Abstract

携帯型の電子機器を収納したカバーを把持した手を不用意に広げても、電子機器を確実に保持することができ、また操作する場合には蓋部材１（表面カバー）や止め具２（止めベルト）が邪魔にならず、さらには電子機器をテーブル上に置いて操作することもできる電子機器カバーＣを提供することを課題とする。電子機器カバーＣに装着され着脱できる止め具２に、（リング状の）指挿入部３を設け、そして止め具２の一方の装着部を外して止め具２の指挿入部３に電子機器カバーＣを持つ手の第一指（親指）を挿入して把持する。これにより、不用意に手を広げても、電子機器カバーＣの指挿入部３に第一指が挿入されているから（指が連結されているから）、電子機器（カバー）が手から滑り落ちることはない。また止め具２と蓋部材１を取り外しテーブル上に置けば操作時に蓋部材１や止め具２（止めベルト）が邪魔にならない。

Description

電子機器カバー 発明の詳細な説明
　本発明は、携帯型の電子機器、例えば、ノートパソコン、タブレット、スマートフォン、ゲーム機、電子辞書等の破損を防止するカバーに関する。
　近年、携帯型の電子機器が広く普及し、子供から高齢者まで幅広く使用している。このような電子機器を使用する際は、片手で本体を持ち、他方の手で表示部や操作ボタンを操作するが、ときには片手で本体を操作することもある。
　そうしたとき、不注意で電子機器を落としてしまうことがあるために破損を防止するカバーを使用することも多い、下記特許文献に記載の発明では、スマートフォンを保護し収納するカバー（ケース）にいろいろな機能を設けたものが開示されている。
しかしながら、上記特許文献に記載の発明ではスマートフォンを収納したカバーを片手で把持し操作する場合（例えばメール等を打つ場合）には、前記カバーの蓋部材（表面カバー）を開いて裏側に折り畳んで使用するから、手に馴染みにくく、その時にカバーとともにスマートフォンが手から滑り落ちると、前記蓋部材を開いているために表示部などを破損してしまうことがある。また折り畳んだ前記蓋部材や前記蓋部材に取り付けられた止め具も操作の邪魔になりさらに落としやすくなる。またスマートフォンをテーブル上において操作しようとしても前記蓋部材や前記止め具も操作の邪魔になるという問題がある。

