交易订单的快速退货请求时,从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;
    判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件;
    如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口,以便将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预先保存的信息还包括业务对象支持的退货条件信息,所述从目标交易订单中提取的相关信息还包括签收信息;
    所述方法还包括:
    判断所述签收信息是否满足所述目标业务对象的退货条件;
    如果满足所述退货条件,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述诚信信息包括诚信等级,所述预先保存的信息还包括诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系;
    所述方法还包括:
    根据所述诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系,确定所述目标第一用户的诚信等级信息对应的目标授信额度;
    判断所述目标交易订单中的交易金额是否小于所述目标授信额度;
    如果小于,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    统计在最近预置时间段内,所述目标第一用户发起快速退货请求的次数;
    如果所述次数小于预置的阈值,则触发执行所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预先保存的信息还包括第二用户的地址信息,所述从目标交易订单中提取的相关信息还包括目标第 二用户标识;
    在将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户时,所述方法还包括:
    将所述目标第二用户的地址信息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对所述目标第二用户的地址信息的正确性进行检测;
    如果检测通过,则触发将所述目标第二用户的地址信息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端的步骤。
  7. 一种退货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    诚信信息保存单元,用于预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
    订单状态监控单元,用于对目标交易订单的状态进行监控;
    相关信息提取单元,用于当监控到针对目标交易订单的快速退货请求时,从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;
    诚信条件判断单元,用于判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件;
    接口调用单元,用于如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口,以便将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预先保存的信息还包括业务对象支持的退货条件信息,所述从目标交易订单中提取的相关信息还包括签收信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    退货条件判断单元,用于判断所述签收信息是否满足所述目标业务对象的退货条件;
    第一触发单元,用于如果满足所述退货条件,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述诚信信息包括诚信等级,所述预先保存的信息还包括诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系;
    所述装置还包括:
    授信额度确定单元,用于根据所述诚信等级与授信额度之间的对应关系,确定所述目标第一用户的诚信等级信息对应的目标授信额度;
    授信额度判断单元,用于判断所述目标交易订单中的交易金额是否小于所述目标授信额度;
    第二触发单元,用于如果小于,则触发所述调用同意退货接口的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    次数统计单元,用于统计在最近预置时间段内,所述目标第一用户发起快速退货请求的次数;

    所述装置还包括:
    地址信息发送单元,用于在将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户时,将所述目标第二用户的地址信息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    地址正确性检测单元,用于对所述目标第二用户的地址信息的正确性进行检测;
    第四触发单元,用于如果检测通过,则触发将所述目标第二用户的地址信息发送到所述目标第一用户客户端的步骤。
  13. 一种退货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    客户端接收针对目标交易订单发起的快速退货请求;
    将所述快速退货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;并根据预先保存的第一用户的诚信信息,判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件,如果满足所述 预置条件,则调用同意退货接口;
    接收服务器发送的已将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户的通知消息,并提供提示信息。
  14. 一种退货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于客户端,包括:
    快速退货请求接收单元,用于接收针对目标交易订单发起的快速退货请求;
    快速退货请求提交单元,用于将所述快速退货请求提交到服务器,以便所述服务器从所述目标交易订单中提取相关信息,所述相关信息包括:所述目标交易订单关联的目标业务对象信息、目标第一用户标识以及交易金额信息;并根据预先保存的第一用户的诚信信息,判断所述目标第一用户的诚信信息是否满足预置条件,如果满足所述预置条件,则调用同意退货接口;
    提示单元,用于接收服务器发送的已将所述交易金额退还到所述目标第一用户的付款账户的通知消息,并提供提示信息。
