Description
本发明涉及一种户外用品,特别是涉及一种帐篷,可便于一人将其展开或折叠。
帐篷是户外休闲旅游的必备用品,也可以用于庭院的装饰或者休闲时的临时遮阳、挡雨、避风,从而给用户提供一个安全、舒适的环境。由于帐篷具有轻巧耐用、携带方便、收放自如等优点,故帐篷被广泛地应用于户外活动、旅游休闲、探险活动、大型会展、流动摊档、临时场所、临时车库等场合。
随着人们生活的不断改善,帐篷的使用越来越频繁。帐篷一般都包括可折叠的帐篷架以及篷布,所述帐篷架由顶蓬架、以及三根或三根以上的支撑腿构成,所述支撑腿用于支撑顶蓬架,且支撑腿上还设置有锁定结构,所述篷布覆盖在顶蓬架上,用于遮阳、挡雨或避风。目前,锁定结构一般为锁定销,通过机械的锁定方式来锁定帐篷的展开状态。或者,如申请号为201220728766.8的中国实用新型专利说明书公开的一种帐篷中,其帐篷骨架包括多根脚杆、多根通过端部铰接且呈放射状设置的屋檐杆、屋檐连接装置和用于固定脚杆的定位装置;屋檐连接装置包括铰接相连的连接件本体和屋檐连接件,连接件本体固定设置在脚杆的端部;屋檐杆包括外管、内管和伸缩锁定装置;外管与屋檐连接件固定相连;内管可滑动地套设在外管中;伸缩锁定装置设置在外管与内管之间。在展开帐篷骨架时,先通过定位装置固定脚杆;然后将内管向外拉出;最后利用锁定装置锁定屋檐杆的长度;在折叠帐篷骨架时,将上述步骤逆序操作即可。
因此,由上述内容不难得出,不管是展开或折叠带锁定销的帐篷或上述现有技术公开的帐篷时,都需要至少两个人同时操作,且要将帐篷的每条支撑腿拉到位才可以确保帐篷被完全锁定,其非常不利于只有一个人时展开或折叠帐篷。另外,当帐篷组装好以后,篷布呈开口向下的弧面状,其风阻较大、还容易吃风,故增大了风对帐篷的破坏力,缩短了帐篷的使用寿命。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种方便于一人展开或折叠的帐篷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种帐篷,包括帐篷架和篷布,所述帐篷架包括多根支撑
腿和位于支撑腿上端处的顶蓬架,所述顶蓬架包括位于相邻两根支撑腿之间的伸缩单元、以及设在每根支撑腿上端处的角檐管,所述伸缩单元的两端与支撑腿相铰接,所述角檐管可上下转动、且角檐管的外端与篷布边缘相连接;多根支撑腿中,当有两根呈对角分布的支撑腿上所连接的角檐管与水平面的夹角α为0°或锐角时,所述篷布处于绷直状态。
进一步地,所述角檐管上铰接有一连杆,所述支撑腿上套有一可沿支撑腿长度方向来回移动的连接滑套,所述伸缩单元包括一个X形杆件或多个相互铰接的X形杆件,所述X形杆件包括相互铰接的第一屋檐管和第二屋檐管;与支撑腿相连接的X形杆件中,第一屋檐管与连接滑套铰接,第二屋檐管与支撑腿的上端铰接,所述连杆的端部与连接滑套铰接,角檐管与连杆构成三角撑杆结构。

当需要展开帐篷时,先将角檐管32与篷布1相连接,之后用户以一根支撑腿2为中心、并对铰接在该支撑腿2上端的角檐管32施力,使角檐管32以其与该支撑腿2的铰接点为中心向上翻转。在角檐管32向上翻转的过程中,伸缩单元31以所选的支撑腿2为中心不断地向外伸出,从而带动其余支撑腿2向外移动,并使得两根呈对角设置的支撑腿2上所连接的角檐管32之间的对角线间距不断地增大,从而使篷布1逐渐被呈对角设置的角檐管32拉紧。由于篷布1本身具有一定的弹性,故当两根对角设置的角檐管32之间的间距大于篷布1在这方向上的处于临界绷直状态时的长度后,篷布1即可处于绷直状态,此时,角檐管32与水平面之间的夹角α为锐角或为0°,且篷布1对两根对角分布的角檐管32施加两个大小相等、方向相反的作用力,从而实现帐篷架和帐篷整体的自锁,以保持帐篷的展开状态。因此,该帐篷利用篷布1与角檐管32之间自身的张力形成自锁,省掉了现有技术中支撑腿2上锁定销的锁定方式,从而在展开帐篷时不再需要将每一根支撑腿2都拉一下来确保帐篷锁到位,进