本発明は、こうした問題を解決しようとするもので、電子機器が収納された電子機器カバーを把持した手から電子機器が滑り落ちることがなく、また蓋部材（表面カバー）や止め具が操作時に邪魔にならず、さらにテーブルに置いて操作する場合に安定させることもできる電子機器カバーを提供することを課題とする。
　上記課題を解決するために、本発明に係る電子機器カバーは、表示部を備えた携帯型の電子機器を収納するカバー本体と、前記カバー本体に収納された電子機器の表示部に被せる蓋部材（表面カバー）と前記蓋部材を前記カバー本体に被せて閉じる止め具とを備え、前記止め具には、前記電子機器を使用する時に使用者の手の指が挿入できる指挿入部が設けられていることを特徴とする。
ここで、カバー本体とは、電子機器を収納している部位を差し、蓋部材とは、カバー本体と繋がって電子機器の表示部を被せる部位を差し、カバーとは、それらのカバー本体と蓋部材とを備えた全体を差している。
使用に際しては、前記止め具の（一端を外して）前記止め具を引き起こし、前記指挿入部に前記カバー本体を持つ手の第一指（親指）を挿入して、前記蓋部材をカバーの裏側に折り畳んだ状態で前記カバーを把持する。その時、前記指挿入部に第一指が挿入されていれば、前記カバーと第一指とが連結されているから、前記カバーが手から滑り落ちることはない。
また、前記止め具は、前記カバー本体または前記蓋部材から着脱可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする。例えば、止め具とカバー本体側、並びに蓋部材側に面ファスナーを取り付けて止め具をカバー本体や蓋部材から取り外せるようにしておく。そして、止め具に親指等を挿入して電子機器が収納されたカバーを持つ時に、最も持ち易い位置に止め具が位置するように、止め具の取り付け位置が調整できるようにしておく。これにより、手のサイズに応じて、最も使いやすい位置で止め具の指挿入部を位置決めすることができる。
また、止め具とカバー本体との連結、あるいは、止め具と蓋部材との連結は、前述の面ファスナーの他に、例えば、ボタンやホックであっても良い。さらに止め具の一端は、固定してあっても良い。ボタンやホックを用いる場合において、カバー本体や蓋部材に止め具の取り付け箇所を複数箇所設けておけば、電子機器を把持する手や指の大きさに合わせて、最も使いやすい箇所に止め具を装着して使用することができる。
また、指挿入部は、第一指（親指）が挿入されることを基本とするが、必要に応じて第二指から第四指までの何れか、あるいは、男性用、女性用、またその中の複数本の指を、挿入することのできる形状としておくのが良い。また、指挿入部は、指を挿入する角度に応じて変形する柔軟な素材、例えば、合成皮革や合成ゴム等で形成しておく。
また前記蓋部材は、前記カバー本体に対して分離可能に形成されていることを特徴とする。例えば、止め具が取り付けられた前記蓋部材を前記カバー本体から分離して、電子機器を収納したカバー本体をテーブル上に置けば、前記蓋部材や前記止め具が邪魔にならないから、電子機器をより安定させた状態で使用することができる。
　また、本発明に係る電子機器カバーには、止め具に形成されたリング状の指挿入部が嵌り込む凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする。この凹部は、蓋部材と前記止め具のリング状の指挿入部とが嵌り合う形状とされる。したがって、前記指挿入部を前記蓋部材の凹部に収納してしまえば前記蓋部材の外表面を突起のない状態にすることができる。そのため、電子機器が収納された前記電子機器カバーをポケット等に収納する際も、突起がないからスムーズに収納することができる。
　本発明によれば、電子機器を収納するカバー本体に蓋部材（表面カバー）を被せて止めるときの止め具に指挿入部を設け、その指挿入部に電子機器カバーを持つ手の第一指（親指）を挿入して把持するようにしたから、持つ手を不用意に広げても電子機器が手から滑り落ちることはない。また止め具や蓋部材をカバー本体から取り外すことができるので、これらが外されたカバー本体をテーブル上に置いて電子機器を操作する場合でも、これらの止め具や蓋部材が邪魔にならない。
また、電子機器カバー本体や蓋部材に、止め具の取り付け箇所を複数箇所設けたので、手や指の大きさにあわせて、止め具の取り付け位置を適宜に選択することができる。さらに、止め具の指挿入部を第一指だけでなく他の指も挿入できる形状に形成すれば、電子機器をさらに安定させた状態で確実に保持することができる。
また指挿入部を電子機器カバー本体や蓋部材に設けられた凹部に嵌め込んで、電子機器カバー本体や蓋部材の外表面を突起のない状態にすることができるから、蓋部材で被われ電子機器が収納された電子機器カバーをポケットなどにスムーズに収納することができる。
