Abstract

本发明公开一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆及斜撑杆；斜撑杆一端枢接在立柱上端；第一支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；第二支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；帐篷架展开状态下，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆将斜撑杆撑起。本发明可以扩大帐篷的内部空间，且携带收折方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种折叠帐篷，尤其是指一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构。
背景技术
现有技术中，可折叠帐篷架一般包括立柱、可折叠侧杆组件及可折叠顶杆组件及中杆；每根立柱上各设有一个固定于立柱顶部的固定座及一个活动套接于立柱上的滑动座；可折叠侧杆组件至少由两根“Z”型折杆交叉枢接而成，其中一根“Z”型折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的固定座上，而另一根“Z”型折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的滑动座上；可折叠顶杆组件至少由四组顶杆单元组成，每一组顶杆单元至少由两根折杆交叉枢接而成；其中一根折杆一端与一根“Z”型折杆枢接，另一折杆一端与另一根“Z”型折杆枢接，而两根折杆的另一端枢接在中杆上。
使用时，将可折叠帐篷架打开，将帐篷布覆盖于可折叠帐篷架上形成帐篷内部空间，此时，帐篷的内部空间由四根立柱界定，空间相对狭小，通常，为扩大帐篷的内部空间，一般是采用扩大相邻立柱间的距离，其缺陷在于：需要增加连接于相邻立柱间的可折叠侧杆组件的长度，增加帐篷架的重量；扩大相邻立柱间的距离，减弱帐篷的强度。
鉴于现有技术的所述缺陷，本发明人研发出一种克服所述缺陷的折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单而可扩展帐篷内部结构的折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构。
为达成上述目的，本发明的解决方案为：
一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆及斜撑杆；斜撑杆一端枢接在立柱上端；第一支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；第二支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；帐篷架展开状态下，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆将斜撑杆撑起。
进一步，第一支撑杆一端通过万向节安装在可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端通过万向节安装在斜撑杆中段；第二支撑杆一端通过万向节安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端通过万向节安装在斜撑杆中段。
进一步，每根立柱上各设有一个固定于立柱顶部的固定座及一个活动套接于立柱上的滑动座；可折叠侧杆组件至少由两根折杆交叉枢接而成，其中一根折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的固定座上，而另一根折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的滑动座上；第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆一端分别安装在相邻的与滑动座枢接的两根折杆上，另一端分别安装在斜撑杆中段。
采用上述方案后，帐篷架在展开状态下，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆在可折叠侧杆组件的作用下将斜撑杆撑起，从而将帐篷蓬檐向外扩展，扩大帐篷的内部空间；帐篷收折时，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆在可折叠侧杆组件的作用下收折，同时，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆下拉斜撑杆使其收起，携带方便。

参阅图1及图2所示，本发明揭示的一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，包括第一支撑杆1、第二支撑杆2及斜撑杆3。
斜撑杆3一端枢接在立柱4上端，可绕与立柱4的枢接点上下转动。第一支撑杆1一端以可旋转方式安装在可折叠侧杆组件5上，本实施例中，通过万向节安装在可折叠侧杆组件5上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆3中段，本实施例中，通过万向节安装在斜撑杆3中段。
第二支撑杆2一端以可旋转方式安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件5上，本实施例中，通过万向节安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件5上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆3中段，本实施例中，通过万向节安装在斜撑杆3中段。帐篷架展开状态下，第一支撑杆1及第二支撑杆2将斜撑杆3撑起，扩大帐篷的内部空间。
每根立柱4上各设有一个固定于立柱4顶部的固定座41及一个活动套接于立柱4上的滑动座42。可折叠侧杆组件5至少由两根折杆51交叉枢接而成，其中一根折杆51的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱4的固定座41上，而另一根折杆51的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱4的滑动座42上。第一支撑杆1及第二支撑杆2一端分别安装在相邻的与滑动座42枢接的两根折杆51上，另一端分别安装在斜撑杆3中段。第一支撑杆1及第二支撑杆2随与滑动座42枢接的两根折杆51上下移动，使蓬檐扩展机构展开或者折叠。

1.一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，其特征在于：包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆及斜撑杆；斜撑杆一端枢接在立柱上端；第一支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；第二支撑杆一端以可旋转方式安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端以可旋转方式安装在斜撑杆中段；帐篷架展开状态下，第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆将斜撑杆撑起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，其特征在于：第一支撑杆一端通过万向节安装在可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端通过万向节安装在斜撑杆中段；第二支撑杆一端通过万向节安装在相邻可折叠侧杆组件上，另一端通过万向节安装在斜撑杆中段。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种折叠帐篷蓬檐扩展机构，其特征在于：每根立柱上各设有一个固定于立柱顶部的固定座及一个活动套接于立柱上的滑动座；可折叠侧杆组件至少由两根折杆交叉枢接而成，其中一根折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的固定座上，而另一根折杆的两端枢接在相邻两根立柱的滑动座上；第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆一端分别安装在相邻的与滑动座枢接的两根折杆上，另一端分别安装在斜撑杆中段。