而便于一人将该帐篷展开或收起,操作非常方便。
优选地,所谓篷布1的临界绷直状态是指:在该状态下,篷布1两个对角线之间的间距为L;当两根对角设置的角檐管32之间的间距L1小于L时,则篷布1为未被拉紧的放松状态;当两根对角设置的角檐管32之间的间距L1大于L时,则篷布1为被拉紧的绷直状态。
进一步地,如图1和图3所示,所述角檐管32的中点或邻近中点处铰接有一连杆33,所述支撑腿2上套有一可沿支撑腿2长度方向来回移动的连接滑套34,所述伸缩单元31包括一个X形杆件311或多个相互铰接的X形杆件311,所述X形杆件311均包括相互铰接的第一屋檐管312和第二屋檐管313,当X形杆件311为一个时,最有利于结构刚性,当X形杆件311为多个时,有利于结构尺寸的扩大;所述第一屋檐管312和第二屋檐管313的结构完全相同,且第一屋檐管312与第二屋檐管313的铰接点位于或邻近于第一屋檐管312或第二屋檐管313的中点处。与支撑腿2相连接的X形杆件311中,第一屋檐管312与连接滑套34铰接,第二屋檐管313与支撑腿2的上端铰接,所述连杆33的端部与连接滑套34铰接,所述角檐管32与连杆33构成三角撑杆结构,即呈Y形布局。在角檐管32向上翻转或向下翻转的过程中,角檐管32的内端在上下方向上位置固定,故角檐管32通过连杆33带动连接滑套34沿支撑腿2向上或向下移动,连接滑套34又会带动第一屋檐管312沿支腿向上或向下移动,从而使X形杆件311以该支撑腿2为中心而向外移动或向内移动,进而实现伸缩单元31的向外伸出或向内收拢,以展开或折叠帐篷。
优选地,如图3所示,所述支撑腿2的上端固定有一连接角件35,与支撑腿2相连接的X形杆件311中,第二屋檐管313与连接角件35相铰接,所述角檐管32内端与连接角件35相铰接,从而通过连接角件35完成角檐管32、第二屋檐管313与支撑腿2的铰接。
另外,一根支撑腿2连接有两个X形杆件311以及一根角檐管32,故连接角件35包括固定在支撑腿2上的角件本体351、以及三个从角件本体351上径向延伸的连接部,每个连接部中均设有一开口朝下的收容槽352,两个X形杆件311的第二屋檐管313以及一根角檐管32分别置于三个连接部的收容槽352中、且均通过转轴与连接部铰接。较优地,每个连接部在收容槽352的上端均包括挡板部353,用于限制角檐管32向上翻转的极限位置,保证帐篷展开状态的稳定性。所述连接滑套34也设有三个径向延伸的连接部,每个连接部中均开设有一开口朝上的收容槽352,两个X形杆件311的第一屋檐管312以及一根连杆33分别置于连接滑套34的三个连接部的收容槽352中、且均通过转轴与连接部铰接。
该帐篷中所述支撑腿2为至少三根,较优地,如图1、图2和图4所示,所述支撑腿2有四根,分别为第一支撑腿24、第二支撑腿25、第三支撑腿26和第四支撑腿27,所述第一
支撑腿24和第三支撑腿26呈对角设置,第二支撑腿25和第四支撑腿27呈对角设置。所述角檐管32包括铰接在第一支撑腿24上端和第三支撑腿26上端的上角檐管321、以及铰接在第二支撑腿25上端和第四支撑腿27上端的下角檐管322。位于第一支撑腿24与第二支撑腿25之间、第二支撑腿25与第三支撑腿26之间、第三支撑腿26与第四支撑腿27之间、以及第四支撑腿27与第一支撑腿24之间的伸缩单元31均包括两个X形杆件311,所述篷布1上设置四个连接点,分别于两根上角檐管321的外端、两根下角檐管322的外端相连接。图4所示的帐篷架为帐篷未使用时的折叠状态,当需要展开该帐篷时,则用户手持第一支撑腿24、并将铰接在第一支撑腿24上端的上角檐管321向上翻转,上角檐管321通过连杆33带动套在第一支撑腿24上的连接滑套34向上移动,与此同时,连接滑套34驱动与第一支撑腿24相铰接的两个伸缩单元31向外移动,进而将第二支撑腿25、第三支撑腿26和第四支撑腿27以第一支撑腿24为中心向外移动,直至篷布1被拉紧并越过顶蓬架3上两个对角分布的角檐管32之间的极限最大距离后,从而形成自锁。