図１は、本発明に係る電子機器カバーをスマートフォンカバーに適用した一実施形態を示す図である。 図２は、図１の前記スマートフォンカバーから止め具の一端を外した状態を示す図である。 図３は、図２のスマートフォンカバーを開いた状態を示す図である。 図４は、図３の止め具に親指を挿入した使用例を示す図である。 図５は、本発明の他の実施形態に係るスマートフォンカバーを開いた状態を示す図である。 図６は、図５のスマートフォンカバーの使用例を示す図である。 図７は、止め具の種々の実施形態を示す図である。 図８は、止め具の他の実施形態を示す図である。 図９は、スマートフォンカバーを手から放した状態を示す図である。
　以下、本発明に係る電子機器カバーでスマートフォンを収納する場合の一実施形態を図１～図９に基づいて説明する。なお、これらの図面代用写真では、カバー部分を示し、そこに収納される電子機器としてのスマートフォンは説明の便宜上取り外している。また、ここでの電子機器は、落下させると壊れる怖れのある表示部を備えた、例えば、スマートフォン、タブレット端末、電子辞書等の機器で、これらは周知であるため、ここには載せていない。
図１は、ブック型のスマートフォンカバーＣの表面カバー、すなわち、蓋部材１に止め具２を装着した状態を示す。この止め具２は、柔軟な合成皮革製やゴム製の板材で形成したもので、中央部分には、リング状の指挿入部３が形成され、その指挿入部３の両端部には、止め具２をスマートフォンカバーＣに着脱自在に取り付けるためのボタンＢが取り付けられている。したがって、スマートフォンカバーＣの蓋部材１と、底面側には、このボタンＢを止めるためのメス型、或いは、雄型のボタンが取り付けられている。
図２は、止め具２の一端であるボタンＢを外した状態を示し、図３は、さらに蓋部材１を開放した状態を示す。図４は、蓋部材１を底面側に折り返して、止め具２の指挿入部３に親指を挿入した状態を示す。
図５は、図３のスマートフォンカバーＣの蓋部材１に別のボタンを設けて、止め具２の一端を取り付けた状態を示す。図６は、さらに蓋部材１を底面側に折り返して、止め具２の指挿入部３に親指を挿入した状態を示す。
図４のように、止め具２を親指に装着してスマートフォンを持てば、例えスマートフォンが手から離れても、図９に示すように、親指にぶら下がるから、スマートフォンを傷つけたり、その表示部を壊す恐れはない。
以上の実施形態では、止め具２をスナップボタンでスマートフォンカバーＣに止めたが、これに代えて、面ファスナーを使用しても良い。こうすれば、面ファスナーを広い面積に取り付け、止め具２を使用する人の手のサイズに応じて、最適な場所に止め具２の位置を移動させて使用することができる。
また、面ファスナーの他に、マグネットボタン、プラスチックボタン、マグネットシート、ホック等を使用しても良い。この場合には、止め具２が種々の場所に移動できるように、これらを複数箇所に取り付けて、使用する人の手のサイズに応じた位置に止め具２を取り付けて使用するように構成する。
また、止め具２は、親指だけでなく、他の指も挿入できるように、挿入孔を複数設けたり、図８に示すように、マグネットシートで形成したり、二本の指が挿入できるような指挿入部３を形成したりしても良い。さらに、図７に示すように、止め具に種々のデザインを施しても良い。
　さらに、以上の実施形態では、柔軟なゴム材で止め具１を形成したが、これに代えて、柔軟な革製部材や合成樹脂等で止め具２を形成しても良い。さらには、ハードな革製の電子機器カバーに、柔軟な革製部材で造った止め具２を取り付けても良い。そうすれば、高級な電子機器カバーを形成することができる。
　また、止め具２をカバーＣの表装部分に収納可能としても良い、例えば、止め具２がすっぽり嵌り込む窪みをカバーＣの表装部分に設け、止め具２で蓋部材１を止めるときは、その窪みに収納するようにすれば、カバーＣの表装部分の表面が平坦になるため、ポケット等への収納が楽になる。

Claims (5)

  1. 表示部を備えた携帯型の電子機器を収納するカバーと、前記カバーに収納された電子機器の表示部に被せる蓋部材と前記蓋部材を前記カバーに被せて閉じる止め具とを備え、前記止め具には、前記蓋部材を前記カバーから開けた時に前記電子機器を持つ手の指が挿入できる指挿入部が設けられている電子機器カバー。
  2. 　前記止め具は、少なくとも一端又は両端が前記カバーまたは前記蓋部材に対し着脱可能に取り付けられている請求項１に記載の電子機器カバー。
  3. 前記カバーまたは前記蓋部材には、前記止め具を取り付ける箇所が複数箇所設けられている請求項１に記載の電子機器カバー。
  4. 前記蓋部材は、前記カバーから分離可能に形成されている請求項１から３の何れか１項に記載の電子機器カバー。
  5. 前記カバーまたは前記蓋部材には、前記止め具が嵌り込む凹部が形成されている請求項１から４の何れか１項に記載の電子機器カバー。
