Claims (7)
- 양극, 음극 및 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극조립체를 포함하고,상기 전극조립체가 내부 파우치에 수납되어 있되, 전극 리드가 내부 파우치로부터 인출되어 있고,상기 내부 파우치가 외부 파우치에 수납되어 있되, 전극 리드가 외부 파우치로부터 인출되어 있으며,상기 내부 파우치와 외부 파우치 사이의 공간에 안전 부재가 포함되어 있는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 안전 부재가 질소 가스, 알킬렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 페로센 유도체, 유기산계 화합물, 도데카플루오로-2-메틸펜탄-3-온, 데카플루오로-2-메틸부탄-3-온, 1,1,1,3,3,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄-2-온, 1,1,1,2,2,4,4,5,5,5-데카플루오로펜탄-3-온, 1,1,1,4,4,5,5,5-옥타플루오로-3-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-펜탄-2-온, 도데카플루오로-4-메틸펜탄-2-온, 도데카플루오로-3-메틸펜탄-2-온, 도데카플루오로-3,3-(디메틸)부탄-2-온 및 도데카플루오로헥산-3-온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 혹은 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,내부 파우치와 외부 파우치 사이의 공간 체적이 최종 제작된 파우치형 이차전지 전체의 체적 기준으로 5 체적% 이상 10 체적% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 내부 파우치용 리드 테이프 및 외부 파우치용 리드 테이프가 부착되어 있는 전극 리드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 내부 파우치용 리드 테이프는 내부 파우치 실링부에 위치하고, 외부 파우치형 리드 테이프는 외부 파우치 실링부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부 파우치의 실링부가 위 또는 아래로 절첩되어 외부 파우치에 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파우치형 이차전지.
- (S1) 전극 리드가 내부 파우치로부터 인출되도록 하면서 전극조립체를 내부 파우치에 수납시키고 내부 파우치의 가장자리를 실링 밀봉하는 단계,(S2) 전극 리드가 외부 파우치로부터 인출되도록 하면서 상기 내부 파우치를 외부 파우치에 수납시키고, 전극 리드 인출 부분과 안전 부재가 투입될 투입구를 제외한 외부 파우치 가장자리를 실링 밀봉하는 단계,(S3) 상기 투입구를 통해 내부 파우치와 외부 파우치 사이의 공간에 안전 부재를 투입하는 단계, 및(S4) 안전 부재 투입구를 완전히 실링 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는제1항에 기재된 파우치형 이차전지의 제조방법.