更进一步地说,当上角檐管321向上翻转并处于水平面的下方时,两根上角檐管321、以及两根下角檐管322之间的间距L1都在逐步增大,当该间距L1大于篷布1处于临界绷直状态时的长度L后,篷布1与上角檐管321之间存在张力即可形成自锁,但此时上角檐管321容易在篷布1的张力作用下向下翻转收拢,故帐篷的锁定状态不是很稳定。用户施力使上角檐管321继续向上翻转并处于水平时,如图5和图6所示,两根上角檐管321之间的间距L1为最大值,篷布1在两根上角檐管321之间的连线方向上处于最紧状态。用户增大施力力度使上角檐管321继续向上翻转、以越过水平极限状态,如图7和图8所示,此时两根上角檐管321处于水平面的上方,且两根上角檐管321之间的间距L1仍大于篷布1处于临界绷直状态时的长度L,故篷布1与上角檐管321之间还是会存在张力形成自锁,但在此状态下,若不对上角檐管321施加外力时,则上角檐管321不会在篷布1的张力作用下克服水平极限状态而向下翻转,故帐篷的锁定状态比较稳定可靠。优选地,为了使帐篷的锁定状态更加稳定可靠,如图3所示,所述支撑腿2上固设有一圈或一小段或某几小段径向延伸、且位于连接滑套34上方的限位块21,当连接滑套34与限位块21相抵靠时,所述上角檐管321位于水平面的上方,所述夹角α为锐角,且篷布1处于绷直状态;通过限位块21可限制连接滑套34的上移,进而限制上角檐管321的继续向上翻转,从而大大提高帐篷的结构稳定性和可靠性。当然,也可以采用其他限位结构,如弹头与孔相组合的锁定结构。
优选地,帐篷展开后,由四根角檐管32支撑出的篷布1呈鞍形,故篷布1比较平坦且外观更加时尚美观、风阻比较小,从而减小了风对帐篷的破坏力,大大提高了帐篷的使用寿命。
与此同时,采用上述结构的帐篷在提高使用便利度的同时,其还不需要在帐篷架中间额外安装支撑用的顶管,故可节省材料,使帐篷成本更加低廉,提高帐篷的性价比。
当需要将帐篷收起折叠时,则手持第一支撑腿24、并施力将铰接在第一支撑腿24上端的上角檐管321向下翻转,克服两根上角檐管321的水平极限状态后继续使上角檐管321向下翻转,则上角檐管321通过连杆33带动连接滑套34向下移动,与此同时,连接滑套34驱动与第一支撑腿24相铰接的两个伸缩单元31向内收拢,进而将第二支撑腿25、第三支撑腿26和第四支撑腿27以第一支撑腿24为中心向内收拢,最后解除篷布1与上角檐管321、下角檐管322的连接关系,取下篷布1即可,收拢折叠后的帐篷架如图4所示。
进一步地,当帐篷展开后,所述篷布1与角檐管32的外端之间设有篷布防脱落结构;所述篷布防脱落结构可以有多个实施例,较优的实施例为:如图9所示,所述篷布1的边缘设有一圈向内翻转的卷边部11,该卷边部11与篷布1之间形成有一收容腔12,所述收容腔12中设有固定在篷布1上的弹力套13,该弹力套13由弹性织带制成,所述角檐管32的外端紧配合地穿设在弹力套13中,从而将角檐管32与篷布1相连接。当然,篷布1和角檐管32也可以采用其他连接方式,如在篷布1的边缘处加设鸡眼扣或带孔且由塑料制成的固定片,使用螺丝穿过鸡眼扣或固定片上的孔固定在角檐管32的外端,从而将篷布1和角檐管32相连接。优选地,所述角檐管32的外端与卷边部11之间设有一位于收容腔12中的弹性元件6,如图32所示,该弹性元件6固定在篷布1上;当所述夹角α为0°或锐角时,所述弹性元件6处于被压缩状态,故弹性元件6对篷布1和角檐管32同时施加一个张力,使得篷布1更加绷紧,防止因角檐管32磨损而影响篷布1的张紧效果,保证帐篷的正常使用。
