Definitions

  • Los tejidos a la plana consisten en una estructura de tejido donde se teje entrelazando dos hilos, filamentos o fibras diversas (naturales, artificiales o sinteticas): una longitudinal, llamada trama y otra transversal, llamada urdimbre, el resultado es un tejido derivado de una tecnologia que es no elastico por estructura y que solo lo puede ser por la naturaleza del propio hilo.
  • Atendiendo a lo que se propone en la patente " Textile product with illuminated fibers manufacturing process", US 7234853 B2 2001, el tejido se notede mediante la insertion de tramas y/o de urdimbre con fibra luminica plastica en tejidos a la plana, con lo que el resultado bloca complet though el tejido o en la direction donde se ha insertado la fibra optica, no siendo apto para ninguna reasonablycion donde se requiera elasticidad.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un tissu tricoté élastique biaxial lumineux, comprenant les étapes suivantes: l'alimentation d'un corps conique en fibre lumineuse, l'enroulement du corps conique étant effectué à une vitesse linéaire constante de la fibre lumineuse, pour alimenter une fibre lumineuse à un métier à tricotage chaîne plat ou circulaire, et pour le tissage selon un motif de chaîne ou de trame, de sorte que l'une des boucles soit tissée avec une fibre lumineuse, l'une des aiguilles du métier à tisser n'étant pas alimentée en fibre lumineuse et en fibre textile classique, et, par conséquent, une zone exempte de boucles est créée dans le tissu tricoté. L'invention concerne également un tissu tricoté élastique biaxial fabriqué par ledit procédé et un système d'alimentation en fibre lumineuse pour cônage sur des machines d'enroulement de fils à une vitesse linéaire constante.
