Definitions
- the present invention is an analysis method for easily and accurately measuring an out-of-plane displacement distribution of an object or a three-dimensional displacement distribution including in-plane displacement and extraordinary displacement, and vibration distribution obtained from time-series measurement results,
- the present invention relates to a device and a program thereof.
- the whole-field measurement method based on image measurement can acquire displacement distribution information of the entire imaging area.
- All-field measurement methods include speckle interferometry, digital holography, digital image correlation, and sampling moire.
- the in-plane displacement (in-plane displacement) that is the amount of displacement in the x and y (vertical and horizontal) directions parallel to the imaging element surface of the camera, and the imaging of the camera
- an out-of-plane displacement that is a displacement amount in the z (depth) direction perpendicular to the element surface.
- in-plane displacement can be measured with a single camera, but out-of-plane displacement cannot be measured.
- Patent Document 2 a method of measuring an out-of-plane displacement of an object or a three-dimensional displacement including in-plane and out-of-plane using two cameras has been developed. A method and measuring apparatus that can measure a three-dimensional displacement with only a camera have not been developed.
- the method using multiple cameras is used for accurate synchronization between the cameras, the cost of aligning multiple camera devices, and using multiple images. Measurements are subject to many limitations, such as an increase in analysis time that can be analyzed only within a range that can be simultaneously captured in images taken by two or more cameras.
- an image obtained from a single digital (video) camera as shown in FIG. 2 is processed by an information processing apparatus having a display device in a separate housing, such as a personal computer.
- the image is processed by the calculation unit, and the three-dimensional displacement and vibration including the out-of-plane displacement or in-plane / out-of-plane displacement of the object are simply measured and displayed.
- the calculation unit in the camera can perform calculation processing and display the measurement result on the display unit as appropriate.
- Measuring method 1 Out-of-plane displacement measurement (Principle of out-of-plane displacement measurement with a single camera)
- the present invention is a case where a lattice marker attached to the surface of an object or transferred (the lattice pattern is a pattern having an arbitrary repetition such as a sine wave, cosine wave, rectangular wave, triangular wave, etc.) is photographed with a digital (video) camera.
- the pitch of the grid on the image changes slightly when out-of-plane displacement occurs.
- the grid pitch recorded on the image sensor consisting of image sensors arranged in a grid in the horizontal and vertical directions is Q [pixel], and the sensor size (actual size of 1 pixel) is a [mm / pixel], and the grid pitch of the grid pre-attached to the object is p [mm], the ratio of the sizes is the distance d between the image plane (image sensor plane) and the lens and the distance z between the object plane and the lens.
- equation (1) the distance d between the image plane and the lens changes slightly by adjusting the focus of the lens, and cannot be measured accurately. Therefore, d is expressed using the focal length f from the lens imaging formula.
- the lattice pitch before and after deformation is the phase of moire fringes before and after deformation obtained by the existing sampling moire method (Non-Patent Document 1).
- phase gradients are the respective phase gradients (phase gradients).
- phase gradient of the moire fringe phase (formula (6))
- a central second-order difference which is a differentiation method often used in image processing, that is, a horizontal difference.
- the phase gradient of the moiré fringes in the direction can be obtained from the average value of the difference between the phase values of two adjacent pixels.
- the pitch p of the grating attached to the object, the CCD size a of the camera, and the focal length f of the lens can be accurately known in advance. Then, the amount of out-of-plane displacement can be calculated directly from the change in the lattice pitch before and after the out-of-plane displacement from Equation (5).
- Measuring method 2 Principle of simultaneous measurement of in-plane and out-of-plane displacement with a single camera In the case of image measurement, if in-plane displacement and out-of-plane displacement occur at the same time, the in-plane displacement and surface to be originally measured on the image An apparent in-plane displacement occurs due to the external displacement. Therefore, the in-plane displacement cannot be measured accurately.
- FIG. 3 is a principle diagram of the in-plane / out-of-plane displacement simultaneous measurement method using a single camera.
- the in-plane displacement amount ⁇ x in the X direction measured by the sampling moire method is expressed by Expression (11).
- ⁇ is the horizontal or vertical component of the angle formed by the line connecting the optical axis of the lens and the center of the lens and the grid attached to the object before deformation
- ⁇ ′ is the optical axis of the lens after deformation and the lens
- the horizontal or vertical component of the angle formed by the line connecting the center and the lattice after deformation is used.
- Equation (15) the in-plane displacement amount excluding the influence of the apparent in-plane displacement amount due to the out-of-plane displacement from Equation (12) and Equation (14) is expressed by Equation (15).
- the apparent in-plane displacement due to the angle of view, ⁇ ztan ⁇ can be obtained in advance by determining only the out-of-plane displacement in the object under constant experimental conditions and determining the apparent in-plane displacement ⁇ .
- tan ⁇ can be obtained from the angle of view determined by the lens specifications.
- the out-of-plane displacement amount ⁇ z is obtained from the obtained tan ⁇ and the change in the lattice pitch on the image due to the out-of-plane displacement, the apparent in-plane displacement amount d due to the out-of-plane displacement is obtained from Equation (13), and obtained from Equation (14).
- the accurate in-plane displacement can be obtained.
- the in-plane displacement amount ⁇ y in the y direction is obtained, the three-dimensional displacement of the object can be finally obtained.
- the present invention can measure a three-dimensional displacement with only a single camera, it has the advantages of a wider shooting range, lower cost, no synchronization between cameras, and less calculation amount than using two cameras.
- the size of the object to be observed with various microscopes for example, electronic scanning microscopes, laser scanning microscopes, optical microscopes, etc.
- single lens reflex cameras for example, CCD cameras, CMOS cameras, video cameras, etc.
- the present invention has the following effects. (1) It is possible to measure out-of-plane displacement and three-dimensional displacement with only one camera. Therefore, it can be easily applied to dynamic measurement and vibration measurement is possible. (2) Compared with the method of attaching a plurality of displacement sensors, wiring is not necessary, and displacement / vibration information at a plurality of points can be obtained at the same time. (3) Remote measurement is possible from a distance.

Abstract
