在第一用户对某件业务对象进行购买操作之后,系统会生成相应的订单,随着对相应货品的发货、收货等操作的执行,订单的状态也在发生改变,例如,从第一用户角度而言,可以分为待发货、卖家已发货、买家已收货等状态。相应的,对应于各种状态,系统还可以为第一用户提供多种类型的操作选项。例如,在“待发货”状态下,可以提供用于取消订单的操作选项,在“卖家已发货”状态下,可以提供用于收货的操作选项,类似的,在“卖家已发货”或者“买家已收货”的状态下,还可以提供用于执行退换货的操作选项。也就是说,如果某第一用户在收到某订单对应的货品后,发现有不符合自己的预期效果,或者有质量问题等,就可以通过该退换货操作选项发起请求。系统在收到该请求后,可以转发给对应的第二用户,由第二用户对该请求进行处理。处理的过程主要是就换货方案在买卖双方之间达成一致。例如,第一用户收到的是货品A,发现其不喜欢该货品的颜色,希望换成其他颜色,则第一用户可以在填写换货请求时,填写该诉求。系统在向第二用户转发该换货请求时,可以向第二用户提供用于接受或者拒绝该 换货请求的操作选项,这样,第二用户在收到换货请求后,就可以通过这种操作选项,来提交自己的响应信息。相应的,系统在向第二用户转发了换货请求,并提供了操作选项之后,就可以监听第二用户客户端提交的该响应信息,只要第二用户通过其客户端对接受或者拒绝操作选项执行操作,系统便可以监听到相应的响应信息。
S103:如果所述响应信息为接受所述换货请求,则判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件;
第一用户对不同的操作选项进行操作时,系统接收到的响应信息的类型就会不同,如果是对“接受”选项执行的操作,系统便可以接收到上述接收请求的响应信息。在接收到该响应信息之后,服务器就可以提取出该订单中记录的第一用户的标识,并根据预先保存的第一用户的诚信信息,提取出当前第一用户的诚信信息。在判断时,如果数据库中保存的是第一用户的诚信度值,则可以判断其是否大于某阈值,如果是,则符合第一预置条件。如果数据库中保存的是属于诚信用户的第一用户集合,则判断当前第一用户是否属于该集合,如果是,则符合第一预置条件。
S104:如果符合所述第一预置条件,则向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货。
在判断出当前第一用户属于诚信用户之后,系统就可以通知第二用户客户端,对换货货品进行发货,而不需要等待第一用户将退货货品发出,因此,可以缩短第一用户接收到换货货品所需的时间。
具体实现时,关于第一用户与第二用户的收货地址,可以是在第一用户与第二用户进行换货方案的协商时进行确定。或者,为了进一步提高换货效率,还可以预先在服务器中保存第一用户的收货地址,这样,在向第二用户发送通知消息时,还可以根据所述预先保存的第一用户收货地址信息,向第一用户客户端发送是否使用该收货地址的询问信息,接收到第一用户客户端使用该收货地址的响应信息时,向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,并将第一用户的收货地址也携带在该消息中,第二用户就可以向该收货地址发送换货货品。其中,关于第一用户的收货地址,服务器可以通过多种方式获得,例如,可以是第一用户通过其客户端设置的收货地址,或者,同一第一用户可能会使用不同的收货地址,但是,对于针对指定交易订单的换货请求,其收货地址一般是与该交易订单中之前的收货地址是相同的,因此,在具体实现时,还可以从当前的换货请求所针对的交易订单中提取收货地址。也就是说,在监听到第二用户同意了第一用户的退货请求后,可以首先确定出该退货请求对应的交易订单,然后从该交易订单中提取出收货地 址。
当然,还可以在服务器中保存第二用户的收货地址,这样,在确定出第一用户的属于诚信用户之后,就可以将第二用户的收货地址信息提供给第一用户客户端。其中,关于第二用户的收货地址,由于该收货地址相对固定,因此,一般可以是由第二用户通过其客户端进行设置的,并在服务器中进行保存。
总之,在本申请实施例中,采用的是一种诚信机制,对于诚信信息符合要求的第一用户,提供“快速换货”服务,不需要等到第一用户将退货货品发出,第二用户就可以将换货货品发出,以缩短第一用户的等待时间。
在实际应用中,为了进一步保障换货货品的到货时间,还可以对第二用户的实际发货情况进行监督。具体的,为了实现这种监督,可以在向第二用户发送通知消息时,记录下发送该通知消息的时间,并且,还可以创建待发货事件,并向第二用户客户端提供待发货事件对应的第一操作选项,该第一操作选项用于在将换货货品发货后,将该所述发货事件修改为已发货状态。这样,在通过所述第一操作选项接收到操作请求时,就可以确定出第二时间,并判断第一时间与第二时间之间的时间差是否符合第二预置条件,例如,是否在某时间范围内,如果不符合,则可以对该第二用户的诚信信息进行处理,例如,生成关于该第二用户的不良记录,等等。
另外,还可以对第一用户的行为进行监督,为了实现这种监督,可以向第二用户客户端提供第二操作选项,该第二操作选项用于在收到第一用户的退货货品后,提交收货通知,如果通过该第二操作选项接收到操作请求,则可以对第一用户的诚信信息进行正向更新。再者,还可以向第二用户客户端提供第三操作选项,该第三操作选项用于如果在预置的时间段内未收到第一用户的退货货品,提交未收货通知,如果通过所述第三操作选项接收到操作请求,则可以对第一用户的诚信信息进行负向更新。另外,针对上述第二用户未收到退货货品的情况,或者收到的退货货品有瑕疵、破损等现象,在实际应用中,还可以由平台方进行仲裁,避免对第二用户造成损失。
实施例二
参见图2,该实施例二从第二用户客户端的角度提供了一种换货信息处理方法,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
S201:第二用户客户端接收第一用户客户端发送的退货请求;
S202:接收到同意所述退货请求的操作指令后,接收服务器发送的通知消息,所述 通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货,所述通知消息通过以下方式生生成:服务器在监听到所述同意所述退货请求的事件时,判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件,如果符合所述第一预置条件,则生成所述通知消息;
S203:提供所述通知消息。