进一步地,所述支撑腿2上设有多个沿支撑腿2长度方向分布的长度调节单元,用于调节支撑腿2的长度。当四根支撑腿2的长度在变化时,篷布1的朝向也在不断发生变化,图10至图13为长度不同的支撑腿2所形成的篷布1不同的朝向,故通过长度调节单元来调节支撑腿2的长度后,可同时调节篷布1的朝向,使得篷布1朝向顺太阳照射角度的变化而变化,起到最大程度的遮阳作用。
所述长度调节单元可以为螺纹连接结构,也可以为其他结构,本申请提供一种结构简单、操作方便、锁紧力不会受到局限的长度调节单元。所述长度调节单元有两种实施例,实施例一如图14至图16所示,实施例二如图17至图19所示。具体说,实施例一所公开的长度调节单元包括锁紧机构5、以及构成支撑腿2的内管22和外管23,所述内管22上端插入外管23中,所述内管22和外管23可以为方管,也可以为圆管;所述锁紧机构5用于限定内管22和外管23之间的相对位置,其包括固定在外管23上的固定座51、与内管22可相对移动的
压片52、以及弹簧53。当锁紧机构5在锁紧状态时,见图15,所述弹簧53对压片52施加压力,故压片52在弹簧53的压力作用下与固定座51相抵靠,同时又被压紧在内管22的外壁上,两者之间没有活动间隙,因此压片52不能自由活动,且通过压片52和内管22外壁之间的摩擦力使得内管22不能移动,从而使锁紧机构5处于锁紧状态,以保持支撑腿2所调节的长度。当需要将锁紧机构5解锁时,见图16,用户对压片52施力,以克服弹簧53的压力来扳动压片52,使压片52与内管22的外壁相互释放,消除压片52与内管22外壁之间的摩擦力,从而使内管22在外管23中可伸缩移动。因此,在调节支撑腿2长度时,只需用力扳动压片52即可调整内管22在外管23中的相对位置,调节完成后松开压片52即可,故所述长度调节单元操作非常方便,且还能实现支撑腿2长度的无级调。
进一步地,如图15和图16所示,所述固定座51中开设有一容纳腔511,所述内管22可伸缩地穿设在该容纳腔511中,所述压片52包括可活动地置于容纳腔511中的压片本体部521和从容纳腔511中露出的触发部522,所述触发部522便于用户按下压片52、以释放锁紧机构5,所述压片本体部521上开设有容内管22穿过的第二通孔523;当锁紧机构5在锁紧状态时,所述第二通孔523的轴线与内管22的轴线成一锐角,且第二通孔523的内壁与内管22的外壁相抵紧;当锁紧机构5在解锁状态时,所述第二通孔523的轴线与内管22的轴线相平行,且第二通孔523的内壁与内管22的外壁相互释放,从而便于压片52的安装定位,且当锁紧机构5锁紧时,可使内管22上相对的两侧同时被第二通孔523的内壁压紧,从而使锁定更加稳定牢靠,不易松动。
优选地,所述固定座51包括固定在外管23上的固定座上部512和容内管22穿过的固定座下部513,所述弹簧53置于容纳腔511中,所述固定座下部513上还设有一向上延伸的下导向部514,所述压片本体部521上设有向下延伸、且位于靠近触发部522侧的上导向部524。当锁紧机构5在解锁状态时,如图16所示,所述上导向部524与下导向部514上下相对设置,且上导向部524的下端面与下导向部514的上端面相互抵靠,所述弹簧53套在上导向部524和下导向部514上,且弹簧53的上下两端分别与压片52的下端面和固定座下部513的上端面相抵靠、并处于压缩状态。因此,当用户松开压片52的触发部522后,弹簧53对压片52施加一个向上的作用力,如图15所示,使得压片52向上移动直至与固定座上部512的下端面相抵靠,同时压片52又抵紧内管22的外壁,以锁定内管22相对于外管23的位置。本实施例中,所述弹簧53优选采用压簧。
