Abstract
La présente invention, qui a trait au domaine de la gestion d'informations de réseau d'hôtels, concerne un système de gestion et un procédé de gestion intelligents en réseau pour un appartement dans une résidence hôtelière. La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de réservation d'hôtel en libre-service. Au moyen du système de la solution technique susmentionnée, l'état de vente d'une habitation d'un propriétaire, servant de chambre d'hôtel, peut être transmis au propriétaire de sorte que le propriétaire connaît clairement un taux d'occupation de sa propre habitation et ses revenus, deux modes d'entrée-sortie, à savoir enregistrement de client et nettoyage de chambre, sont clairement différenciés au moyen d'un mode de lecture de code QR et d'une carte de porte pour personnel de nettoyage, des comportements frauduleux d'un gestionnaire d'hôtel sont empêchés et une transaction plus équitable est favorisée. Par ailleurs, la lecture de code QR garantit également un enregistrement sécurisé.