该实施例二与实施例一相比,只是描述的角度不同,因此,具体的实现方式可以参见实施例一中的介绍,这里不再赘述。
与实施例一相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种换货信息处理装置,应用于服务器,参见图3,该装置可以包括:
诚信信息保存单元301,用于预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
监听单元302,用于监听第二用户客户端针对第一用户客户端发出的换货请求提交的响应信息;
判断单元303,用于如果所述响应信息为接受所述换货请求,则判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件;
通知消息发送单元304,用于如果符合所述第一预置条件,则向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货。
具体实现时,该装置还可以包括:
第一用户收货地址保存单元,用于预先保存第一用户的收货地址信息;
所述通知消息发送单元包括:
询问消息发送子单元,用于根据所述预先保存的第一用户收货地址信息,向第一用户客户端发送是否使用该收货地址的询问信息;
信息携带子单元,用于接收到第一用户客户端使用该收货地址的响应信息时,向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,并在该通知消息中携带该收货地址信息。
其中,所述预先保存的第一用户的收货地址信息包括:所述换货请求所针对的交易订单中记录的收货地址。
另外,该装置还可以包括:
第二用户收货地址保存单元,用于预先保存第二用户的收货地址信息;
地址信息提供单元,用于如果所述第一用户的诚信信息符合第一预置条件,则将所述第二用户的收货地址信息提供给所述第一用户客户端。
此外,该装置还可以包括:
记录单元,用于记录所述发送通知消息的第一时间,并创建待发货事件;
第一操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供所述待发货事件对应的第一操作选项,所述第一操作选项用于在将换货货品发货后,将所述待发货事件修改为已发货状态;
时间确定单元,用于通过所述第一操作选项接收到操作请求时,确定第二时间;
时间判断单元,用于判断所述第一时间与第二时间之间的时间差是否符合第二预置条件,如果不符合,则对该第二用户的诚信信息进行处理。
第二操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项用于在收到第一用户的退货货品后,提交收货通知;
正向更新单元,用于如果通过所述第二操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行正向更新。
第三操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供第三操作选项,所述第三操作选项用于如果在预置的时间段内未收到第一用户的退货货品,提交未收货通知;
负向更新单元,用于如果通过所述第三操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行负向更新。
与实施例二相对应,本申请实施例还提供了一种换货信息处理装置,应用于第二用户客户端,参见图4,该装置可以包括:
退货请求接收单元401,用于接收第一用户客户端发送的退货请求;
通知消息接收单元402,用于接收到同意所述退货请求的操作指令后,接收服务器发送的通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货,所述通知消息通过以下方式生生成:服务器在监听到所述同意所述退货请求的事件时,判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件,如果符合所述第一预置条件,则生成所述通知消息;
通知消息提供单元403,用于提供所述通知消息。
通过本申请实施例,可以预先保存第一用户的诚信信息,如果第一用户需要进行退货,对应的第二用户同意了该退货请求,并且第一用户也属于诚信用户,则系统就可以通知第二用户直接对换货货品进行发货,而不需要第一用户先将退货货品发出,因此,可以缩短第一用户的等待时间。从系统角度而言,也可以节省系统资源,提高系统的服务质量。
通过以上的实施方式的描述可知,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请可借 助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统或系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。以上所描述的系统及系统实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种换货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    服务器预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
    监听第二用户客户端针对第一用户客户端发出的换货请求提交的响应信息;
    如果所述响应信息为接受所述换货请求,则判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件;
    如果符合所述第一预置条件,则向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预先保存第一用户的收货地址信息;
    所述向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,包括:
    根据所述预先保存的第一用户收货地址信息,向第一用户客户端发送是否使用该收货地址的询问信息;
    接收到第一用户客户端使用该收货地址的响应信息时,向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,并在该通知消息中携带该收货地址信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预先保存的第一用户的收货地址信息包括:所述换货请求所针对的交易订单中记录的收货地址。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    预先保存第二用户的收货地址信息;