进一步地,见图15,所述压片52包括与弹簧53相抵靠的第一侧面525以及与固定座上部512相抵靠的第二侧面526,所述第一侧面525与第二侧面526相对设置,所述上导向部
524从第一侧面525上向下延伸;当锁紧机构5在锁紧状态时,压片52的第二侧面526与内管22的轴线成一锐角;当锁紧机构5在解锁状态时,压片52的第二侧面526垂直于内管22的轴线。因此,当锁紧机构5在解锁状态时,所述压片52是倾斜设置的,解锁时扳动压片52使压片52与内管22的横截面趋于平行,这样不仅可以避免锁紧机构5出现卡死现象,还便于用户在解锁时对压片52施力,方便操作。
另外,所述容纳腔511包括相对设置的第一内壁515和第二内壁516,当锁定机构锁定时,容纳腔511的第二内壁516与压片52的第二侧面526相抵靠,故第二内壁516所在的平面与内管22的轴线也成一锐角,即第二内壁516倾斜设置,所述压片52本体与第二内壁516可滑动地相抵靠,以使压片52具有足够的活动空间。
较优地,压片52本体与第二内壁516之间通过一弧形面相抵接,故可通过扳动压片52的触发部522来使压片52的触发部522向靠近第一内壁515、远离第二内壁516的方向移动来释放锁定机构,且压片52本体沿着所述弧形面滑动,进而使压片52整体发生转动。
实施例二所公开的长度调节单元与实施例一的区别仅在于:如图18和图19所示,所述弹簧53置于固定座51容纳腔511中、且弹簧53套在内管22上,所述内管22和外管23均为圆管,所述固定座51上不设置下导向部514,压片52上不设置上导向部524。
进一步地,所述支撑腿2的下端固设有一支撑脚垫4,其在与地面贴合的同时又不会妨碍支撑腿2的角度调整,使帐篷架支撑地更加稳定;本申请中,所述支撑脚垫4也有两种实施例。具体说,支撑脚垫4的实施例一如图20至图26所示,该支撑脚垫4包括设有球面凹槽411的底座41、可转动地插设在球面凹槽411中且呈球状的转动体42,所述转动体42与支撑腿2的下端固定连接,且转动体42相对底座41具有两个转动自由度,这两个转动自由度为绕第一轴线转动的第一转动自由度、以及绕第二轴线转动的第二转动自由度,所述第一轴线和第二轴线相交且交点与所述转动体42的球心相重合,且第一轴线和第二轴线所在的平面与竖直平面成一夹角;较优地,第一轴线和第二轴线均水平设置,且第一轴线垂直于第二轴线,即第一轴线为X轴,第二轴线为Y轴。
为实现上述底座41与转动体42之间的两个转动自由度,所述底座41与转动体42的连接结构为:见图20至图26,底座41和转动体42通过一可转动地销轴43相连接,所述第一轴线为销轴43的轴线。转动体42上开设有两个对称设置、且处于同一平面内的扇形槽421,所述扇形槽421的圆心角在转动体42的球心处相连通,所述销轴43穿设在两个扇形槽421中、并通过两个扇形槽421的圆心角连通处,所述销轴43可绕第二轴线转动,所述第二轴线垂直于两个扇形槽421所在的平面。因此,所述转动体42相对于底座41既可绕第一轴线转
动,也可绕第二轴线转动,从而保证在支撑腿2进行长度和角度调节的过程中,底座41的底面可以一直与地面相贴合,最终保证帐篷架整体结构的支撑稳定性和可靠性。
所述球面凹槽411包括呈半球面状的内壁,该内壁的上端应低于转动体42的上端或与转动体42的上端齐平,当支撑脚垫4处于正常状态时,即如图21和图22所示的状态,球面凹槽411的内壁与转动体42的下部可滑动地相贴合。另外,所述球面凹槽411还包括向上延伸的凸壁417,销轴43的两端分别可转动地穿设在凸壁417中,所述凸壁417可以是两个相对设置的分片,也可以是一个整体结构的环,且凸壁417的内壁可以是竖直平面,也可以是朝内或朝外设置的倾斜平面。
