Abstract
【解決手段】2N本の長さの等しい上杆体210を連結して平板状の2N角形をなすように配置し、2N角形の各頂点において隣接する上杆体210同士を連結するとともに、2本の上杆体210の両方の軸心(AX1)と直交する直交軸(AX2)回りに上杆体210が回転自在となるように、2本の上杆体210を保持する第1連結手段(220)と、各上杆体210を軸心(AX1)回りに回転自在にさせる回転手段240とを備え、上杆体210を軸心(AX1)回りに回転させながら、隣接する2本の上杆体210がなす角度を最小にするように直交軸(AX2)回りに上杆体210を枢動して、全体として柱状体に折り畳み可能とする。

Claims (10)
- 2N本(Nは2以上の整数)の長さの等しい杆体を連結して平板状の2N角形をなすように展開される折り畳み自在の架台構造であって、
前記2N角形の各頂点に配置され、該頂点において隣接する2本の前記杆体同士を連結するとともに、該2本の杆体の両方の軸心と直交する直交軸回りに前記杆体が回転自在となるように、該2本の杆体の端部同士を保持する連結手段と、
前記各杆体を、該杆体の両端部を保持する2つの前記連結手段の少なくとも一方に対して相対的に前記軸心回りに回転自在にさせる回転手段とを備え、
前記杆体を前記軸心回りに回転させながら、隣接する2本の杆体がなす角度を最小にするように前記直交軸回りに前記杆体を枢動して、全体として柱状体に折り畳み可能としたことを特徴とする架台構造。 - 2N本(Nは2以上の整数)の長さの等しい杆体を連結して平板状の2N角形をなすように展開される折り畳み自在の架台構造であって、
前記2N角形の各頂点に配置され、該頂点において隣接する2本の前記杆体同士を連結するとともに、該2本の杆体の両方の軸心と直交する直交軸回りに前記杆体が回転自在となるように、該2本の杆体の端部同士を保持する連結手段と、
前記各杆体が該杆体の長さ方向の一部において、互いに対して相対的に該杆体の軸心回りに回転自在となるように分割されており、
前記杆体を前記軸心回りに回転させながら、隣接する2本の杆体がなす角度を最小にするように前記直交軸回りに前記杆体を枢動して、全体として柱状体に折り畳み可能としたことを特徴とする架台構造。 - 前記2N角形と略同サイズの2N角形の可撓性のシートを備え、該シートの各辺が前記杆体に懸架されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の架台構造。
- 前記連結手段の各々に、下端が該連結手段に連結され上端が前記2N角形の上方に位置して前記連結手段を支点にして前記2N角形の内方へ折り曲げ可能に立設された上部杆体と、上端が該連結手段に連結され下端が前記2N角形の下方に位置して前記連結手段を支点にして前記2N角形の内方へ折り曲げ可能に立設された下部杆体と、前記上部杆体の上端と下部杆体の下端と間を結ぶ1本の線材をさらに備え、
該線材にテンションを付与するテンション付与手段が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の架台構造。 - 前記テンション付与手段が、一端が前記連結手段、前記上部杆体及び前記下部杆体のいずれか1つの前記連結手段近傍の外向部に前記2N角形の面に平行で、かつ前記2N角形の中心と前記外向部とを結ぶ線に垂直な軸に軸支され、他端が前記線材の中間部に摺動自在に係合されたテンションレバーであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の架台構造。
- 前記各連結手段において、前記上部杆体の上端と前記下部杆体の下端にそれぞれ一端を連結され、他端を前記連結手段に隣接する2本の杆体の中間部にテンションをもって連結された第2の線材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の架台構造。
- 2N本(Nは3以上の整数)の杆体を連結して平板状の正2N角形をなすように展開される折り畳み自在の架台構造であって、
前記正2N角形の頂点に1つ置きに配置され、前記杆体同士を連結するとともに、該杆体の両方の軸心と直交する直交軸回りに前記杆体が回転自在となるように、該杆体の一方の端部同士を保持する連結手段と、
該連結手段とは異なる頂点に1つ置きに配置され、前記杆体同士を連結するとともに、該杆体の両方の軸心と180/2N度の角度をなす前記正2N角形の対角軸回りに前記杆体が回転自在となるように、該杆体の他方の端部同士を保持する第2連結手段と、
前記杆体を前記軸心回りに回転自在にさせる回転手段とを備え、
前記展開した状態より、前記杆体を、前記対角軸回りに前記正2N角形の内方へ折り曲げ、且つ前記杆体同士が近接するように前記直交軸回りに折り曲げ、且つ前記軸心回りに回転させることにより、全体として柱状体に折り畳みできることを特徴とする架台構造。 - 前記正2N角形と略同サイズの正2N角形の可撓性のシートを備え、該シートの各辺が前記杆体に懸架されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の架台構造。
- 前記連結手段が、該連結手段に連結された前記杆体の前記直交軸回りの回転をロックするロック機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の架台構造。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の架台構造を、前記2N角形を含む平面に垂直な方向に間隔をおいて複数備え、
隣り合う2つの前記架台構造の前記2N角形の各頂点を連結固定する支柱を複数備えていることを特徴とする構造体。
