Abstract
【課題】電池又はコンデンサを製造するために電解液をセパレータと正電極及び負電極との間に注入する作業を容易且つ迅速に行うことができ、セパレータ等に皺が発生するのを防止できる巻回装置を提供する。 【解決手段】巻回装置10を、セパレータ200及び202、正電極204、負電極206を巻芯108へ巻回していく巻回機構12を有する装置である。巻回装置10は、巻回機構12と、巻回機構12を収納したチャンバー14と、チャンバー14内の空気を吸引する真空ポンプ16(a)及び16(b)と、を含んで構成した。