支撑脚垫4的实施例二如图27至图31所示,该支撑脚垫4包括设有球面凹槽411的底座41、可转动地插设在球面凹槽411中且呈球状的转动体42,所述转动体42与支撑腿2的下端固定连接,且转动体42相对底座41具有三个转动自由度,这三个转动自由度为绕第一轴线转动的第一转动自由度、绕第二轴线转动的第二转动自由度、以及绕第三轴线转动的第三自由度。所述第一轴线和第二轴线相交且交点与所述转动体42的球心相重合,且第一轴线和第二轴线所在的平面与竖直平面成一夹角;较优地,第一轴线和第二轴线均水平设置,且第一轴线垂直于第二轴线,第三轴线为竖直轴线,即第一轴线为X轴,第二轴线为Y轴,第三轴线为Z轴。
为实现上述底座41与转动体42之间的三个转动自由度,所述底座41与转动体42的连接结构为:见图27至图31,所述球面凹槽411的上端设有内壁呈环形球面状的限位部412,所述限位部412包覆在转动体42的外部、且限位部412的开口直径小于所述转动体42的直径,限位部412的内壁与转动体42的部分外壁可滑动地相贴合,故转动体42在底座41的球面凹槽411中自由万向转动的同时,转动体42不能在球面凹槽411中沿竖直轴线上下移动,即限位部412防止转动体42从球面凹槽411中脱出。优选地,所述限位部412的上端应低于转动体42的上端,从而使得限位部412不会妨碍转动体42相对于底座41的转动。
进一步地,所述底座41包括开设有第一通孔414的底座本体413、以及开设有弧面容槽416的底盖415,所述限位部412设在底座本体413的上端,所述底盖415置于第一通孔414下端、且与底座本体413固定连接,所述底座本体413和底盖415通过多个螺丝相连接,多个螺丝自下而上旋入。所述第一通孔414和弧面容槽416形成所述球面凹槽411,故球面凹槽411的内壁可以是连续的,也可以是不连续的。
上述支撑脚垫4的两个实施例中,转动体42与支撑腿2的固定连接结构为:如图20和图28所示,所述转动体42固定在一连接块44的下端,所述连接块44的上端插入支撑腿2
中、并通过螺丝与支撑腿2固定连接。
综上所述,本申请涉及的帐篷具有以下优点:
1、通过篷布1与角檐管32之间的张力可形成自锁,从而便于一人将帐篷展开或折叠,操作非常方便;
2、帐篷展开后,篷布1呈鞍形状,故帐篷整体外管23更加美观时尚,且还减少了风对帐篷的破坏力,延长帐篷的使用寿命;
3、帐篷架结构简单,故可节省材料,降低生产成本;
4、通过长度调节单元实现支撑腿2长度的无级调,使得帐篷的篷布1适应太阳的朝向,从而最大程度地遮挡阳光;
5、长度调节单元中的锁定机构结构简单、锁定牢靠、锁紧力不受局限,从而大大提高了帐篷的整体稳定性,且锁定机构解锁方便,便于用户施力;
6、在支撑腿2下端设置支撑脚垫4,使得在调节支撑腿2长度和角度的同时,支撑脚垫4的底面始终与地面贴合,从而保持帐篷的整体稳定性。
所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

- 一种帐篷,包括帐篷架和篷布(1),所述帐篷架包括多根支撑腿(2)和位于支撑腿(2)上端处的顶蓬架(3),其特征在于:所述顶蓬架(3)包括位于相邻两根支撑腿(2)之间的伸缩单元(31)、以及设在每根支撑腿(2)上端处的角檐管(32),所述伸缩单元(31)的两端与支撑腿(2)相铰接,所述角檐管(32)可上下转动、且角檐管(32)的外端与篷布(1)边缘相连接;多根支撑腿(2)中,当有两根呈对角分布的支撑腿(2)上所连接的角檐管(32)与水平面的夹角α为0°或锐角时,所述篷布(1)处于绷直状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述角檐管(32)上铰接有一连