    如果所述第一用户的诚信信息符合第一预置条件,则将所述第二用户的收货地址信息提供给所述第一用户客户端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    记录所述发送通知消息的第一时间,并创建待发货事件;
    向所述第二用户客户端提供所述待发货事件对应的第一操作选项,所述第一操作选项用于在将换货货品发货后,将所述待发货事件修改为已发货状态;
    通过所述第一操作选项接收到操作请求时,确定第二时间;
    判断所述第一时间与第二时间之间的时间差是否符合第二预置条件,如果不符合,则对该第二用户的诚信信息进行处理。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述第二用户客户端提供第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项用于在收到第一用户 的退货货品后,提交收货通知;
    如果通过所述第二操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行正向更新。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述第二用户客户端提供第三操作选项,所述第三操作选项用于如果在预置的时间段内未收到第一用户的退货货品,提交未收货通知;
    如果通过所述第三操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行负向更新。
  8. 一种换货信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二用户客户端接收第一用户客户端发送的退货请求;
    接收到同意所述退货请求的操作指令后,接收服务器发送的通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货,所述通知消息通过以下方式生生成:服务器在监听到所述同意所述退货请求的事件时,判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件,如果符合所述第一预置条件,则生成所述通知消息;
    提供所述通知消息。
  9. 一种换货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于服务器,包括:
    诚信信息保存单元,用于预先保存第一用户的诚信信息;
    监听单元,用于监听第二用户客户端针对第一用户客户端发出的换货请求提交的响应信息;
    判断单元,用于如果所述响应信息为接受所述换货请求,则判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件;
    通知消息发送单元,用于如果符合所述第一预置条件,则向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一用户收货地址保存单元,用于预先保存第一用户的收货地址信息;
    所述通知消息发送单元包括:
    询问消息发送子单元,用于根据所述预先保存的第一用户收货地址信息,向第一用户客户端发送是否使用该收货地址的询问信息;
    信息携带子单元,用于接收到第一用户客户端使用该收货地址的响应信息时,向所述第二用户客户端发送通知消息,并在该通知消息中携带该收货地址信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预先保存的第一用户的收货地址信息包括:所述换货请求所针对的交易订单中记录的收货地址。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二用户收货地址保存单元,用于预先保存第二用户的收货地址信息;
    地址信息提供单元,用于如果所述第一用户的诚信信息符合第一预置条件,则将所述第二用户的收货地址信息提供给所述第一用户客户端。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    记录单元,用于记录所述发送通知消息的第一时间,并创建待发货事件;
    第一操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供所述待发货事件对应的第一操作选项,所述第一操作选项用于在将换货货品发货后,将所述待发货事件修改为已发货状态;
    时间确定单元,用于通过所述第一操作选项接收到操作请求时,确定第二时间;
    时间判断单元,用于判断所述第一时间与第二时间之间的时间差是否符合第二预置条件,如果不符合,则对该第二用户的诚信信息进行处理。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项用于在收到第一用户的退货货品后,提交收货通知;
    正向更新单元,用于如果通过所述第二操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行正向更新。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三操作选项提供单元,用于向所述第二用户客户端提供第三操作选项,所述第三操作选项用于如果在预置的时间段内未收到第一用户的退货货品,提交未收货通知;
    负向更新单元,用于如果通过所述第三操作选项接收到操作请求,则对第一用户的诚信信息进行负向更新。
  16. 一种换货信息处理装置,其特征在于,应用于第二用户客户端,包括:
    退货请求接收单元,用于接收第一用户客户端发送的退货请求;
    通知消息接收单元,用于接收到同意所述退货请求的操作指令后,接收服务器发送的通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述第二用户客户端对换货货品进行发货,所述通知消息通过以下方式生生成:服务器在监听到所述同意所述退货请求的事件时,判断所述第一用户的诚信信息是否符合第一预置条件,如果符合所述第一预置条件,则生成所 述通知消息;
    通知消息提供单元,用于提供所述通知消息。