杆(33),所述支撑腿(2)上套有一可沿支撑腿(2)长度方向来回移动的连接滑套(34),所述伸缩单元(31)包括一个X形杆件(311)或多个相互铰接的X形杆件(311),所述X形杆件(311)包括相互铰接的第一屋檐管(312)和第二屋檐管(313);与支撑腿(2)相连接的X形杆件(311)中,第一屋檐管(312)与连接滑套(34)铰接,第二屋檐管(313)与支撑腿(2)的上端铰接,所述连杆(33)的端部与连接滑套(34)铰接,角檐管(32)与连杆(33)构成三角撑杆结构。

- 根据权利要求2所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(2)上固设有径向延伸、且位于连接滑套(34)上方的限位块(21),当连接滑套(34)与限位块(21)相抵靠时,所述夹角α为锐角,且篷布(1)处于绷直状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷,其特征在于:当帐篷展开后,所述篷布(1)与角檐管(32)的外端之间设有篷布防脱落结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述防脱落机构包括设在篷布(1)边缘的一圈向内翻转的卷边部(11)、以及固定在篷布(1)上的弹力套(13),所述卷边部(11) 与篷布(1)之间形成有一收容所述弹力套(13)的收容腔(12),所述角檐管(32)的外端紧配合地穿设在弹力套(13)中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述角檐管(32)的外端与卷边部(11)之间设有一位于收容腔(12)中的弹性元件(6),该弹性元件(6)固定在篷布(1)上;当所述夹角α为0°或锐角时,所述弹性元件(6)处于被压缩状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(2)的下端固设有一支撑脚垫(4),该支撑脚垫(4)包括设有球面凹槽(411)的底座(41)、可转动地插设在球面凹槽(411)中且呈球状的转动体(42),所述转动体(42)与支撑腿(2)的下端固定连接,且转动体(42)相对底座(41)具有至少两个转动自由度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述转动自由度包括绕第一轴线转动的第一转动自由度、以及绕第二轴线转动的第二转动自由度,所述第一轴线和第二轴线相交且交点与所述转动体(42)的球心相重合,且第一轴线和第二轴线所在的平面与竖直平面成一夹角。
- 根据权利要求9所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座(41)和转动体(42)通过一可转动地销轴(43)相连接,所述第一轴线为销轴(43)的轴线。
- 根据权利要求10所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述转动体(42)上开设有两个对称设置、且处于同一平面内的扇形槽(421),所述扇形槽(421)的圆心角在转动体(42)的球心处相连通,所述销轴(43)穿设在两个扇形槽(421)中、并通过两个扇形槽(421)的圆心角连通处,所述销轴(43)可绕第二轴线转动,所述第二轴线垂直于两个扇形槽(421)所在的平面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述转动自由度还包括绕第三轴线转动的第三自由度,该第三轴线为竖直轴线。
- 根据权利要求12所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述球面凹槽(411)的上端设有内壁呈环形球面状的限位部(412),所述限位部(412)包覆在转动体(42)的外部、且限位部 (412)的开口直径小于所述转动体(42)的直径。
- 根据权利要求13所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述底座(41)包括开设有第一通孔(414)的底座本体(413)、以及开设有弧面容槽(416)的底盖(415),所述底盖(415)置于第一通孔(414)下端、且与底座本体(413)固定连接,所述第一通孔(414)和弧面容槽(416)形成所述球面凹槽(411)。
- 根据权利要求8至14任一项所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述转动体(42)固定在一连接块(44)的下端,所述连接块(44)的上端插入支撑腿(2)中、并与支撑腿(2)固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述支撑腿(2)上设有多个沿支撑腿(2)长度方向分布的长度调节单元。
- 根据权利要求16所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述长度调节单元包括锁紧机构(5)、以及构成支撑腿(2)的内管(22)和外管(23),所述内管(22)上端插入外管(23)中;所述锁紧机构(5)包括固定在外管(23)上的固定座(51)、与内管(22)可相对移动的压片(52)、以及弹簧(53);当锁紧机构(5)在锁紧状态时,所述弹簧(53)用于对压片(52)施加压力、使压片(52)与固定座(51)相抵靠的同时又抵紧内管(22)的外壁。
- 根据权利要求17所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述固定座(51)中开设有一容纳腔(511),所述压片(52)包括置于容纳腔(511)中的压片本体部(521)和从容纳腔(511)中露出的触发部(522),所述触发部(522)用于释放锁紧机构(5),所述压片本体部(521)上开设有容内管(22)穿过的第二通孔(523);当锁紧机构(5)在锁紧状态时,所述第二通孔(523)的轴线与内管(22)的轴线成一锐角,且第二通孔(523)的内壁与内管(22)的外壁相抵紧;当锁紧机构(5)在解锁状态时,所述第二通孔(523)的轴线与内管(22)的轴线相平行,且第二通孔(523)的内壁与内管(22)的外壁相互释放。
- 根据权利要求16所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述固定座(51)包括固定在外管(23)上的固定座上部(512)和容内管(22)穿过的固定座下部(513),所述弹簧(53)置于容纳腔(511)中,所述固定座下部(513)上还设有一向上延伸的下导向部(514),所述 压片本体部(521)上设有向下延伸的上导向部(524),所述弹簧(53)套在上导向部(524)和下导向部(514)上,所述弹簧(53)的上下两端分别与压片(52)和固定座下部(513)相抵靠;当锁紧机构(5)在解锁状态时,所述上导向部(524)与下导向部(514)相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求18所述的帐篷,其特征在于:所述固定座(51)包括固定在外管(23)上的固定座上部(512)和容内管(22)穿过的固定座下部(513),所述弹簧(53)置于容纳腔(511)中、且弹簧(53)套在内管(22)上,所述弹簧(53)的上下两端分别与压片(52)和固定座下部(513)相抵靠。
